Everyone we dealt with was SO great to us. Prompt got the PermaPlate Treatment drop car off in the Morning cane back at 4pm to pick up everything was grwat.Only thing I have to say when I went to pick up my car I was handed my Keys and they pointed where my car was. I should not have to wander around the lot or Behind a wall to find my car. I think my car should be bought back to Me where I dropped it off.I do not want the Liability of driving around your lot.

When I pulled up to the service area I was not in a good mood. The key that was in my car to remove the lug nuts did not fit. It was the wrong key. Had a flat and Costco could not change my tire. Not only did Cindy fix that tire but I bought all 4 tires and new lug nuts. She gave me a loaner car and made a bad day great. She will be the reason why I buy my next car for this dealership. My husband also bought his car from this dealership, and feels the same way about Cindy. She know what to do and say to make everything better.

We were fortunate enough to have Chris Palmer (AKA Mr. Wonderful) as our Infiniti sales representative. Although Mr. Palmer is new to the industry, you wouldn't know it by his love for automobiles and loyalty to the brand he represents. My fiance and I were thoroughly impressed by his knowledge for the brand and his ability to maintain a professional demeanor through the duration of the purchase. Chris isnt your typical car salesman. He exudes integrity and exemplifies the meaning of a straight shooter; he is honest and forthright about the car of interest and transaction happenings. Additionally influential in our decision were the other Infiniti dealership staff members. Larry, the sales manager, helped personalize our experience by providing excellent customer service while delivering a much appreciated sense of comradery. This greatly resonated with us, as we had previously shopped around at other dealerships that made us feel insignificant. A simple introduction goes a long way. Armin, another sales representative, not only worked to make our transaction as quick and seamless as possible but his sense of humor made our overall experience a more enjoyable one. They both treated me with respect and would get straight to the point. I did my homework and knew what is the market value of the car and how much similar vehicles were sold for in the area. Instead of wasting my time like other dealers did before, after some bargaining they gave me the best price they could, that was below the market value and pretty close to what i wanted. They worked at my pace and made the whole transaction feel very easy and hassle free.Long story short - go see Dimiti Haynes if you are looking to by a vehicle. If he doesn't have vehicle for you at least you'll know how a good service should feel like!

He listened to what I said about price, wanting an SUV, and I that I was not in the market for a new car at this time. He was able to find exactly what I wanted, he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose, a Nissan Rogue. He answered all my questions, presented me with the Car Fax, and took the extra time to check into an issue I had heard about this particular vehicle type.I was given a fair price on my trade in and within 4 or so hours, the paperwork was done and I was out the door. Greg Davison in Finance was easy to work with as well. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Everyone we saw in the dealership was so friendly and took the time to say a few words to us. We stopped at Fort Myers Infiniti to check out a 2006 Infiniti coupe. I wanted to see if the seat and headrests were comfortable, as we thought we might look for a similar car on CraigsList. A couple hours later, the car at Fort Myers Infiniti was ours, and will be transported to our home in northern Wisconsin. Zach Tankersley, in sales, had been very responsive to my emails, but Kevin Higgins was our salesman, as Zach had an appointment at the time we arrived. If there is such a thing as the "classic used car salesman", these men did not fit the stereotype. They were good listeners, and the car buying experience was fun. We bought a beautiful used sports car, and feel we paid a fair price for it. Except that we keep our cars forever, and are 70, we would definitely go back to Fort Myers Infiniti for another car.

Terrible experience with the sales staff, Kevin Higgins in particular. Nothing worse than making a promise on a certain price point, then taking the time to go back to the dealership and getting haggled to more pay more than promised. Not a man of his word! So, i made the trip down the road to Bonita Infiniti and dealt with a fabulous sales team and purchased there. I'd advise anyone in the market for a new Infiniti to do the same. Ft. Myers is recently under a new general manager and has taken a step back in customer service.

The process was not immediate and even after not being able to come to an agreement on our first visit to the dealership, Dimitri kept in touch for over a month, letting us know when new inventory arrived. Eventually, Dimitri's tenacity and excellent customer care was able to pair us with the perfect vehicle. This is our 3d Infiniti. My wife bought a 1993 J30 from FMI and in 2012 gave it to our granddaughter. It's still going with 120K miles on it. We tried to buy my wives replacement 2009 G37 from FMI but our experience in price negotiation was not good and we purchased the car at Naples Infiniti. I was reluctant to go to FMI but heavy seasonal traffic and my wives insistence for another Infinit based on our driving experiences, and I am happy I did. Ambushed by Brandon upon entering I found him to be personable, professional and competent. In summary, I got pretty much what I wanted for my trade-in and paid pretty much what I knew to be a fair selling price for the 2015 QX60. The process was easy and we are happy. I recommend FMI with enthusiasm and confidence.

