Marvin and AJ you guys are so awesome! ...THE BEST!! ... THE GREATEST! ... These guys "took care of me" ... I kept waiting for the "salesman" to come out from somewhere, but honestly, it never felt like the typical car buying experience. I got to the dealership around 6:15pm and left around 9:00 pm on a Saturday but Marvin and AJ never rushed the transaction...AJ explained everything in terms that I understood and answer all of my questions. Marvin made me laugh which eased my nerves and got me excited when he had to "break the news" to me that I got approved for a loan! My whole experience was the best...They pride themselves with high ratings so they strive to be the best in what they do...And they do it well! Thank you Fletcher Jones!

My daughter and I went into Fletcher Jones last Thursday to find a car for her. She's young and has yet to establish any credit. Marvin Ledesma was not only totally attentive and accommodating, he actually cares! He wasn't trying to get my daughter in a financial bind, and was a total realist. He showed us the cars they had in her price range, and let us test drive each one to see which was the best fit. She absolutely fell in love with one and we went inside to run numbers. After not much time at all, we were in Muneer's office, who is a total pro and no nonsense, signing papers! They got my daughter locked in at a way lower rate than expected, and we walked out of there feeling great! No regrets, no pits in our stomachs... it was a total success and my daughter is the happiest I've seen her in a long time. Thank you so much Marvin Ledesma and Muneer! My experience was very positive. Although I'm not happy with the purchase price paid [My mistake was to take my wife with me, she liked the car thus I could not get up and leave the place] the purchase experience was very good. Friendliness, nobody "sleek" or to slippery, Clayton H took all the time in the world to take us through every gadget and button of the car and much more. Definitely a Dealer to go back. I purchased two times from two other MBz dealers. Day and night. Including the service department. Fletcher is knowledgeable and each person I talked to knew what they were talking. They took the time to answer every inquiry and "how-to". The opposite happened at other dealers that they deliver a car like it could be a pizza. "This is yours, now take it and leave; we don't know anything about it. No, we don't program key features or know about it" In one MBz dealer in San Jose, CA I was not able to get help not even from the service department... My lease was coming due in less then 30 days. Called Charlotte. She asked me what I wanted (what don't I want), then asked me what I wanted to pay :). Charlotte told me that this car with this package is exactly what I was looking for and wanted. However she did not have it on the lot but will track it down. In the interim, I flew down to SD with the fam for some r&r and a little bit of business. 3 days later I got the call... THE CAR WAS IN!!!! Flew back to the bay the next day, and got to the Benz lot at 8pm. Charlotte knows my phobia of car lots and made sure that all paperwork was completed. All within 45 minutes, just a few initials and some John Hancock's, a quick vehicle overview and I was out the door. Talk about services. This is my third Benzo from Charlotte Riles and her superior service will keep me coming back for more.

Wanted to lease 2017 Mercedes E300 and after a not so good experience at a dealership in Stevens creek (2 visits did not help), sent out an internet quote request to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz at Fremont. Got an almost immediate response from Marvin Ledesma. Had a quick follow up call with him on phone and he asked to visit the showroom to discuss further. He was patient in hearing out my requirements and was able to come up pretty good deal on the car. He was able to find and deliver the car within few days. We came in to FJM because we originally leased the car from them. That experience wasn't great so we had some trepidation but wanted to try because we weren't sure if we wanted to buy the car or turn it in. I had reached out to FJM to get some questions answered before coming down and was contacted by Marvin Ledesma. Marvin was very helpful in getting the questions answered and we set a time to come in and go over our options. Since inspecting the car was part of the return process we were set up with service advisor Joe Defreitas. Joe took a great amount to time explain our options and sent the car in for inspection. While we waited Marvin took us to look at the new cars we were interested in. He was never pushy or impatient. We test drove a car, looked at others, and when the inspection came back Marvin sat down with us to go over our options. We really loved the car we leased and decided to do they buy out of the lease. While that price is set by Mercedes and cannot be negotiated, the car did need some other work and we wanted to have some things done on top of that. Marvin was very receptive and we were able to make a deal that worked for us. Overall, the experience and went a long way in restoring our faith in the dealership. The only complaints I have are with the customer lounge and final delivery of our vehicle. The lounge, while nice, had no remote for the TV's, and few refreshments. This may sound like I'm spoiled, but we were there for five hours, I'd like to have a snack of some kind available. It doesn't have to be fancy, but it is a Mercedes dealership. The second thing, and this has bugged me from the first service we did some years ago, the detail and car wash service is just terrible. Windows are smeared from dirty rags and when we picked up the car this last time, it had bird droppings in several places that I had to point out to the delivery person. If you offer that service, make sure the car is delivered clean and as promised.

First let me say, over the years I have always said I will never ever buy a Mercedes. I was in the market for cars and just so happened to pass by the Fremont dealership and got a call from my cousin to go talk to Tony at Mercedes in Fremont just to check out the cars, I don't have to buy one but just to go and see what the car is about. Before I met with Tony I called him just to make sure they had the E350 my cousin told me to look at. I hoped on the call with Tony and first thing he says "Come on over to the dealership we are having a party. Come enjoy and the food and take a look at the cars" The minute I got there Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely patient and very knowledge about not just the car but the company as a whole. He never once pressured me about sitting down to talking about price or what he can do for me. It was all about giving me all the information I needed to make my decision. I finally ended up buying a E350 and I could not be happier. This was one of the best experiences i have had start to finish when buying a car. From Tony to the finance manager Shawn. Shawn was amazing as well. He was nothing like the people at other dealerships. He put no pressure or gave a huge sales pitch on all the insurances I should get. An absolute pleasure. My overall experience I would say is that if you are in the market to buy a car, call Tony! If only all dealerships would sell cars like this. Two thumbs up Fletcher Jones!

I was referred to Glenn by a friend and ended up ordering a 2016 C300. I worked with both Glenn and Kate DeCosta in the internet sales department. Kate was an excellent guide -- very knowledgeable about the C-Class and was helpful when I went in and ordered the car. Glenn kept me updated with the progress on my order, letting me know when it would be built and when it would likely arrive. I've now taken delivery and the process went smoothly. Glenn honored our negotiated deal from months earlier and neither he nor the F&I manager, Obaid, pulled any shenanigans (I'm used to dealers trying to nickel and dime at delivery time). Glenn spent a lot of time to thoroughly introduce the car to me and answered all my questions. I won't hesitate to go back to Glenn or Kate for another car.

I purchased my first vehicle 2015 (SL 400) , in March from Marvin Ledesma. At that time I found Marvin Ledesma to be way above and beyond my expectations. I have been a Mercedes buyer since 1974, and never have I found in all those years a more helpful, honest and dependable service representative Marvin always delivers what he promises and more. Last week, I purchased a 2016 E400 Cabriolet for my wife. With Marvin's help and patience my wife made specific requests and built the car. It arrived last week as promised. After taking delivery, there were so many tech items we could not operate the car to its fullest. Two days after we called Marvin to tell him about our situation. We live 35 miles from Fletcher Jones. Marvin made arrangements to meet us at our home to , tutor us, so we had a better understanding of the electronics in our car.WHAT A MAN!!!!! I've put off buying a car for years now because I dread dealing with car salesmen. I held onto my first car for nearly 13 years because as almost anyone can vouch, car salesmen can be very stressful to deal with. NOT MARVIN!!! Marvin responded to my online inquiry on the car in less than 3 minutes. I was told by another salesman in the area that the best deal that could be offered to me was a few hundred off the sticker price due to high demand for my car. Not the case at all. Marvin proved all my worst nightmares about car buying to be wrong. Not only did I get an exceptional deal on my CLA250, I walked away with a new friend. I inquired about the car on a Tuesday afternoon, made a deal via email in less than an hour, and by that evening, my car was delivered from a sister dealership in Marin to Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz in Fremont. We completed most of the paperwork details via phone, which took all but 15 minutes, and the rest is history. Marvin kept me informed every step of the way, from finding the one and only Grey CLA with my absolute must-have options in the Bay Area, to when it it arrived on site via a personal picture text message. We scheduled a time that was convenient for my work schedule so that I could get in and out in just about 2 hours-- most of which, we were laughing, joking, and taking pictures of my new car. Upon arrival, Marvin greeted me with all smiles, handed me my keys, and told me to go for a drive before we even got down to signing papers. When I got back, I was ushered over to Obaid in Finance to sign my signature on a billion documents, which were explained in very high-level detail-- exactly what I love. After writing a check, Marvin personally delivered my car and sat with me to explain everything I needed to know about my car... what and where each button, knob, compartment, and thingamajig did. After a few dozen more photos, I was off to dinner to celebrate my new purchase. Marvin followed up after a couple hours to ensure his customer service met my needs. YES! ABOVE AND BEYOND! I really could not have asked for a better experience than this. I'm amazingly thrilled at his exceptional personal touches in customer service, and already have friends in queue to purchase a car from him. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH.

