I was driving a Toyota Prius when I entered the Mazda dealership looking for a new car. I have a Mazda sports car as a second car and was seriously considering trading my Prius for a Mazda sedan. In particular I wanted a car with a direct fuel injected engine for better fuel mileage and lower maintenance. My first stop was at the local Mazda dealer where I was considering a Mazda 6 sedan. I was waited on by a young salesman who had to check with the Sales Manager about how much they would offer me for my Prius. The sales manager didn't even leave his office to look at my trade in but gave the young salesman a price that was less than I knew the car was worth on trade in. I left the Mazda dealership and drove 4 or 5 miles North to the Hyundai dealership. Long story short, two hours later I drove out of the dealership in a new Hyundai Sonata. They offered me a lot more for my trade in and I wound up with a much better car than the Mazda 6. I have had the car for over a year now and it has proved to be more than I expected. The service after the sale has super and I plan to return to the dealership for service and when I am in the market for a new car.

After having two terrible experiences at other dealerships, I was very pleased by EXCELLENT customer service at Fitzgerald Hyundai. I filled out a form on their website saying I was interested in a vehicle late Saturday evening and quickly received a text from Kale. He was able to answer my questions regarding whether the dealership would accept the pre-approved auto draft from my bank, which they did. Sunday morning we were quickly met by Jorge F. He was hands down the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. He was very patient, made suggestions and offered his honest opinions on the vehicles that he showed me. Additionally, he was very pleasant and not pushy and made the entire car buying experience overall comfortable and relaxed. Unlike the other dealerships I went to, I did not feel pressured or unsure of any of the decisions I made today. I really wish I had gone to Fitzgerald Hundai from the beginning. I would definitely recommend going here for your next car. Thank you Kale and Jorge for the great experience and my great new car!!!

Usually, most dread the thought of buying a new car. This was certainly not the case with Mike and Robert at Fitzgerald. There was no pressure involved and all the help we needed with the loan application. Before I went, I had checked the specs of the vehicles we were looking for. If I cannot trust a person, I would not even consider buying a vehicle from them. Every question I asked was met with the utmost sincere and honest answer. It was actually a pleasure working with them to find my wife a new automobile. There customer service and pricing are absolutely excellent! We were not planning on purchasing that day, but could not turn down such great deals.

This was by far the most enjoyable new car lease purchase. I was contacted immediately by the dealership. I was looking for a good lease deal and Fitzgerald's delivered. It was no hassle and I would recommend my salesman, David Lapp to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