Service underwriter charged my wife $42.50 for repairing a tire with a nail in it. I purchased the tires at Costco not the dealership (they have the green caps); where everyone knows they will repair them for free. I was drawn in by the great deals on the Q50 and from the start JJ was nothing but kind and respectful. He offered me a beverage more than once after the test drive and the negotiating was enjoyable for all. The process did not take that long but because of the specials they are running the wait was longer than normal but their showroom and waiting rooms are comfortable and cozy with coffee, hot chocolate and water along with wifi. I received a wonderful deal from them and left there very happy.

This was our third Infiniti in 5 years purchased through this dealership. I have waited a couple of months to write the review only because I have been incredibly busy but I am glad that I did because I actually love the car more now than when we did the trade. I was absolutely in love with my G37s convertible so it was hard for me to let it go, but life changes and it wasn't practical for us anymore. The Q50s is amazing. It rides smoothly, the electronics are spectacular, it is beautiful and also has some really good pep when you press on the gas! I know I wasn't the easiest client but I was treated fairly and the staff really paid attention to my needs and didn't rush me. I did a lot of shopping around at other dealerships and I can honestly say that I have no regrets with my decision!

Brandon quickly chose the right car for me, black on black and sporty, offered a test drive and proved to be knowledgeable about the car, the brand, the technology, and was enthusiastic about showing the features of the car. Having a background in the service side of the auto business he knows more about the vehicles than the average salesman. He was professional in his approach and follow through, even though I'm just in the beginning stages of shopping for a new car. My first interaction with FM Infiniti was in 2012 when I went in to test drive a G sedan. I was so impressed by the vehicle and sales associate that although I had just gone in to do research I left with a car. Although it seemed far fetched, last week I went in to look at a Q50 and once again the quality of the vehicle and friendliness of the staff motivated me to get a second car from them. They were honest and gave me a truly amazing price. I highly recommend doing business with FM Infiniti, specifically Zack and Brandon are two superb sales associates. My experience with the salesman Dimitri Haynes is one that I've never had. I walked in looking for a Pre-owned vehicle that I had seen, and unfortunately it had been sold. And when looking at another, Dimitri did everything he could to not only make me happy but to stay within my price range. I can't say the same about the others I dealt with when I was there because to them I was a walking credit score and to Dimitri I was a person looking for a car I had never had and had always wanted. He genuinely tried making me happy. So even though I left with nothing that day, dimitri called me immediately after to let me know that he was not going to stop helping me and was going to stay in contact and help me find my new car. And he did stay in contact. Now even though I finally found my new car and bought it somewhere else, no one treated me with such respect, professionalism, and genuine concern to help me. I really wish I had a chance to work with Dimitri because he would've made my experience that much better!! Thank you Dimitri for everything!!

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to look at used SUV I had spotted on the internet. We were met by David Garcia who casually asked what we wished to see and in what price range. We didn't like what we went to see but he gently suggested we look at another model that we had not previously considered. Before we left we had a deal with no haggling and absolutely no pressure. My wife was scanning the internet looking for a used vehicle and sent me a link to one she found at Ft Myers Infiniti. While that was not the vehicle we purchased it was in the ball park of what we wanted. She left her number incase anything else was available. Mind you she was doing this at 3am. By 10am Mike Robbins the internet manager called her to find out what exactly we were looking for. After listening to our parameters he told her about an EX35 that they just got in that might be worth a look. He went out to the lot and took pictures and sent them to her to check out. We got in the car drove an hour and a half from Englewood FL. We got to the lot where Mike met us to show us the car. Kevin Hackshaw was our sales person and the two of them went above and beyond our expectations as they were only dealing with a used car sale but treated us as if it was the most expensive car on the lot. After a test drive we both agreed we wanted the vehicle. Mike was not satisfied with some of the things he wanted touched up and made right with the vehicle and offered to do things to the vehicle that we wouldnt expect on a used car purchase. He put us in a nice QX50 loaner and said he will call us when our car was done. 48hrs later he had us come back and the EX was immaculate and "touched up" more than we expected. Mike was so diligent in his pursuit to find a vehicle that fit our needs that we will always check in with him and Ft. Myers Infiniti when looking for a reliable used vehicle. We are looking for one more used vehicle now as my wife is claiming this as her own. My wife and I came in to check out their QX60 model the other day. Our family is about to expand soon with the birth of our first child so we're thinking we need a larger vehichle. My wife currently drives a very nice and well maintained 2012 Hyundai Genisis sedan w/navigation with under 30K miles. The problem is we're in the 3rd of a 4yr lease that's up next June. Note to anyone reading this review...do not EVER get yourself into a 4yr lease. That circumstance handicaps the cars residual value and buyout quotes you'll get as well. To make a long story short, the pro's at Fort Myers Infiniti were honest with us. Instead of gouging us to make this deal work, they advised us to return when my wife's lease was up. Doing so will allow them to save us money. We absolutely appreciated that seeing we'll be navigating all the new expenses that comes with being a parent. If you're considering an Infiniti, go see sales consultants Zach Tankersley who's an Army Veteran and Lisa Davidson for a great customer experience!