Had a very bad experience. My wife and I went to see ML and GLK models. We were just looking around when one sales person named Tito came to help us. He asked us if we are buying it today. We said we are planning to buy in a month or so. Immediately his attitude got changed and he said there are lots of customers are coming today and he may not be able to give much time to show the car. When I asked if we can get test drive today or do we have pre-schedule it, he told that if we buy today he can arrange test drive. He then asked why cant we buy today. When we said that we are also seeing X5 and Evouque, he laughed at us and created a scene like we are kinda idiot people - 'are u guys serious ?'I got very frustrated and immediately left from there. He then came to my car and tried to stop my car. He started saying he is bringing the key so that we can test drive and he is sorry about it. I'm never returning to this dealership and never recommend to anyone.

I have been putting off looking for a car because I generally do not care for the shopping environment at most dealerships. I did not think that it was possible to buy a car without feeling pressured. We worked with Mike Alkaddoumi on our purchase and it was truly a pleasant experience. Mike was extremely informative and helpful as we reviewed the models that we were considering. His patience made us very comfortable and we were able to make a stress free decision. What a concept!! When we left the dealership, we were sure that we had made the right decision. Mike has also followed up with us since our purchase to find out if we have any questions about the car. Visited the dealership Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont (Mercedes Benz) knew exactly what I was in the market for The All-New 2015 Mercedes Benz CLA-Class.I wandered a bit waiting to be approached but wasn't after 15/20 minutes of looking around the lot.Walked into the showroom thought I would draw some attention. Boy what a waste of time that was! Came across a full blown conversation employees were having for lunch and rounding people up after work to grab cocktails as they shared other revelations of what they did a couple nights ago. A glance was given by an employee after catching their tone of voice echo obnoxiously loud. The conversation carried on, what a disappointment that concluded the reviews read on yelp apparently to be misleading. What happened to the professionalism that Mercedes usually has? More like play ground central and employees dressed in poor work attire. Name plates on employees would help since you can't tell the difference if they are employees or customers.Showing up in a beater car obviously doesn't draw attention or Interest for assisting customers sad but true.

I leased a new vehicle from Fletcher Jones in February. Overall the staff at the dealership was very nice as you would expect from any dealership. I worked with Tom in leasing my Mercedes. While Tom was helpfully intitially, he was not very forward with disclosing the leasing term. Since it was my first time leasing, they defintely took advantage of that and not answering my question honestly when asked. I asked about the money factor (MF) in the lease and was told that it is not negotiable. This was repeated more than once. It is in fact negotiable like the interest rate when purchase instead of leasing. I went back the next day to point out that I was given false information regarding my lease. With my excellent credit score, I would have qualify for some of the best rate. Sang said he will help me reduce the MF by a little bit as a "courtesy" and being committed to excellent customer service. Obviously, the first step in providing excellent customer service is to not give out false information. I enjoyed the car but the experience at this dealership left a sour taste.

I wanted to trade in my C Class for an SUV because we had a new addition to the family and was referred to Marvin Ledesma. I HATE the whole car buying experience so I was dreading coming in. Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Fremont is a classy operation. I came across the dealership through Truecar.com. Immediately after putting in an online request, I was contacted by Misty, who over the phone/text procured a fair deal for a Mercedes GLA. I accepted the first price because I knew it was a fair price based upon shopping around at competitors.When I arrived at the dealership the experience was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Since the car that I wanted was not on site, they hustled behind the scenes to procure it so that I didnt leave empty-handed. I really appreciate all the effort that they put in on my behalf. The dealers that I was shopping at before didnt treat me like the customer, and in some cases didnt treat me like a serious customer which got under my skin and ultimately lost my business.My business was valued at Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Fremont. I was looking for a C300 sedan, and I have almost visited all dealerships in the bay area. They either don't have the color I wanted, or the package option of the car was not I liked. Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont was about the third dealership I visited. I talked to Jay what the packages and color I was looking for. Luckily they have the car just match everything I requested. We sit down to negotiate the price, Jay was very nice to work for me with his manager to match the price I asked for. For the first day, I did not decide to buy it, as we want to take look at other dealership as well. However, Jay is still very patient and nice to send us out the store.In the next week, Jay was kindly sending emails to keep working on the car we want to buy. Since we could not find any other cars has the same package, unless we waited for couple weeks, or compromised to different color. We accepted the price Jay fought against his manager for us. The price I would say it is great price comparing with other offers.Before we went to the store to pick up the car, Jay had ready prepared every documents for us, and the car is cleaned. He reminded us to have auto insurance ready for the car before we left just made sure we have nice car back to home.I have friend bought CLK from them last December, they recommend this dealership to me, I would go to recommend them to more of my friends.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Before going to the dealership at Fletcher Jones Fremont, I had various email back and forth between me and Chris Bowers. Chris provided quick responses and required details which helped me narrow down my options. It was really very Helpful.When i went to the dealership and met Mr Chris Bowers, he showed me around various options which would had been on interest to me. Chris shared with me some special uniqueness of Mercedes Benz cars. and was just very pleasant to talk to. I recently bought a C Class from Fletcher Jones in Fremont. Marvin was very friendly and effective. He went through extra effort to get me a car that he did not have in his lot and beat the price of other dealers. His whole focus was to make the buying experience a good one and make sure folks walk away feeling good. This was the best car buying experience that I have had. Alex, the Finance manager was also good. He did not push us to purchase options that we did not want. I would definitely recommend Marvin and his team to all my friends. I hope all car dealers had this attitude.

Thank you Mike, Tony, and Shaun for your amazing customer service. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike. It was late as well, maybe around 730pm when I arrived to the dealership. Mike was very friendly and made sure I left with the car I wanted! He made sure to answer all of my questions as well. Tony stepped in after Mike made sure I got the best deal. I traded in my 2012 Honda Accord. So this is my first Mercedes Benz! =) Tony is also another amazing salesman. He is very detailed and made sure I left with knowing how to work the many features of my new car! He also went above and beyond customer service in my opinion when I left Tony to go see Shaun next by moving all of my belongings from my Honda into my new car. That was very nice! Shaun made sure I knew about all of the extra packages I could add on to my car. He was not pushy with anything and made sure I knew about each one Benz had to offer. I did go with the basic package. My husband and I went to Fletcher Jones to see the new C300/400. We met with Chris Bowers who showed us the cars. After test driving the C400, we felt the car was smaller than what we liked. Chris then showed us the E350 which we liked. Chris was patient and courteous. He was not pushy which I had feared about car salesmen. He showed us the features about the cars. And if he didn't know, he said he would find out. As we were leaving, he asked if we would be interested in a CPO vehicle. He sensed that we liked the E350 but hesitated it. He showed us a CPO car that we fell in love with. We test drove the vehicle and loved the extra safety features that we wouldn't have gotten with a new E350. That day, Chris spent over 3 hours with us. We didn't buy the car right away but went back the following week. The car had been a champ for us thanks to Chris excellent service.

I am blessed to always find the right people at the right time. This is my second time at Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont. First, was to lease a car 3 years ago. I was treated like I was one of the Family member of the staff there ( I don't know anyone there). Just a few days ago, I went back to return my leased car and purchase a another car. I felt like I was family again. Sam Wali & Luis Krystal, what can I say, they are GREAT!!!!! I had spoke to Luis Krystal over the phone, who explained all my options for lease and purchase. The next day I went in late, it was past Luis's time at work. He stayed behind to make sure, Sam knew what I was looking for and gave instructions. Sam showed me the car's I was looking for and we narrowed it down and by end of the night, I drove my new car home. They are so kind and generous with information, I am so grateful. Reason I say that is because I am a single mom and went in both times alone. People always say, be careful, don't be taken advantage of. We walked in to just look around and to see a couple of vehicles, and we were approached by Sam. He showed us several vehicles, and within an hour we were signing our deal. Usually I avoid hitting dealership until the very end or I have to test drive. But Sami is most patient and honest sales, and I was attracted to. Instead of sell you a car on the lot, he listen to you and help you make decision along the way, instead of making one for you directly or indirectly. I found Fletcher Jones through TrueCar. Misty Uemura, my Internet sales rep, contacted me within a few minutes of submitting my TrueCar request and got immediately to work. Within a day she had secured the exact car we were looking for (from another dealer) and steered us quickly and efficiently through the test drive, deal negotiation, and closing processes.I was offered very good pricing up front on the car via TrueCar and the entire sales team worked with me to get the overall deal, including tradein, where I needed it to be. They are tough but fair negotiators, always pleasant and respectful and applied absolutely no strong arm tactics, bait-and-switch, or finance time upselling. The overall impression conveyed is one of partnership working a deal that best meets the needs of both parties, rather than the adversarial process I've encountered at other dealerships.In short, this is the way car buying is meant to work in the Internet age: rapid, efficient access to product and information; straightforward price negotiation; and a very efficient process. Tom Hamid, the sales person, was very patient and explained clearly the difference between the luxury and sport model in the Mercedes E-350. He spent extra time going over the telephone, navigation and other systems of the car after we decided to purchase it. Ajmal Faroqi, the finance director, was extremely respectful and quick to complete the paper work necessary for the transaction.I only wish my wife and I had gone to the Fletcher Jones Motorcars dealership first and avoided the other two dealerships we visited on December 21, 2014.My only regret is that Mr. Sang So, who we had an appointment with at 2:00 PM, did not personally meet us first before he asked Tom Hamid to assist us.

