I stopped by on Friday to look at the Ford Edges and was promptly met by Steve Robinson who showed what they had in stock and told me he could get what I wanted if I didn't like those. I told him what I was looking for but the color I wanted was not one of the 2015 colors so I told him I would consider the colors available when I came back with my husband on Monday. He showed us what he could get in my preference and they worked with us to get the payments in our price range. Papers were signed and they found the car I wanted and said they would have it the next day (Tuesday). I went back Tuesday and picked it up. Overall it was a pleasant experience. All of the personnel were very friendly and were making the most of their sort of "packed" office setting, making the most of their remodeling situation.

I took my 2013 Mustang in for it's 40,000 mile check up on Friday, Sept. 18th. The service department staff were friendly. My car was taken back for the work, and was returned in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was top notch. The service technician had made sure to see that he cleaned up any messes before return.Overall, I had a very good experience with Ford of West Memphis.

My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Ford of West Memphis, both new and used. I was looking for a used Infiniti, and they worked with me to find the car I wanted at auction. I gave the salesman Jack the year, make, model, color, options, mileage, and price range I wanted, and Ford of West Memphis did the rest! Not only did they find exactly what I wanted, but they called me as soon as the auction was over to let me know. I was able to apply for financing over the phone/online (without having to go in person), so the entire purchase in person was completed in under an hour. All I had to do was sign the paperwork, and I was done! They are an honest, reliable, and trustworthy dealership, and they will work with you to find whatever vehicle you're looking for. If they don't have it on their lot, they will find it. I have recommended Ford of West Memphis to several friends and coworkers, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase or lease a new or used vehicle.

Please steer clear of this dealership! While traveling from NC to NV I blew a head gasket on my Explorer. After taking it to West Memphis Ford I am left with over $2200 in repairs alone and an inoperable vehicle. I've been around the block a time or two and could have and would have made the repair myself, had I not been traveling cross country. Mike, the service manager, and his team tried to blame faulty valves and then a belt upon returning it after the initial repair. I took it back a second time to make it less than 10 miles. I called to let them know I was sitting on the side of the road and no one could be bothered to return my call. I waited to hear from them for nearly an hour before calling back. I've been told the damage is my fault. Even with the blown gasket the car was driving. Dishonest to say the least. I'm beyond disappointed. I'm stranded and out of options. Please save yourself the time, money and frustration. Find another service center.

After being a 4 year customer, having bought a new 2011 F150 & having most of my service done there, they cheated me on the price of my truck I was bullied into trading for a piece of crap 2012 Spyder Convertible. Was told that it was a leased car just gotten on their lot. BWAHAHA! More people had owned this car than I could name & it was bought at auction almost 5 months prior! I started calling them about this car within 24 hours hating it. Too bad!!! Can't tell you all of the things that are wrong with this car, including how wrong it is for a person that has driven Ford 4x4's since 98! Owners, no one cares! Horrible way to treat a good customer. All of my friends & family will make sure & let EVERYONE know that!

I drove from Bartlett, TN to West Memphis, AR to look at a 2013 Ford Focus. After test driving the car, I started negotiating. I feel that I got a very fair deal. The car was not in the exact condition that I wanted, but I did get a very good deal.

Our 99 Ford powerstroke blew the transmission while we were traveling across country. The service dept gave me two prices on the transmission. price one was if they repaired the transmission and price two was for replacing the transmission. I elected to just replace the transmission as it had almost 300,000 miles on it. So 4 days later we were down the road and about 30 miles out the new transmission broke again. I called the service manager and he told me they could not do anything till the next week. So we elected to keep going wilth low gear to the next dealer in Jackson Tn. They in turn didn't want to talk to us at all. So we contunued on to East tenn till we got to Elizebathton and the dealer there were very understanding and helpful. Now we needed another transmission and of course West Memphis Ford argued and don't want to pay for that one. When the new Transmission arrived in the dealer in Tn noticed two tickets that stated when you change this transmission you have to change the trainmission coolling system. Well we contacted Mr garcia and they never changed the cooling system nor the fluid. They refused to pay for a new cooling system and said my truck could sit on the ramp at the dealer till xxxx freezes over. When I told Mr. Garcia my paper work didn't say they changed the fluid his response says you have no paper work as his Tech. never did any on the truck. So I asked him how he can say he changed the fluid if there is no record of that? So now I am out a truck, $3,500.00 for the transmission and alot of inconvience and stress because of this. So people please do not trust this dealer ship. All they want is your money. They can't be trusted. I am going to follow up with attroneys and sue this company so Stay tuned for the rest of this story. The price that I got was better than the offers in Memphis. The people there made buying my truck easy. I thought I had a paperwork issue and there was some confusion but it was the states problem. Even no they had nothing to do with the problem they sent their people to the tag office to fix it. I have recommended them to several friends and business associates and they have been pleased as well.