I went to the dealership at 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon looking for a late model, used Infiniti. I was just shopping with no intention of buying that day. I already owned an FX35 and wanted to change to a G37. JJ was extremely patient and helpful, but they didn't have a used car with the color and options I wanted. I was about to leave when he introduced Larry Ramie, his manager. Larry proceeded to explain that they could put me in a new Q40 for only slightly more than a used G37, but that would require leasing the vehicle. I was hesitant at first, but listened to the explanation and advantages of leasing. Long story short, I walked out around 7 PM (on a Sunday) with a deal in place to pick up a new Q40 the next day. And because I had equity in my current vehicle, I left with money in my pocket! Once I agreed to lease, JJ was the consummate professional walking me through the process; he was patient, a good listener, and polite. He stayed late to help me complete the deal and get what I wanted. I have to say everyone I dealt with , including Greg Davison the finance manager, were very professional, patient, and polite. This was a business deal, not a hard sell. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

As a first time car buyer, I was naturally skeptical and nervous about not only my car choice, but the dealership from which I would buy. I can't express enough how wonderful of an experience it was to work with Fort Myers Infiniti as a whole. Having read previous reviews, I knew I wanted to work with Mike, however JJ was also an excellent help when it came to sales, showing me around the lot, and discussing the various vehicles I was interested in.I truly appreciated Mike's patience with me in selecting the model that I wanted. This included going on multiple test drives, sometimes more than once in a particular vehicle, as well as making numerous visits to the dealership during my decision-making process. I never felt pressured or hounded at any point in time during my experience with them. Once I had decided on the vehicle that I wanted, Mike and the team were fantastic in providing quick and seamless service to my family and I. I especially appreciate Mike's advice to put down a deposit on my vehicle on Saturday (since I would not be purchasing until the following Monday). I found out just a couple of days later that a friend of mine was looking at the same vehicle and ended up having to purchase a different model just days later because mine was no longer available. In the beginning, I was nervous that the FX37 that I was interested in would be out of my league. However, Mike and the rest of the team (Larry and Greg especially) were enthusiastic and determined to discuss the various options to ultimately help me get the car that I've wanted for a long time. I dealt with Mark Snyder and I could not have been happier. Mark was very transparent and up-front about all aspects of the car and the pricing. I not only felt great about buying my car, but I had a good time doing it. That same experience carried right over into dealing with Greg Davison in Finance. You can tell the culture of the dealership is great with how the staff interacts with one another. I would recommend friends and family to this dealership. Although I live three and half hours away from Fort Meyers, I would happily go back to purchase my next car from Mark.

Everyone was AMAZING and so understanding and accommodating. Only complaint we have is we purchased a used vehicle and and a week later the service light came on for an oil change. Why wasn't this taken care of prior to being up for sale? It also has a hole in the windshield that we have to repair and we were not notified about these issues. Because it was not an Infiniti we got it "As is" so there isn't anything we can do about it. But again the staff was super friendly and we will still recommend to our friends, and of course let them know are experience.