My wife & I certainly experienced a high level of service at Fletcher Jones Fremont considering we had both our young kids with us while looking at a CPO 2013 GL450 we were interested in. We were late to our appointment & it was pouring rain. Yet, our sales rep Mozie Razawi had the car prepped & out front for us to glean over and test drive immediately upon arrival . I did not anticipate purchasing that day however we liked the car & decided to negotiate with what limited time we had. During which I had to make a scheduled one hour work related phone call & Mozie was kind enough to allow me to use his desk & phone to complete. Upon final signing at the finance department, Mozie & his colleague Zabi kept my youngest toddler entertained at their well appointed waiting lounge. I came out to find my son surrounded by a handful of Fletcher Jones staff members whom he made friends with. Me and my mom have gotten Lexuses in the past, but my mom was thinking of getting a Mercedes instead to try something different. We were referred by a friend to contact Sales Associate Tony Chiem, and there was good reason our friend recommended him. We had a stellar experience with Tony, who really took care of us and is the type of guy who you feel like you can trust. My family has worked with several car salesmen in the past, but Tony was the most accommodating out of all of them. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from Fletcher Jones in Fremont. From the time that I was greeted by a smiling Tom Hamid at the entrance to being handed keys to my new car (with the Mercedes Benz keychain), the experience was excellent. Tom patiently explained the pros and cons of various models. He offered to let me 'borrow' the car for a couple of hours to get a feel for the car and to talk it over with my wife ("smart soft selling"). Once I made the decision to purchase the car, he made sure that the car was cleaned, detailed and had all blemishes removed. Finally at the time of delivery, he excitedly explained all the features of the car. I have bought luxury cars before and have never been treated this well. I almost felt like a royal. Having gone through the various options and a few quick test drives we knew we wanted to get the C300. We had a trade in from our old car and before we knew it we had a satisfactory deal made. This has been by far the quickest car purchase we have made. We definitely recommend getting your new merc from here.

Misty was more than helpful since day one. I came in looking for a CLA250 after having scoured Beshoff motors and Stevens Creek Mercedes hoping to find a car I liked. Not only did they assist me in finding a car the options I wanted, they went so far as to ship it all the way from Santa Clarita FOR FREE. All the other dealerships had a "this is all we have" mindset and were unwilling to search other dealerships when I couldn't find what I wanted on the lot. Misty searched for other cars in California, comparing prices and options to find the exact car I wanted. They even offered USAA discounts for military service members and their families, something the other dealerships omitted when we negotiated prices.Overall: An excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. If you live in San Jose or Santa Clara, I would recommend skipping Beshoff and Stevens Creek entirely and going straight to Fremont.

I brought my E350 in for service the 2nd time due to loud engine rattling noise in the engine compartment at cold start on 10/21. Joe was kind and professional in listening to my concern and explained the service procedure in details. The engineer noise appeared normal after the service center replaced some components in the secondary drive chain under MB warranty. The provided car loan was excellent. This is my first Mercedes Benz. I've been looking at the 2015 C300 4Matic for about a month. Spoke with 8 different dealers to find a good price and to find the car I was looking for. All the salespeople I spoke with suggested I do a custom order because apparently the Cranberry red interior is hard to come by without being fully loaded. The build time was 8-12 weeks. I continued looking and that's when I found Fletcher Jones of Fremont and met Glenn Hartzheim. After telling Glenn what I was looking for based on the options, he found it! It took him about 10 minutes but it was in Washington and told me it would take a week or so to get here if I wanted it. He kept me up to date on the status of the delivery. The price he offered was very competitive compared to the other dealers and Internet pricing.Glenn is friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. What an excellent job......Ron Reyes, our service advisor. He's very thorough and explain everything to us in detail, most importantly he provide us a reasonable solution. Ron is consistent and would always concentrate with each of his customers. He seems to be the busiest service advisor but we don't mind waiting for him. I knew I wanted an E class car, downsizing from my S class, but was not sure if I wanted a 550 or an E63 AMG model. Without "overselling" Kate explained the cars and took me on a test drive, and by the time we were done I was sold on the powerful E63. From the introduction on day one, to the price negotiation (which was painless) to the delivery exactly as promised, Kate and Fletcher Jones are first class. Very friendly, and true to their words, I will be buying my future MBZ cars at Fletcher Jones. Researched their used inventory for a C250 and was interested in a black 2012 one that they had for sale. Unfortunately, when I got to the facility the car was in process of being sold. Since the car was in process of closing a deal, I was discourage to test drive the car but Marv insisted to just test it out anyways. He said, "who knows, they might back out and change their mind so it doesn't hurt to drive it real quick." And so it happen, I drove it and I fell for the car but was broken hearted cause the car was sold when I got back to the lot. But like a super hero Marv stated he would do something else and try to work me into a BRAND NEW car instead. He worked out the numbers, provided me with informative features about the new model, took it for a spin and then sat with AJ. Final result = BOOM, I came in expecting less and left with something better and more. I was able to treat myself to a new car with the help of Marv and his magic. At first I came here with my family strictly just to look at their cars, prices, and what other Labor Day specials they were having. I didn't realize that later in the day I would be going home in a Mercedes-Benz. Tony was referred to us by my uncle and sure enough Tony is an awesome guy. He doesn't push anything, and tries to look for the car that you are specifically looking for. If there is a specific model or price range that you want, he will try to find that car for you. Originally I was planning on getting the cheapest car they had but Tony showed me the different models they had and specifically the price range I was looking for. In the end he showed me a slightly used C350 and it had everything I wanted and it was within the price range I was aiming for. He also made the paperwork process go VERY SMOOTHLY. I was very pleased with how fast and efficient everything went. From checking my credit to signing the contract, he made sure it was quick, efficient and no headaches. It was my first time driving/owning a Mercedes-Benz and Tony made sure I KNEW all of the features of the car I was buying before setting me off. Very FEW dealer agents do that, most of the time, they give you the keys and that's it. For Tony, he made sure I knew everything about the car before I drove it off. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him if you every plan on stopping by the Fremont Mercedes-Benz.

Test driving a MB car was not planned. We drove all the way fr. Palo Alto where I worked to test drive another brand , which unfortunately did not materialized. So, instead of driving back home not accomplishing anything. I decided to drop by at a nearby car dealer;next thing I know as I was parking my car a cheerful gentleman greeted me and my co-worker with a warm hello . Mr. George Loh introduced himself and offered to assist us. Although, I did not end up buying the car I test drove since my heart belongs to another brand. My overall experience with Mr. George Loh is something worth sharing. He offered me a real good deal that I almost gave up the thought of test driving the car that I plan to purchase from different brand name.. I would definitely recommend and pass on to others my exceptional customer service experience Mr. Loh had shown. Kudos to him ! If I would have to rate my experience I will give it 200% . Although, Mr.Loh did not closed the deal he still exerted effort to call me the following day to let me know that I left my glasses inside the car I test drive and I can pick it up anytime. In the future, if I decided to switch to MB I will surely drive back and look for Mr George Loh.

I am a big car enthusiast and have owned lots of luxury brands in the past. This was our 3rd Benz. We have been leasing this GL450 for 2 years and have fallen in love with this car so decided to buyback the car at the end of the lease. I called this dealership and was connected to Marvin L. I have dealt with so many car salesmen in the past that I can quickly tell how upfront he/she is within a few minutes of interaction. He was very straight forward about the whole transaction and was very pleasant throughout. If you are a smart shopper who likes to do their research before buying a car and don't like the fast-talking salesmen trying to pull a fast one then Marvin is your guy. He will work openly on the numbers with you and try to get you the best deal.

