After searching several dealerships and meeting many salespeople, I was fortunate to find my Prius at Fox Toyota, with the help of Mike Goltz. Mike was honest and helpful from the moment I met him. He assisted me every step of the way, from shovelling out my new car, to firming up the loan process, and guiding me through the radio and navigation system. I was very happy with my experience and I love my new used car!!!

I would and WILL recommend Angelo at Fox Toyota of Rochester to my friends and family who are in the market for a new car. From the time we entered the door, until the close of the sale, Angelo was nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, fair, honest, and helpful! We really put Angelo to work with our many questions on several different vehicles. He was very patient, and provided answers in a timely manner. We weren't sure whether we wanted a van, truck, SUV, or Prius, so you can imagine what we put him through. We felt kind of bad, but we are not in the position where we can get anything we want at whatever price. Price was a big factor in our decision making, but so was convenience. We started off being semi-serious customers (only because we had 3 more months until our 2011 RAV4 lease was up, so we were just browsing for a good price due to an early turn-in offer), but we ended up really liking Angelo and wanted to give him the business he deserved. Plus his pricing was fair, and we felt we could trust that he wouldn't rip us off. The last thing we want to deal with is a pushy, manipulative, rude, arrogant sales person. When my husband and I meet a sales person we really like, we stick with them. We hope to deal with Angelo again in the near future, and pass along as much business as we can. Also, I like how Toyota allows pricing over the phone. I cannot stand going to multiple dealerships only to find that the car you thought you could afford by the advertised price, is really not as affordable as they say. It's a waste of my time, as well as the sales persons time. Final thought: Angelo, you're awesome! Thank you!

Hard to admit as a diehard Buckeye fan that I had a fantastic car buying experience in Michigan. Mike was friendly, fair, and trustworthy. After agreeing on a purchase price, the dealership offered to meet us in Ohio to deliver the vehicle. At least for me, it was well worth the 3.5 hour drive. Go Bucks!

Mike Goltz was terrific to work with-I was in the dealership 4-5 times looking at various models of cars. I bought the Highlander which Mike had suggested early on and which I had initially rejected. He answered all my question at each visit and calculated the pros and cons of a hybrid vs traditional engine. Mike followed up each vist with low key phone messages and emails. After deciding to buy my car, both he and the gentleman handling the finance paperwork made the process quick and easy. He gave me a nice orientation to my car and I feel comfortable stopping back for any questions. Thanks Mike!

My lease on my 2011 Rav 4 was ending and I contacted Toyota customer service to discuss options. They directed me to Mike at Fox Toyota who immediately was warm and friendly and extremely helpful. When I came in to test drive the 2013 Rav 4 and discuss various payment plans he was in no way pushy or working to "sell" me as most of my experiences have been with car dealers. He looked for every opportunity to find ways to get me the vehicle I wanted within my price range. In the end it was his openness and general helpful and honest demeanor that made me decide to lease another Toyota. Not only was the entire process prior to purchasing the vehicle positive and painless I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes the day I traded in my old Rav 4 for the new one. I would highly recommend Mike and Toyota overall to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience.

We bought a Camry last year from Mike. When we needed another vehicle, Fox Toyota and Mike were our first (and only)stop. We told him what we needed, our timeframe and he pointed us to a few options, new and used. He remembered us from last year and that made the process a lot easier as well. Once we decided on a vehicle it was an easy process and we were in and out in less than an hour when we came in to sign the paperwork. It was great to work with someone who kept saying 'whatever is best for you' when we had questions on timing, picking up the vehicle, etc. We may be back sooner vs. later. After driving the Prius we bought my husband has decided he may need to get one too!!