Was a bit intimidated when entering the beautiful showroom of Infinity of Fort Myers on Rt 41. I was introduced to Mr. Armin Gackic who was extremely knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions not knowing if i was a tire kicker. He took his time in showing me different models based on my needs. The negotiation process which i dread was smoother than expected with absolutely no sales gimmicks or pressure tactics. My wife also needed to see and test drive the car along with the rug-rats which was no problem. I purchased a QX60 at a great special finance rate with the help of Armin. The Team at infinity from the finance department to the service department made our family feel welcomed. The scheduling for the first service was also very easy as i was personally introduced to everyone i will be dealing with for future reference. Buying a new car, especially a luxury automobile can be stressful by my experience with Armin Gackic and Infinity of Fort Myers was a breath of fresh air. You won't go wrong paying him a visit if your shopping for a new car.

I sent in an inquiry online for a QX60 lease offer. I was called the next day by our salesman Mike Robbins. We spoke a bit about our needs and he expressed he had the vehicle we were looking for. We went to dealer today and Mike greeted us upon arrival. He was very Profesional the entire time and helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. My wife was very picky, and Mike took the time to find just the right one. After looking at several QX60s, and driving one on long test drive, my wife was in the love with the car. Mike and his sales staff worked hard to get the payment we were looking for and to get us on the road that day. We told them we had two hours to get home to pick up our kids from school. Mike had everyone working on this deal, from the detail crew to the finance paperwork and had us on the road with our new Infiniti as promised. Bought a 2013 Volvo from Ft. Myers Infinity, January 2015, nice car. Made me wait 6 hours in the lobby waiting to have different tires put on it. After I left, I noticed a shimmy in the front end. The brakes were shot and they wouldn't return my call. I guess once they have your money.... I had to take care of it myself. Apparently the sales person didn't notice the very noticeable the broken gas cap when he filled it, another $30. They said it was owned by one of the managers, if they don't take care of their on cars they're probably not going to take care of yours.....

Bought a 2013 Volvo from them in Jan 2015, apparently the sales person didn't notice the noticeably broken gas cap... After I left I noticed a shimmy in the front end, brakes were shot. No return calls or e-mail, had to fix it myself. Car belonged to a manager, if they don't take care of their cars they're not going to take care of yours.... Multiple attempts at contact, no return calls. Never been treated this bad at a car dealer. Once they got the money they could care less. Revised January 25: Store manager saw this post and called. Too bad it took this much to get a phone call. The manager and I had a nice talk, he reimbursed more than my expenses and apologized for the incident. It would be nice if there was some kind of people-skills taught to the staff. Perhaps also some kind of post-call to ask customers how their experience was? I was forced to go directly to Volvo for service and they were strict about follow up contact. An entire business can be affected when one employee does a bad job. Don't let one useless employee affect your business with this dealership, others seem to have been treated well, and management jumped in when they saw a problem. Not very satisfied, but issue is settled.

My husband and I were looking at different dealerships trying to decide what type of new vehicle we wanted. Mark Snyder greeted us in the showroom and offered his assistance with any questions. We did not intend to buy this particular day, but after looking at the Infiniti 2015 QX60 we knew this was the one we both really wanted. Once we decided to buy, Mark was patient and worked very hard for us to stay within budget and got us a good deal on the car we wanted. We wanted to take the QX60 that day so Mark spent 5 hours with us and expedited the processing of the vehicle so we could drive it away. By the time we left he felt more like a friend to us than a sales associate. We appreciated his being upfront with us on all the details of this transaction and his great sense of humor suited us to a tea. Mark went thru all the things one can do with all the high tec. buttons and navigation and told us to come by anytime to see him if we had any questions or further guidance learning how to utilize all the technology. We are giving him a 10 only because they don't have 15 on the scale. Mark thank you for a wonderful experience with your dealership, a big thank you to my husband for a fantastic Christmas present and Greg Davison (finance) thank you for taking care of all the paperwork and it was a pleasure working with you also. We highly recommend the dealership and their employees we were fortunate to deal with.