Faruq's customer service has been excellent from the start (January 2014; we placed the "custom" order for the CLA on February 10, 2014) until 7/19 when we actually took ownership of the car.He's always patient with our inquiries about the car features, details and even placed a special "free" request to the MB factory to provide a burlwood color and pattern that would highlight a "contrast" with the optional brown leather. His follow-through was outstanding.In addition to Faruq's excellent customer service, Shaun Graef (Finance manager) was greatly helpful in going through the financial and titling details of the transaction, making this car purchase a very enjoyable experience.

I really appreciated my sales person (Faruq) - he went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. I wasn't as thrilled with the sales manager, who I felt was dismissive and rude. (Perhaps this is the way he handles price negotiations? Seemed unnecessary though.) Overall I was happy with my sales experience.The finance gentleman I worked with (AJ) was really nice but I do have to say I walked out with very paltry paperwork, and am still a bit concerned about that. He talked very fast when explaining my options and I certainly didn't retain all of it after a day of test driving. I'd like to have documentation for all of my extended warranties, etc, and was surprised these weren't provided.

I want to say thank you for making my first "online" purchase such a success. Working with your sales associate Navnit Singh was a real delight. He was knowledgeable on the car and very responsive in communicating with us. We live in Cambria so we had a three hour+ drive to get to your dealership. He picked us up at the rental car lot and had our 2008 Ford Expedition ready for us to test drive. Once back to the dealership he had all paperwork ready for our signatures and Fatima in finance was also great. Everything was done efficiently and we were on the road back to Cambria by 5:30 PM that same day.Being a Real Estate Broker/owner I understand the importance of quality sales people who enjoy their work. I was looking for a new Mercedes C-300 and tried contacting various dealerships. I have asked for quotations from all dealerships including fletcher-jones. I have received calls from some of them. Everyone was trying to sale me car that i wasnt looking for. I was only asked one question all the time "If you can assure us that you are buying car from us then only we can offer you best price". Only few of them offered a test drive. I wasnt getting the response i was looking for when i am in market buying a car which is expensive. On one good day, i received a call from Fletcher Jones. The guy told me his name Marvin and the first few questions he asked me is Which Car you want? Which color and what are your specifications? .. After getting full idea of what we are looking for, he almost sold us the car over the phone.. very aggressive and a customer centric person he is. He could go out of way to get you what you want. He almost sold C-300 to us over phone. The way we got response from him, we couldnt wait till weekend and went to see him during Weekdays. By super short notice of 15 minutes, we reached dealership. He kept our car ready for test drive, he did all his research of pricing and spent almost 1 hour and half to explain us every tiny details of the car. He never tried to sale me the car that i wasnt looking for and tried his best to get us the car from wherever he can. We talked to him for long and left the dealership seeking time to think. We did go to other dealerships on Saturday as per human nature but at every single dealership, we were comparing a Sales Person rather than a car with Marvin. We eventually ended up going back to Marvin again after short notice of 30 minutes. We visited him, talked about hours, spent a good hour to negotiate price betweeh him and the dealership head.. He was so aggressive with getting us the car, he went out of way and tried whatever he could to get us the best price. He truley deserves the Best Sales Person title of this dealership. Looking after Customer and satisfying their needs by all possible ways defines him the best. I have never seen a sales guy like him. All in all we bought the Car from Fletcher Jones and are super satisfied. When you are buying Brand Like Mercedes you dont look for quality of cars. All you want is the Best Customer Service. All three words define the Dealership. They are best at customer service. Every single person is looking after you when you are waiting for your Sales guy. Following up with you on weekly basis about how your car is doing and if you have any questions that we can answer... make us feel that we got the best deal ever. They deserve to be the best dealership.

I was told by AJ faroqui that the first two payments on my car loan were waived. In addition, I was getting 2 years maintenance free. Later on he negate this offer. That is poor customer service. He nor the manager took responsibility and honor the offer. Read everything before signing any document. Get in writing every offer thus they do not go back on their word.

I was assigned to Faruq and enjoyed how personable and professional he was. He brought out the Used Car manager to work directly, and without excessive fuss or issues. We bought a used Benz GL450 from Tom. Tom and his manager were very professional and helpful. It was their good attitude, and the service package they offered, which let us buy from this dealer. It was a week day when we bought the car. we begin the process at 6:30, and the deal is dne at 8pm. Tom and the team worked with us with patience. He smiles and answer all our questions and concerns about the used car. As you know, it is always a concern for used cars.When the maintanence is needed, they offer an driver to pick us the car from our home, leave a rental car for us to drive. After the maintnence is done, the driver would drop our car, and take the rental car. It was great experience which saved us a lot of time. Tom is also very helpful. He helped us to remove a dent after the deal is done.We have been several dealer place when buying this car (different brands). The service in this dealship is the best.

Great customer service & Shak was really easy to talk to. He answered all off questions and pretty much showed me every single car he had in the lot so I can make the best selection. I wasn't expecting to leave the dealership with a new car that day since I had just taken my E350 coupe in for service. I never felt like I was being forced into buying a new car because it was very casual. Sure, I went back and forth with the sales manager, but that's all part of the game. After a few hours, we finally settled on a price that I was comfortable with and I drove off the lot with a brand new GLK. With most car transactions, your communication and relationship stops as soon as you drive off. However, Shak has kept in touch. This is the first for me! I will definitely be a continued customer of Fletcher Jones in Fremont.

Purchasing a the fine car like the Mercedes E 350 was a stretch for me financially, and I had initial misgivings about buying such an expensive car. But I felt that Tomasz was fair, direct, very professional and extremely helpful, and I ended up feeling very good about the transaction, particularly in comparison with another Mercedes dealership that I visited in this area. A very good salesman can make buying a car a positive, satisfying and comfortable experience, and Tomasz is by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, personable, low-keyed, and genuine. Everything he told me was honest and straightforward; he was quick to answer any questions I had by phone or email; and he was very understanding when I needed to take a couple of weeks before I actually came to his dealership and bought the car. He told me when my car arrived at Fremont and assured me that it would not be sold. I offered to give him a down payment, but he didn't feel that was necessary. He trusted me when I said I would buy the car, even though it took me a few weeks before I actually came in and picked up the car. Then he spent most of an afternoon explaining the many features of the E 350, and he has offered to spend more time with me if it would be helpful to me. Tony explained in details about the performance of all cars that I test drove and proceed with the process for the prelim loan info. Kate Decosta who I was supposed to meet through Internet contact took over. On April 20, 2014 (Easter Sunday), I bought my Mercedes Benz C250 at Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont. This was definitely one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kate DeCosta is the best sales manager I have ever dealt with. She is courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her positive attitude has changed my opinions about car sales representatives. Initially, I planned to order a CLA because I heard that the wait period is a few months long. I started by sending an email to Mercedes Benz and got a response from Dody Abshir within 24 hours (impressive responsiveness from Dody). Then I got a follow up email from Venessa to set up test drives (Venessa was very helpful and sweet). When I met up with Kate on the day for test drive, she let us test drive the CLA, C250, and C300. During the entire process, Kate was extremely patient and helpful. She even gave us a really good discount in the end. So what started off being an order for CLA turned into a sale for C250. Faruq Mansoor is the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I have bought several vehicles before from different dealership but Faruq really make sure that there is no stone unturned. He explained in details all your inquiries. He is very attentive to all your questions and very sincere to all his answers. He is not just a sale specialist who want to make a sale and get his commission and once the sale is consummated will move on to the next customer. Faruq is very courteous and knowledgeable. We were referred to this dealership by our friend and it would be apt to say that my wife and I were totally bowled over by the approach of the staff. Both Tom Hamid and the General Sales Manager Ray Wahab were extremely helpful. Tom in particular was patient in showing us many cars and steered us in the direction that makes sense. I already had an idea of some of the pros and cons of the models but hearing it from these professionals seemed to help us pick the right car. While I shopped for a luxury vehicle I had read so many reviews that were not so great about many sales people, service and dealership. He was very prompt in contacting us when I left an inquiry and kept his promise of taking good care of us. Initially came to this dealership just to "look" at a used GL 450 so we could have an idea of what one looks like inside as well as what the price range was. Was greeted immediately by Ali, whom ended up to be our sales person. He was professional, gave us a general tour of a few used GL 450s on the lot and really gave us all the information we needed on the particular vehicle. I am writing this review to say that even though Ali is "new" at his dealership as he has mentioned to my fiance and I as well as the other supporting staff mentioning it to us, he really tries his best to provide us with what we needed and give us the correct information. He personally went to find out answers if he wasnt sure from his manager or other supporting staff and made sure we got what we needed directly from him rather than sending us, as customers, to run around and ask ourselves. He is personable and very friendly. He will listen as well as share his personal stories with you to make you feel a real connection and now just a sales- customer relationship. He developed a friendly relationship with us and greeted us personally each time we stopped in at the dealership. I was in the market for a CPO C-class. I found the C300 I was looking for with Fremont MB dealership on cars.com and decided to take a closer look at the dealership. Their prices are very competitive as compared to other dealers in Bay area. I contacted Marvin over online chat through Fletcher Jones MB website. Scheduled an appointment for the same day between 6-7 PM. I got a little late at work and was going to arrive at the dealership at around 7.15 PM. I informed Marvin and he was quiet accommodating with this last minute schedule change. I met Marvin at the dealership and he showed me the C300, I was looking for. Test drove it with Marvin. I was quiet impressed (and Satisfied) with the test drive experience. It was already (or rather past) a closing time. However, Marvin stayed late and worked with me on the deal with finance. Gave me a good deal on the car and my trade-in (and finance rate).Drove out with a big smile and great confidence in my purchase due to such a smooth buying experience. Although we worked the deal in after closing hours of the dealership, I did not feel rushed even for a bit. Both Marvin (and the finance person) were very patient with me throughout the process. Although, MB is great Car brand, I realized that, along with the car itself, its the people like Marvin at this dealership that made this whole Car buying experience a walk in the park. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/used MB. Its really a no-brainer. You are really in safe hands with these guys. Before and even After sales.

