My story starts with 8 months of working with Ms Millie Snyder, Fiat Sales Leader for Pomoco Chrysler- FIAT in Newport News, VA. I live in Yorktown, VA. Once the 124 Spider was announced, I wanted one as I had owned the Spider while stationed overseas in Germany in 1977. It was a great car - but production stopped in 1982. Millie called when each of the THREE 2017 Spiders they were allotted arrived and I drove two of them. That experience and the reviews from Car & Driver / Consumer Report convinced me. However, when we chose what we wanted, Pomoco said it would be 5-7 months before my car would be delivered to VA. So, I went to the FIAT USA web site - and was amazed that I could search the "on the lot" inventory of every Fiat dealer in America. Applying all of the site filters, I found the Spider Lusso with the color, interior, and option package we wanted. 2 POPPED up. The second one was in Pascagoula, Mississippi----so I called Westbury Fiat. They has 7 on the lot waiting for sale. It was Veteran's Day -- but THEY were open. Ms. Cammy Mezrahi dealt with all of my questions, requests for cell phone pictures of the odometer, and customer negotiation shenanigans in a most professional and genuine fashion. I flew into Islip. Long Island and picked up our Spider 3 days later. That was essentially cheaper than having it shipped to VA. THAT WAS CONTEXT. Here is the review:When I arrived at Westbury Fiat in the afternoon on 16 Nov 16, Cammy, Ms Debra Javaherian, and Colin Michie were ready !!!!! The new car was completely prepped, had a full tank of premium fuel, and a table was prepared with all of the paperwork to quickly execute the sale. Ms. Mezrahi did an incredible job of orienting me to the 2017 Spider----- as it was a bit different that my 1977 version. Both Colin and Debra were involved as an out of state deal required running paperwork to the Company Hqs. for verification (off-site). 2 hours after I arrived, I was headed to my hotel in Westbury in anticipation of driving my new Spider home the next day (423 miles) . Hardest part of this transaction ---the Verrazano Narrows bridge at 5:30 a.m. I paid a little over $31K for this wonderful car, but $16 for a really bad driving experience is something I will remember for a long time.The car performed well on "it's break-in drive". Oh, by the way, POMOCO Fiat comped me the VA state inspection and assigned me to it's Spider team the next day after my return. GT - Yorktown VA

My overall experience buying a used car from this dealership was excellent. Colin was friendly and easy to work with from the initial test drive through negotiating the entire deal (trade-in value, final price, registration transfer, etc). The financing aspect was handled at another location down the road at the large Jeep-Chrysler-Dodge dealership (as FIAT owns them), and this was much more impersonal and like an assembly-line; the guy there was really pushing their extended warranty and was making up some crazy sales pitches. If you've ever financed at a dealership though, that is to be expected. Their service center is great though - a few weeks into owning my car I noticed a noise from a wheel; they fixed the issue at no cost (still under warranty), and were very friendly and efficient - they also have a shuttle and loaner cars, which is nice. The free yearly inspections for life of ownership and oil changes at the dealership are a very nice addition. With all of that being said, I would definitely consider buying another vehicle at FIAT of Westbury.

I am 65 years old and have run a wholesale/retail business that has been in the family for 80 years. I know what it takes to keep customers coming back time and time again. Treat them fairly, don't rush them and don't talk to them like they're stupid. It's not just the sale you make today but the way customers feel about buying from you again and again. I came into your dealership to buy a little "grocery getter" with no thought of selling or trading my baby. (2009 Cadillac CTS-V 556HP) The atmosphere was relaxed, I picked out my car, was ready to write a check when I was asked if I wanted to trade my "V". I said no. Mike then asked do you want to sell it? I scoffed. What do you want to pay?, "I asked". Well after 7 years I was offered a deal I could not refuse. Go here last and see Colin or Mike or go to Westbury Jeep. Tommy was the closer there. I never had such a good time spending money.

