I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your dealership. I purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang GT Premium with 17,800 miles on the speedometer when I drove it off the car lot. Within a month, I realized the car's tires were nearly bald, which was very dangerous for Seattle's driving conditions. I immediately took the car to Discount Tires, and they were shocked that I was driving the vehicle with the tire tread that low. They asked me why I had not replaced the tires, and I informed them that I had just purchased the car from Ford of Kirkland. I immediately emailed customer relations, and they helped me, meeting me in the middle with a refund of half of the cost. 3k miles down the road, my clutch went out in the middle of the freeway. The clutch is considered a wear item, so it is not being replaced under warranty. I am now facing a $2,000+ clutch replacement. My last six cars have all been manual, and this has never once happened in any of those high mileage vehicles. 3-5k miles down the road when my car breaks down again, I will not be bringing it here. Nor will I ever be back to purchase anything here.

Let me start with this, I had an amazing experience with Hyundai of Kirkland years ago. So when I decided I wanted to see what Ford had to offer I came here first believing that I'd be served with similar level of professionalism. Unfortunately none of the sales rep was trying to sell me the car. In fact the Hyundai sales rep who walked us over did a better job of trying have me put down a deposit on the car. All of the sales rep were so busy watching the game instead of answering questions or trying to sell me the car. There was other customers looking at the same car as I was and they were asking me questions because the sales rep were not helping either of us. Although today's trip has been convinced I'd be buying Ford. Believe that I will not be returning here.

WARNING LADIES!!! Don't come here without a man. You won't get any help unless you bring one. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I stood around looking at cars for 20 minutes and plenty of sales reps standing around looking at me and not one approached me. I've been here before days earlier with my husband and bet we had three sales reps trying to get our business and when I spoke with a sales guy (later that night, he was disrespectful on the phone to me). I asked a sales guy, as I was looking at cars, and asked where the Hyundai cars are located on the lot and he asked me "why would you want one of those, they're ugly" as he walked away. I called the manager and he made excuses for them stating, they were "probably" busy. Will not be getting our business EVER again!!!

This last time around, there was no car wash and no sticker for recording the oil change. Also, communication with the service department could be improved. Purchased a 2016 Fiesta ST. The staff was excellent! My salesman Jose answered all of my questions (and I had a ton) and was very knowledgeable. I had done quite a bit of research online prior to coming in and I still learned a few things I did not know about the vehicle. He also provided an excellent and thorough walk-thru of all of the vehicles options and features. It was a great feeling knowing the functions of every little button and dial. The manager Chris was very helpful and polite, financing with Scott was a breeze, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be recommending Ford of Kirkland to anyone I hear of looking for a vehicle.

I had to return two days later to have my door locks fixed after they had been replaced as a part of a recall; I don't appreciate having to take the time and drive to return to a service department for them to correct what should have been checked before it was returned to me the first time. Makes me a bit leery about returning for future service. I was not even offered a token service compenstation for my inconvenience and time.

When I began researching where to buy a late model Ford Flex, I found many choices in the Puget Sound area. In my experience, the pricing structure is plenty similar among all reputable new car dealerships. For me, the difference would boil down to integrity. The dealerships I dealt with varied widely in this respect. My initial contacts were through the internet and it became very clear, very quickly that Michael Sylvan with Ford of Kirkland is outstanding at what he does. Through numerous emails and phone calls, I got the feeling Michael gave a damn about creating a lifetime customer and not just selling another car. Again, there were plenty of places to buy the late model Flex I wanted-Ford of Kirkland is about a 2 hour trek from my farm-but the extra effort was worth it because I wanted to deal with someone who is adverse to drama, recognizes the value of their customer's time and is obsessed with doing exactly what he promises. Thank you Michael. You are a consummate professional. Need to mention Finance Director John Potts, too. John made the paperwork happen quickly and without pressure to buy any silly overpriced services. I now understand why Ford of Kirkland is the Number One Volume Ford dealer in the state.

I purchased my current vehicle from them this Spring and this was just a routine oil change. My only issue was that I have moisture in both of my tail lights. The dealer said that Ford would not replace them until the moisture level worsened. So now I intend to reach out to the Ford corporate office to push this issue.