Angelo has greeted me every time I've been at the dealership when I was there for oil changes. He remembers my name, details about my family and this was before I had bought a vehicle from him. When I was ready for a new vehicle, he made it a great experience, the right price, and an efficient transaction. When there was a scratch on the car that wasn't taken care of before I took possession of it, Angelo met me when I came to have it fixed, and took care of it himself. After driving my newly acquired 2004 Prius across the country from California to Michigan, I brought it in to Fox Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership had a coupon on their website that gave a special price for both, and it seemed like a good deal. I was called mid service to see if I wanted to add on a $45 filter change and $22 bulb replacement. I was also told that my tires were "okay" but could be replaced as well. After the service was completed my husband picked up the car. When he got home he told me he thought everyone was acting kind of weird to him as he picked up the car, and we joked about how maybe it was because we declined all of the upsell services they were trying to sell us. However, when I walked out to my car about an hour later I discovered the probable reason for the weirdness; the front passenger headlight on my car had been smashed and cracked. It looked like someone drove into a hoist or something that was the height of the headlight.We immediately called the Fox and were told to bring the car in the next morning for Anthony, the service manager, to look at it. We did, and Anthony/Fox Toyota denied all responsibility. They were kind enough to offer to fix it for $390 though. Overall, I thought I was getting a good deal for an oil change and tire rotation. All I got was a hassle and a broken headlight. Avoid this place.

This is the second car that I have acquired from Fox Toyota. I big part of the reason that I acquired the second one, was a result of our sales person on the first one - Mike Goltz. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and accessible. A consummate professional with a great attitude and personality. I highly recommend to ask for him personally if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. I was shopping to compact SUV and stopped by to test new 20013 Toyota RAV4 at Fox Toyota, Staff is friendly but not pushy, so there was no pressure. My sales assistant is Irene Morgan. She is excellent with explaining me car features and helping me to choose right trim. And after all, I got very attractive price offer I had to look and test drive other cars, but after I considered car quality, price, and service, I decided to come back. .I definitely recommend this dealership.

I came to Fox looking for a 2013 Scion FR-S in an automatic transmission, which have apparently been selling very quickly. Talking to Christopher, he looked to see if they could somehow get to the dealership so I could test it, as well as possibly purchase it. After a week or two of hard work, Christopher was able to get the car to me, and the dealership let me drive it for almost a week as a test drive before I purchased it. They even gave me a Scion tC to drive while they installed my sound system in the car! Overall, I had a great experience with Fox Toyota/Scion and I love my new FR-S. Many thanks to Christopher!

We have been watching the market for new and used Smart cars for about 2 years. When we were ready to make the purchase we made a spreadsheet comparing 19 cars we were watching from around the country. We live in Texas and used AutoTrader and Ebay to monitor cars from California to Florida. The 2013 Smart with 596 miles on it at Fox Toyota in Rochester Hills, MI, was an outstanding buy and if it was everything the ad said, we wanted that car. My husband contacted Mike Goltz who returned his call quickly and answered our questions. Mike even made sure we had his cell number which was amazing. We wanted to move fast because Smarts sell quickly.We had been working with a salesman at a Mercedes / Smart dealership in Texas who kept in touch with us monthly for about a year. He knew what we were looking for, yet sent us cars we wouldn't consider due to color, etc. We were seriously talking about buying a new one built to order from him but started to compare slightly used cars, too. When we were ready to move on the car in Michigan we left him several messages on Monday to give him the last chance for the sale. He didn't return our call until we had already returned to Texas with our new Smart on Friday. Even having been a commissioned saleswoman myself, I don't feel badly. Mike Goltz earned our business by returning our calls promptly and getting us fast and direct answers. He even made it clear he was available until 9 p.m., and as I mentioned, gave us his cell number so we could get him wherever he was. He even recommended hotels for us and made sure a driver was available to pick us up first thing in the morning even though we were about 45 minutes from the dealership.We booked plane tickets, had our insurance agent ready to issue a binder, got to Detroit and everything proceeded as Mike said it would. There were no surprises, which was greatly appreciated when we were that invested in the purchase before we'd even seen the car. The car was everything we hoped and more. We were out the door in about 90 minutes and are so happy with our new car.We drove 9 hours Wednesday and 12 hours Thursday to get home - about 1100 miles. The Smart was wonderful and even with that many hours of road time we were comfortable the whole way. Averaged about 34 miles per gallon. We discovered features the car had that we didn't expect and so we are happy that we got even more for our money than we hoped. It's not often you can say that about a new car purchase.To sum it up, we are very happy with our transaction with Fox Toyota Scion, and especially with Mike Goltz. He is an engaging young man, but even more importantly he was attentive, responsive, direct, prompt, straightforward, and very helpful. To find the situation was exactly what he said it would be was absolutely refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again in the future. You have an excellent employee and we are glad we did business with your company and with Mike.

