My visit was for a diagnostic analysis of a problem that my vehicle exhibited the night before. When I stopped the engine and restarted it to complete a trip home from a location after the vehicle exhibited a problem that seemed to be related to the transmission, the vehicle started and showed no further symptoms. The shop did a thorough analysis of aspects of the vehicle related to the reported symptoms, but was unable to find a problem. I am thankful for the special care that your specialists took to assist me, and I was extremely grateful that you did not charge me a fee for your careful analysis.

I have to begin by saying I was very fortunate to have been referred to Fletcher Jones Import's Rex Babin by a woman who handled my recent home purchase, who is herself a former FJI employee! Well starting with that advantage I was warmly welcomed into the store by Rex who instantly impressed me as a man who knew what he was doing. After a brief conversation we went out for a test drive in a new C300, the car I was originally most interested in. Upon our return he suggested I expand my thinking to consider a 2014 E350 that had just been turned into the dealership at the end of a lease. Since I had the time I thought there was no reason not to take him up on his offer and again went out for a test drive. Needless to say, while the C300 was an excellent car to drive, the E350 truly amazed me and Rex encouraged me to experience all this fine automobile's capabilities. From that point on I seriously reconsidered my original idea of only buying a new vehicle. Upon our second return to his office, Rex carefully presented all the benefits of owning this particular car in a way that seriously addressed my concerns about buying a pre-owned vehicle. I must say his sensitivity to my doubts allowed me to see beyond the way I had been thinking and allow me to become happily comfortable with my decision to purchase the E350.When I returned to the store the following day to complete the buying process I was welcomed by several other FJI's staff members who handled each step beautifully with warm, graciousness and real concern for me. Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting, including Ivan Hoff and Rex's assistant Jolene went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable at all times.Now that I've reported the facts of my encounter with Fletcher Jones Imports, I think it's just as important to discuss the so-called "bigger picture" here. Purchasing a car, and a Mercedes-Benz in particular, is not a minor event. I sincerely believe that almost equal to the importance of the physical piece of equipment, is the long-term relationship that should be developed between the dealership and the buyer. Rex not only impressed me, but he infused a sense of decency in our relationship that now allows me to believe I made the absolutely best choice possible in buying the most expensive automobile I've ever owned.I'm looking forward to a very long-term relationship with FJI and I feel completely comfortable that it will be highly satisfactory at all times.

the service is good over all,they will text you once the finish maintenance. but still space for them to approve. the electronic key to open the home garage was not set up for me, and the car wash is only for outside, no vacuum for the inside.

It was difficult finding the exact car with the exact options I wanted, without waiting for three or more months. Unfortunately there weren't any cars available in a short time frame. We're from Chicago, where we got our last Mercedes at the Flethcher Jones there. There, they had a bigger inventory and we was able to get everything we wanted without the wait. Howard and DJ are a pair to draw to! Professional, personable, funny and they know me! I like to cut to the chase and not waste anyone's time.....and they do just that. Both put up with me when I change my mind in mid-stream; that could be anything from the color to the model I am interested in. Howard sold us our first S class in 1991 so we have grown "old-er" together. :-O DJ (to me he is Davi) has been selling Mercedes for 30+ years and it shows. He isn't pushy and is always patient. I appreciate his honesty and experience!Lisa showed me the gadgets...some I knew and others were totally new to me. She was patient and worked through them slowly. Very fast, long distance and Mercedes dealers that I've dealt with are like the ultimate pit crew. I show up, they give me a loaner, I'm out, they fix my sled, and I'm back. No stress, no drama. They fix what I came in for, usually find a piece of preventative maintenance - today it was a cracked V-Belt which could have been a terrible breakdown in the mountains - and the repairs are reasonably priced. NOT like a Range Rover! I could not be happier with Fletcher Jones. Just like my "regular" Mercedes dealer in another city, far far away. Dennis Eich was my service advisor. 100% professional and knows his technology and understands that I drive fast and want to be safe.

A/C went out on a very hot day. I stopped by midmorning to see Spencer. After leaving the car and getting a shuttle ride to work, Spencer communicated via text often on the progress of the diagnosis. Once the problem was discovered and the repairs given the green light, work began. A few hours later I received a text that the car was done. Fast A/C repairs on a very hot day. I bought my first Mercedes at another dealer but serviced here and loved the service. Chris Monzo was so great when I was considering a new SUV in September but plans changed as we decided to plan a wedding. Chris sent his congratulations and contact info for future needs. I remembered that and went and bought my second Mercedes last night. I admit I tested other luxury SUVs but none out performed Mercedes or the service this location provides. I called and told him what I wanted and the vehicle I liked. Within minutes he sent me the figures and when the paperwork was ready, it was exactly as he relayed. I highly recommend Chris Monzo! Ivan and Lisa were awesome too. And Spencer in service never let me down on my 2008 Mercedes. Several names there so to me that means the great service is more of a culture than a fluke.

Great transaction and experience from beginning to end. Allow me to make the decisions with no high pressure tactics, and saw the vehicle one day, and returned the next after I had some time to review the transaction. Everyone was great and literally took 2 1/2 hours to complete the entire process - this typically is over 4+ hours at other dealers. Happy with my MB!