I've purchased many personal cars form FOK and taken delivery of many company vehicles at FOK. I brought my 2014 EDGE Sport in to have the drivers seat track replaced. My EDGE only has 1300+ miles on it. Service Manager Kevin was very accommodating and prompt. Unfortunately the replacement seat track did not fix the problem. Kevin was just as perplexed as me. He said he would speak with FORD Tech to see if they can come up with a fix. when I accelerate the seat slips back about an inch. Very weird and seat is still not fixed.

When the ABS light in my 2000 Expedition came on and the module in the engine compartment kept running after the engine was turned off, I immediately took it to Kirkland Ford. Dean Webster has always been, and continues to be, very helpful in diagnosing the problem and getting the car repaired in a very timely manner. The original quote was rough to take; however, the final total was like a Christmas present!! It was much less. I really appreciate Dean and the entire Service Team at Ford of Kirkland for their professionalism and timely repairs. When I get in the market for a new car, I will definitely purchase it at Ford of Kirkland!! Thank you very much.

I enjoyed working with David Kim on our purchase of our 2016 Elantra. I should have taken a test drive as I drove home using the individual gears rather than "D" for Drive. I noticed the Vin Number was not readable through the windshield so perhaps there is a reason for that. Overall, I was very pleased with the transaction and would go there again.

2013 Santa Fe needed engine wiring repairs due to rodent damage. The staff was very helpful, but there was a breakdown in the communications with my insurance agent using voicemail. I would recommend you provide an email contact for the service department to the owner and emphasize that the owner give that email as the primary contact to the insurance agent. Once I provided the email, the issue was quickly settled between my insurance agent and the service center.

First things first, getting an appointment via mobile site was a breeze, I was able to add the services I needed quickly and intuitively. At the dealership the staff was very responsive, I was told within first 10 mins if anything else need to be done(I had concerns about brakes) I didn't need new brakes at the moment (services consultant took 2 opinions)...more points for honesty. Required services were performed swiftly and I was out much before I anticipated. Overall great experience, of course the waiting area is nice and comfortable.

I took my Ford Escape in to fix a sunroof that I had damaged while moving some gardening equipment. The team at Ford was able to fix the sunroof using existing parts all in one day. Way to go! The one down side was that I used the shuttle service, which was ok in the morning but I could not use it in the afternoon to pick up the car because the shuttle was full until past closing. Next time, what?

I brought my vehicle in because I had no operating climate system and to get new wiper blades. The mechanic was not able to find anything wrong with the climate system as the fan, heating and cooling was working. New wiper blades were installed. I was informed that I would need to wait until the system failed again and bring it in then. OK, I don't want to do that, but I can. So, out into traffic I drove. Minutes later I turned the defrost on and cranked up the heat. Nothing, absolutely nothing. A u turn and back to the garage. I left the engine running and got out. "Now it is broke, I shouted." The counter agent had the mechanic come out. This time the unit came on when whacked, then died for good. The part was ordered and I did without anyway to defrost windows at a time of year when it is necessary. All this happened on 11/3/15. The part came in on Friday 11/6/15. I was called, but I was not where I could get in for the repair. I scheduled the repair for 11/9/15 at 7AM. So today at 7AM I arrived at 7AM sharp. Gerry took care of me quickly. He inspected the car and got it right in. An hour later the repairs were done and I was on my way. Great service, only wish there was a way to check for these component problems that would find it before complete failure. Thanks for the great job and courteous service I was given. I always feel positive that my car will come back fixed, and I will be able to drive safely again.

There are several positive things I can say about Ford of Kirkland. I initially called to have my car serviced several months ago. When the Service Advisor, Kevin, asked me how many miles I had put on my Ford Edge since my last servicing, he said it really wasn't due yet and to make an appointment for a few months later. Then when I called back a few months later, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I forgot to bring my "The Works" discount coupon with me, so Kevin was nice enough to print one for me from the dealership website. My car was ready when promised with no additional suggestions on additional service needed. This tells me that the dealership is very honest as they could have serviced my car earlier than needed, and they could have recommended things it didn't need to make more money for the company.