Upon arriving it took for every to get someone to assit me. To top that off, I was the to buy a used vehicle and he continued to try and sell me a new one. After much debate and I should have left then, he showed me a 2007 Chevy Impala that had 98,885 miles on it. It took him 30 minutes to get me a cash price. He came back with $10,150.00, I then explained I asked for the cash price not the finance price. So he then spoke with what I assume was the floor manager who said he could do better for a cash price. He came back with $9500.00. I then ask him how he came up with that price, mind you I have my smart phone in hand and I'm far from stupid as to what the value of this car is. He then told me he got hos price from the same place I was looking up the value of the car on. I then told him that was $2000.00 over what that site values the car and hos response was, well I can't sell it for less than I gave my friend for trade in on it. They are not worth the liquid gold I wasted to go there. And get this, that car is listed on their wab site for $8995.00, and he couldn't do a better cash and carry price. Scam Artist!!! Info on car; look at their site and don't get roped in. STK#4295UA. White 2007 Chevy Impala. Miles: 98,883 V-6 3.5 liter automatic . See with your own eyes!!!

I have purchased 3 new fords from Ford of West Memphis, and I have no plans on buying a car from another dealership. I first purchased a Ford Explorer, next was an Escape and my last purchase was an Edge. Each purchase was great. The people who work there are honest and did their best to get me into the car a wanted. I never felt pressured to buy a certain car or even a car from them. They took time after each purchase to make sure I understood all the features on my new car, and have been very helpful each time I needed service for my car. My escape has over 100,000 miles on it, and still drives great. I am confident that I will be going back to Ford of West Memphis when it is time for me to buy my next car.

I called the dealer concerning a 08 f-350 for sale. It was priced around $30,000 when I talked to him and started asking questions he stated it was a one owner a non smoker and there (FRIEND) bought the truck new from them and had it serviced at the dealership and had NO problems from the truck. He assured me it was in great shape had no problems everything worked great on it he even printed off the carfax report and gave it to me!!!!..I drove 4 hours each way to look at the truck..when I arrived and looked.. it looked as if it had been in a rock hail storm (3,000-5,000$ in damage), the trim on the bed was pulled loose(150$in damage) ,the bed was put back on wrong, the back passenger side doors lip was folded over(400$ in damage), when I opened the door the smell of smoke was overpowering, the carpets were stained, and the cd player didnt work! In the end I very stupidly decided to listen to the sales person and bought the truck because he assured me they were (MINOR) fixes. The next day I walked outside and the front tire was flat! The jack,lugnut wrench, and spare tire remover was gone! He told me later that they knew it had a screw in it and they refused to fix it! They graciously let me pay $1,500 for a set of tires Even though the truck I traded in on it had a new set! When I got it changed I went to back up the driveway the tires started slipping so I engaged the 4x4..nothing! I looked underneath and all the vac lines were pulled loose?? Well by then the vac switch was full of dirt so there went another $100. And it still didnt work! I called the dealer and started griping at them and they finaly agreed to fix the problem. A MINOR (750$ part!) And another 8 hr trip well they gave me a free oil change for my trouble and stripped out my drain plug and didnt bother to fix it till I found it later! (30$)Well I went to work the next day and when I returned 28 days later..i worked for a barge company. My truck wouldnt start? Both batteries were bad.. another minor ($175 apiece!) Well when I jumped it the truck was running rough and wouldnt get above 35 mph. when I stopped at a station there was oil pouring from my block!!!!! A seal was bad in the radiator and had filled my crankcase full of coolant. Which I paid for. When I called they wanted me to pay the $2,000 to tow it back down there even though it was still under warranty all the local dealers refused to even look at it because they said ford wouldnt pay them back for any warranty work? To add insult to injury they wouldnt even loan me a car!!! I called ford and made a complaint and Ford told me it wasnt there problem and not there responsibility!!!??? So I was bumming rides for 3 weeks while repairs were being made while it was in the shop they discovered that 2 injectors were bad and a third was leaking! Another minor $3,000 dollars!!! And here comes my favorite part!!!!!! I went to trade it in a year later while still owing 26,000$ and the sales person walks up and says its been in a wreck!!!!! The little peckerheads waited till I bought the truck and THEN turned it in as being wrecked 2 YEARS after the incident!!!!! So now my (60,000$) truck is worth about $18,000..one week later im still waiting to hear back from them!!!! so yea if you want a real wise piece of advice you better find another place to shop because there nothing more than a lying pack of two face thieves!!!! I will not do any business with them or ford motor co. ever again!!!! I will buy a horse to ride before I buy another car from them! Ive worked to long and hard for what little money I do have to see someone like that den of snakes get it!!!