I began my search for a used Mercedes E350 online. I was fortunate to connect with Marvin Ledesma online. He gathered some information from and promised to call me in a few minutes. Marvin called me as promised and we had a brief chat on what I was looking for. Marvin suggested that I come into the dealership and he would be happy to help me out. I met Marvin at approximate 7:30PM on Thursday evening. From the moment Marvin started discussing with me the options that I had, I was sold. I was sold on his sincerity. He was sincere in his presentation and sharing with me the options I had. He asked the right questions; tuned into what I was looking for and offered me an option that I could not refuse. I came in looking for an E350 (Y2011 or Y2010) at a price point of approximately $35K, and I left the dealership smiling with a 2013 E350, fully loaded with less than 8000 miles. I did not come in with the intention to buy a car that evening. But I was convinced that Marvin was showing me exactly what I was looking for. Marvin was friendly, sincere in his desire to help, honest and really seemed to care about what was best for me. Even after the deal was done, Marvin spent almost an hour going over the features of the car. He was deliberate, detailed and enthusiastic in his approach even though it was pretty close to 10P. It was a pleasure working with Marvin and I would gladly recommend him to any of my friends.While we waited for the Finance manager, the environment in the dealership was relaxing and comfortable. The place was clean, well lit and with plenty of coffee. The staff in general were pleasant and non-intrusive. It was great to relax and check out other awesome cars.

I'm sure most of you (certainly myself) are put off by the thought of buying a used car. Is the vehicle in good shape, will I get a good deal, will it fall apart in a month, did I purchase someone else's problem. Normal thoughts. We all have them. The biggest fear is that we will get a slick, fast talking salesman who has answers to questions we have yet to ponder. He's gonna offer me his best deal throw all the bells and whistles at me spin the prices, the options and the warranties. THEN he leaves me in the office to go get it ok'd by the "scary manager" while I sit and hope all will end well. No matter how it ends I have still gone through this traumatic excercise to spend my hard earned money for a nice vehicle. Pretty pathetic!This WAS NOT the case at Fletcher Jones in Fremont. Everyone was nice and honest and helpful. The salesperson I worked with was Kate Decosta. She was more than efficient, helpful and contructive. She went out of her way to ensure that my experience was a pleasure. I purchased a beautiful Mercedes at a great price, in excellent condition and extremely low mileage. I started the communication with Farug back in Sept'13 on the new S-Class I desired. The new design, color & options combination I wanted was a tough find without going thru pre-ordering, Farug would periodically check in with me during the months to come and provided updates and alternatives on the new arrivals. He was never pushy and always pleasant to speak to. Eventually, I was able to locate a car with another dealership who offered slightly discounted price (via my credit union partnership), at the same time Farug was also able to trade-in a car with all the bells-n-whistles I wanted as well. In the end, despite the lower price with the other dealership, I still closed the deal with Farug for his sincereness and gentleness. After the purchase, Farug would accommodate my schedule and met with me at the dealership on his day-off to show me the car features in detail. I definitely want to buy an ML350 but I'm apprehensive that I would not qualify due to my BK in spite of my qualifying income. Faruq, dispelled all the doubts with all the positive scenarios that he shared with me based on his actual experience. His actions and mannerisms and delivery of the stories are absolutely convincingly believable without a trace of the traditional "saleman's tatctics" that made me feel comfortable. I spent over a week researching all of the Mercedes Benz dealerships' websites in and out of the Bay Area (approximately 20 of them), and combed through their inventory in search of the car I wanted. I finally found the car I wanted down in Southern California that was excellently priced, and I got an "out the door" quote that was even better. While I was willing to drive all the way down to Southern California, of course I preferred to buy locally. I contacted over six local dealerships with the information on the car I had found in Southern California, and only Marvin was interested and willing to help me get the same deal here. He guaranteed me the same (significant) discount that I had been offered and found me the same car (with a few more bells and whistles) at a Washington state dealership. He was able to arrange to have that car sent down to Fremont and I was in and out of the dealership in a short time, having already worked out all the financial details ahead of time. No haggling, no worries, just lots of smiling on both ends.

Me and wife visited this dealer and Tomasz attended to us. Tomasz was the most friendly and the patient sales person whom I have ever met. Tomasz took around 2 1/2 hours and explained to us the various questions we had, showing cars after cars and taking us for test drive. Tomasz made our experience completely pleasant. We were pretty new to Mercedez Benz cars and hence, Tomasz took pain in explaining some of the fundamental features and the details on various models.I would recommend Fletcher Jones and Tomasz for the car purchase.

I am writing this personal note to thank you Marvin Ledesma (as well as Fletcher Jones Fremont) for awesome purchase experience that I had for a brand new 2014 GL 450 that I have purchased. I have placed an order for brand new custom GL450 in August and finally it has been delivered in October and right from the beginning to the end - it was amazing to work with Marvin. He is extremely hard working, always prompt in response, very detailed oriented and I remember the delivery day - when he left at 10:30PM in night and not until my car was delivered satisfactorily and not until all my questions were answered. I've worked with Faruq on 2 car purchases in the last year. He made the buying process as easy as possible in both instances. The best part of buying a vehicle from him is everything he does after the purchase. You should expect a few follow up calls to make sure you are truly satisfied with your new car. I rated the customer service a 5 because of the level of attention you receive here. Everyone from the sales manager to the service manager takes the time to introduce themselves to you, learn your name, and let you know they are there for you if you need help or have any questions. I also gave this dealership a 5 for quality of work. They make you feel like your the only one their, and they do a great job of explaining all options available to you. The 5 for friendliness was a no brainer. This dealership has a lot of great personalities, including Faruq, who seemed to remember even the smallest of details about me from my last purchase. He had a good time sharing stories while waiting for the "numbers guys" to finish working there magic. Obviously my overall experience was fantastic, and would recommend them (especially Faruq) to anyone. I would have never bought the car if the price wasn't right. I was hesitant in both instances that we would come to terms on the pure numbers of the car. They seem to always make it work. My wife and I had gone to the dealership this last weekend with the intent of test driving a few vehicles, possibly purchasing one. Mike greeted us as we entered the showroom and proceeded to listen to what we were looking for with great attention. I appreciate that he didn't try to push any particular vehicle on us, but that he listened to what we were looking for and showed us what he thought was the best fit. He was well-informed and was able to answer most of our questions, and offered to seek answers elsewhere if we posed a question he was unable to answer. We decided on a vehicle that the dealership did not have in stock, and Mike immediately got on the phone and managed to procure one from a sister dealership. We then settled down to negotiate a price. This took some time, but ultimately I am satisfied with what we paid. Mike understood what we were willing to pay and went to great lengths to successfully get the price within the range we were willing to pay. Once the car was on the dealership grounds, it wasn't quite as pristine as we felt it should have been, it having just come from the detailing site behind the dealership. In response to this, Mike happily took the car back and said "I'll take car of it." He returned a short time later, car in tow. He patiently walked us through the functions of the car and made himself available for questions the remainder of our time there until we drove the car off the lot, quite happy with the whole experience. We are very happy with the car, and should we choose to buy another Mercedes, we will return to Fletcher Jones of Fremont, and buy it from Mike, as our first experience was such a good one.