When I got there, there was no delay/wait to get started on my car. I waited in the nice waiting room where you have Wi-Fi, desk to do your work, and can watch the cars being worked on. We just purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Ford of Kirkland. Each staff member we worked with was knowlegeable, professional and personable. Our salesman was amazing and made sure we understood everything we were signing and sat in our new car with us and showed us all the features on the trim package we purchased and even went so far as to schedule a follow-up visit to answer any questions we might have after driving the car for a week. We purchased through the Costco Auto Buying Program at the dealership and couldn't be more pleased. There was no pressure and after having "shopped around" we felt like Ford of Kirkland gave us the car we wanted at a better than expected price. The gentleman that helped with the financing and extended warranty options was also very low pressure and helpful. We would recommend Ford of Kirkland without hesitation.

I recently moved from Myrtle Beach, SC, area to the Seattle area. The level of service at every dealership is definitely not the same - the Kirkland Hyundai understood my needs, were respectful of my time, and kept me updated frequently. Furthermore, they realized that the Hyundai in Florence, SC, had previously missed some things in the engine - particularly the radio running down the battery constantly. Also, Randy went above and beyond to make sure that anything recalled in the car was put in as good as new. After going to the Kirkland Hyundai and having such great service with them, I would never go to the Florence Hyundai again and would never recommend the other Hyundai.

On Saturday I was shopping around and came back to my car and it died! I was in a moment of panic because I didn't leave anything on! Had someone jump it and called Ford of Kirkland right away. Ryan was able to get me in to his schedule right away so I rushed right over to see him. He had a great attitude and very friendly. They said my battery was in bad shape so they installed a new one and I was on my way! Thanks Ryan from Ford of Kirkland. You saved the day!!!!

From my initial visit to when I received my car back, I was treated VERY WELL by the four people at Ford of Kirkland. Dean Webster handled my service and as always, he was a true professional. When I received my car back and the attendant (honestly) indicated to me that the car had been hard to start, Dean intervened and told us the reason why - - the fuel injectors were cleaned and it probably took a short time for the fuel to be pumped into the combustion chambers. And when the well-meaning attendant accidentally soiled my door with dirt from the floor mat, Dean stopped what he was doing, took the car back, cleaned it and delivered it right back to me ready to go. And the little blonde cashier was nice - - she joked with me. Fun little lady to deal with.

I needed my clutch assembly replaced, and the parts took longer than estimated to come in. Because of the inconvenience, Danny changed my oil for free, which I greatly appreciated. This is the second time I've had to get my clutch assembly replaced in the last year (due to the transmission and clutch issues already known by Ford), and the work was done much quicker than the last time, which was done at a different dealership. My Ford Cmax was recalled for an revision at some part which will help the vehicle to pass an emission test, once it is needed. The revision has been done promptly, and there was no charge for that. The repair was done in about 2 hours. The other service I have enjoyed was a free shuttle ride from/to the dealer's shop/my home, so I could do other important work, within the time the car was repaired. Kevin from the maintenance did a great job. Bravo Ford of Kirkland.

When I made the appointment I think a better expectation could have been set on the time frame and what was needed to be done. I am a return customer - purchased two cars, referred many of my friends to this dealership whom have purchased cars there,, and spend hundreds if not thousands on my Escape to keep it in top notch condition. Just recently, my alternator went out. Yes, the car is getting older and things are starting to break. I asked for a break on the price of a new battery as I was already going to spend over 8-hundred on repairs. Tom Olson stood there and said, "I pay $124 for batteries and that is what the customer pays". Not even $15 dollars off did he offer me. I could not drive the car as it could have died in the street due to the battery being drained. So, I felt like I was in a catch-22 situation. Before I walked out of there, I paid over $952 dollars. They had my car for 3-days because they ordered the wrong part. They only paid for one-day rental for me. They didn't even wash the car and steering wheel was covered with black oil from someone's hands. In the very near future, I will be in the market to purchase a new car. I will not be back to Ford of Kirkland. I am also looking for an independent repair shop to work on my Escape and found Morgan Motors. I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent a lot of money there. I was very sad to be treated like this but, I guess that is customer service now days at Ford of Kirkland.