Going into any dealership alone can be a little intimidating, especially as a single woman on her own. I was immediately put to ease with the down to earth and friendly staff. I was greeted at the door by a salesman named Armin who helped me through my day long journey flawlessly. Not only was he extremely patient with me through the whole process, but was incredibly knowledgable having an answer for every and any question I had. Not your typical pushy salesman experience I was anticipating. It felt more like a friend helping a friend out. He made every step of the way extremely easy and actually enjoyable. Not to mention the dealership is absolutely beautiful with the modern decor, comfy couches, flat screen televisions and amazing complimentary cappuccinos :) Working with the supervisor Greg, for the final sale was quick, easy and hassle free. Again a pleasant surprise. I ultimately left the dealership with the exact car I wanted at a lower price than I went into the dealership wanting! My mother and I drove to Miami to test drive an Infiniti G37, and come to find out it was sold when we arrived. We were very very upset and decided to call my local dealership-Fort Myers Infiniti to see if they had any pre-owned G37's. Robert Cardenas was the sales consultant that I was transferred to. I told him my entire bad experience, and he was understanding. He basically apologized for what happen, because as he explained that "The Infiniti Brand " is not only a luxury brand, but very transparent when it come to doing business. He stressed that at his dealership there's a zero tolerance for that type of behavior. He went on and asked me questions to see what I was looking for, told me to stop in that he has 2 vehicles that may fit what I was looking for. I came in, I was rapidly greeted by another sales consultant, told him I was here to see Robert- with a smile they got him and Robert showed the two vehicles. He knew my budget, my payment that I wanted to stay under he was very friendly and I felt at ease. He suggested another vehicle that was not an Infiniti, due to the budget I was shooting for. It was a great deal, but I didn't want the vehicle. He was pleasant and showed me numbers on the Infiniti G37 and the Acura tsx. My mother knew that I wanted to build my credit and the Acura was the better deal across the board, but I didn't want it. We went back and forth for a couple of days. To make the long story short. I ended up getting approved at my local credit union and bought a G35 from a private owner. If Fort Myers Infiniti had that same car I would have purchased it from Robert. By the way once Robert found out I bought my Infiniti G35 he called me and congratulated me. "He said you better bring that G35 to get serviced by us"LOL. I will recommend all my friends and anyone looking for a car -to go see Robert Cardenas .

Everything you imagine excellence service to be, this dealership provided. I don't know any of them nor have I ever stepped foot on the lot as my entire experience was catered to me while I remained on the east coast of FL. My story begins searching for a 2009-2012 BMW Z4 in my local area. As I contacted places or when to look at the vehicles they were purchased underneath my nose. I began expanding my search nationwide and even lost some other sales I was willing to pay shipping for from Georgia without even seeing the vehicle. It took 6 cars I was interested in until I contacted Robert in Fort Myers who had a vehicle I (and another customer was interested in). Extremely professional, Robert took a small deposit and placed the vehicle on hold for me while we continued the transaction. They could have gone with a face-to-face buyer but professionally FED EXed required paperwork to me instead. Robert's display of customer service met my needs as a USAA buyer. His team was outstanding and even personally delivered the vehicle across the entire state of FL (to which it arrived in mint condition). Robert's met my schedule to delivery it even though it was his personally scheduled day off. With no heartache, his leadership displayed an "I will make it happen no matter what" mentality. This team reflected the notion that the customer comes first that excellent customer service is built on. As a picky customer, Robert also met my other misc. demands prior to arrival with the vehicle and now I provide the highest form of marketing a business can have word of mouth to those around me. I already had financing and this team was professional and respectful. I didn't have to go through the typical dealership nightmare about listening to a guy trying to sell me their higher rate or maintenance plan when they don't realize I know more about than them with a Master's in Business Administration. Larry was professional, asked what rate I had with USAA, and left it at a small conversation informing me of their typical offers rather than rudely push after being told NO. This team was all on the same page with Robert leading the charge and I would gladly recommend them for any vehicle purchase.

My wife and I went to Fort Myers Infiniti after looking at other vehicles from competitive manufacturers in the Fort Myers area. Immediately were welcomed in a professional, yet relaxed manner. The salesman directed us to the location of the cars we were interested in and briefly shared the details with us. In a low pressure method, he allowed us the liberty to freely explore the car privately. After a few minutes, we were approached to see if we were interested in taking a test drive. Once the test drive was completed, we informed the sales staff that we desired to look at several other cars in the area, since we live in Charlotte County about 30 miles away. Before we left, the salesman gave us a written price, promptly and without haggling, for the car we drove. We were immediately impressed! This whole scenario took place in less than 45 minutes. When we got home that night, we both agreed that the quality of the car and the friendly, low pressure staff was hard to beat and decided to make the purchase the next day. The entire purchasing process was a direct parody of the initial contact and test drive segment. Both my wife and I are very satisfied, and we would recommend Fort Myers Infiniti to our family and friends.

