Andy Stahl was friendly, knowledgeable, and for me his non pressure was refreshing. Usually I would rather have a root canal than go to a car dealership. Not here, I would buy another car from Andy without a second thought. I have since recommended Fitzgerald and Andy to several friends.

I have been looking at a Subaru Outback for some time. I check out other dealers but many seemed to "also sell Subaru's" but rather sell you a XYZ. I first contacted thru email and received internet pricing. The next day I went to the dealer. Carl was quite friendly, and very factual - no BS. When the negotiations began he explained how they came to the decision on my trade in and how the $ figure compared to the other pricing services - Blue book , black Book etc. The price they offered me for my trade in was very fair from the beginning - none of this low ball pricing stuff. All the paper work was completed smoothly and rapidly. This was the best, least stressful auto buying experience I have ever had and will recommend Carl and Fitzgeralds Automall to anyone interested in buying a car.

Nick and Neal were very easy to deal with and very upfront. Not pushy at all. They knew what I wanted and kept me informed without stalking, as other dealers would be. I put a deposit on a 2014 Subaru Forester, but decided I wanted to wait for a 2015, and Nick had no problem with that at all and refunded the deposit. He called when when the 2015 Foresters came in, as I requested. Buying this vehicle was a very pleasant experience at Fitzgerald Subaru, not the ordeal I had expected.

Buying this car was the most wonderful experience I've ever had buying a car. No pressure, good advice, friendly people, and everyone was helpful. Bo Morgan made the paperwork at the very end a pleasure. Nice man, good stories, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in quality.

I was looking for a new car and after having a great car for 10 years I knew it would be hard to do. I looked at several different cars then decided to try Subaru. When I got to Fitzgerald it was such a pleasure to not have people swarm you and be pushy. After looking around I met Nick Rine. He was so helpful and really very knowledgeable. In a short I had decided on a Forester and it was such a smooth transaction. This was in 2012, I loved the car so much that I have it to my daughter and bought another on the next year. I am sold on Subaru and I do think it is because of the experience I had with Nick and the dealership. Keep up the good work, I am sure I will be back for another one!

In short, I could not find anything about Andy that was not outstanding. Never have worked with a better sales person in all my experiences. Being out of state presented unique challenger, but Andy handled everything to perfection. He, along with the finance department, handled all the paper work for me perfectly.I cannot say enough good things about my purchase experience.

We dreaded the car buying experience so much, we put it off for an additional year. We don't like to haggle nor wait for sales to walk back and forth to the manager to negotiate. But at Fitzgerald Subaru, none of this happened. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. We test drove many cars like the Outback and even during the test drive, before we decided on this one, there was no pressure -- just information on the car to assist in our decision.We especially appreciated Nick Rine's competence and knowledge of the Outback and Crosstrek. The no haggle system of purchasing plus Nick's expertise and honesty will draw us back there without hesitation.We even got a great trade in offer for our SUV. We highly recommend the Fitzgerald Subaru and Nick Rine!

I have not purchased a new car for over 30 years. Usually I have bought newer used cars. After doing way too much research on brands and models of cars, I went to 3 local dealerships to try and get closer to a decision. Fitzgerald Subaru was far superior in many areas. Firstly, was my salesperson, Andy Stahl. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and all of the particulars, but he was patient, not pushy, and dealt with me how I would deal with someone. I actually was back and forth to this dealership 7 to 8 times before I finally purchased our 2013 Outback. Even after the sale, Andy called on 3 different times to see how things were. I have gone back every now and then for Andy to show me or my wife how to set up bluetooth, etc., as was his suggestion. The people who completed the paperwork were also awesome and were very helpful. And finally I was very impressed when the General Manager came up to my wife and me to thank us for our business and to let us know that if there were any issues in the future, that he was there to make things right. I think the GM's name was Bob Smith, but I'm not sure. When we are in the market for a new car, or even a used one, I will return to Fitzgerald. I just liked the overall experience, and again, the way we were dealt with

Highly recommend. Fitzgerald's provided a no hassle internet price for a new Forester that met my specifications and was in stock. My trade-in was reasonable. I was treated fairly and respectfully.Other dealers either: didn't provide an offer -or- when they did make an offer, it was a higher price for a lower model. I had requested an automatic transmission (a more costly option). Of the three other dealers who made offers, all were more expensive than Fitzgerald's. Additionally, the small print on each of the other offers showed that the price was for "any manual transmission on the lot" and none even had manual transmissions on the lot. I'm careful of which businesses I support with my money and was repelled by that maneuver.The experience at Fitgerald's was up front, pleasant and no negative surprises. I refer anyone in the market for a car to Fitz.

This is the third Subaru we purchased at Fitzgeralds with Nick Rine as the salesperson. Nick worked with us to make sure we were getting the car we wanted. He took the time to make sure we reviewed the available models and options, including any "special packages" that provided the options we desired for the model. He got us an excellent deal on the car and the car loan. I should mention that the Nick and the other sales staff are very friendly and courteous. Also, we have our vehicles serviced at Fitzgeralds and have been very happy with the service. The staff has been friendly and helpful and very responsive to our needs. It's a pleasure to go in for a new car or for service. I have and will continue to recommend Fitzgeralds and Nick Rine.