NIGHTMARE TIME with this dealership and the service department. I purchased a 2012 Fiat on 6/16/2016 that did nothing but stall from day one. The day after I purchased I was stuck on the belt parkway when the car just stopped. I took it to service had it repaired while I waited and was told it was a thermostat it would be fine. On the 3rd of July it stalled again and 3 more times after that. I brought the car in after the holiday weekend, they had the car in service for 1 month. As soon as I got it back it stalled while driving again. This was August 5th No one would return my calls that day. I got the car restarted and drove straight to the dealership and asked to turn the car in. I was not angry at the dealer or service at the time because I knew they were trying. I picked out a brand new 2016 Fiat 500 Sport. The process of exchanging the car was complicated, I was running the numbers at home and they were not adding up. After speaking to Anthony in finance the next morning I was informed that I would be taking a 1,700.00 loss. he actually told me that they were loosing money on the deal and I had to do the same. I went ballistic. They wanted to charge me all the regular fees... they even charged me 10 dollars for the gas in the new car. In the end I took a loss of $176.00 but what was I to do .... I needed a car and I was stuck with a lemon. By 1PM on Saturday August 6th they had been emailed or faxed all of the paperwork needed for the transfer. I arrived at the the dealership at 2:15 with the old car as I pulled in the break pedal fell off the car. I was immediately told there was a backup in billing and I would have to wait. 2 hours went by I requested updates and was told a half hour every time. when the paperwork arrived the numbers were wrong. I had to wait again for the new paperwork. I had to hear complaints of how people needed to go home and no one seemed to give a fiddlers fart that I was in excruciating pain from my spinal disease. (which is the reason i purchased a new car for the heated seats) Finally everything was given to me and we drove off. at 5:45 AND GUESS WHAT MY HEATED SEATS DIDIN'T WORK! After I was made to take a financial loss for the 2012 Fiat ....they never offed me a dollar off the new car.... never offed me a service to feel better about this purchase .....I was never offered an upgrade of any kind just get out! Here is a brand new car with broken heated seats. I was so disgusted Service is closed on Sunday and I was so hot under the collar, I just ignored the problem Monday and went to work. Two days later I was sent a survey from them when I gave a bad review, customer relations called me and said please get the seats fixed. We are seeing what else can be done for you to make you feel better about your purchase... so I dropped off the car at service after trying to call and make an appointment for 2 days and getting no response back, they were annoyed that I just arrived and wanted to make me an appointment to bring the car back again. I informed them that I had been upgraded to customer relations so the very nice woman at service took pity on me and gave me a loner with heated seats. the loner was filthy and I had to take it to a car wash and have it cleaned it was filled with water bottles papers garbage from lunch and smelled like a garbage can. That was Friday 8/12/16 six days after my purchase of the new car ....as of today 8/17/2016 service has not yet looked at me car.... I was not given any type of priority to make me feel in any way that I was important to the Fiat family..... I just have been told they are getting to it but they are busy. The only bright spot in their whole experience is Stephon at service he does check in with me although his hands I feel are tied. Shame on me for wanting to drive my new car and enjoy it... Oh and to not pay more for it than anyone else would have.

Colin was the used car salesman. He was rude and took for us to go in and look for him to hep us even after we had an appointment. Car was dirty when we arrived and had gash in the tire that he got defensive about it when asked. He was not knowledgeable about the vehicle and claimed that it was going to auction the next morning. When we tried to make a deal, he seemed aloof to the fact that we wanted to buy the car. Will not suggest going to this dealership to buy a used vehicle.

The purchase on my Fiat 500X could not have gone smoother thanks to Fiat of Westbury. From the test drive to the trade-in all was handled in a low pressure, no games atmosphere. This was the best experience ever. We emailed beforehand to make an appointment, and ask any questions we had. We went into the studio earlier in the week and met with Cammy. We couldn't stay long but we wanted to get a general idea of what the car looked like, if it was big enough, if we would fall in love... and we did. The Fiat 500x is beautiful. Later in the week we contacted the internet sales team a few times with some questions and only once did they connect me to the studio because it was a question that they couldn't answer. Cammy called me back to answer all my questions within seconds of ending my chat.We had a lease that was about to expire from Westbury Jeep. We love their service department and their location and hours have been invaluable to us. So once we found out that Westbury Fiat is a sister to our Westbury family, we were already sold! When you enter the studio-- you realize why it's not called a dealership... the atmosphere is extremely cozy and intimate. Not at all like the bright high ceilings and freezing temps at other places. They don't have an attendant at the front desk when you walk in. You walk in and are immediately greeted by the sales team. We sipped on espresso as we browsed their collection options. It was perfection.Cammy and Debra are a great team. You can see the passion for what they do and are more than accommodating- they go out of their way for the customer. Debra spent a Sunday afternoon with us-- she helped us find the right model for us (which was perhaps the biggest challenge of all. The following day she had gone out of her way to get us the car we wanted in a day's time. We managed to do a lot from over the phone and by email which was great! Mike Mineo was also a key player to getting the car we wanted at the price we needed without any hidden fees and we are more than grateful. We have been bragging about the sales team and the price of this Fiat for the past week and we already have some friends and family planning their visit to the studio this month.We are not new to the car buying process-- and we can say with most certainty that this was literally the easiest process EVER!! We pick up the car today at 5pm.Thank you Westbury Fiat for being so awesome.

