Cars.com referred my to Fred Beans Hyundai in answer to my request for a Genesis with exactly certain color and options. I was contacted by Gabe Bond and Trish. They had a car very close to my request and we talked at length about it. They gave me a firm quote because I live about 150 miles away and was planning to come only to complete a deal. As it turned out, I decided I had to have a certain interior and I bought a Genesis that more closely matched my original request. Even though we never completed the deal, I have to remark about the way I was treated. I felt like a family member of Fred Beans. Customer CN

This was my first time buying a car through a dealership. My boyfriend and I had already went through two other dealerships and neither salesmen from those dealerships even try to direct their attention towards me . They spoke directly to my boyfriend even though I was the one who was purchasing and had all of the questions. We made an appointment with Tim Bergey with whom my boyfriend bought his Sonata from a couple years back. The moment I stepped foot into Fred Beans and shook hands with Mr. Bergey to when I drove out of the lot with my new car I felt fully respected and satisfied. Tim listened to what I was looking for and suggested some great cars and buys and worked with me and my budget. He explained every feature during the test drive and didn't bombard us when I took a few weeks to think everything over. When it came time for the actual Purchase Tim and the Finance Team where not only quick and sufficient but patient and accommodating. Not once did I feel undermined or uncomfortable or feel like i was being pushed into a sales. I would absolutely be going back to Fred Beans and to Tim for any of my future car purchases.

I was referred to Fred Beans Hyundai from a friend to a salesperson named Tim Bergey a few years ago when I was shopping for a new car. I had not even considered the brand until a week before meeting him. Once I was done with my internet searches and car reviews online I met with Tim - we sat down and he gave me all the info and more I could possibly need to know. From personal experience, Tim was able to answer a lot more of my questions since he himself owned the same car I would be buying. It was comforting to me to know that he wouldn't steer me into anything he hasn't done himself. Being a newer car buyer Tim made the process very easy for me. Since then i have been back for regularly scheduled services without any hiccups or issues. I would absolutely recommend buying from Fred Beans Hyundai due to the quality and character of their sales team (Tim) back through the credit and finance people and up to the friendly person at the front desk. I will continue to buy my new cars from Tim in the future due to his professional, friendly attitude. As a testament to this everyone else i have brought in to his dealership has been equally impressed and (most) purchased vehicles from him. Hyundai has turned a corner as a brand and this dealership is right there with them.

My wife and I were shopping around for new Hyundai. We planned on being thorough and not purchase until we visited 3 dealerships. One night, we went to Fred Beans, the 1st on our list. We ended up buying there because they had the exact car we were looking for. In addition, Tim Bergey provided excellent service. Just a really friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Top notch. Their nice facility allowed our 7 yr old and 3 yr old to stay occupied while we looked at cars. Nice people, and a nice facility. We knew we could make the purchase there without hesitation. And so we did. We love the used Sonata we bought. They honored the free 1st oil change without hassle. And also gave us the new rubber floor mats we asked for in the deal. No gimmicks nor games. Just straightforward, nice people.

We leased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe about a month ago, in Aug, and Tim Bergey was our sales person. We had never leased before and Tim went above and beyond in explaining the details about the lease, the pros and cons, and really made us feel at home at the dealership. In fact, when we go to Fred Beans Hyundai, it's like we know everyone there, they make you feel so welcome. We got a really great lease deal on the Santa Fe, that worked really well for us, and Tim went and found the specific color we wanted, with the options as well. All in all, we have been buying form Fred Beans Dealership for years, and this is our second Hyundai. I never thought I'd own 2 Hyundais, and besides the car's reputation as a great value, a big part of the decision is where and who you have to deal with regarding service. If you don't like the dealership, and the people in it, you probably won't want to buy from there. That's not the case at Fred Beans Hyundai. It's a really friendly dealership, that we have come to know and enjoy taking our cars there for service and routine maintenance. Everyone makes you feel like you are the number one customer, and it's always a good experience. I cant say enough how much we enjoyed working with Tim Bergey. I was recently at Fred Beans Hyundai in (June 2014) in which my husband and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle. As with any vehicle purchase I look for the overall value of the facility which included the Service Department and Body Shop etc. While my husband was speaking with the sales person I was outside near the Service area smoking a cigarette and I happened to over-hear a conversation between the service manager and with one of the technicians. Overall the conversation was NOT professional and this turned my stomach. I spoke with my husband and we gave the sales person some excuse and left. We went to another dealership a short distance away and overall we ended up making the purchase. My tip to management is be aware of your surroundings and also be on the lookout for potential customers who may be lurking around your area.

