I cannot say enough about the kindness of the owner and parts manager at this dealership. We were traveling through Camilla on the way to family vacation at the beach on a Saturday afternoon. It began raining and when we turned windshield wipers on guess what …no blades! I had taken the car to be washed before leaving and unbeknownst to us the car wash had torn off the blades. The dealership was closed. Only the owner and parts manager were there. The owner responded to my husbands explanation by saying they’d help us get back on the road safely. We were on the road inside of 30 minutes. We are greatly appreciative of the kindness. My husband tried to give the parts manager some money for his time and he responded that he was glad to help and for us to help someone else!!!! We’ve driven Ford for 40 years now and If I lived locally …these are the type folks I’d want to do business with.

Very courteous and helpful. Major repair was being done on my car and it took a few days. They never got irritated when I called almost every day checking on it.

My daughter had been looking for a vehicle for months and had been treated so rudely by other car dealerships because she is just starting to build her credit as a young person. I can’t say “thank you” enough to Tommy for putting her into a nicer, newer vehicle that she loves when others would not give her the time of day, and making it so easy for me to co-sign with her. Treating people like they matter goes a long way! Excellent customer service.

I had a problem with my truck, check engine light was on. I carried my truck to Flint River Ford, they gladly helped me with this issue. Although it took a couple of times to get it fixed, being a electrical issue, which takes time to diagnose and find, they never gave up. Thanks to them for helping me with this issue.

I purchased a pre owned Mustang from this dealership. The process was painless with absolutely no pressure. The salesman (Joe White), was taking time off from his Vegas show to sell a great car to me. I can't recall being so entertained while buying a vehicle. The entire staff was funny and helpful. I will recommend Flint River Ford to my friends, and will check there first if I have a need for another vehicle.