Had made appointment with back and forth talks on the phone with internet sales person David. Till the last day he said the vehicle is available and i can come down to check the Fiat. Before leaving i called him and he said Yes the vehicle is available for sale. Drove 2 hrs with the family and when we reached there another sales Person Collins said the car was sold and someone took it off the lot this morning before 10am. I told him i spoke to David at 11.00 am and he told me to come down to check the car. Well Mr Collin said David doesnt work at this location( guess they have more than a few location in their dreams) also Collins told me he sold the car this morning and David doesn know about it. When i relayed the message to David he said why dont i look at other cars, I spent 2 hrs driving one way and left within 5 mins, i didnt want anything to do with the Bunch of Liars and their shady Tactics. Typical bait and switch that you wouldnt expect from an authorised Fiat dealer, but they are an exception. I would go with the Manhattan fiat dealer or any other dealer than this one. Before buying the car i had such an nasty experience and after the purchase i am sure they wouldn't even bother with the after service.STAY AWAY FROM SUCH DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO FOOLISHLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND EXPEREINCE REMORSE IN FUTURE.

I purchased a 2013 Honda CR V from Westbury Fiat today. Buying a car has always been like getting a Root Canal from the dentist but not today. The crew at Westbury Fiat made the experience friendly and pleasurable. They were honest in their dealings with me and made me feel special. From Mike Mineo-Narducci, the General Sales Mgr to Fiat Specialists Cammy Mezrahi and Debra Javaherian and of course Colin Michie, the Fiat Specialist that took us through the process and made sure we were happy and taken care of. Matt McNally was our Credit Manager. He was prepared, knowledgable and had us on our way in no time. Even on a busy Saturday everyone made time for us. I recommend anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned car to call my friends at Westbury Fiat and their sister store Westbury Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram before looking anywhere else.

After spending a month at Browns Fiat .... With two condescending men who could not find me a fiat 500 sport with a manual transmission..I was in total frustration.... I gave Fiat of Westbury a call.. I spoke with Cammy who was up front and honest...she told me that she could have me in the car I wanted in a week... So I went the next day to Westbury Fait... And what a pleasure it was .... Cammy and Deb worked together to find me the car I wanted....they actually called me and kept me in the loop while hunting for car....I was in my car in a week!! I highly recommend Fiat of Westbury , they should be very proud of there staff ... Who care about there coustomers, and do everything to make buying a car good experience... Called today to have my son's 2012 Fiat Sport, under warranty, brought in for a check engine light condition. Was told they couldn't take me till 9/21/15, a 3 week wait for an appointment and, on top of it, was told they were doing me a favor, as the car wasn't purchased there and they weren't really taking new customers. I've never had a dealer tell me they weren't taking new customers. Is this Fiat customer service, or is it only Westbury's? I won't even get into the woman who took my call's customer service attitude; "we're very busy", as if they're doing me a favor. Have been driving for 43 years, owned numerous new cars, presently have 5 in my name, and never had to wait 3 weeks for a dealer appointment. A Jeep Cherokee was on a short list of cars for my wife, not now it's not.

I purchased my car end of July, 2015 and I just love it! I shopped around for other makes and models but nothing really impressed me until I saw the new Fiat 500X at this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised with the body/technology in this new model. It was a huge decision for me to make such a big purchase but the staff, Cammy and Debra were great people to work with. They were very professional and reassuring and patient with me. They made the experience very pleasant, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a "hot" car!