My 1st Subaru I have ever owned. It took me over 4 months to finally decide on a vehicle. Through this time Andy (my salesman) was very patient with me and kept in contact the whole time. I was considering a Legacy or an Impreza. Andy would explain the differences in both models and the feature differences depending on trim level. They went over all the options of a purchase vs lease and presented me with different payments that would fit my budget. I was coming from an Accord so the major differences were the boxer engine and the CVT transmission. This is where the service dept. shined. I was in quite a few times for noises that I wasn't accustomed to due to the transmission and the sound of the engine. The service dept. took their time explaining to me what was going on and did diagnostic tests to confirm that there was nothing out of the ordinary happening. Everything was normal... I just had to "learn" a different type of car. I've now owned my Impreza Sport for about 5 months and loving it. I'm looking forward to my next Subaru already... Hopefully it will be the new body style WRX when it is released.

I have returned to Fitzgerald six times in the past 15 years to get a new car. That in itself is proof positive of what a great dealership it is from the sales department, to the management, to the service department. Everyone is top notch and worthy of the highest recommendation.Absolutely professional and low key--no high pressure tactics and fair deals. In fact, I always recommend Fitzgerald to peple seking a new or used car. I can't imagine taking my business anywhere else.

The entire sales experience was extremely smooth and pleasant. Both Nick and Shawn were very professional and possessed much knowledge regarding product. I'd recommend then in a "new york minute"! Great dealership, employing honest and helpful personnel. My finance manager, Bo, was also extremely helpful. What I liked perhaps most of all was there was no pressure from anyone....

FIRST OF ALL, I LOVE MY SUBARU FORESTER!!! IT'S GREAT FUN TO DRIVE AND LOOKS GREAT. THE STEARING AND ALL WHEEL DRIVE ARE SUPERB. IT HAS SO MANY NICE FEATURES, STORAGE, AND CONVENIENCE. I HAD TO WAIT A LITTLE WHILE TO GET IT, BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT. GEORGE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE TALKED FREQUENTLY ON THE PHONE AND INTERNET, AND I FELT LIKE WE WERE OLD FRIENDS, EVEN BEFORE WE MET. HE WAS VERY ACCESSABLE, AND LITERALLY CALLED ME AS THE FORESTER WAS BEING UNLOADED OFF THE TRUCK!!HE HAD TOLD ME IT WOULD ARRIVE ON AUG 10, BUT CAME IN ON AUG 1.GEORGE IS VERY POLITE AND PERSONABLE AND MET US AT THE DOOR AT FITZ. ALSO, I REALLY RESPECT THE PHILOSOPHY OF FITZGERALD. I READ ALL THE INFO THAT JACK HAD ON THE WEBSIGHT, AND THIS IS ONE OF THE PRIMARY REASONS I SHOPPED THERE. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FOR GOOD OLD FASHIONED ETHICAL PRACTICES. This was the third car that we have purchased from Fitzerald Auto Mall. They answered all our questions and are not pushy. There is no haggling on the price and even checking with NADA, Edmonds and Blue Book we found that the car was priced fair. We had a problem the day after we purchased the car for our daughter, and they corrected it immediately. We will more that likely purchase our next vehicle from Fitzgerald.

My wife and I originally went to Mastro in Tampa to look at the Subaru Forrester. It took them quite a while to give us numbers that, in the end, we felt were too high. When we went to Fitzgerald, George Sprague was upbeat and friendly, arranging a test drive quickly, and answered our questions confidently. If he didn't have an answer, he found it rather than trying to improvise. The sales manager worked up an offer very quickly and beat the offer we'd received at the other lot. George was also very helpful and flexible after the sale in helping us with the tag and title. I highly recommend Fitzgerald, George and the Subaru Forrester we bought.

I went to Mastro Subaru first and then decided to go to Fitz to check it out. George was so lovely and helpful, took us for a drive, explained without being pushy. He was extrememly knowledgeable and also worked on the numbers to the point i did nopt feel like i was being treated with anything other than respect. I would recommend this dealership and highly recommend George and would also purchase my next vehichle there. We will be in the market in the next couple of years and George will be who i go to.

My wife and I were "window shopping" to see what car would strike her fancy. Nick gave us a tour of the Subaru Outback, which we liked. He was very informative, and exceptionally considerate and conscientious toward my wife, who has a bad knee and tries to keep her walking to a minimum. We then tried other dealers and cars for comparison and a couple days later returned to Fitzgerald's to find George was covering for Nick, who was out that day. George was also extremely courteous as we test drove the Subaru Forester. We loved it, but were concerned with listed pricing and trade in value. We again tried some other dealers and cars, but came back to Fitzgerald's thinking we'd try the Subaru Impreza, which was a bit cheaper. Well, we got an unexpectedly great deal on a trade in and better options and pricing on the Forester than anticipated, so we drove away in our 2011 Subaru Forester instead! Not once did we feel pressured to make a deal *right now* which is so common these days. Dealing with Nick and George was a real pleasure!!

Our salesman Shawn and the rest of the team that we met on the day we purchased our new Outback went out of their way to make buying our new car a pleasure.We shopped 2 other dealers one less then 5 miles from our home in Naples Fl and were about to give up on buying an Outback and switching to another brand.I contacted Fitzgerald'sCountryside Subaru in Clearwater on a Saturday night and I was contacted the next day on a Sunday no less by Shawn and within no time we had a deal in the works and on the next Sunday we drove 190 miles and then we even got a better deal then we thought we had from our phone call.Our visit at the dealership was great experience Anyone looking to but a new or used Subaru would be wise to contact Fitsgerald's Countyside Subaru in Clearwater.They were the best.lds
