Took my car for service, car left dirty, windshield wipes disconnected, fluids not replenish reschedule my car four times before job performance.Kept my car at the dealer more time and did not gave me a courtesy call, to let me know and when I call they took my messages but not returned the call. Send me to Interprice for a car rental When they called me that my car was ready, they refused to pay because I took more time, I didn't even needed the car rental. So they wanted me to pay for the rental. they are so incompetent that they forgot to call me to let me know was was going on with the car and to advise me about the car rental.

Overall i would have to say my experience was pleasant due to Orestes Dago he made my wife and i feel comfortable , and placed us under no pressure along with his knowledge of Toyota vehicles in particular the 2012 highlander we were looking for. This was my first time buying a car in America, and I had the worst experience looking for a car, until I ran into these guys. Two other dealers I dealt with, quoted me fake prices, then accused me of not understanding, and all the BS that go with sales. I called this place, and spoke to Jenny Criuz, who was so kind and professional on the phone, she didn't push me and she never lied, she is a sweetheart, and most importantly, she gave me an AMAZING deal, and she kept her word! There were no surprises waiting for me, I went to the dealrship and Mr. Venrick Britton was there to help me from beginning to end, with excellent service. The manager, Jose was also incredibly kind and helpful, they all worked together to find the specific car/color that I wanted, the same day when the others said they couldn't, no playing around and deceiving, like everyone else I had dealt with so far. I asked them if they had the car at the price I wanted at 2pm, by 7pm the same day I was out the door with my brand new car that they found in another state, and had it shipped over for me asap, same day. I totally recommend these guys, ask for Venrick, Jenny or Jose, don't even bother going to any other dealer, it will make your life a lot easier, they are sure to do everything they can to get you what you need, in the best price, with the best service. Thanks guys for my new car!

Went to this dealer after on a Saturday evening and the service was outstanding from the moment I walked in . Very friendly customer oriented reps were available to assist. Mr Britton was understanding, helped us secured an excellent deal and assisted with all the paperwork that were needed. They made sure we walked out with the car even though it was late on a Saturday evening.. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership before heading anywhere.. You will be happy that you visited them especially when looking for Toyota vehicles. Additionally they have excellent vehicles. Review indicated that they serviced the car we purchased for a total of $1700 before selling to us.. that was outstanding and we couldn't ask for more than the consideration that they car they are selling is of good quality.

I had been looking for a very specific color on my 2015 Toyota Corolla (brown sugar) with a very specific interior. These folks tracked down the specific color, and went to pick it up from another location that was a good 25 miles away. They got it within the short time I needed it (24 hours), met the numbers that fit my budget, and made the whole experience extremely quick and easy after I had been dealing with other dealerships for days with little progress.

I had the most amazing experience at Fordham Toyota. I have purchased more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and the customer service that I received here can not be compared. I was greeted in a professional and timely manner. My sales person was knowledgeable, competent, and interested in what I wanted in a vehicle. The Financial department was honest, and trustworthy and worked with my budget. I've been to a few places that once they get the idea that I won't be the most lucrative commission, I was quickly demoted when it came to the quality of customer care. To the contrary with Fordham Toyota. Throughout my visit, first entering the door to driving off with my New Toyota, I was treated with superb customer care. I will never go to another dealer ever again. I highly recommend!

This was the third Toyota dealership we went to in one day- and the only one that actually delivered on what they promised over the phone. They did not have the color car we wanted in stock so they ordered it and had it within a few hours. THe staff were welcoming and friendly- they went out of their way to help us and meet our needs. The manager went out of his way to ask about my experience before I left and they have called and emailed us to make sure that everything went smoothly. We worked with a woman named Rosalba who was wonderful! We will be sure to recommend this dealership to others.

Honestly, I only went for a consultation since my options were very very limited and being a first timer made it a little challenging, but I went home on a brand new 2015 car. They not only got out of their way to better fulfill my needs and assist me but the welcoming and professional ambiance of the staf, made it seem too easy to purchase a car, considering this being my first experience as a car owner I must say these people know what they are doing, but they also make you feel confident enough too, that you also understand the process and the process went very smooth. This was the 2nd and last time I come in for a 3+& 2+hour oil change. The only reason I went back was giving them the benefit of the doubt as i went on Sat last time (plus they sent me a $9.95 coupon) so this time I went during my weekday off day-what a waste of my valuable day off. Then you have the staff eating they're lunch in the waiting room and every other word from the guy and woman was a curse word. Then to boot you have the guy that registered the car with an attitude cursing on the phone in spanish. Even if I get a free coupon it's not worth my time and ears.