None were as good as Mike. From the first phone call, I could tell the quality of this guy. He is very personable, not pushy, and very informative. This was my experience. I started with contacting Fort Myers Infiniti by clicking on their web link to get more information about the car. With in a very short amount of time, Mike was on the phone and I loved that he had read my message, completely understood what my request was, and indicated that he would do his research and fulfill my request. And that is exactly what he did. I was looking at several comparable cars to the G37 at his place and I let him know. He was very respectful of the other cars and their dealerships while giving me the facts of his car (that I was considering) vs. the others. He made me a wonderful purchase offer right from the beginning. I indicated a few more items to him to complete my story and update him on him on what I had received from others. He was exceeded my expectations on a final proposal and I accepted - delighted with the outcome. Or at least I thought I was delighted. Once I met him in person, I realized that he was even better than I what I had experience by phone and email - so my previous delight was only the precursor. Mike explained everything to me about the car. Since it was the first time I saw it in person, he pointed out any small imperfections (that of course you expect in a used car) and wanted me to be completely satisfied and know that he had disclosed everything about the car. I loved the car, by the way, and loved that he was so thorough in his review of the exterior with me. He then talked me through all the applications of the car and helped me understand all aspects of its operation. He is a living operations manual and so much better than having to figure it out for yourself. He offered also for me to come back once I've played with it a bit and he'd help with any questions. I was most impressed by the comfortable welcome and patience I was given by my sales person. I had seen the Infiniti Q50 on a TV advertisement and also on the web-site. My wife and I were on a mission to purchase one of several Make and/or models of car. We were going to visit a Kia dealership and then a Toyota dealership on the same day as we were interested in several models. WOW, what an amazing car dealership! I just leased a new G37 sedan and can't be happier! My salesman, Mike Robbins, was AMAZING, he listened carefully to me needs, my budget, and he paid attention to the things that were important like my kids' safety. At no time was I 'oversold'. The original transaction started through email, then on the phone and finally in person. The really cool part is that when the final #'s were quoted on the phone, I was more than satisfied with them. Of course, I was sceptical that like most car dealers things would change once I got there (you know, typical car dealer games). And the did, but for the better! I couldn't believe it, but somehow after my phone call but before my arrival for delivery they found another way to discount it. They didn't even have to tell me but they did! My payment went down about $20 a month with ZERO down! I love these guys, they have my businesses for LIFE. The managers, Blair and Roger were very professional and Larry the finance guy was so easy to deal with and had me in and out driving my new Infiniti in less than an hour. Mike even got on the phone with my insurance company and handled all the changeovers. If Fort Myers knew that buying a car was this easy and this much fun, every other dealer in town would be out if business! Way to go Fort Myers Infiniti, you have a customer for life and I've already shown my car to dozens of people. So get ready Mike Robbins, I'm sending you a ton of business!

Sent an email in last week and was promptly called from Jarrod. It seemed like he called the second. I hit the submit button on the website. We spoke briefly as my lease was coming due in a few months. He called me the next morning with pricing details on the exact vehicle I wanted. Came in two days later the car was cleaned and ready for delivery and after a short test drive put the deal together we spoke about. All was done in short time however I did have to wait for finance for 30-40 min because they were busy. That would be my only gripe however this dealer hands down exceeded my expectations. I found my new Infiniti Dealer

I am 34 and am a previous Infiniti owner. I went into the dealership to trade in my purchased vehicle to lease another. I had 8000 equity according to the dealership but they refused to budge off of the standard infiniti offer on their website. Lamar never responded to my emails and Eric evidently couldn't calculate the lease offer as he only saw my side after multiple emails/calls and multiple complaints. I have had previous issues with the service department as they refused to switch out my key fob after multiple visits because they would have to pay for it because the battery died every 30 days. After 5 visits and hours invested they finally agreed that their was an issue. Infiniti needs to step in on this new management and teach them customer service. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership and possibly Infiniti. I also feel this dealership needs to be comfortable with email/phone contact and discuss pricing if they have already met me in person and appraised my car. I am a busy professional and value my time and try to get as much work done through phone and email as possible.

