So over priced. I would of had to put in at least 5-10k just to fix the Jeep. Asking 15k. Ha. They only would give me what I owe on my decked out truck 😂 lame. I don’t recommend. Sorry. Also I just found out I made it clear to only run my credit through one place. One place. Here they ran through more than one. Thanks. Definitely can’t listen to a customer.

BE AWARE I recently bought a 2018 Nissan Murano about a month ago heres my experience. Start of the experience went smoothly the seller Ray said that he would be transparent with me about his vehicle and ask that I do the same. Easily got me financed and offered to deliver the car an hour and a half for free. The car arrived at about 8pm on a Friday. Immediately noticed the front tires were bald well were off to a fantastic start. The delivery driver assured me all would be handled. I was contacted days later in regards to the tires. They offered to replace two tires on an AWD. I’ve always put all 4 tires on an AWD he said if the car only needs 2 tires that’s all he’s done. I paid for the other 2 myself and also an oil change because one had not be documented. He told me he didn’t have the vehicle long enough or he would have changed the tires and figured after driving it a week and running out of washer fluid it was safe to say the car hadn’t been gone over. Back to the let’s be transparent I wish the seller had been a little more transparent on his vehicle and mentioned some scratching. This was my first experience buying sight unseen and my last. Will I buy from fidelity again probably not. Everyone was nice but there comes some excitement when buying a new ride. I didn’t experience that I don’t expect to buy tires and have the feeling well if they missed that what else did they miss? Also I had issues with transferring the vehicle they didn’t charge English in taxes so I had to shell out another 400.00 never never again

I purchased a 2015 Jaguar XF from Fidelity Auto today and it could not have gone any smoother. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. I have never worked with a person so hard to deal with. Victoria is the rudest person I dealt with when calling a dealership. She is very rude on the phone and make snide comments to me and my husband. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from Fidelity Auto after the experience I had with VICTORIA.

We recently purchased a 2008 Toyota 4Runner from Fidelity. The buying experience here was like no other. Friendly, sincere, REAL PEOPLE -- not what you think when you imagine a car salesman. Jonathan has decades of experience in car sales, but rather than that making him a slick, jaded dealer, he instead is a gentleman who treats his customers like friends, yet is a total professional in dealing with all the paperwork, financing, etc. He patiently answered all of our questions and we honestly felt -- for the first time -- that we were working with someone we could trust. This was such an easy transaction, Johnathan negotiated everything with us over the phone. We are in NC and obviously didn't want to drive 550 miles each way to discover our trade in didn't meet with our expectations. Johnathan was very patient and took endless calls from me answering endless questions! Would definitely recommend and buy a car here again.

The price was competitive; Jonathon and Joe spent time with me on the phone and in person answering all manner of questions, they were courteous, honest and at times demonstrated patience. Trading in my old vehicle and arranging financing was straightforward, and again without the drama and shadiness of your more typical dealerships. I purchased a 2012 Highlander from Fidelity. The SUV was in excellent good condition and priced right. Even allowed me to have it inspected by an outside repair facility for my own peace of mind. Jonathan is a wonderful sales rep. He does not push anything on you. He found financing for me at a great rate with a major lender. I was recently in the market for a new(used) car, and happened upon a link for an '07 Hyundai(which I had been looking for). It took me to Fidelity Auto Sales in Chagrin Falls. I had been shopping a few dealerships locally and had several issues, and was glad to finally come to a dealership that had a "straight forward" approach. Jonathan(the salesman) was full of information, honest, and didn't seem to be giving me the run around; he answered the questions I asked, and didn't try to push a car on me I wasn't interested in. When I purchased the car-the transaction was quicker and easier than I thought! Through the whole process, Jonathan was on the ball, kept in contact, and actually made good on what he promised. I used to sell cars years ago, and in a lot of places, "the game" is still the same, but again-Fidelity is straight forward and "no hassle." He(Jonathan) made every effort to make sure I was happy with the car, and made me feel welcome to come back with any issues I had. His co-worker, Joe, was also extremely helpful and quick with small issues I had. Overall Efficient and good service! Much appreciated! Thanks Fidelity!

I have purchased many vehicles through this dealership for myself and my family, and have sent several friends to them as well. They have a great selection of vehicles on the lot and dont pressure you to buy. You can also tell them what you are looking for (including price and options) and they will find it for you. Ray and Jonathan are very knowledgeable in knowing which makes and models are reliable, have good resale, low repair costs, etc. I highly recommend these guys!

I purchased a 2012 Scion xB from Fidelity in March of 2013. Because I decided to purchase a used car, I only wanted to deal with a well-established used car dealer with an excellent reputation. I initially considered Fidelity because it has been a Better Business Bureau Accredited member since 2003 with an A+ rating. My experience at other used car dealers is that they wanted to sell me any car on their lot. I purchased my car from Fidelity because my salesmen Ray and Jonathan took a far different approach. They seem genuinely interested in my needs and offered their recommendations on cars to fit my needs in a friendly, no pressure environment. Based on their advice, I decided upon a car that was not even in their inventory! This was no problem because they searched the country for the exact year, mileage and options I sought. They found exactly the car I wanted and had it delivered and ready for me to drive away in only a few days. I have purchased many cars in my day and this was far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend Fidelity to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

this is an exultant dealer ship i was treated like a friend, with up front and hones answers. having gone to them has reassured me that not all are out to just pedal used trucks and git as much out of you as they can, with there willingness to work with me evan though my situation was not at all ideal thank you fidelity auto and i will remember and share my exultant experience with you.

i recently bought a jeep through this dealership and they were honest and fair. I found them through east ohio auto and rv, I looked at another vehicle and was not able to buy at the time. I came back because they are the best dealer ship that have dealt with and worked out a deal to get a jeep from a private seller and trade my truck in. Even though they were not going to get much of a commission they helped me out and I will definitely be back.

We shopped at several dealerships and ended up buying our truck from Fidelity. All of their trucks were real clean and they actually service there trucks which most of the places we went to didnt do. Jonathan got us a great finance deal and we left that same day with our Dodge Cummins. Every body at the place was friendly. My buddy bought a truck from them a year ago and sent me their way. Glad we bought form these guys.

I just purchased a car for my son. It's the third vehicle we bought from Fidelity Auto. We've always had a great experience there. Their prices have always been lower than the other places we shop at. They always go out of their way to help. My son had a flat tire 2 days after we picked up his Mazda, and Joe gave us a car to use while they had a new tire installed for us. Their financing rates were lower than any of the banks I checked. I recommend Fidelity.

We found the vehicle we were looking for and Jonathon bent over backwards to help me assess it and was very helpful through the entire sales process. Victoria and Joe were also very helpful and kind in helping with the sale as we had questions along the way. Jonathon helped us through a time crunch too when we made the journey to Fidelity Auto with 3 kids in tow to purchase the van.