I am new to the area and I recently have taken my vehicle in for some routine service. My first encounter was with the service advisor. This gentlemen seemed like he was new to his position and seemed somewhat clueless. Something which should have taken a few minutes to write up took close to 15 minutes( although annoying since I was on a time crunch, I understood if the person was new to his position) When I received my car back the inside was dirty from the technician greasy hands touching area of the vehicle and when I went to double check to make sure the oil was refilled correctly it was actually short( meaning I had to place a half of quart of oil in myself). I left a message for the Service Manager and still after a few weeks I did not hear anything back . Needless to say I will never use this Dealership again. Hopefully they can train their people better and obtain a manager who will be proactive when a customer has a concern.

Went to test drive a used car at this dealership. In the process of inquiring about this car, I was handed off to 5 different people. Some of them didn't even know where the car was. If not for the used car manager, I would have walked out and forgotten the whole thing. As it turned out, the car didn't have all the features I was looking for. Will never go back there again. Their sales staff need to get their act together. The Chevy dealer was much better.

In 2010 I travelled from Hamburg PA to Doylestown, and I purchased an Elantra at Fred Beans. I travelled that far because without a doubt I got the best deal around. I drove off the lot thinking the Beans experience was great but over. For the next four years, about twice a year I would get a call from my salesperson, Tim Bergey. He would ask how I was enjoying my car and offer his service in any way that would be of help to me. He would also remind me of my cars value in the current market. In March 2014 I again needed Tim's help in buying a car. Tim once again provided service that went above and beyond and the finance staff at Beans made the loan process quick and easy. I went to at least 5 local dealers and the experience was awful. These dealers had great ads on Cars.com but could not deliver what I needed. Tim Bergey and the Bean team not only delivered what I needed, but actually made it a pleasure to go through the process. If you want a no nonsense experience, I highly recommend Tim and the folks at Fred Beans.

I initiated my correspondence and conducted the lion's share of my business on-line. Phil Hofmann was professional and receptive throughout the entire process. Steve Baldi was friendly and professional in the final negotiation. I take on-line contacts and test-drive representatives through an exhaustive process. So if I were a "tester" gauging them for patience and responsiveness, I'd have to give them significantly high marks. My purchase experience suggests that this is a good place to purchase a vehicle.

Recently purchased a 2013 Santa Fe from Fred Beans in Doylestown PA. Kyle Hill was the sales rep that serviced our purchase. Even though the transaction started as an Internet purchase the level of customer service was outstanding. The deal was finalized without having set foot in the showroom. Purchased the car through the internet. When we picked up the car, even though we had not met anyone there, we received first class treatment. I know they made very little profit on the deal yet Kyle Hill spent a great deal of time with us going over every detail of the car. Highly recommend this dealer and Kyle if you are in the market for a Hyunadi. My wife and I absoutely love our new Santa Fe.

I bought a certified Hyundai Genesis from this dealer. I already knew the car I wanted from searching cars.com so it was a very quick and painless transaction. From test drive to signing the paperwork only took about an hour. My salesman, Phil Orchowski, was very nice and treated my wife and I very well. The car only had one remote and key, so they gave me another for free. Also after I got home I noticed a driving light was out and I wanted the car to be aligned which they also did for free a couple of days later. The only slightly negative thing I could say is that we had to wait awhile after the paperwork was signed for them to detail the car and program the new remote. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this dealership.

I am given this dealer an exelent on everything the service was very good, I was complitly satified with the quality of job. the seller was very nice his name is Dona when i was getting the Hyundai Santa fe 2011 this man make feel relax and the processe was updated. I really have nothing good to say about this service facility. I question both the integrity and competency of this facility. I have had several encounters with this dealer and based upon those experiences I will NEVER trust them to repair anything again. During a recent state inspection they replaced all four rotors on a four year old vehicle. When they listed the repairs over the phone, I asked specifically to verify that the rotors had failed and weren't just close but when I picked up the printed receipt it stated right there that the rotors exceeded the minimum thickness and had no scoring. They told me that they had to determine if the part would last for a year, but this is not the law. This is only one of several incidents. They have had to have numerous attempts to fix the same item.