The test drive went well.*Take your candidate car on a serious test drive - real world-ish. Not back street 25mph stuff...The process of taking the car to an independent mechanic for an inspection went well enough. Management was concerned the mechanic was far away, but since my mechanic is in Kirkland also, it wasn't an issue - or a deal breaker. Leo drove with me to the mechanic, we worked out the logistics for the inspection, then we took a shuttle back to Ford. Easy-Peasy. *Take the used vehicle to an independent mechanic for a vehicle inspection. Best $100 (or so) you'll spend on your used car purchase.Finance went well and the Manager was great to work with.Detailing..was..ok. You can do as good a job. And you'll be more attentive. When I did my inspection, I found a lot of pine needles under the rear seat back. After detailing they were still there. They vacuumed them up after I sent the vehicle back for a re-detail. Overall, yes, I'd go back and I'd recommend Ford of Kirkland.

This was the 55,000 mile maintenance on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring vehicle. The technicians were done with my car at least 15 minutes sooner than it was promised, which I appreciated, and the counter person walked through all the points in the multi-point inspection receipt with me and also gave me a heads up about what the future 60,000 mile standard maintenance tasks will be, pointing out the differences between these two standard scheduled maintenance procedures.

The purchase of my 2015 F150 was very good. I felt I got a good price right from the beginning. I had two vehicles that we investigated a possible trade on but the dealership's prices were not good so I ended having to sell them myself. As for delivery of my truck; I appreciated the staff helping to expedite the process and work with my busy schedule to get my on the road! The only criticism I have is that the day after delivery I had noticed a scratch on the inside of the door jam that was circled by the dealer in marker. When i took the truck in the next day to get a quick touchup, i was surprised that i had to purchase a can of touchup paint myself instead of the dealer just taking care of it for me, probably not a huge deal but it struct me odd since it was a brand new truck.

2016 Fusion Energi Titanium. My experience at other Seattle are dealers was dismal and degrading. At Ford of Kirkland I appreciated the "to the point negotiating" with numbers that honored the advertised prices and no surprises with oddball charges at the end. I have never been a big Ford fan, but both the product and relative ease of the buying experience has definitely changed my mind. Based on the SUVs I looked at during my visit, we may become a 2 Ford family next year when we replace our other vehicle.

I was not happy that my web submission request was unanswered by an actual person. I called an left a phone message as well as an email message that never were returned. Fortunately for you, I wanted to buy a truck you had. Despite the lack of answer I went down and found a random salesperson Jose. I had a reasonable offer that eventually you accepted exactly as I offered. Initially you were 6K$ away but after a couple iterations of Jose talking to someone and me sitting around you accepted. It was fine overall but could have been much quicker. I had money, I had a reasonable offer, I had shopped around and you accepted my offer exactly after a lot of me waiting around and walking away when it was taking too long.In the end, I got an OK deal, I like the truck, you took care of me on a detail about the tires. I wasted a lot of time waiting for you to eventually accept a very reasonable offer 100% as I offered when I walked in the door.

The salesmen I worked with were professional and very easy to get along with. The man who handled the financing and paperwork for the purchase was the same. I enjoyed working with all of them. I ran into one issue that bothered me a little. The price advertised on your web site included every possible discount and rebate, including two that were mutually exclusive. That means you advertised a price that no one could possibly qualify for. The salesman patiently explained the situation to me, but he was put into an awkward position of having to explain that the web site essentially included an errant price. I felt a little mislead, but I believe the salesman told me the truth, and in the end I still feel like I paid a fair price, so we got past this issue. In the future you will probably want to be careful about the prices posted on your website.

Kevin Paddock was so very accommodating - he got our vehicle in immediately upon arrival for the scheduled repair, thereby minimizing our wait time. He had done the same thing for us on a previous occasion, in December of 2014, when we had an emergency need for repair on our 2nd vehicle on a Saturday when all the appointments were already filled. He still managed to fit us in, saving us from being "stranded". We live some distance and a ferry ride away from Kirkland, so it is a great favor to us when we don't have to leave a vehicle overnight or all day for service. Kudos to Kevin and Ford of Kirkland for a job(s) well done!