I did not have a good income, however Fordham Toyota helped me to get my car. And that is what I was looking for. However, they are very dishonest, and if you do not pay attention to the details, they do not help you to know it. Fordham Toyota likes to work saying half-truths, or they just skip things. Before, I gave them a good review because i received a email offer me some money if I do that, so I decided to forget the negative things and say the only positive thing which is that I get my car. Nobody paid the money that was offered me, so now I am saying the whole situation. I feel better now. Nobody have to believe me, but at least you will think about what I am saying at the moment to buy in this place.honestly, I have not much experience buying things so expensive like a new car and maybe that's why they understood that they could try to fool me. The thing is that they made me pay about $ 3,200 in things that were not necessary to buy my car; things that were optional. They used half-truths to make me think that all those things were necessary. And although I could cancel those services, all this left a bad taste in buying my first car. My final recommendation is do not trust sellers. They smile a lot and are very kind but their goal is to sell no matter what.

This is definedly not the biggest dealer in size, nor prettier in looks, but it has something special: they make you feel at home, they will do anything in their power to comply with your request, this is the 2nd deal I have with them, first a financed car, now is a lease. In both occasions they work a fair deal for me, you have to remamber that your credit score and history play an important part in your deal, but for my first car I did not have a credit history at all, yet I got out of there in a pre-owned Camry with 25,000 miles, in optimal conditions. Bottom line is, first you have a very efficient and well known brand of vehicles in a dealer that has a very kind and helful staff that treat each other like family. What else do you need?

My salesperson (Robert) paid close attention to what I needed, and didn't need, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He knows I was nervous about dealerships given my past experience and he made sure to communicate with me that he was going to help me out and not take advantage. I made an appointment to repair the wiper fluid container of my Avalon. About ten people were in the freezing waiting room . No one removed the coat, hat and gloves he wore for the 23 degree outside temperature. When I asked an employee to put on the heat, he revealed that the system was broken. Neither the Manager nor the Service Representative were in the building. After three and a quarter hours, I was told that they did not have the part for my vehicle. I am a senior citizen, and physically unable to tolerate your inhuman conditions. Moreover, after having many cars serviced for the past 45 years , I was never exposed to such inexcusable abusive treatment. You clearly have too few mechanics and no management. The young service staff who were forced to face the disgruntled customers were polite and concerned.

Awesome- got in at 3 and out the door in a couple of hours with my brand new Rav4! Rosalda did a great job. As a first time car buyer (young, woman, etc) the other dealerships I went to had no shame taking advantage of me but Rosalda was honest upfront and beat the other dealers' prices by far! There was no haggling- I set a price, she beat it :)She's also a sweetheart to talk to making the waiting periods go by quick.*after everything was set and done the management honored a check-in deal as well knocking a couple hundred more off the final price- very great service in a usually sleazy/intimidating setting.

Please note: I did not purchase a vehicle from Fordham Toyota. This review is regarding Fordham's Internet Sales Manager, Sabrina Florvil. I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received from Sabrina. I reached out to the dealership regarding a new Rav 4. Sabrina responded with a selling price, and told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. I never heard from her again; Sabrina wouldn't respond to calls or emails. I finally called the dealership and spoke to the sales manager, Anthony, who said the car has already been sold. The positive about living in a major city like NY is that we have plenty of Toyota dealerships. I chose Fordham based on their 4.9 rating on DealerRater and 100% customer recommendation. Maybe I caught them on an "off" week, but this is unacceptable, and I would not give them my business.Update: Jose (General Sales Manager) tried to make it right by finding the vehicle I wanted (2014) at another dealership, but he could not. Finally, he tried to put me in a 2015, but would only sell at $500 below MSRP (while their internet sales department quoted invoice).

I went it already knowing what I wanted because I had spoken with an online representative - who was great and very friendly. As soon as I walked in someone welcomed me and from there he took care of all the questions and the entire process. Vendrick -- the salesperson -- was very helpful, even when discussing insurance. He guided me through the process and was always willing to answer my questions and accomodate any need I had during the process. He explained thoroughly what the decision I was amount to commit to meant -- I went for a lease 36mos on a Rav4. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and relatives for future purchases, the customer service was just exceptional!

We got the highlander that we wanted when we were told from other dealers that we would have to wait 2-4 weeks for it .Fordham Dealer not only had it in stock but had two different ones (in the same color) to choose from! First time buying at a dealership, Mr. Britton was helpful and polite. Mr Britton assisted me with everything from bringing my new car to the service center for a final wash, to helping me ensure insurance photos were taken on time. Mr Britton was attentive to the smallest of details, including finding a small plastic cup holder divider which was missing, point being if he said he would do it, you could consider it done. I would absolutely recommend asking for Mr Britton when shopping for a new or used vehicle.