This must have been the best experience in my life time of purchasing a new car. As most know, purchasing a car can be very stressful. It's time consuming, it can take up all day and the thought of if you are making the right decision or not or getting a good deal or not can take whole lot out of a person. I think the most consumers feel the pressure from the sales person, most of time it's hard to believe what the sales person is saying. You're not sure if they're just trying to sell you higher priced car for their commission or they really care and concern about customers needs. Well, my experience with Mike was wonderful, one of the easiest experience i've ever had in purchasing a new car. I'm so happy that i have listened to him in trading my range rover 2014 eclass. I must also mention they have given me more trade in dollar amount then any other dealerships that i have shopped around. He also listened to my preference and i saw how hard he was working on locating my exact preference where as other salesperson at other dealership will try to just dump whatever they want to sell on you. The facility is remodeled and very accommodating and the fact that i was simply in and out was so impressive and satisfying!! I'm beyond happy and satisfied with my purchase but also beyond impressed and satisfied with Mike's service he's kind sincerely and very professional! I will be referring Mike to anyone that i know that's looking into purchasing mercedes. I'm very confident that my referred friends and family wil be just as happy and satisfied with their experience. I'm one of those that get very tired of driving same vehicle for a longterm and i also enjoy driving high end vehicles there for i can confidently say I'm experience enough with highend deanships and sales associates. Again i must say this was the best experience that i ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Visited about 5 dealerships in the bay area looking for a very specific car. Though I've noticed that service at most MB dealerships is above and beyond what other dealerships have to offer, MB of fremont provided an experience that was superior to all the other MB dealerships. While at MB of fremont, I was helped by Mike Alkaddomui who was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. Mike was very courteous to my mother and grandmother who were with me at the time and was ever so patient while I transferred my insurance to the new vehicle. Mike was also very upfront about the car and very transparent throughout the whole process. No shady used car salesmen tricks... in short, I highly recommend that you go visit MB of fremont even if you're not thinking of buying a MB, Mike may change your mind!

When I showed up at this dealership a couple years ago interested in looking at the 2011 C-classes, nobody at the lot acknowledged my presence when I showed up, and treated me rudely when I started asking questions about the car (probably because I was wearing a hoodie and jeans). Then in March 2013, I decided that my next car would be a custom built 2013 C63 AMG coupe, and began emailing 3 dealerships in the area about leasing one. Marvin was the first to reply, while one other dealership didn't even bother, and the other one didn't seem all that interested in my business. Even though I was hesitant to give Fletcher Jones my business after what happened the first time, I'm glad to be able to work with Marvin through the whole process. He's friendly and has been helpful with the car even after the purchase.

I just got my 2013 E550 Coupe..Quite frankly - This has been my easiest and a fun car buying experience ever. Even before I stepped into the showroom, Tomasz gave me his best pricing for my E550 coupe when I was researching on the internet. I had originally picked a different showroom and ordered a car through dealer trade.. However that fell through.. So I just drove into MB of Fremont and I am so glad I did!Tomasz took us on a informative test drive and very patiently and clearly explained all the salient features of the car..No pressure tactics to make us buy..We were confused about the colors and options to add to the car. He left it to us to think and decide. My wife and I had been looking for a 2012 S550 with certain options for a long time. We live in Texas and were concentrating on finding a car somewhere in our state but would occasionally surf the internet for the particular car we were looking for, although we really didn't think we'd buy from somewhere as far away as California. Well....the right car at a good price did come up at Fletcher Jones so we decided to explore that option. We started with this dealer review site and noticed that Marvin Ledesma had a lot of very favorable reviews so we picked up the phone and called him, and thus began a very positive sales experience. Marvin was all that his reviews said he was, and more. He worked with us over a two week period, first settling on a very good price, and then assisting us every step of the way to get our car shipped to us. The car arrived three days ago and it was as wonderful as Marvin had described it. All of the manuals and keys were in the car and it is in pristine condition. Even though we expressed reservations throughout the two weeks before we actually got our car, Marvin continuously assured us that we would be "very happy" when we got it, and Marvin was 100% correct...we are VERY HAPPY with the car, and are especially pleased with Marvin Ledesma. He cares about his customers and it shows. He was in contact with us almost every day for over two weeks, including his days off...you can't ask for any more communication than that. I took the Auto-mall exit by mistake and we casually visited Mercedes dealership as my wife just wanted to check out the 2013 E350 before we buy the XJ. Marvin was very helpful with the whole buying experience. I have a fairly busy schedule, but he was very willing to accommodate and bent over backwards to address all our concerns. His suggestions for configuring the options list were invaluable. We originally consider not getting the blind spot assist, but he strongly advised getting it given the car has a fairly large blind spot. He made certain that our service issues were dealt with quickly. His pricing was extremely competitive, but I think the most important aspect was his thoroughness. He aimed to get us that car that we wanted as opposed to a car that was on the lot. He was thoroughly versed with the car. I would give a 99th percentile rating to Marvin. I would certainly buy from him again.

MARVIN LEDESMA WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! After a few days of shopping around, I had the best experience just talking and getting to know Marvin. He was the main reason why I didn't want to waste my time with any other dealer's offer. I cannot say enough about the customer service that I received from Mike Alkaddoumi from the moment I met Mike until the time I drove off the lot in disbelief in my new 2013 Mercedes. Mike offered his assistance to show me the "Beautiful Blue" Mercedes I asked him about that I saw at the Shell Gas station on Automall that I knew was mine. After the changes an Walnut Creek Mercedes, I was pleased to see the great reviews and quickly contacted Fremont Mercedes. Dody offered me a car I would like and a great price. The car was not in but due in 1-2 days. After 2 days passed, I called and left him a message at his office, then at the end of the day his cell phone. I guess without listing to my voicemails he called me back and said you called this number? He then told me he was with a client and would call me back within an hour. That never happened, so I called 2 times the next day, then he had a coworker call me. The coworker gathered all of the information about my existing mercedes lease account that was expiring and then promised to call back in 20 minutes. Some 4.5 hours later he called and asked me one quick question, then said he would call back quick and never did. I called Dody 3 times over the next 2 days no reply. Then 2 more days passed and Dody called me asked for my by name and then claimed I called his number and did not leave a message some 5 minutes ago. I said no, he argued with me became aggressive and then asked what I wanted, he asked if I still wanted the car and I said I have found another dealer to do business with, he was short and told me the car was in short supply and no one else had it and I would have to buy it from him. He was correct that he had the only one equipped that way, but there were others with more equipment offered at similar pricing local. I can't believe a dealer with this high of recommendations has an employee that would treat a customer like this.

He took a great deal of time explaining all of the different features of my car which helped me in making my decision to buy my car and do so from this dealership. I visited another Mercedes dealership and didn't receive nearly the same amount of information about the car I was test driving. Tom emailed several videos explaining some of the car's features. He followed up with me several days after the sale was complete to make sure I was happy and make sure I didn't have any questions. Last Monday we came here to window shop new car for myself. I was planning to trade my year 2006 MB for quite some time but have not decided to trade with which model. While we were doing our window shopping, met up with Mike Alkaddomui, he offered his assistance to show us around and provide some detail explanation on couple of models, drove couple of cars. I was not planning or prepared at all to trade my car on that day but end of the day, around 8PM I just could not able to say NO to Mike and decided to drive back my new E350. I came to the dealership knowing exactly what model I was looking for. Mr. Hamid came to greet my husband and I immediately, was very pleasant and professional and took us right over to exactly what I was looking for. He fully explained the basic operations and also went over many of the optional features before I took my test drive. I told him that my daughter had worked with Tom and, how great the experience was and he told me he would leave Tom a note and let him know I was coming in. We scheduled an appointment and I went in today and bought my E350! He showed me the 3 cars we discussed on the phone, we went for a test drive and I made my decision. Dody was wonderful and Tom checked in with me several times to assure that things were going well with the sale. The deal was completed quickly and I am very happy that I returned to Fletcher Jones to buy my car. I stopped by Fletcher Jones without an appointment and not expecting much from a dealership on the auto mall. I was greeted by Nav upon arrival and I told him I was just a looky-loo who only wanted to sit in a C250 to feel the size. In fact, I was seriously considering some other makes & models and was within hours of making a final decision. Nav patiently showed me the C250, listened and asked questions, and after I decided the C-class was too small, he guided me to the E350. Although I was sure the E-class was out of my price range, he was much more optimistic that we could make a deal. Nav spent hours working with me, listening carefully to my requirements & crunching numbers until we finally (after almost 8 hours!!) found the perfect car with all the right options. At no point did I feel pressured, manipulated or that I was receiving anything less than first class treatment, despite the fact that I showed up in a 10 year-old Toyota looking like a slob. Nav spent all day working with me and was able to put together a good deal for me. Special thanks to Dody who assisted me with some technical issues and to Shaun who stayed late to finish my lease deal. I feel very satisfied that I not only got exactly the car I wanted, but got it at a great price, from a great dealership that will stand behind their cars and take great care of their customers. When my lease is up, it's very likely that I'll be coming back to Fletcher Jones.