Very pleasant experience. Was able to trade in two used for two new cars with minimal hassle. The absolute worst costumer service experience I have ever had. I thought i found my ideal truck online thru Ford of Kirkland. I immediately got into contact with a sales associate, Vass. I talked to him for a week and he verified that it was everything our family wanted. We wanted to guarantee everything was as described and pictured, because we were going to commute from Spokane, Washington. I verified twice that it was a non-smoker, because that was very important to us. He said he even got a second opinion and guaranteed it was a non-smoker. So after a week of solid communication, we traveled to Seattle. My wife took the day off of work and we boarded our dogs. We planned to drive that vehicle home, because that's how much we trusted the information we were getting. We arrive at the dealership, get into the vehicle and immediately smell cigarette smoke! Even the other sales people said it smelled like smoke! So here we are in Seattle, 5 hours away from home. We are out money, and without a way home! The General Managers costumer service was absolutely horrible! He didnt even to offer to send us back home and even insulted me by offering me a truck that was nothing like what i wanted and later found out the truck offer had been on the lot unsold for a year. So i felt like they were just trying to pawn off a truck that wouldnt sell onto me. So thank you for stranding us in Seattle with a horrible taste in our mouths about how you handle your business and customers. Harry has a lot of information on the 2015 Genesis, he answered all of my questions. When it was time to negotiate price I was awed that Thi Nguyen the manager's desk was feet away from the salesmans desk. It eliminated the secretive " I'll go ask my manager" game. The entire process took less than 2 hours. I have been telling everyone I can that if they are buying a Hyundai, Kirkland is the only place to go. As a first-time new car buyer and flying solo on making this big purchase, it was a little terrifying in the final decision making, but Michael was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the buying process. He eased my nerves and made it a piece of cake! There was no pressure and in the end I couldn't be happier. Every member of the staff that I encountered in Kirkland was so friendly that I would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. In comparison to other dealerships around, Ford of Kirkland is the best in price, service, and customer satisfaction hands down. My car was purchased in March 2014 and I'm still raving about my experience.

After receiving recalls on my Hyundai I called to make an appointment for my vehicle to bring it in. I ended up making the appointment online. When I arrived a few weeks later, I was told by Jerry that because I had scheduled online he wasn't even aware I had an appointment and hadn't ordered the necessary parts making it seems as though it was my fault. If they don't want you to book online they shouldn't have that option. I had received 3 emails confirming my appointment over the weeks. Later I contacted the manager who assured me they would have the part by the next day and a loaner vehicle. Weds came, no part but told by the next morning. Thurs came, no part. Friday was told the part should probably be there by Monday. Still waiting to find out if I ever get my car fixed. By far, the worst service I have ever received.

I called Kirkland Ford and spoke with Jose. He was very professional and polite on the phone. And most importantly, for me, he wasn't pushy or aggressive. He invited my wife and I in and we agreed. When we arrived, again he was layed back and very professional. Jose made our experience enjoyable. It was made clear what our needs and wants were. He never tried to "push us" in any other direction. In fact, the day before, we left a dealership because of a "pushy" salesman. Jose made our car buying experience the best one to date.

Came in for the loss leader, 2015 Escape S, and left with a 2014 SE with many upgrades. I could recommend many improvements to the process or the facilities, but then I would be preaching to the choir. e.g. have the loss leaders out front ready to go (could not find the model S or another SE when the book and extra key was not found for the one we test drove), coffee in the sales room, and well coat hooks... Mike Sylvan was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and fun! and did well at explaining the rebates detailing what we actually qualified for and walked through the operations of the vehicle. He even took the car back to service to vacuum out the leaves from the intake vents under the hood. Met with Dan Lozott, the internet sales manager, and found him very pleasant and timely. Dan responded to my inquiry on the loss leader, early Thanksgiving day. Totally Awesome. The Finance guy was pleasant and knowledgeable. I would ask that he take a little more time with the customer, maybe do a check off list... kind of felt like a shell game, maybe this is due to us finding out at this moment that the car we bought was a 2014, and not a 2015. Regardless, I am pleased with the purchase and feel that I came out ahead. The 2014 had the 201A upgrades versus the 200A that came with the loss leader SE.