Jeannette explained the work needed on my Camry to keep it running in great condition. Purchasing a NEW (not used) car for the first time can be a very emotional experience, filled with anxiety of spending to much money or hoping to be approved. But what a wonderful experience my husband and I had at Fordham Toyota. From the first contact call from Lily, her politeness and professionalism was the beginning of putting us at ease. She set up our appt and confirmed it the next day. When we arrived, we met Matt Freeman, what a wonderful and professional salesman man. He handled us with such respect and care you would think he was taking care of a relative of his. He was knowledgeable of his product and answered every question we had. If he didn't have an answer he immediately went to the appropriate person to get it. Never, never was he that "pushy salesman" that you hear about. Toyota Fordham should be very happy and please to have a salesperson like him. Then we met Michael Fermin, the financial Mgr. he was fantastic as well. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and asked us if we had any questions or concerns. He explained our payments and any extra maintenance coverage we had. Nothing was left out. We had a wonderful wonderful buying experience. We left, the same day. with a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry and a huge smile on our faces. I recently bought a used Camry from Fordham Toyota. I went to them after a terrible experience at Toyota of manhattan after which i had to file two complaints with Toyota. My experience at Fordham was much different. They were very straight forward and professional. I first spoke to Jenny Cruz to find out if they had the car i wanted in stock. She got back to me right away with the cars i had to choose from and then set up a meeting with Matt Freeman. He handled the sale very professionally, no games and no nonsense. After dealing with the finance director Chris Mair we made a deal on the car within an hour. The price on the car was more than fair and i picked the car up the next day. I plan on going back to this sales team in the future. Unlike most other car dealerships they spoke to me as a person and were up front and honest.

I called and made a deal over the phone. When I got there the car was washed and ready to go. Best experience buying a car that I've ever had. The whole process only took about two hours. Plus they have free valet parking which made things a lot easier. I felt like a VIP and get the lowest price from them. Other dealers wanted $45-100 more a month on the same car.

I decided at the last minute to get a new Toyota Camry. After calling about 4 different dealerships, and even getting the best offer from another dealer, I decided to go to Fordham Toyota! As I explained to Charetta, it's was all about honesty and service. Charetta has been nothing but honest, charming, proficient and professional the whole time. If it wasn't for her, I would have NEVER went to this dealership! I told her all the questions I had and within no more than 30 minutes she had the answers, the right answers. I stressed to her that I am not looking to play games or waste my time. She assured me that I need not to worry. She told me that I will be working with sales person Matt. As soon as I got off of work, Which was 7Pm, I ran to the Fordham Toyota, where I was greeted by a sales person. I requested to speak to Sabrina, as directed by Charetta. Sabrina came out and introduced me to Matt. Matt was ready to get down to business and knew exactly what I was there for! All I had to do was pick a color of the car. I was very tired and allowed Matt to pick a color. He came back and we started talking numbers. I put on my boxing gloves, thinking " let's get ready to rumbleeeee". I filled out the credit application and waited for Matt to come from taking it to the finance manager. It took him no more than 20 minutes, but because I was tired from working all day, I felt like it took hours. He came back and took me down to Michael. Michael's body language can come off very strong and intimidating. I laced up my imaginary gloves even tighter, put on my poker face, took out my million and one paperwork. I was adamant on me being in control of this conversation. I started things off on the wrong foot, all because I was preparing for war when I didn't have to. Yes the numbers were off from what Charetta and I spoke about, honestly I can't blame them, they were testing me as I was them!Things did get very heated when we discussed interest rates, and yes Michael we both know deep down it makes a world of a difference when making those payments! I got really upset and stormed out, even after I got my insurance and paid for it, yes I admit I jumped the gun on practically everything the moment I sat down to speak to the finance manager. They didn't go after me, they let me go. I sat in my friends car, to breathe, think straight, for some reason I couldn't think in the dealership, now I realize that what was my own demise. My gut told me it was a great deal, go back, relax and be positive, they are trying to help you. I went back in the first thing I did was apologize to Michael, told him about the numbers, he called another sales person ( sorry I forgot your name) BOOM, fixed! The finance rate, Michael wasn't budging from, that right eyebrow told me so ;-) So I compromised, Matt came down asking " Am I getting the car from the warehouse" with out hesitation Michael said "yes, sh'e leaving with the car". I smiled a huge smile, I removed my boxing gloves, let go of my fears, relaxed and started treating Michael like a human instead of a blood thirsty shark. After that it literally was like the rain storm stopped, the clouds began to part and the sun was shining through as bright as a hot summer day! Mind you it was like 10:30 at NIGHT! All the tension was gone! We had laughs and before I knew it I was signing an unbeatable deal! Got my copies and asked Michael, how did he know I was going to get the car, he said cause your a smart woman! Lol. Classic! He apologized to me after I expressed how I was feeling, he gave me a nice little advice: not everyone is out to hurt you. You didn't give me a chance to help you. At that moment I realized how much a wicked witch from the west I was being. I proceed to go upstairs and wait for my car, It was late and everyone was leaving. I began to get worried after 30 minutes had passed, the sales person whom name I can't remember assured me Matt was coming. He was very nice and we had casual talk. About an hour and some minutes later, Matt came in. The sales guy asked him what took him so long he said I had to move the other car's, I filled up the tank, and these next words he spoke, swept my heart away, I had to get the car washed for her! Wowwww. It was now going on 12 Midnight and Matt did all of those things for me. I mean wowww!!! He recognized that this was a huge accomplishment for me and Matt wanted it to be perfect! And it was!! I was too excited and dead tired to take Matt up on the offer of educating me on the features of the camera, he invited me back the next day to spend one on one time to connect my Bluetooth and go over the capabilities and features of the car. Even to this day, I get emails congratulating me and extending their help if i shall need anything!I am so grateful for all that EVERYONE has done for me at this dealership! I found this service center (which, btw, is located in upper Manhattan - the sales center is in the Bronx, service center is in upper Manhattan) by getting a list of local authorized service centers from US Toyota headquarters, then googling them for reviews. This one came out top by a very large margin and having gone there for my boss' cars for years now, I can personally attest to the many reasons why. They know exactly what they are doing, do it extremely well and efficiently, keep the costs down and always keep the customer informed. Also, for any concerned females reading this review - I am female, always go in alone, and have never once felt cheated, talked down to, harrassed or considered anything other than a valued customer equal to all others.The jewel in the crown is Jeannette Lawton. Before I say anything about her, I would like to state that I do not know her from anywhere other than this Toyota service place - I have absolutely zero connection with her other than this and the only reason for me to write a review about her here is because she is really, truly, so wonderful that she deserves a great review. She has been my go-to person ever since she started working there. I immediately noticed her high intelligence, kindness, professionalism, sense of humor, amazing language skills (extreme fluency in at least Spanish and English that I've witnessed) and complete knowledge of everything relating to the cars and customers. (This, by the way, is a very shortened list of her skills.) To give an example of something that happened today - my boss received a recall notice about a problem with his car. I called up Jeannette, told her that we received a notice, she knew instantly which notice I was talking about and told me it wasn't for my boss' current car - it was sent to him mistakenly and was for his prior Toyota, which had been lost with Hurricane Sandy. I defy anyone to find someone better than Jeannette.

