I had a positive and pleasant experience at Frank Leta dealership. Sales Representative, Kyle Greer is who I had the pleasure of working with in finding my perfect vehicle. He genuinely took interest in my list of must have, and he made sure I got everything plus kept it in my price range. It was a real pleasure to work with someone who was not the typical pushy, high pressured salesman, instead Kyle made it an enjoyable experience. Jessie at Frank Leta Acura was so great and helpful! The customer service exceeded my expectations across the board. She made the process of buying a car very easy and straightforward. She explained everything to me each step of the way and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I came in around 5pm after work and she was able to get me all squared away with the car I wanted by close of business. The GM Mike also helped me with a bunch of my financing questions and really helped me better understand the steps. Highly recommend this dealership!

The team at this location was absolutely incredible from the moment that I walked in until the moment that I left. Ryan and Lindsay were super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We had such an amazing experience working with Claire. She was very nice and wasn’t pushy at all. What made her the best to work with is she came in on her day off because that day worked best for us. That was truly amazing customer service.