I was looking for a second car and noticed the Chrysler out front on my way home from work. Colin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything well. He went over all the paperwork line by line. When I picked up the vehicle Cammy went over the whole car with me and had me sign the documents. My husband and I made this dealer our first stop this past Saturday (June 20th) in our search for a used Subaru Forester, which they happened to have one of in stock. We'd read their good reviews on this website and, unlike other dealers we were looking into, they did not seem to have been written by employees of the dealer. So, we went in, intending fully to carry on and visit at least one other dealer which had the same model & year we were looking into. However, in dealing with the manager, Matthew, we were very pleased with our test drive & review of the car. We found him to be knowledgeable, honest & friendly so we decided to take the next step and have them appraise our trade-in. Matthew's appraisal was again honest & fair and met our hopes for the trade-in without the typical dealer haggling & hassling--we'd looked into the KBB value ahead of time & felt that he gave a fair assessment on the basis of that. We were really very happy that our interaction with him was quick as we don't love car shopping and didn't want to devote our entire Saturday to it (not to mention I'm 6 months pregnant and just wanted to get things done!)-- but we certainly didn't feel rushed either--he took the time to answer all of our questions & gave us space when it was needed to discuss our options. Should you need a little more guidance/questions answered throughout the process, I am confident you would get that here--no one at this dealer comes off as the stereotype of a dealer trying to swindle you or rush you into a decision. After the appraisal, we decided to take the plunge and get a financing offer--we went to the Westbury Jeep dealer down the road for this (owned by the same person/company) and dealt with Jim Ganga. Jim was very polite & helpful. My husband and I don't have the stellar credit we once did & Jim took care of our financing within an hour, got us a very reasonable and fair loan and didn't make us feel uncomfortable because our credit wasn't perfect. Once all was said and done, we needed to give Jim a little extra paperwork so we didn't pick our car up until Tuesday (6.23) but, had we had everything, they had been prepared to deliver the car to us on Sunday by noon when we finished our interaction with them on Saturday at about 2 PM. All in all, we got to the dealer at about 10 AM and were essentially done by 2 PM--we have our car and couldn't be happier with the customer service and product provided. When we're ready for another car, we will go back! So, if you're hesitant about heading in to this dealer--please don't be, they are outstanding and I am confident that they will help get you into the car you're looking for as well! Thank you to everyone at this dealer, such a great experience!

The team at Fiat of Westbury was as knowledgeable and as professional as it gets. The showroom was clean and inviting. All the little cars were proudly displayed both inside the showroom and outside in the lot. You can take a hassle-free, stress-free test drive in their pleasant little neighborhood without getting on the highway. That was a big plus for me as I haven't driven a car since 1986!! I purchased my Fiat 500 two days ago. I had been in the market for a small car for a while so I had visited Fiat of Westbury during Labor day weekend. That day I was helped by Michael. Clearly everybody was super busy, but still he took his time to do a test drive and did not rush me even though I told him from the get-go that I was not going to buy the car right away because I still had other test drives for other cars. He was very kind, polite, and did not pressure me at all. A couple of weeks later out of the whim, I woke up and decided to go back and purchase my new Fiat! I showed up and told the sales lady (Debra)I wanted to take the car that day, she looked super surprised, but nevertheless she took her time to help me get my car the same day. I am very happy with the experience. Everyone there is very nice, but what appreciate the most is that they do not resort to the old tricks most dealers use of "let me get my manager" and things like that. They are straight forward, and I totally loved that.The one thing I can "complain" about is the fact that their finance department is in a different building so we had to go back and forth a couple of times.... not that it is a big deal though.

I have never written a review before this one, but wanted to acknowledge the great experiance I had at westbury fiat service. I would like to single out Lisa Boncich who handled my service after a collision, that caused mechanical problems. She went above and beyond ,and handled everything for me. She dealt with the collision shop and insurance company. I was kept up to date with every aspect of the job. I would also like to thank Michelle ,who arranged for a loaner car after my rental needed to be returned. I can say with confidence that I will always use this service center for any work I need done, they are really great!

Really nice people applied no pressure and were very patient with me. Fiat calls their dealerships studios but this is kind of like an espresso bar that sells cool Italian cars. Needless to say I took advantage of coffee and wound up leaving with a brand new forest green FIAT 500L. They gave me a fair value for my trade in of a Ford Focus Hatchback and provided painless financing and treated me with respect even like family. Even after the purchase they were sure to follow and make sure everything is OK. I would recommend them strongly. As a salesman myself I can kind of sense when I am being snowed but these people are sincere. Buy with confidence!