I had a good experience overal. Mr.Baba the sales representative gave me multiple options, and based on my small budget I was able to make my decision. However, I was promised a 5.65% APR from Mr.Baba for 5 years, and when I finalized the deal with the financial manager he changed it up to a 9% APR for 6 years! Being unable to give me my original offer. Nevertheless, I still went on with purchase because I was already excited with the vehicle and because of the problems I was having with my previous car. I also promised myself to pay it off before the time period with no fees, but to this date it left a slight sour taste in my mouth because it's not the original deal I thought I was going to get from the original sales rep. Mr.Baba did his job and was very efficient with it, but I would urge the company to be more true to their word between the sales rep and the financial managers, there should be no discrepancy throughout the transition.

I was a first time car buyer. Being young and inexperience with buying a car, I wanted to find a dealership where I felt safe. I looked up reviews of other dealerships, and as soon as I saw the negative reviews, I wouldn't even think about visiting them. Then I came across Fordham Toyota. They had good prices, were highly rated on all dealer review sites I checked out, and had a great selection of cars. I must say, I am so glad I went. I walked in on a Tuesday and left with my car on Wednesday. Randy my sales person was really helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. He was honest and even though his shift was done at six, he stayed till 8:30pm to make sure I was take care of the right way. I also worked with Chris the Finance Director who showed me (not just told me) how I was getting the best rate on financing. Im not big on writing reviews but I felt the same way there are other young and inexperienced buyers out there that need guidance, Fordham Toyota is their answer.

I know many dealers play games and setup traps to trap their customers when selling a car. This one is not that type of dealer. The sales person at this dealership is very professional and kind. I bought a almost new used car from this dealer. The whole buy process is very smooth and transparent. I know exactly the dollar amount I need to pay. There are some dent on two alloy wheels and the dealer promised to fix them for free. They explain to me that after repair, the wheel should looks like new. Since the car is relatively new, I don't doubt it. So I directly head to the repair center for repair. The person in charge of the repair facility looks very professional as well. They said they are going to take care of the two wheels and cleanup the car. Everything is good until I picked up my car right before they close for Christmas at night. I noticed that instead of repairing the two alloy wheel, they replaced with two dirty old used alloy wheels much older than my original one.. They should have at least call me and let me make the decision myself. Second, they didn't cleanup the car, insider and out looks even dirtier than when I dropped it off. So a five star service turns to a 3 star one. Christmas time, no time to argue back. So if you are buying, I recommend it. If you are repairing, not so sure for now.