Again, as far as a "car buying experience" goes, nothing unexpected - these guys are making their living by negotiating the best price on behalf of the dealer - I'm sure that if we all went out for beers, they would be very different people with a different set of personal principles. I do not have any complaints about my experience at FoK. The dealership fields a very competent sales person in Michael Sylvan, and every effort should be made to bring the entire team to his bar.

Buying a car is not something I enjoy. It has been two months and at least four dealers. I walked out at the signing of the last paper before I would be the owner of a Fusion from a Lynnwood location, I like dealing with honest people (I dont recommendn thsi location) the buying experience at Ford of Kirkland made buying a car all most fun. The salesman Rodney was standing, Himad the sales manager went out of his way to help and answer any questions. During the signing of the documentation John helped me save money so that I could leave the dealer with a 72,000 - 6yr and maintenance agreement. The group put me the person first and the need for them to make a profit second. I know a car dealer will all ways make some money, but this dealership works to get you what you want with in your price range. Great place to shop for any car you need. Thank you

I would rate Hyundia of Kirkland a negative 5 star if I could. They provided me with terrible, inconsiderate & unprofessional service following my purchase of a new Genesis Coupe. On the day I purchased my car a verbal & writen agreement was reach on the amout the car was sold for, pay off on my trade in & amount my monthly payment would be. The next day I re-reviewed the documents & didn't see the pay off of my old car. I called the dealership several time over a few days finally talking with Marlon. He insisted that it was in the contract & "not to worry". I insisted that it was not written anywhere. On the 4th or 5th phone call Marlon said I was correct & need to come back the next day to sign a new contract. When I arrived I was notified that the payment would now need to be $120.00 more than promised & it would extend payments an additional year. I requested they finance through my current credit union of which I was preapproved. Only to find out later that I was ignored and processed though another company. At this point I'm a patient person & understand mistakes but felt I deserved compensation for the inconvenience of driving 40 miles to the dealership & not being given what was promised. The dealership offered Xzylon. The manager stated that someone would call me to set up the appointment. After two days of no call back I finally called. I left two messages over 4 days & on the 5th day they finally called me back to sched. the Xzylon. When I picked my car up I noticed splotches all over the leather interior. Christina, assistant service manager, said that splotches would buff out & she tried to show me. The splotches where still there. She then asked if I would like them to redo it? I said yes fix it!!!! 45 min. later my car was returned to me done correctly as it should have been done the first time. I Arrived home & walked around the car immitdiately noticing a 1/2 in gouge in the passenger door. I called Christina & emailed pictures tight away. The gouge went through all the layers of paint down to the metal . Expecting to hear back right away after sending the picture, I didn't get a call. I called 2 days later & Christina said she had authorization to fix the chip in the door. At that time I told her that 1/2 the roof had been missed by the Xzilon that when the car was wet half the car would bead up and a clear line was able to be seen. She said she would have to get approval to redo it. I requested they redo the whole car after door chip was fixed. She didnt think that was possible but would ask her manager. At this point I'm not confident & leary of the workmanship that I have witnessed up to this point along with the misshandling of customer service. On trip 5 back to dealership I requested to talk with the manager Richard Ewing explaining all series of events. He agreed to fixing chip & promised a complete reapplication of the Xzylon. The next day Richard called & said the car was ready & "it looked great" & he checked the painted door himself. Arriving I found my car with paint dust all over inside & out, a dimple where the chip was, & a 6 inch paint run that ran horizontal. I showed Richard & he said he & another manager inspected it & didn't know how it was missed. He stated that it would be fixed right but it was Friday & the paintshop was closed. Three consecutive days I called leaving messages with no return call. On the 4th day Richard answered & said that "he was discussing with Christina and the owner how to proceed". They where either going to repair the door again or deside that after serveral trips that they had done enough" that he would "call me back by the end of that day". That was yesterday, 5/8/14, & have not heard back. As for "several trips", I made several trips for them to correct there mistakes which has not been satisfied. Lastly, I love the car but the cutomer service & face to face experience has been nothing short of horrible. I would like to have my car fixed correc

We have to say, that the treatment we received from Hyundai of Kirkland, was far and away, the best of all our experiences combined! We went by there, not twice, but, three times to demo the car we wanted, and then bought on the fourth, and final visit! I wish the other dealerships would get with the 21st Century, and realize, like HOK did, that pressuring a very potential buyer is so 80's and 90's, before the internet, and consumer information systems were in place! Besides a fantastic product, and superior warranty, and more bang for your buck, I was treated with absolute respect, and allowed the leisure, of making my own decisions in the buying process, and provided all the information to do so. I can't say enough, for my appreciation of Shannon, Elizabeth, and the mgr, for an outstanding process, price, and attention to detail. I will recommend everyone I know, to at least try Hyundai and HOK in particular!