Sam Wali is quite an impressive young man whose car knowledge and experience go a long ways! He's pretty subdued and doesn't pressure you in buying. Yet, when he started explaining the features of the car, my husband and I were pretty amazed of his expertise on the perks & selling points of the car. He knows it well and it brought us to the next level of taking ownership of the vehicle so we could apply what he explained. We we're already sold by his professionalism and he stepped up the level of customer service by calling us after the sale to show us the different features and how to customize the set up for both my husband & I. He doesn't stop on the sale it self but follows through the process of explaining and educating on what a great car he sold us. I had visited dealership multiple times and even late at nighst, but Marvin was extremely professional, smiling and detailed to provide me all the details of the cars available on the lot and their specifications. He was ready to stay late beyond his working hours to ensure i have all my questions answered. He was never a pushy sales guy. This is my first experience with Mercedes and Marvin has proven that Mercedes is par excellence. We recently purchased a new 2013 GL 450. Marvin Ledesma was recommended highly by my father-in-law. He answered all of our questions and was able to provide us with a few package options. He didn't waste our time haggling about the price, his main concern was to first find us the car we wanted. He also suggested that we try out the car before we make the decision. After figuring out what options we wanted, he was able to find the car and make sure it was delivered to us in a timely manner. He made sure we were in communication via email, text, cell, & fax! The only reason I rated Customer Service as Good was because there was a mix-up pertaining to one of the keys for the vehicle. Communication was lacking insofar as advising us of the process and expected time frame for delivery of the other key. Casting this one issue aside, our experience with the dealership and the salesman, Fame Nawabi, has been outstanding. Thank you.

Wow, absolutely amazing customer service here at Fletcher Jones!!! They met all my needs and go beyond the call of duty to help meet their customers needs. I would rate Fletcher Jones dealership Sam Wali (Salesman), Mike Ramish (Sales Manager), Joe Defreitas (Service Advisor) as well as the Financing guy AJ all 5 Stars. I was completely taken away with how wonderful and memorable they made this experience for our family. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle. We visited several other Mercedes dealerships in Stockton and Modesto, but never found what we where looking for and the customer service was just Ok. I came upon Fletcher Jones website on the Mercedes dealership and was completely impressed in how well they listed their cars details in their carfax reports. I had the pleasure of working with Marvin at Fletcher Jones of Fremont and I hardly ever write any reviews, but this was a outstanding customer service that deserved the kudos. I had reached the dealership late at night around 7p.m., but Marvin was extremely professional and detailed to provide me all the details of the cars available on the lot. Even though he leaves at 8p.m., he was in no hurry to go and worked till like 11p.m. with us to finalize the deal on a new 2013 E350. I have had such bad experiences with BMW dealerships, arrogant and very low customer satisfaction in my books. Marvin has again proven that Mercedez is par excellence. Yesterday we took the delivery of vehicle and he spent almost an hour explaining all the features and again was in no hurry to move on to the next customer. Before the delivery he had arranged a driver to get signatures from my wife who could not be available to go to the dealership due to work. In my books Marvin is epitome of excellence as a Sales person with high customer satisfaction ethics that shows in his dealings with his customers. I have purchased 5 cars from Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton over the past 20 years. I went to purchase another vehicle from them this year for my wife and was surprised that they were unable to meet my needs as a buyer. They also told me I could never purchase the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I was amazed at their response, as I felt I made a reasonable offer for the car we wanted. One of my friends told me to try Fletcher Jones, because they had a great recent experience in buying a car. They also recommended Mike Kadomi as a salesman. I called Mike the same day and was pleased to see that he was able to work with me on the sale of the same car Pleasanton refused to. Mike was the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a Mercedes dealership. I did my homework and told him what I wanted and was willing to pay, which I felt was low, but fair. Mike never hesitated to fight for the price I wanted and was able to get the deal approved within an hour. He never made me go back and forth with a price and was always up front with me about the cost of the car and its options. When we arrived to get the car, Mike was there and was a pleasure to deal with. The thing I was most impressed with, was Mike's excitement about our new car. While going over the car with us, he was excited to explain all of its options and was extremely patient with us about how to work each of the options it had. I have to be honest, neither my wife or I have ever dealt with such a sincere, open and honest salesman like we found in Mike. I had to call him back because I had a question a few days later. Mike was right there, even though it was his day off, he answered my question and never made me feel bad for calling on his day off. My wife and I both believe Mike is an exceptional salesman, who represents Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz extremely well. Because of Mike Kadomi, we will now be purchasing future cars from this dealership and no longer from Pleasanton. I also want to add that Aslam Ebrat, the finance person, also was outstanding. He got us an interest rate that was lower than any other we looked at. He was also a pleasure to work with and had a great sense of humor. He didn't try to hard sell us on any after care, he just explained each to us and let us decide. Aslam was a pleasure to deal with and another reason we will continue to purchase future cars from this dealership. I have to say, we had an outstanding experience with Mike and Aslam at Fletcher Jones and believe everyone will get treated as well as we were!

Marvin Ledesma should be the Dealer of the Year!I am an extremely detailed and picky person, and I did all my due diligence and research online. When it came down to sending out online inquiries, I received several bids from various dealers around the Bay Area. Marvin Ledesma was the first one to respond; he was persistent yet patient, friendly and helpful (and funny too!), responsive via email at all hours of the day/night, and he gave me the BEST DEAL! I never thought that leasing a car could actually be such a painless process, but Marvin was able to make it an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. Marvin came in on his day off to meet with me and let me test drive the car (even though I had already test driven a GLK at my local dealer, I had wanted to test drive the actual car I was going to go home with, and Marvin cheerfully complied). Marvin really went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process ran smoothly and that we were happy with our decision. Marvin is absolutely terrific. He is the right combination of knowledge, enthusiasm, understanding and patience, without being pushy or imposing. To me, a truly great salesman is one who does not forget his or her customer AFTER the car is delivered. Marvin is just that type of salesman. This is my first Mercedes. My very first Mercedes [ :) ] and by far the best customer service experience. As soon as we arrived, despite our young appearance, George was respectful and treated us like any other client. He greeted us and allowed us to look, test drive and dream at our own pace. Since the SLK is only a two-seater, George offered to take both myself and my boyfriend to test drive separately. Now, realistically, anyone can want a luxury car but can we really afford it? Where the 'magic' happened and the most memorable part of the experience was when George and Mike worked with you to make it happen. This was not the expected 'pressure the client to purchase a vehicle' but rather to build a strong relationship, trust and understanding what they can do to meet our financial means. Excluding the actual details, we probably went back and forth more than 10 times but George and Mike did not give up nor did they give us the 'stink eye'. They spent 7 hours working with our budget, allowing us to take the car to grab lunch and give us more than enough time to think - i've never heard of a dealership that would invest in that much time and effort in what can potentially be for nothing. Up until getting the keys to my brand new Mercedes, George, Mike and Aslam worked it. Did I mention that our initial intentions was a quick test drive before grabbing lunch? Without a doubt I will recommend to all my co-workers, friends and family who is in search for a vehicle to stop by Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont- Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer.

My lease was due in April 2013 and I've been searching for a new car before it expires. I've started my research by contacting all MB dealers in Bay Area. Surprisingly, just a few replied to my calls/emails. Marvin was one of the sales reps who replied immediately. This how I was introduced to Fletcher Jones and I should admit I've never been disappointed with them. All people who I dealt with there are very friendly accommodating and, most important, play open.Just to compare: I came to Pleasanton dealership with the same request. The first thing they told me that I have too many miles on my old car, so they have to increase monthly payments by $100 for the new one. Ridiculous!Dealing to Marvin, Dody, Mike Abshir was always a great. Of cause, we had to negotiate the price, BUT it was a fun process. They were open with what they could do and what they couldn't.Finally, I got the car I love for the price I wanted. BTW, they also offer first service for free and they pick up your car for service anywhere in Bay Area. I haven't tried this, obviously, but I have so much trust in Fletcher Jones, that I'm sure I will enjoy dealing with their service too.

I purchased a new SLK from Fletcher Jones in September. The two sales people I dealt with were extremely courteous, professional and not at all high pressure (even though I was a motivated buyer). The physical facilities are very nice and the customer service orientation seems high. I had a few minor things to sort out on the car, but they were handled quickly and as a high priority item. The overall sales process was reasonably quick and efficient. So far, so good.