I usually don't write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I recently purchased an ever so slightly used Infiniti M37S from Mike Robbins and the team at Fort Myers Infiniti. I cannot articulate enough how amazing this group is and how hard they seem to be working to re -write the book on selling cars. My buying experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. My Salesman, Mike Robbins was the best. He is patient. understanding. and knowledgeable, and givess gentle nudges , but is never in the least bit pushy. I felt like I was buying a vehicle from a family member or long time friend. I actually had no prior intention to buy an Infiniti and had my heart set on a BMW 535i. Thankfully I met Mike and he showed me the M37. I now know that I would have paid a whole lot more money, and not gotten the amazing car that I did. I am now two weeks out buying the car and I am ecstatic every day to get in and drive. I commend you Mike. So how was the rest of my buying experience you ask, especially after the initial bar was set so high? It was exceptional. The management staff and finance team made this the most stress free experience that I have ever had buying a Car. I got an extremely fair price for both the car I was purchasing, as well as for my trade. As I walked out the door to drive away in my new (to me) car. Let me start off by saying I have bought two new Infiniti's in the past while living in North Carolina. We originally were looking at another brand of vehicle because my wife and I felt that leasing an Infiniti would be out of our budget for what we would want. Luckily we stopped by anyway and were greeted by Lemar James. We explained to him our situations and that we had looked at a JX35 six months ago closer to when they had first been released but we were in the process of buying a new house then. He was happy to show us different trims levels of the car and see which ones we needed and which we could live without. Once we had picked a color he escorted us to his office and started running the numbers for us to see where we would end up. I have the say even the first number he gave us was a shock at how affordable it was, when we decided we would need to think about it Lemar went to speak with Roger the sales manager whom came back to the office and offered to let us take the car home over night, and gave us an even lower number because he knew this was the car we truly wanted. After the drive home and a little bit of thought we knew this was too good of a deal to pass up. We returned to the dealership the next afternoon and began all the detail work. I'm very happy to say that at no point did I feel pressured, and it was like buying a car from someone we had known for years. Lemar was so polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Even the final "paperwork" that is usually such an aggravation at other dealers was smooth and effortless because of Larry Ramie and his laid back personality. After everything was signed and the car was ours Lemar spent at least a half an hour or more with my wife showing her how all the options of the car worked, he gave us his personal number and made sure we knew to call him if we had ANY questions with anything or needed any help. I have a feeling this will not be the last Infiniti we get from Fort Myers Infiniti. Shane

I was treated with the upmost respect in dealing with this dealership. As a woman buying a car this does not always happen. Even the manager came and introduced himself to me. Ray showed me the entire showroom, waiting room for service and exactly what to expect when I come for service on my car. I had a meeting with Jimmie King the service manager to answer any questions I might have in regards to service and my first appointment was set up at that time. I have never purchased a vehicle with such hands on attention. At the end of purchasing Ray even sat with me and went over every option that the car has and made sure I understood how to operate!! I was very pleased with my buying experience at Infiniti of Fort Myers. to shopping at Infiniti, I had been visiting local dealerships in pursuit of a used vehicle for two months. Working with Eric Sargente was the first time I felt like I was shopping on my terms. He was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful in working with my expectations and budget; in fact, the car I bought was one I first dismissed and which he suggested we test drive. I have to say, what impressed me most is that I was unsure about the purchase and opted to go home and think it over after about 1-2 hours of Erics timeand he did not pressure me to stay, make an immediate decision, or act at all put out by it (as had been the case at other dealerships). He told me he cared more about earning my business in the long-term, and that played a large role in my buying confidence at Infiniti.It happens that the car I bought had previously belonged to Larry Ramie, their finance officer. Even after purchasing the vehicle, Eric and Larry have both offered their help in arranging minor repairs to some small superficial blemishesLarry even going so far as to offer using the warranty he had on the window tinting from a 3rd party to repair a scratched window and Eric offering to look into possible solutions for an issue with the CD player which we had not noticed. I was loaned a brand new sedan while the service department reparied some signs of wear in my car, and am still pending a second repair visit to finalize a couple of touch-ups which Eric wrote into my purchase-- complimentary services to "sweeten the deal" of my business with them-- and I have to say that these efforts went a long way for me. Buying a used car is always a gamble, but the team at Infiniti has gone-- and continues to go-- to great lengths to ensure quality in any purchase from their inventory. I believe in customer and brand loyalty when I find something that works, and Infiniti has earned my business. I work at one of the largest employers in the local area, a global IT consulting company, and I have not hesitated to recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues alike in hopes that they, too, will have a positive, pressure-free buying experience.

