Freedom Wheels This place is awesome. If you're looking for really nice car in really good shape for really good prices this is the place to go freedom Wheels. I bought me a 2013 Ford Fusion and it's in excellent condition and for a really good price too. If you're ever in Baltimore off of Washington boulevard about two or three lights down from super Walmart stop by freedom Wheels they have really nice cars at really good prices and they stand by their work.

Communication via phone and email was a challenge but if you can go in person expect great customer service; highly recommend you check out their cars. Very pleased to buy from a dealer that does so much good for the community and sells quality product. Recently purchased a vehicle - love it so far. Nice, competent staff and honest. UPDATE: 1 year later - still love my car!! Great experience

Bought a 2003 Acura TL-S from Freedom Wheels in October 2015 and it was a terrific experience. The navigation system wasn't functioning and they ordered/paid for a new system and paid for its installation once it came in. $5074 out the door for a nearly-mint condition vehicle loaded with everything (leather, heated seats, premium sound system, 6-CD changer) - taxes, tags, inspected - everything. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see them if you are in the market for a reliable used car!

Worst communication I've ever experienced. Tried to call several times for 3 consecutive days. The "salesperson" never called me back after I left many voicemails. Don't waste your time with this place. I had cash in hand to purchase the vehicle but since I am two hours away I needed info before the trip but I never got. Wish I could give them zero stars.

I tried to contact Freedom Wheels multiple times both on the phone during their stated business hours, and emailing through cars.com and their website, and got no response.

They were very honest. When they contacted me they asked what I was looking for and they told me each specific car the model, year, miles, pricing that was in my price range. Cars he did not recommend he told me what was wrong with it and why he wouldn't offer that as a first car

I am very pleased with my 04 Honda element I purchased from freedom wheels. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The car I purchased ended up having a small issue and freedom wheels couldn't have been more helpful with fixing it. Kim made sure I was updated on my vehicle as it was serviced. She even gave me her personal cell so I could contact her about car. Excellent customer service here!!!! This is an honest dealership to buy an excellent priced, reliable and quality used car from. It took over 6 hrs. to complete the sale. I drove 3 hours to get my van. The salesman told me the tires were good they were not. I drive the 3 hours home. The next day the check engine light along with VSC light comes on. The DVD player doesn't work. I can't get the salesman to return my phone call. Never again.

12 + months after my purchase, I am still pleased with the performance and reliability of the 1997 Jeep Wrangler I purchased back in in 2012. In my opinion...Freedom Wheels are Good Honest Folks. Even a year later, I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

Pat was very friendly and forward to deal with, addressed all my concerns, and delivered my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan EX the same day, at the previously agreed upon price, following a good 30 minute, no pressure test drive to be sure it was what I really wanted. It was, and then some. I will definitely return here when in the market for another reasonably priced, well maintained and fully functioning quality used car in the future.

They do clean up the car. Yes, they do try to make sure they run. But they don't really make sure they pass inspection in Maryland. I know because when I took my car for a test drive, the momentary stop at a mechanic's place took less than five minutes to find problems that would have failed anywhere! When this was brought to their attention, they simply decided not to sell the car. So they would rather not negotiate repairs, or price. So in that way they are not unlike any other used car dealer! So it is what it is.

Purchased a low mileage 1997 Jeep Wrangler from Freedom Wheels. When my mechanic found a couple warranty issues, the sales manager was very courteous and resolved the issues promptly. These are really good folks and they stand behind the cars they sell.
