Recently purchased a 2018 CPO Grand Cherokee and can genuinely say it was a great experience. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and completely honest and transparent through the entire transaction. There were absolutely no unwanted surprises, we got a fair value for our trade, and we walked away feeling very comfortable with our decision. Freehold Jeep really delivered on great customer service. Quick and thorough, any questions I had they answered. Jeremiah, Eric, and Ed made it a great experience. I know their job Is to sell cars but they were genuinely great people. Within the week I received my new plates. They followed up and made sure to assist me with any unanswered questions. Overall I would recommend this place. If you want quality service and a great experience when purchasing a vehicle, freehold jeep is the place to go.

The entire staff at Freehold Chrysler/Jeep from Michael and Kristina, to Will in financing and Tom who gave the vehicle walk through and demo were outstanding. Couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel any more comfortable. Great overall experience, that means a lot when you make a big purchase. Highly recommend them.