Tomasz explained everything in detail. I still need my cell phone paired with my MB Bluetooth. But other than that everything is good. Also, the cable connecting my smartphone to MB audio system is missing. I am expecting my license plates. Once I receive them, I will come to FJ and hopefully I can pair up my smartphone and get the missing cable at that time.

I did not feel pressured in anyway. My son and I were just looking and not intending to buy anything right away. Talking about a deal -- he went to his general manager and told him what I wanted, Nonoy Chavez clearly knows what he is doing. Just bought a CPO E350 yesterday, I'm so happy with it. the engine, wheels, and everything feels like a new car. Mr. Nonoy Chavez took care of me very well the first time I came ( I only came once and made the deal with him), he helped me to discover everything about the car. His services is different than the other sales consultant, I went to Lexus, they treated me like I was not a customer. Is worth it to come to a place this far if you want good services. Because I came from Pleasant Hill which is 50 miles away from this dealership and I'm pleased, no regret at all. I wanted to let everyone know that not all salespeople are alike. I have been getting my car serviced at Fletcher Jones for the last 6 years and things have been great. I met Shaun about 2 years ago when I was thinking of doing a trade in. He opened up my eyes to maybe thinking about doing a lease instead of a direct purchase. I will say that I dont make hasty decisions so I left and did not talk to him for about a year or so. Recently, I took my car in for a tire repair and decided I would talk to Shaun again about looking into a lease deal for me and he did. He is friendly, kind and not pushy at all. I appreciated that he knew what I was looking for, what I wanted and did not try to upsell me on cars that I didn't want and negotiating was quite painless, which I just knew that it would be difficult situation.Shaun made it painless and he didn't get upset over my frankness. Since I have been dealing with Kimo in the past 9 months, I have high confidence in Kimo's recommendation in a sales account manager when I asked him who I should deal with since I was seriously interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the next 2 months. I had a great experience buying my first Mercedes. I was greeted by a very nice and humorous salesman: Joe He asked me what I was looking for and was extremely helpful. I also told him my spending range and he assured me he would find me something I was looking for in the range. He showed my wife and I the E350 and explained all features (there are a ton!). When we got back from the test drive, he introduced us to "Mr Numbers" as I call him: Mike. Mike was able to work within our budget so we were able to get an amazing car at a great lease deal. I had never leased before, so I was not sure what to expect. Mike explained the lease well for us to understand. I would recommend this dealership to anybody seeking a luxury car. My wife and I are very happy with our experience and purchase. The Mercedes team stayed about 1.5 hours after closing just so we can get our car last night. I even came back a week later to get another Mercedes and my father got a Mercedes after I referred hIm.

Charlotte was the reason I chose Fletcher Jones over my previous Mercedes Benz dealership. When she first called me she was very personable, friendly and professional. I told her I was busy at the time but I would be available the following week. She called me the following week and I was on my way to a new car. She arranged for me to meet with Joe Haddad, who worked tirelessly to find the right car for me. One thing that I have noticed throughout years of dealing with car dealerships is that when it came to contact after the sale, most of them faltered. After I took my new car home, I received a call from Charlotte to see if everything met to my approval. When I received my license plates, I called Charlotte and asked if I could have the bracket attached to my front grill. Without hesitation, she told me to bring it right in and they would take care of it for me. We were buying 2 vehicles. One used to be shipped to Hawaii and one new one for use here in calif. When we had talked to the salesman and general manager several months earlier , they assured us ,that the shipping of the used car would be "NO PROBLEM". Because they owned the dealership in Honolulu ,and they would do the shipping through the dealership. The salesman we spoke to set up an appointment for us ,but when we arrived he was with another customer and had someone else help us. This person took us for a test drive then told us he was leaving and had someone else talk to us. No one knew anything about anything,and we were there for over 4 hoursWe finally purchased the vehicles and then were told we would have to cover the cost of shipping. What a surprise for us. We had to pay in cash before they would ship. They also provided no registration paperwork for us to use when we received the vehicle in Hawaii. We tried to get it registered and could not . After several calls and several days we were promised the paperwork was at the DMV in Hilo ,a 2.5 hour drive from Kona where we live. As of this date (July)we have not been able to complete the registration process.This has been the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. We came to this dealer on the promises that we're made. Will not make that mistake again.Do not do business with this dealer.

Everything went very smoothly with my experience. I was greeted when I entered the dealership, I was shown the cars and colors I asked about, and we negotiated the price very quickly without any anxiety or delays. When I picked up the car, it was in perfect condition, there was no pressure to purchase extra options, and because I forgot to bring a check with me, the dealer arranged to pick up my check later that night after I returned home with the car. Buying a car is always a roller coaster experience when doing it through a dealer. Each dealer has their own way to work the customer. And every sales person can affect your experience. Some try to be your new best friend, some try the hard sell right away, some are indifferent, etc. Fetcher Jones is all about moving quantity. This is not a bad thing you just need to know that before you go as FJ (or any dealer, really) is not there to do much else but get you into a car.Joe helped me when I got to the dealership. He was helpful and not pushy and more than willing to let me look at the cars I was interested in. I spent a couple of hours test driving the cars I was considering and Joe was great about answering my questions. FJ had a pretty good inventory on hand and the car I wanted was available in several options so I decided to try and make a deal. I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or purchase the car and Joe explained both options and what they could offer. I had some additional questions Joe wasn't sure he could answer so at this point Joe brought in his manager, Mike to help. Mike was very friendly and there was no question he was there to close the deal. Mike and Joe took a lot of time to put numbers together. It was pretty intense for all involved but I'm interested in getting a deal I can live with. And we were able to make that deal. I'll give FJ a chance at my future business and can recommend them for their dedication to getting a deal done and their selection. Joe was very good to work with and Mike also on his end. Give FJ a shot at your business.

Navnit Singh, my sales associate was great to work with. Much of our communications were e-mail and each one was responded to in a timely manner and the answers meet my expectations of timely responses and to the point of my question.Tina picked me up at the airport and she is super pleasant, a great representative of the dealership in the 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport to the dealership. I trust the people I dealt with and feel I got a fair deal on the car and that my business was of value to them. Even though I live in Seattle and took the car there immediately, they won't get my service work, yet they treated me like I'd be there regularly in the future. From the moment we walked onto the lot, Jun, our salesman, was attentive, pleasant, and knowledgable... by the time we left the lot with our new Mercedes we felt we had known Jun for years... we felt he negotiated the best possible price for us and was so quick and efficient in obtaining the best possible financing. The general manager was also warm and made us feel super comfortable. We had gone to several dealerships looking for our perfect car and this dealership was by far the best overall. If you are buying a Mercedes, make sure you go in and ask for Jun -- car buying was never so painless!! Ha ha... On a side note, the closer, Raj, was not so warm and fuzzy -- but not so bad that we would still not give this dealership 10 stars out of 10.

We purchased our first luxury car at Fletcher Jones in Fremont. Marvin and Nav made our first car buying experience a very smooth and enjoyable one. They both were very honest and did their level best for us to get a great price. They answered all our questions, explained all options and made us very comfortable. They never forced us at any time. We came to know them through Internet mbusa.com and there was no surprises when we came in person to meet them. All options and prices were well explained over the email and phone much before the personal visit. It was a very easy and trusted transaction. We trust both of them and they are great. I would recommend both of them at any time to any one for buying a luxury car. Overall it was a great memorable experience and we Will remember this for a long time.

The process of ordering the car was great. I was not happy when taking delivery to discover that the car had 59 miles on it. Ordering a car I expect to be the first driver. I was very close to walking. Then when in finance Raj would not match the price MB quotes for the 5/50 maintenance program.pickup process was too long.

Hamed Eshpari, salesman-extraordinaire was informative and straight forward in his dealings with me, on the phone as well as on the showroom floor. He welcomed me to the dealership, showed me the car I came to see, gave me a test drive as he explained the features of the car and how to operate them (although there were far too many features for me to remember), but I do remember buying a car from a GREAT salesman. Luis was a gentleman during the whole process of selling the vehicle. He knew exactly what we needed in the vehicle and never pushed for anything more than what was comfortable fro us price wise. he treated us an individuals rather than customers who could buy a vehicle. If we did not buy a car form him, we would walk away with a new friend.

Their manager is really mean for the people. They push people to accept the price. Please remember people do not really can decide if will buy or not. So their sales service is really bad. But in general the sales which I work with is OK. Only do not communicate with the manager, he is really care about money not the client. I will never do business with that guy and will tell my friends about my experience with them let them decide if they want to work with these kind of people or not. I really fell sad about by experience in this dealership.