We were told by our local dealer that the advertised deal at HOK was not possible, and that they would not be truthful to get us to come in. This was completely untrue! HOK gave us a super deal! When we came to pick up the car, some accessories were missing. They were mailed to us the next day. We also got a good explanation of the nav system, etc. All the salesmen we worked with were very nice and put a lot of effort into making us happy. Worth the drive even if you live far away. We saved thousands over our local dealer.

I even made the mistake of going to a Jeep dealer in the region which was by far the worst experience I've had trying to buy a car, thats a story for another day... They will give you a fantastic price (I got my 2014 Santa Fe Sport with a significant discount) AND will treat you as a valued customer along the process. I contacted the dealership through Cars.com and Samuel responded very quickly. During the entire process he was honest and forthcoming. The finance guys were easy to work with. I had a couple of questions after the purchase and contacted Samuel. Again, he repsonded within 24 hours. I love my newly acquired used Ford Expedition. The only downside is the facility that had so many people there the noise level was horrible as I was waiting for everything to happen. I have some thoughts about parents who bring their toddler kids car shopping and then let them run around screaming for 2 hours, but there isn't a review site for that! :)

Really good experience as far as car dealers go. I worked with Justin. Didn't feel pressured or like I was getting taken advantage of. There was one little issue where we had almost finished buying it and he forget to ask earlier in the process if we had full coverage insurance lined up for it. We had to come back the next day after our insurance company opened. All in all is recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend those guys to anyone. The sales guys won't answer their phones, rude and won't stand behind their cars. I bought an Acura Mdx from them. After I took it home I found out the DVD system is broken, the driver side remote access doesn't work and few other things not with mentioning. Called the sameul the sales person I dealt with. He goes " i didn't know you cared for a DVD system in the car"! No I didn't care for one just wanted to buy a broken one :). I told him I will fix the DVD myself but I need I door issue fixed! He goes yeah I agree with you sure let me see what I can so with my manager and will call you back to get it taken care of. Three days later he doesn't call back! I call him no answer, left voice mail no answer. I call from wives number and then he answers and tells me he was busy and can't help me with anything. Call his manager he tells me you bought a car as is and you got it for a good price! You can afford to fix it lol like I got the car for free from them. These guys have no ethics and I won't be doing business with them or recommending them to anyone either.

This is by far the best car experience I have ever had in my life. The finance manager Tommy was easy to talk to and he explain the process and made it very painless for me to feel comfortable. I was not confident that I would be approved and he assured me that I would be and a start rebuilding my credit. If you're ever in the market for a car, please come by and ask for Tommy.

I bought my new Escape, had it for about a week put about 260 miles on it. There were several things wrong with the car and I just didn't like it. so I took it back and traded up for a top of the line Escape. The problem is FOK said I was trading in a used car an charged me an additional 3800 for the Escape I wanted. This is total crap!! I wont be back and suggest you be very careful if you feel compelled to go there.

He helped us test drive the car extensively and accommodated my wife's teaching schedule in terms of her being able to review the vehicle. Rodney showed excellent product knowledge and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. Ford of Kirkland was a very pleasant and low pressure company to do business with. My experience with Johnny Greene at Ford of Kirkland could not have been better. From the moment I met him, he went above and beyond what was expected or "normal". On the day of my inital visit, it was pouring down rain and rather than have my daughter and I sloshing through the rain, he took us inside and had me write down my wish list. He then went to work to find me not only EVERYTHING on my list, but even more than I could have hoped for. Without knowing it, he brought me the option of buying my "dream car" and made it possible for me to get financed when I had my doubts it would be possible. We met this Sonny guy and he showed us two versions of the Fusion and we were very impressed with his profesionalism and knowledge. He did not at all force us to buy the car right then and there.