After I inquired on the internet I got a phone call from the dealer with a very good price for the vehicle I was looking for, RAV4 AWD LEI then spoke by phone with Sbarina Florvil, the Internet Sales Manager who assured me that no additional charge to the price offered me will be added later on. I also asked Sabrina to verify whether the color I wanted was in stock. It was.Once I arrived at the dealership and agreed on a price with Sabrina, I was turned over to a certified sales specialist by the name of Angel Liz. Angel could not do enough to make sure that all my questions were answered and and all my requirements met.Then I met with Michael Fermin, the business manager, to arrange the financing. Michael was pleasant, efficient and professional.The Genera;l Sales Manager, Jose Concepcion also came over to introduce himself and to make sure that everything they did met with my approval.I left the dealership after a couple of hours, driving my new vehicle. The overall experience was very pleasant. I was dealt with honestly, and no undue pressure was exerted by the sales team.I can full heartedly recommend Fordham Toyota.I would like to take this opportunity and also tell you how unsatisfied I was with the first dealership I went to; Westchester Toyota. I felt they were not honestly dealing with me. I felt pressured and at one point, after going back and forth about the pricing, when I asked the salesman about possible financing, the salesman became outright hostile. I will definitely not recommend Westchester Toyota to any body.

Best possible experience buying a car I could have hoped for. I own three cars all of which are Toyota. I bought the different cars at different Toyota dealerships, I must admit my experience with Fordham Toyota was the best one. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome. It was then I was introduced to a salesman Raymond. We already had a car in mind we wanted to buy and he assured us that he was there to help us find it. Although the car we wanted to buy was an older model, Raymond and the manager Eutin went above and beyond to locate the car bring it to the dealership. Although it seemed like an expansive effort, the price for the car never seemed to pricey. Along with the financial manager, Raymond, and Eutin made our experience great. We bought the car we wanted and the price we wanted. I highly recommend this dealership.

The employees at Fordham Toyota who helped us with our purchase did a great job in listening to what we needed instead of just throwing offers at us (as I've experienced at other places). This car dealership is one of the few reputable dealerships in the Bronx. Customer Service is impeccable. I just bought my second care here at Fordham Toyota and my sales person was Victor Pagan and he is a professional and knows how to get you a great deals especially on new vehicles. I came here to upgrade my Camry to a 2014 Toyota Camry and I was impressed with the quality for value. Victor was very clear about the terms and worked very hard to make sure I got a good deal. Toyota at Forhand offer great sevices, has been there a couple of times. We least our car and try to get another one but we were giving wrong information, so we only did the least one. Great services from the sales representative kind of crazzy, they could not find the car we decided to get. Took really long time to do the transaction. Other than that great experience

Rosalba Garido-Santana was highly recommended by a friend of my. When I got to the location I was greeted as if I was expected. Rosalba Garido-Santana welcomed us, my wife and I, warmly. Her enthusiastic and easy going personality made it very easy for us to start the conversation. I was referred to this specific dealer and to Jose Concepcion by a good friend of mine. At first as anyone else I was a bit skeptical meeting strangers since my past experiences with dealerships have not been the greatest. Well, I was in for a treat since Jose was very helpful and introduced me to a young lady named Rosalba Garrido. She was awesome! she made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgable as I asked many technical and general questions on the car. Being that it was my first time leasing I had many questions. I must say the team effort was impeccable! To make things more interesting I traded my old car and I must add that they really helped me with the appraised value. They have valet services so you do not need to worry about finding parking and its free... Once all was in place with my new car, I was sent to sit with the financial manager, Nelson Taveras. What a cool guy! he started with saying "are you ready to hear the best news ever"? Obviously wanted to learn about. He worked his magic and set my monthly payments less then the projected payment budgeted! These guys rock and they do help. With Jose Concepcion, Rosalba, Nelson and the rest of the team I must add that they are great at what they do! I personally recommend Fordham Toyota for your car needs! F.R.

All the positive reviews are well deserved - I too had a really great experience at Fordham Toyota. I found Fordham by pricing my vehicle over the internet and was given an excellent price by Jenny Cruz and Jose the Sales Manager. Out of the ten dealerships I went to, Fordham was the only one that didn't play games with the price by tacking on ridiculous fees and charges. What they quoted over the internet on my RAV4 XLE AWD is what they honored and their pricing was the best of all the dealerships I'd visited. The sales experience was efficient and I didn't need to sit and wait around forever like at other places. After I bought the car, Matthew walked me through all of the car's features and set up my phone/bluetooth. I am extremely happy with my purchase and they have gained a loyal customer. I wasnt sure what I wanted to get due to price constraints. I wanted Camrys reliabilty and quality but at an affordable price. Mr.Garcia went the extra mile,showing and explaining each choice. Courteous, patient and thorough are some of the qualities exhibited. We were there for 4 hours ! and throughoutthis time a feeling of sincere concern of our automotive needs was given. We finally settled for a lease of a new Camry and it couldnt have been quickerand easier. Heard about this dealership through a friend. She said they were good and they wouldn't try to take me for my money. Well I must say she was Absolutely right. I pull up in front of the dealership and Randy immediately greets me with good afternoon how may I help you. They valet parked my car which I thought was great. I proceeded to go inside and was greeted by everyone. Which I thought was great. I sat down at Randy's desk and a young lady greeted me with a bottle of water which also I thought was great being that I was thirsty. Then a young man by the name of Jose came over to me to ask what was I interested in today. Which I then told him a Rav4. So here I am being taken care of by this two young men. They answered every question I asked. They told me about ever car or SUV I asked about. They broke down the payments for me for leasing or financing. These two guys made me feel like I knew them forever. They were very friendly and they answered EVERY question I asked. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like I did in other dealerships. They were fast and efficient which I thought was great being that I had just came from a Honda dealership and they had me waiting aound for 5 hours until I decided to leave. Then they took notice as i was walking out. I'm glad they took 5 hours and I walked out because I wouldn't have my beautiful 2013 Rav4 which I purchased thanks to JOSE CONCEPCION AND RANDY BONILLA. When I went to Fordham Toyota I was a little worried because I was not treated well at the first dealer I went to.Plus I do not know much about the Bronx. A friend of mine told me they had a good experience at Fordham Toyota so I paid them a visit. I felt good when I walked in right away. They had a valet guy park my car and I walked right in. I new what I was looking for but did not intend to get my Sienna that day. Anthony was so knowledgable and friendly I said why not just get the car that same day. The sales manager Jose Concepcion stood by to make sure I was treated well. I finished up my paperwork with Chris Mair and was on my way. I admit I am not the easiest person to deal with because I demand respect but these guys made it easy on my family and I. Thanks guys!!! I will go back at the end of my lease.