I found Fox Toyota online, auto traders and was tracking inventories from four different dealers on Tacoma trucks not many end of the year models left.Called four dealers most seemed to busy to talk to a customer on the phone who lives a hundred miles away,I wasn't going to drive a hundred plus miles if I didn't know a out the door price no funny stuff.Mike Goltz was the sales person to take my call explained the distance issue and all ready knew which truck he had,he checked to make sure it's was what I was looking for,it was,ask him the price he gave the best price he said he could. I called back the other dealers for prices on the same truck and got the run around .I told MIke in the beginning I was buying a truck in the next week or so and was a serious buyer and because he gave me his time and attention I would work with him only, knowing the competition between sales people.After six or seven calls back and fourth trying to get time from work to test drive and buy the truck,it worked.Mike was accommodating,patient and straight to the point,very helpful with the distance issue.I would recommend working with Mike Goltz at Fox Toyota a good experience.

I only gave the rating of good because the day I picked up the car Mike was with another customer for a prolonged length of time. Also, when I did take the vehicle home I had to go back the next day for the spare keys. In addition, on the day I paid for the vehicle Mike gave me the wrong price (before the rebate) and I was owed $1000 after the fact. That was partly my fault too for not noticing the discrepancy. Any way, besides all of these things I am very satisfied.

We were buying a car because one of our vehicles had been totalled in an accident so we needed to replace the car quickly. Mike was great in not pressuring us and answering all of our questions on new, and used vehicles. It was very relaxing process and he came through on all the promises made. We had looked at several vehicles at other dealerships. It came down to purchasing one at Fox or another Toyota dealership. The deciding factors came down to Mike, the Fox service (we had 2 other Toyotas serviced at Fox) and price. Pretty good combination for Fox Toyota.

I decided to return to this dealership because we had bought a Sequoia and a Prius and it was time for me to get a new car. I no longer had to pull a large camper so felt the highlander would be perfect. And it is! From the moment I made inquiries at the service desk, til the time I drove my new car out the door, all my questions were answered and all my decisions kept me pointed in the right direction. Tim is an excellent, knowledgeable salesman with no pressure. My original salesman had relocated.so I did not know Tim. Less than two weeks after buying the car, I scraped the front bumbler on the side of the garage and was thrilled when he told me to bring it in and see what could be done. All was fixed and it just needed to be buffed. he took the time to help me and didn't just pass me over to the body shop. that means a lot! Also, the owner, Mr. Fox, personally called me the night before to see how I liked the car. Pretty impressive in this day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone for any car! C.R. Mike was very knowledgable about the product. He followed up with me with e-mails and phone calls while we were going through the process of leasing the car, so all of my questions were answered very quickly. He knew I was looking at other vehicles in the beginning, and was not at all 'pushy.' The woman I worked with to sign the papers was also very friendly and helpful. They offered me top dollar for my trade in, and had the lowest lease price of any of the cars I looked at in that price range. Overall, my experience at Fox Toyota was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

I went in with my 1999 Rav4 for service but the amount of work and cost pushed me toward replacing it - zero percent financing was a big draw - Tim met (or exceeded) the Costco price and I was very pleases with everyone I dealt with in my new car purchase. I don't remember everyone's name but they even covered the cost of the estimate for repair at the service department.I have been using Fox Toyota for a very long time and would recommend them to anyone interested in a Toyota.