I have always been impressed with the service provided by all INFINITI branded dealerships, but Ft Myers INFINITI is a step above the rest. This was this single most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish every person I dealt with was personable, polite, and professional. I was pleased to see that Blair White, the general manager, was so involved in dealing directly with me on my sale and we were able to work out great terms in a very quick and stress free transaction. Mike Robbins facilitated the delivery of my vehicle, and despite me arriving after hours, he was patient and willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. Roger Hagood facilitated my leasing paperwork and he had everything ready to when I arrived and the hole process was quick and painless and I was driving off in my new G in less than 30 minutes. If you are looking for an INFINITI, this is the dealership to go to. If you are looking for any other luxury branded vehicle, get an INFINITI, you wont be disappointed. I purchased a 2004 Nissan Maxima from Infinity the end of August. In the past 8 months, I have had to replace dry rotted tires, battery and the sunroof and passenger window do not work. I also purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty, the front passenger strut was bad when I purchased the car and they will not replace it after I brought it back a month after purchasing the car. USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! The service department has not repaired anything after driving 45 minutes one way from Naples several times. Still no repairs have been done!!!

I purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of Fort Myers, and a few days later I noticed a Service Airbag message. When it began coming on every time I started the vehicle I contacted the dealership to see if they knew what the problem was. They indicated it was "normal." This obviously makes no sense. Soon after I noticed that when I had a passenger riding with me, their airbag would shut off sporadically while the car was driving. Because this is extremely dangerous, and since Infiniti had been of no help, I took the car to a dealership near me, who diagnosed the problem as a defective airbag sensor in the passenger seat that needs replacement. I sent that information over to Infiniti, expecting them, as a reputable dealership, to offer to either reimburse me for the repair or have the vehicle repaired themselves. Instead, they claimed this was not their problem. Any truly reputable dealership would take responsibility for a dangerous defect that was obviously present before I purchased the vehicle. I warn you to steer clear of this dealership...I wish I had.

On two previous occasions, I have been less than pleased with my experience at Infiniti of Fort Myers. The first time was my purchasing experience, the second was one month later, which involved the timely transfer of my plates and registration. I'm pretty laid back and typically easy to please, and I let both instances slide by, even though I was infuriated by both. After today, I have officially run out of patience.Earlier today, I took my G37 Sedan in for routine maintenance. Rob Kelley, the service consultant was friendly and likable, and I had no issues with the quality of the services performed. However, when I got home and took a minute to look over the detailed breakdown of the charges, I was appalled to see that I was charged $79.95 to have my tires rotated. I have never heard of anyone being charged that much for tire rotation. Some places even do it as a courtesy when you have your oil changed. $30 is excessive for tire rotation, but I wouldn't complain about it. Charging $80 is absolutely absurd.In the future, I'll go elsewhere to have my car serviced. I will NEVER go back to Infiniti of Fort Myers.

At Infiniti we negotiated a fair deal via email prior to arriving and believe it or not, upon arrival paperwork was done efficiently with no gotchas in the end. I have only 1 negative comment to leave and with a suggestion to anyone who is contemplating on buying a used car here. I recently purchased a used vehicle and traded another. First mistake I made was doing so without my spouse's approval. The dealership does indicate that they have a satisfaction guarantee which would allow the buyer to exchange the car purchased, for another of equal or higher value. Just make sure that they have a second choice on the lot. Seeing that they did not have a vehicle in my price range that I was interested in, I inquired about reversing the sale. I did not expect that the procedure would be free of cost but, did not expect to be told that it would be an even trade. The price for the car I purchased was my trade in, plus $7400. I only mention this so you are aware if in a similar situation. UPDATE 11/22/11, online inventory had listed a vehicle I was interested in, 2004 G35 for $14999. Selling cost of my FX45 was $18950. The exchange of vehicles would have cost me $3108. So much for their Satisfaction Guaranty policy.

Purchased a new Infinity convertible recently and was very pleased with the sales process including help from Jim. With the top up there was a noise when driving slow and I suspected it could not be fixed but took Mark for a ride and he heard it. Stopped the car and put the top up part way, he shook it and bumped and put it up more and did the same thing etc. and said he thought he could fix it. Returned the car the next day and when I picked it up later in the day it was perfect. As I was checking out I told Ian I was afraid it could not be fixed and I would understand if it could not.