I went in looking for a 2012 RAV4 they were sold out. I was shown a 2013 RAV4 Loved it! Matt F. is the salesman that helped me through the process of getting the car of my choice. He was very friendly, professional and honest. The sales manager Jose C. was very professional. He made himself available at all times. He ensured that I understood everything and answered all questions. They were very patient and helpful. All questions were answered honestly and straight to the point. I do not know where to start. Excellent Customer Service. I visited different Toyota dealerships with the intention to buy but because I didnt feel like they were trying there best i left. With Fordham Toyota and especially JUNIOR and JENRY I did not hesitate to purchase my new Toyota Camry SE Limited Edition Model. I am till this day excited for going through with the sale and Any one that I know that wants to buy a car. The first place I would recommend them to is Fordham Toyota to both Jenry and Junior. They Will answer any question you have and I spent a good amount of time there and not once have I seen them put in a face making me feel uncomfortable. John Randazzo is very nice and helped me resolve one issue!I bought a Prius from Fordham two months ago. They charged me $350 for DMV fee. In email and the first contract, they also promised to refund the overcharge. The actual DVM fee on the receipt is $101. I was not happy that I have not received the refund for two months. Then, I escalated it to John. John is always patient and helpful. He told me my refund check is the on the way. He also promised me a complimentary gift to compensate my earlier experience.Hopefully, I will receive the refund check and the gift in the mail soon! Thanks a lot, John, for the kind help out of you busy schedule!!!

A valet meets you and parks your car for you. My salesperson (Matt) was very friendly, yet also businesslike (as in no BS). He got me a good deal and a reasonable trade-in value for my old car. I'm honestly surprised to say this was a great experience. I'm not a big fan of dealers but I needed take in my lease that was up on a Rav4 and get a new Rav4. Euton, my sales guy and John the manager were very helpful. I received a great deal. Instead of a base RAV4, I walked out with a RAV4 sport! Everything was taken care of with my old lease and new car so quick. I just had to sit back, sign and go. I was shocked on how quick and easy it was. I heard about this dealer from my sister who also has a car here so I decided to try them out as well. I'm glad I did. All they do at this dealer is try to rip you off. They'll make you pay thousands more than you should and say that it's the "best" they can do. They are very sneaky and will add things to your bill without informing you about it properly. Do not deal with this dealer, they will practically steal your money!

Buying a car, has it's ups and downs, and can become a stressful and unpleasant experience if your dealing with someone who just cares about the sale. I have been fortunate in that I had the pleasure of meeting with, and negotiating a car purchase with Mr. John Randazzo, Manager of Fordham Toyota, Bronx, NY, who went over the top to help me find a car for my daughter recently. His understanding of her problem, prompted him to jump into action to find a rate she could afford, at a reasonable price for the car. He is understanding and his kindness has been very much appreciated. Although the purchase never came to fruition, Mr. Randazzo worked with my daughter who lives in Vermont, over the phone, what to watch out for while looking for an automobile in Vermont. I have to say the bets overall service. Left a Message for John the Manger who within 5 minutes called me right back. We went in to trade up a lease got a fantastic deal on a Toyota and because our wear and tear bill for our previous car came in around $700 Alonzo in the Finance department was able to get most of it waived and came down to $200. The problem with this service place is that they try to rip you off with car servicing you don't need or making the repair your car does need much more expensive. They did this to me on two occasions: one time indicating a problem that should not happen with a car that young, and one time when we really had a problem with an older car indicating a much too high price for a part and then they could not indicate how much a part really was, when they could have easily looked that up in their parts database. Bad for them I looked up the part on the internet and found that that part could be had new for $300 when they wanted to charge me $1500! And I have a family member who is a mechanic who can give advice.In the end we did not do the first repair without any adverse effect, and the second repair we had done at a local non-dealer garage who charged us only $400, including the new part.Sadly this is not something that is isolated to this particular dealer: New Rochelle Toyota and Westchester Toyota do this as well. Toyota City in Mamaroneck or Stamford CT Toyota are much better as we did not experience any customer gouging there, but their location is not convenient for us any more.This dealership is still convenient for location and their arrival and departure process is very quick and efficient, especially when you work in Manhattan (close to subway station), and I still use them, since the other ones are not conveniently located for us. But what I do is: I bring in the car for an oil change and a checkup. If they indicate that something is wrong and the car needs repairs, then we take the car to a local non-dealer garage and have the car repaired there instead. So far their routine maintenance (like maintaining brakes) has been OK.