Our amazing Service Advisor, Dennis Eich, strongly suggested we look into purchasing another vehicle as our 2006 ML500 car was beginning to give us issues. He walked us over to Michael in Sales and from that moment on it was smooth sailing. We were indecisive as to which vehicle we wanted to purchase so Michael priced out a few options for us. When we returned a few days later to take another look He was eager to show us some more vehicles and answered all of our questions and concerns. We decided it was economically advantageous to purchase the E Class Coupe with a warranty. From the moment we stepped into the Finance Dept to the Delivery of our new Vehicle was beyond our expectations! We have never experienced such first class service with any Dealership! Everyone was so friendly, courteous and each department exuded complete knowledge with their respective jobs! Steve Kaplan made our purchase all the better with his comedic wit but ultimately it was that he sharpened his pencil for us and that sealed the deal! We realize we should have traded our ML500 but we aren't quite ready to let go of that Vehicle.... however, once we are ready, we know we will be returning to Fletcher Jones MBZ! This being our first vehicle purchase of this type, the experience was wonderful. Everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, explained the financing (and options) completely and in full detail, provided lengthy instruction so we knew enough about the vehicle that we could drive it out of the dealership comfortably and welcomed us to the Fletcher Jones family. I am assuming this is not simply what is normally provided when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, but also has to reflect the "culture" of Fletcher Jones Imports as well. If their culture remains this positive throughout our ownership of this vehicle, we would be hard pressed to ever go elsewhere when it comes time for another vehicle.

Superior service. Car was ready when promised. I was unable to pick up the car until a week later. The valet who went to retrieve the car asked is I had a few minutes as the car was brought down from the garage earlier in the day and had some pollen dust (the trees here are dropping a significant amount) and he wanted to rewash it. That is the extra mile the people that work there are always happy to go. You never have to ask as they are always on the ball to suggest and deliver a 5 star experience

If I ever have an issue with my car and need to take it into service, John is there to take care of business. He is quick, prompt, and gets things done. If there is ever a hiccup, he doesnt provide excuses but just makes sure things are taken care of. He works with Doug, who is incredibly knowledgeable mechanic, and together they are seamless. They make a stressful time much simpler.

I dropped off my car early morning and the fletcher jones shuttle bus took me to work. I wasn't able to pick up my car before the service dept close so they let me pick up my car at the sales dept. That was around 730 Pm. that was wonderful. On top of that my car was clean and shiny it looked brand new. Thank you

Love the service department at this dealship and the staff that represents this department. Typically, you would purchase a vehicle and once the commitment is made; rarely does a consumer get the 5 star service when it comes to maintence. I would not take my care to any other service department in my city, but Fletcher Jones of Las Vegas. The valet service is impeccable. I am always greeted by my name in a promptly manor. Pat always takes possession of my vehicle and is prompt in letting my service advisor Spencer know that I have arrived. Each valet, and the service advisor offers waters & other accommodations with warm greetings. See all these things are so important to me; accommodations while employees personalizing interactions. Meanwhile, my car is always routinely and thoroughly maintence. My service advisor Spencer always lays out every detail into my mileage, past service, current service and future service. I can honestly say for as much as I drive my car. It still drives the same 60,000 miles later the same way I drove off of the car lot! The detailed wash that I received was of quality that I pay 60$ every other week. If you want to feel at home while getting great service from knowledgeable people who continuously deliver great service please know that you have no where else to look

Was in the market for a used vehicle and specifically a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Fletcher Jones Imports just happened to have one at the price point I was willing to spend. I contacted Slade Talbot in the internet department and came in to see the SUV. Slade treated me like an old friend rather than just some guy off the street. The FJ was better than what I had seen anywhere else, the price was right and a MORE than fair amount was given to me for my trade in. The finance department (which I usually hate sitting with due to hard up sell tactics) was a painless and easy process and made that end of the purchase easier than any dealership I've ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend you try Fletcher Jones Imports when ready to purchase a vehicle and be sure to ask for Slade. He'll treat you right!

I have been a customer of Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz on West Sahara since 2006. We were looking for a new car and decided to check out Mercedes Benz. We met our salesman Davi J. He was absolutely top shelf, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and very low pressure. He took the time to show us the models in our price range and helped us in our decision making process. We bought our first Mercedes within a week. As time progressed we became familiar with the service department and all departments within the dealership. Each experience was excellent. If work needed to be done on our car it was done correctly the first time without the need for return visits to correct a problem. The price we were quoted by our service representative John S. was exactly what we paid when we returned for our car. Two years later finding ourselves in need of another new car we did not hesitate to go straight to Fletcher Jones Mercedes on West Sahara to start our shopping process. We have been going back for our warranty work and scheduled service needs and have not thought of letting anyone else touch either of our cars. Inquired about a vehicle - Dealer asked for a bunch of info on my trade in Mercedes I listed Vin, Year, make info never recd a reply and then resent - dealer finally said oh yeah working on it Point being - I am a busy professional and don't appreacite spending my valuable time gathering data passing it on to not even recieve a response It's terible customer service and obviously this particular person has horrible follow through skills - or just did not see the point in following through due to no gain.