My experience with this dealership started just over 3 years ago when I road tested the smaller Cinquacento with Cammy. Although I found a car a bit underpowered for my needs, I really like the dealership ad the way I was treated. I opted for a Ford Focus hatchback instead but that is a review for another day.3 years 1 month and 47,000 miles later I returned to purchase the new Fiat 500L which I saw quite a few of on a recent trip to Northern Italy. I read and watched the reviews on this car which are admittedly mixed (the American automotive press does not always appreciate Euro-funky quirkiness. Colin gave me a test drive, courtiously answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a price quote. He introduced me to his boss Matthew who was quiet kind enough to hold a beautiful Bosco Verde Lounge model with a panoramic sunroof and even make me they a couple of espressos! I left a small deposit which was not requested but I wanted to leave something to show my commitment and returned a few weeks later once I had obtained the lien release from Valley National Bank. Matthew appraised my car an d gave me a fair trade in price even though my car was somewhat beat up. He introduced me to Debbie who brought me over to Sara the Finance lady in the main Chrysler Building up the block both ladies worked feverishly with my insurance personto get the transaction done on a Friday afternoon when I know people wanted to leave. After a couple more espresso I was driving home my brand new Fiat 500 L. It was a very pleasant friendly and professional experience.

I am a happy new owner of a new FIAT 500L and I'm very satisfied I bought it at Fiat of Westbury. Fiat of Westbury looks more like a shop than a dealership: it's very neat and clean, it's well designed and the team is very welcoming - you can also get a nice espresso coffee by the way, as they've a bar! When I visit a dealership I go prepared and already know what's to know about a car: to understand if the sales agent is actually useful, I ask tricky questions to which I already know the answer. Sometimes you find sales agents they don't do their homework, but I was very pleased to have in Debra a very knowledgeable and prepared professional. One more thing that is very important: the dealership group (they also sell Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ford and Suburu) offers a very attractive program (the 'VIP' program) where you get free for life NYS inspection, oil and filter change, a shuttle service/auto loaner and rescue service. The service area is not at Fiat of Westbury, but very close by, and it's both very handy and reassuring to know the people that sells you the car also make sure they take care of it.

We had finally decided to replace my wife's '98 Saab with a Fiat Abarth and the incentives for leftover 2013 models pushed us to start shopping. Westbury Fiat was our first stop and we were warmly greeted by Cammy who clearly knew her product line and was glad to show us all the various cars they had on the lot. Of course the test drive sold us, the car is a blast, and we were able to select one they had in stock, pure luck as she offered to try to locate any one in the area that had the options we wanted if they didn't have one. The whole process was stressless, including the trip down the road to the very different Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge dealership with the humming crowds of eager buyers. We sat with Bobby, the seasoned finance guy, and came to a fair deal to all, with him only discussing what we had told Cammy we were interested in. No hard sell for floor mats et al. We we hoping for a pleasant experience, since we don't buy cars every day to say the least, and our previous experience at a Honda dealer left us feeling bad. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Westbury Fiat. I 'm glad we chose them.

I first dealt with Debra and Cammi and they were great! They made the buying process very smooth and were very patient with me. The problem started after I took possition of my new 2013 Fiat 500 POP. We went to fill up immediately after taking possesion and noticed the dent and door dings. We called immediately called and brought the car back. Debra was very pleasant and got Matt, who is the manager, they saw the dents and told us they would fix it. I asked for a loaner and Matt said they don't give loaners for these types things I would have to bring it back, and walked away. We were frustated and made arrangement to come back. I was unable to take time off of work to bring the vehicle back. My husband called Matt during the week and demanded a loaner since this is somethign that should have been caught during the dealer prep Matt LIED and said he never told us we could not have a loaner and was rude and dismissive. When I called to schedule the loaner he made me feel as if I was wrong and was extremely arrogant.