Wow. I met with three people during my visit. A sales guy, the person who computes the lease prices (using his computer), and the sales manager. None of them understood how lease prices are calculated. They don't know which costs are residualized and which are not. They thought the residual was calculated off final sticker price of the car. It isn't. (The destination fee and many options aren't residualized and I'm fairly sure that the big package options are residulized at a different rate than the base MSRP price. How is it that Toyota doesn't teach this in their training programs?) Well, their ignorance is one thing. What's even worse is that the sales manager didn't follow up to answer my specific questions. The manager promised to call me back with the money factor on the 2011 Toyota Rav4. He never did. I emailed him two (or three?) days later asking for his best price on the car and the money factor. (I already knew the residual price). Apparently, he wasn't in that day but one of the other managers replied with a monthly lease price and didn't answer either of my questions. I will say that the email contacts, Jenny Cruz and someone named Sabrina, were great. Jenny kept me appraised of exactly when the car I was waiting for came in. Jenny was off the day I called but Sabrina took care of me.

Avoid Fordham Toyota at any cost their employee confessed that management do not care about customer service,. We told them that they need to focus more on customer service but the focus more on volume and the problems with this companies (Fordham Toyota) is that they have many location so its run more like a corporation, all they care about is profits. The employee also went on to say that Toyota dealers for the past several years have been rank very low for servicing and maintaining cars. Toyota cars are very good but finding place to maintain them is a problem. This statement was made by an employee after seeing the trouble me and my wife had to go trough and he could no longer defend the action of Fordham Toyota.I call several locations and got quotes as to how much it would cost to repair our car. I checked out several dealerships on the web and Fordham Toyota had the least complaints. My wife and I dropped our car off on Monday, They told us we will receive a call later that day two days passed before we called to find out the status of our car thats when they then told us to pick our car up on Saturday. On Saturday we went to pick up our car and they told us we would have to wait for about one hour because the mechanic found another problem and has to replace a sensor. They state no extra charge would be added because it wasnt detected during diagnostic. To make a long story short after paying nine hundred Plus to fix a overheating and several other problems. The only thing that was fixed was the over heating nothing else was fix brought the car back and they told me it would cost one thousand five hundred just to fix one of the problem, sears fixed it for under five hundred dollars. Thank god I paid with my credit card I called visa and they took all the money back, Fordham Toyota has yet to file a dispute with visa for withholding pay. I am intentionally vague with my description about the problems with my car so not to get the employee into any trouble, my only objective is to inform others about the problems I had with Fordham Toyota not to get anyone fired. The employee who shared this information with me recognized me from a previous dealership (Not Toyota) that had extremely good reputation. For those interested I get my car fixed at sears now.

I woke up this morning oly to find my battery was stone dead,When I called my closest Toyota dealer in Yonkers I was told they could not help me ... they said they were too busy !When a friend of mine told me about the Excellent Service he received at Fordham Toyota, I called them and not only were they able to help me but they sent a machanic with a battery in hand , Could you beleive that ?They Drove me to work and dropped me off and they tookl my car into the shope.. Turns out they said every thing was good , they found that when they started my car up that the dome light in the interior was found in the "ON" position..They caherged up my battery and called me and was told NO CHARGE..could you beleive that 1) they sent a mechanic to my Home2) They Drove Me to work3) they charged my Batteryall this for no Charge !They are great..Signed Fordham Customer For Life

I went to get a simple oil change on my car which was fairly new and only had about 35000 miles. The problems that these crooks found, and the money they wanted to rip me off to fix my perfectly fine car was astonishing and unbelievable. Little did they know, I am much smarter than they are. My advice to you all is RUNNNNNN, please dont walk, and RUN AS FAST AS U CAN. In the event u decide not to take my advice and u end up going there, please have all your pockets stitched tight. These are probably nice, honest people who r trained to rip customers off ,or just dishonest people who were never trained IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY ENEMY TO THIS DEALER.