Absolutely do not trust this dealership. I searched five states for nearly three weeks to find a really clean late-model Prius. The car at Fox Toyota in Rochester Hills, MI appeared to meet my requirements - clean Carfax, good maintenance record, low mileage, Toyota Used Car Certification, etc. Because I live 250 miles from the dealership I spoke to the sales person by phone. The sales person assured me the car was in like new (his words) condition. Based on this information, and some general photos of the car sent to me by the salesman, I drove 4+ hours (I live in a different state) to look at the car. Problem #1 When I arrived it was obvious the salesman had not been honest as the car had sustained damage to the front bumper. There was a 10 long scratch/dent and separate dimple. The sales person assured me a damaged car would never pass the Toyota Used Car Certification process. Because I had no interest in purchasing an obviously damaged car the dealership agreed to have their collision center replace the bumper skin with a NEW one. Problem #2 - Several days later the dealership called stating the new bumper installation was completed. When I arrived at the dealership the front bumper looked new (no, I didnt crawl under the car to examine the bumper). Based on the car having been COMPLETELY REPAIRED AS THEY PROMISED TO DO I purchased the vehicle. Within 20 minutes of leaving the dealership the wheel-well shroud tore away from the bumper. By this time the dealership was closed for the weekend so I drove the car home.Problem #3 The following week I had to call the dealership numerous times to get them to agree to pay to fix the problem and have the repairs completed in my city.Problem #4 When the collision center in my city removed the NEW bumper the staff there found the following (They sent me photos) a poorly patched, broken bumper; plain old masking tape holding the broken bumper absorber in place; additional other broken parts, all of which resulted from a front-end collision Fox Toyota never told me about. The Repair Process Manager at my collision center (who has been incredibly open and honest throughout this entire process) had to call Fox Toyota a second time to explain what they found when the bumper was removed and get permission to fix not just the broken shroud but the other damaged parts. In total, it took 3.5 weeks for Fox Toyota to get the car repaired for me. Problem #5 I am now stuck with a car I never would have purchased because it had sustained a significant collision. Additionally, Fox has never replaced the damaged bumper skin with the NEW bumper as originally promised.Problem #6 - The broken bumper absorber, and related parts, were clearly visible when Fox Toyota removed the bumper for repair. In addition to lying about the car not being in an accident, it is clear this dealership cares only about maximizing profit (the dealership chose to make only the absolute minimal cosmetic repairs as cheaply as possible). Problem #7 It is also clear the Toyota Used Car Certification process permits the sale of cars with SIGNIFICANT existing damage, thus putting the occupants at increased risk of injury. The bumper absorber and other parts that were damaged when the car was sold to me impact the safety of the vehicle in the event of a collision. This Used Car Certification offers a false sense of security and actually misleads the buyer into believing the car is free from damage and in good working condition.

They lied about most of the deal.Told us he would just hold our credit card number than charged 500.00 behind our back.Lied about every thing with our sale.Sales Manger was very unhelpful lucky to get away from them without being ripped off.DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

We just bought our new 2011 RAV4 from Guy at Fox Toyota, and we couldn't be happier. Guy was courteous and great to work with, the dealership was upfront about everything and they really worked hard to get us our preferred model and options, even though inventories are so limited nationwide that it took some work. They coordinated a cross-country delivery and made sure all of our questions were answered. They made the new car buying process about as painless as such a process can be. This is far different from my previous experience buying a new car, and we will definitely go to Fox Toyota in the future and recommend that others do so.

We have leased, and bought a car from Betty. She is so friendly and up-beat. The dealer is very nice to work with. We have bought cars from many different dealers, and NONE have been as nice to work with as Fox. They always call you back, and even call to check to see how you like the car and to make sure everything is going well with it. The other dealers should take lessons from Fox. Truly a pleasure doing business.