As an experienced buyer with previous horrible experiences I was anticipating the typical babble you get from most car salesmen...they were the complete opposite. They worked with me and got me the best price for the Fiat and for my trade in. They were extremely friendly, funny, and made me feel very comfortable in the purchase of my new fiat. I would highly recommend seeing anyone of these fantastic individuals. Not only were they able to speak about the specs of the car, but Debra sat with me for over an hour explaining how each function of the car worked and helped me to set up my phone and all the functions in the car so I was able to drive away with all my radio stations plugged in, able to call any persons in my phonebook using the Bluetooth feature and listen to my ipod through the media features. This was the best experience i have had thus far in purchasing a new car. Go see them!!

they were good at finding me the vehicle that i wanted. The delivery was another story. The prep was awful because there were coffee stains in the cup holder, the fuel filler door was chiped in and out, the passenger door was chiped, and there was a scratch on the hood. I spent all day on the day of delivery when i got home cleaning vehicle and removing some kind of glue substance from dash area. went back to dealer to have paint chips repaired they repaired them but was told by debby that i should go to and automotive parts store and purchase a marker in the color of my car as she was not able to fix scratch on hood "that should make it look alot better." This is ridiculous as a new vehicle should be delivered in prestine condition and not just wiped down with a towel.

Debra did a good job in locating my vehicle. The problems started when I took possession of the vehicle. The car had coffee stains in the cup holder and some kind of sticky glue on the inside of the car. The car had a chip on the passenger door, a few on the gas filler cap, and a scratch on the hood. On the delivery day I spent most of the day cleaning the vehicle even though I paid for dealer prep. I returned to the dealership 4 days after, after taking another day off from work, to get the chips and scratch fixed. They were able to fix all of them except the scratch on the hood. I was told by Debra "we can't fix the scratch on the hood. Go to an automotive store and purchase a color pencil the same color as your car and this will make it not look as bad." I believe that this was not the proper solution to fixing the scratch on the hood.

My wife and I live in Astoria, Queens so we first visited the Fiat of Manhattan studio for its convenient proximity. Our experience there involved multiple attempted bait-and-switch efforts and was so insulting that we walked away even after we got the swindler (and manager) Caleb Dennis to finally honor the deal offered on Fiat's website. But this is all for another review.We chose instead to spend the $20 and an hour or so of our time to take the L.I.R.R. to Westbury, where we were treated with relative respect by Debra, who, despite paying a bit too much credence to traditional gender roles and expectations, was otherwise friendly and absolutely fair. We didn't have to spend extra time demanding to not be swindled. Unlike the con artists at Fiat of Manhattan, she listed all fees and costs applicable to the sale in an easy to read list. She went out of her way to answer all the many questions we had enthusiastically. She didn't need to talk us into anything. She trusted us to let her know what we wanted and she facilitated our desires. Simple and professional.It was a genuinely great experience, which we recommend to all other potential buyers. We definitely urge any prospective buyers to avoid the Manhattan location as though it were a horrible virus.

The experience was fantastic. I will go back to buy another car. My wife and I were treated as if we were return customers right from the start. They could not have made buying a car any easier!!!! Dealing with Mike and Matt was as if we were buying a car from a close friend or relative.

Our only wish when filling out this survey was their was a choice higher then "great" because from the moment we entered the showroom we were warmly welcomed by Debra. She was extremely informative and patient going over all of our possible options. We were unsure if we wanted to buy a new or used car and she answered all of our questions without us even having to ask them. She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable and open. She took her time showing us the different types of vehicles and all of the features so we could make an informed decision. We explained to her that we wanted to visit the "competition" before deciding, however, when we walked out to go visit a Chevy dealer we actually already knew we would be returning. While we did visit other dealerships none had the professional and courteous customer service we found at FIAT of Westbury. Although we did not expect to purchase so quickly we felt comfortable with Debra and our decision and bought our FIAT Pop later that same day. Once we made up our mind, she walked us through the financing process and was able to provide delivery of the vehicle the very next day! We are extremely happy with our purchase and excited to be part of the FIAT family. We are looking forward to the coming 4 door vehicle as our second car.

From the moment I stepped foot in Westbury Fiat, I knew this was where I would be purchasing my new car. Cammy Mezrahi was the first to help me when I entered the showroom. She was extremely friendly and had a great knowledge of all of the vehicles in the Fiat lineup. She allowed me to take my time and browse around the lot while she answered all of my questions. During the three times I visited the showroom, not one person I had encountered was pushy or unpleasant in the slightest. She set me up with Mike Germana so that he could appraise my trade in. He was also very friendly and gave me a fair price for my car. When I had decided on the car I wanted Cammy made the whole buying process a breeze. She thoroughly walked me through every step and made sure I was aware of all of the current incentives. She got me the car I wanted at a great price, so we went over to the Jeep dealership to work out the financing with Mike Quattalaro. He was also a great help. He worked with me so that I could get the best possible rate, and he was very open and clear about the whole process. When I went back to the dealership I told Matthew Favuzza how helpful everyone had been. He gave me his card and said if there was anything he could help me with to call him anytime. Overall I had a fantastic experience at Westbury Fiat and I left with a Fiat 500 Abarth that is a blast to drive. I would recommend this car and this dealership to anyone without hesitation. If you are going to buy a Fiat... BUY IT HERE! You can't beat the service of this staff or the perks this dealership offers.