This Dealer Far Exceeds the last 3 I visited..They were oustanding and very understanding !I drove down from Westchester and was so impressed..They even reserved a parking spot for me as I pulled up I was greeted by a parking attendant who was very courteous and friendly .. This dealer is extremely sketchy. After researching multiple cars on Auto Trader we visited their showroom only to find that none of the cars actually existed. The salesman swore that they had all been sold the prior weekend, despite the fact that we had been watching the cars online for a number of weeks. He then proceeded to offer us cars with higher mileage for more money than listed in the ads after pretending to negotiate with his manager. Please. Buyer Beware!

Venrick is a professional sales person. I was unsure of what I was able to afford. Venrick took the time to go over the many differnt models Toyota has to offer. I was impressed with the managers and their patince because I know I can be very questionalbe.When I finally decided what I was interested in, I was taken on a test drive. Then when I was waiting to take delivery Venrick took me over to the servoce department and introduced me to the Service manager and showed me aroung. Over the years, I've purchased several cars at various locales. However, I was refered to this dealership by my brother. I've never felt as good about a car purchase than when I dealt with these guys. The gentleman who assisted me & my wife, Mr. Julio Ceballos was exceptionally thorough, professional and courteous. He showed a great deal of patience, especially with my wife (she is a self-professed "nit-picker") in explaining everything from the equipment/accessories to the financial aspects of our purchase. Angel Ponce was the reason I purchased my used Toyota , he was polite and very willing to help me obtain credit.I found this dealership by searching the internet and came across them while researching cars on autotrader.com when I called them I was put on the phone with a manager who made the appointment and was on site to greet me.He made me road test 3 different cars until I fell in love with my used rav4.I not only loved it but it I Took it home that same day !all their cars are cleaned and prepped to almost new condition..I can only tell you that if You are looking for a used Toyota You have to check them out !signedBetsy

I had a technical brake problem , so i called 4 other Toyota Dealers in my area and they all told me I needed an appointment..When I called Fordham Toyota I was told that because it was a safety related problem that I did Not need an appointment, When I arrived i was greeted by the New Service manager "Ralph Nunez "not only did he reassure me he told me that he would be able to check it Now !he took my order and the mechanic took my car to look at it . It turned out to be that all I needed was brake Fluid, They put in the Fluid and performed my State Inspection . I was in and Out in 1 hour !I want you to Know that I live in Queens and that I will always use this service department !They were Great !Signed Customer for Life !

this man robbed me. He lied. all the paperwork he gave was not the one he showed. Promised a good deal. He went on to finance the car for double the worth. the paper work was for 13,300 he tried to fiance the car for 22,000. I tried to speak to him and all he did was say come in and he never showed up. Thats a sign of a crooked sales man. And if he works there that says alot about the other people working there as well.

I went to purchase a vehicle. Sales person offered a good price. Agreed to purchase a vehicle at price offered. sales person didnto give full information regarding vehicle. added services to contract not asked for. car came out to double what was offered. tried to contact sales person at dealer. Never responded, never showed up at work on the date he was suppposely going to fix situation. I recommend no one go to this dealership.

This was the easiest car I ever bought and I got a really sweet deal. Never stepped foot in the dealership until it was time to sign the papers. All negotiating was done over the phone and via email/fax. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

I went into the dealership and the sales person named Angel helped me. Not only was he UNknowledgable but he was also rude and nasty. He became angry when I asked him questions, then became defensive and insulting. I would think that you need to run a mile from this dealership until they get better sales people. I also heard that they are incompetant when securing the vehicle and not trustworthy at all.

These guys are the worst dealership you will find in NY, we signed up for 2 Toyota Camry 2008, first of all we were told to buy insurance up front which we did and after 7 days the cars were still not there with them and on top of that they added extra charges (2500$) on a SIGNED document, the explanation given to us by the sales person was that this is just a standard bank acquisition fee which is charged everywhere and when we demanded to speak to the finance person to give us the explanation of this charge, the finance guy says "this is our sales person mistake this is just your accessories charge", so the deal which we made WITH accessories from the sales person is now blacked out with this new charge and now we already have insurance without a car and a document which I signed without charges has extra charges now ! this is the WORST dealer ever.

I arrived to purcahse a Toyota 4 runner used 2004, the 4 runners all over priced and the sales person had me sit there like some hot rod teenager eager to drive home to today in a New car...( ahh I was purchasing a used 2004 4 runner) and that was his best sales pitch... the manager would not even speak to me over price after about 13 more lame sales pitches, I got fed up and left ... Of course the sales man swore up and down he can work with me... but I think he was more worried about his profit margin than helping me with the price .... thats to low of a bid what kind of commission will I get... Avoid this dealer ship its small and does not have much of a selection... dont buy from here... Eddie

I was not please when I contacted the sale representative that completed my sale. My car had a minor factor defect when I contacted the sales rep. for this issue, he was uncooperative. I was not please with the after-sale service I received from this particular dealer. They are very friendly when it comes to getting a sale, but quickly forget about servicing and addressing a customer/client questions and concerns during the after-sale stage. I do not recommed this dealership.