When I arrived for service, I waited over ten minutes before someone said to me "Are you being helped". I told the person I was there for a scheduled inspection, oil change and 18,000 mile service. I was told that I had to wait for Domenick "he's the only one who can access Fiat". So I waited another ten minutes before I was checked in by Domenick, who was very unfriendly, in fact, he seemed angry about something. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour and fifteen minutes until I saw that my car was brought out to the area where customers pick up their cars. I then had to wait another fifteen minutes "for Domenick to prepare the paperwork..." said the receptionist. I took so long for that to occur that my car had to be moved several times so other customers could get their cars out. Finally, the receptionist sent someone to get Domenick, he came to his desk, prepared the paperwork and called out my name. No apology, no explanation, nothing. "Your car is ready". I have dealt with others service reps at this facility who have been professional, cordial and helpful (most have come out during the wait period to tell me what was going on, how much longer it would take, etc...). Not so, with Mr. Denovellis.

I had actually gone to Patchogue first just to look. They were ok overall, but when it came time to actally test drive an abarth, my sales person was not much help.As I got more serious with ordering an abarth, I decided to go to westbury. Cammie was great to deal with right from the beginning. Knowledgable, accomodating, friendly. Hit all the high points. I spent time with mike talking cars. Was great to get his technical perspective on the car. Both Matt and Debbie were great coordinating the deal, and answering questions and finalizing the sale and pickup. By far one of the easiest cars I purchased!

Recently purchased my first vehicle a preowned Civic Si from Fiat of Westbury. From day one the staff was knowledgable and very helpful in my purchase. Great experience!! The showroom is clean and modern. My dad LOVED the expresso and biscotti! I purchased a used bmw and mostly worked with Mike. He was very easy-going and very patient. He let me come back numerous times to test drive the car I was interested in. Negotiating with the manager, Matt, was fairly painless (in the spectrum of used car sales). My only gripe was the almost $900 in random additional fees (prep and filing fees)!! They are totally asinine and specific to this dealership as I hadn't encountered them at any of the numerous other dealerships I visited during my car search. I would have preferred to not pay those fees at all but Matt worked with me by giving me more for my trade and coming down on the car sales price. Overall these two gentlemen made my first car-buying experience a pretty good one. Thanks guys!

I was looking for a 2009Nissan rogue in the color I really wanted and found one online I submitted a price I wanted to pay and Matthew Favuzza accepted my bid. I went to the dealer and was happy to see the car i wanted. The dealership was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I was disappointed about was the 595.00 trans and prep fee I had to reconsider buying this car and Matthew Favuzza helped me by reducing the price of the car by $300.00 which made me feel satisfied. I am happy with the car except for a noise I heard right after leaving I called the dealer the next day and they told me where to bring the car to be checked out again they all were very helpful. I also like that I get roadside assistance, free oil changes this year,free loaner car and free inspections this was a very good incentive. I was also impressed with the Fiat. I would highly recomend this dealership to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. Thank you again Cammy,Deb,Mike and Matthew for helping me to get the car i really wanted.

Bought a used 2008 Volvo XC90 from them. The folks I dealt with (Mike, Cammy) went above and beyond while helping me with preparations to pick up the vehicle. Mike even helped get the car prepped (as their Dealer Prep department skipped cleaning the interior of the car entirely (something to look out for)) and I enjoyed a smooth and enjoyable dealership experience.

I would recommend this dealership over others because they knew and explained the features of each model patiently and specifically. Mike Germana worked with me. I was trying to decide between an Abarth and a 500C. I test drove the 500 at another dealership but never returned there because the salesperson didn't know the car well. When I walked into FIAT of Westbury I was still a bit confused but Mike helped me make my ultimate decision. I was impressed with Mike's knowledge. I test drove two cars on two separate occasions. I never felt pressured. Mike and the people at Westbury are professionals.
