Excellent buying experience from a dealership that I trust. this the third vehicle purchased from the dealership who has also serviced them over the years. The entire team at dealership are customer focused, friendly, curious, and professional. Sales assist customers answering questions and providing information without pressuring. Management staff support sales and service while taking time to greet and answer customers questions. Service team provide consist customer focused inspections, and maintenance suggestive approach that make customers fully in charge of what is to be accomplished. The purchasing experience occurring during challenging delivery time was seamless. Sale representative went out of her way to answer questions, research incoming inventory for my desires, have vehicle completely ready at pickup, and explain operating difference compared to my previous vehicle. On a 1 to 10 scale survey with 10 as highest I would rate the dealership 10+ as well as the entire staff. When an organization, such as car dealership, has great customer fused employees I do business with them. Freehold Subaru is one of the excellent customer focused organizations with staff that have been serving us for decades. Happy and professional employees are noticed and appreciated. My wife and I had a fantastic experience purchasing a certified pre-owned Subaru here. Our salesperson, Carlos, was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, and placed absolutely zero pressure on us. We had looked at the inventory online, and came in knowing which vehicles we were interested in. Carlos was able to speak about the features of each without attempting to steer our decision making in the slightest. One of the vehicles we were interested in was on the sales floor, and I assumed we would have to make an appointment to come back and test drive another day, but they arranged to bring it outside with no hassle. We are extremely satisfied with the vehicle we chose, as well as with the sales and financing. Highly recommended

Wonderful Subaru dealership. This is the third Subaru I've purchased from them. The first is still going strong at 300+, the one I just replaced at 200+ and I love my brand new one. The manager, Brian was very helpful and Rashon Burns, my sales person, was just great. Completed the lease of our 2nd Subaru Forester at Freehold Dodge/Subaru with Mike Moursy. As long term customers we were in and out in a very short time. I dealt with Chris today. I took a nearly fully loaded charger r/t road and track for a drive. Was happy with the car but wanted more power. I inquired about ordering a charger scat pack. I've never ordered a car, but they made the process super simple and were very accommodating. We worked out a price and now i'm taking a few days to think about it. Super low pressure and nice. My salesman was Shane Boyce. I purchased a 2015 Charger SXT AWD. He was very understanding of my situation and knowledgeable, as well as patient. His Manager Dave was also straight forward. I have had many experiences buying cars and this by far was the least stressful ever. I had an unfortunate upside down equity situation due to my Son losing his license, and they were both very helpful. Even though I wasnt buying Subaru or Dodge, the service I received was excellent. Bryan Hughes, my salesman was courteous and professional and was a pleasure to deal with. I was not pressured throughout the buying process and Bryan answered all my questions and concerns. I was able to apply my Corporate Perks discount and work out the monthly payment that was good for me. There were a few scratches on the car, but Bryan made sure that they will be fixed if I buy a car. I just scheduled my appointment with the Dealer to do it. Also, I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with the Finance Manager, with working out the financing and extended warranty. Just picked up my 2015 Dodge Durango Citadel this week from Freehold Dodge. I purchased my Dodge Durango on my second trip to Freehold Dodge. My wife and I have now bought two Subarus at this dealership. I have been shopping around to replace my 1999 Grand Caravan for a while. A friend of mine bought a 2014 Grand Caravan from Freehold Dodge and recomended i try them. Went to their web sight and checked out the on hand inventory. Found a few Caravan's the way I wanted them and requested the on line price. they quoted me a fair price for the vehicle I wanted and I made an appointment to check it out on Saturday morning. Iinformed them that I had not one but three old cars to trade in on the new Dodge Grand Caravan. They accepted the 2001 Saturn I drove in and I drove home with the new Dodge. They let me drop off the two other cars on Saturday and Sunday at my convinence. Over all a very good shopping experence on obtaining a new vehicle.

From the second I walked into Freehold Dodge I knew these were people I could trust buying a car from. No pushy sales people hounding you down to give them your business. A simple hello and let us know if you need anything attitude. They were more than willing to answer any questions and offer any expertise, even if it wasn't from themselves. Overall very happy with this dealer. Took a ride over one day with an interest in leasing a new Challenger. I came with my father and it only took a minute before him and I were greeted by the salesman Nick A. He took us outside and showed us their inventory of challengers and explained all the features that they had. He invited us to take a test drive and me and my dad were both thoroughly impressed with the RT. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I wanted since I am very particular with what I want, but that was no problem; He got us setup to order a new one with everything I wanted. After about a month the vehicle was received and I left their dealership very happy overall. The salesperson Nick helped me with everything I needed and he was very friendly and the other staff members were helpful and nice as well. I would recommend them to others and if your interest is a Challenger talk to Nick.

Purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. The entire process was quick and pressure free. Pricing on the new vehicle was below MSRP. Trade in price on my vehicle was fair. Sales specialist (Roger) made the entire process easy. Manager (Brian) went out of his way to assist in closing the deal. Finance guy was equally nice (no games, no bait-in-switch, no pressure to buy expensive add-ons, etc.). The finance guy (along with everyone else) was able to get me in and out in about 2 hours. The showroom is a little dull but given the pricing and treatment of the staff, I consider a dull showroom to be of no importance. The dealer does provide free wi-fi and you get a free loaner (if needed) and free oil changes with the purchase of a new vehicle. I should also mention the test drive was fun! If you hate buying cars from dealerships, you should give these guys a try as they are friendly and seem to be interested in developing a long-term relationship with potential customers.

We went in to trade our '10 forester and they gave us top dollar on trade-in value towards an '07 Audi A8. Our salesman Morton was very professional and courteous. It took longer for us to drive 42 miles from a family visit to long island to the dealership than it did to inspect, test drive and do the paperwork. They even emailed me a copy of the CarFax that i forgot to ask for before we left the lot so that i could have it on record. I was researching a new car purchase for my daughter and son-in-law, trying to find a Dodge Durango for them near McGuire AFB where my son-in-law is stationed. I emailed Freehold Dodge because (A) they are very near where my daughter and son-in-law live and (B) they had a silver Durango SXT that met most of the family's needs. I was contacted by Ira Gross, one of Freehold Dodge's online Customer Service Representatives. Overall I was very pleased with the fact that Mr. Gross was knowledgeable about his product line, knew what he had in stock, and had a professional attitude. Ira kept in contact with me without bombarding me with phone calls or emails. He knew that I was acting as the go-between for my daughter and son-in-law and simply asked that I pass along any information to them - which I did - and said that he would help them in any way he could. I've been buying new cars for 43 of my 61 years and have rarely come across anyone as pleasant to deal with. I have had my share of car purchases and I've encountered this type of unprofessional behavior in the past. As a result, My defense walls go up and I mentally prepare myself for a car buying 'battle'. A friend had recommended Freehold Subaru/Dodge. He said they are 'different' there in a good way: very professional, no games, etc.. Well, I'm so glad I listened because I had the best possible customer service from the initial phone call with Steve Boyce. He sincerely listened to my car needs. From there, I was directed to Marc Boyce. He told me to come in and when I did he already had a vehicle waiting for me to test drive based on my needs. Marc went 'the extra mile' and took the time from beginning to end to explain the vehicle, test drive, and had the patience of a saint. I never once felt rushed. I then met with Dave Ritter in finance who went above and beyond and explained the whole financial process and got me the best rate. After that I then met with Jeffrey Padovano, the business manager. He explained in detail what I was truly getting before I signed on the dotted line. I even left with a keychain! (Thanks Jeff). I have to honestly say, this dealership won me over. I look forward to many yrs of doing business with them. I have two teenage boys who'll eventually need cars and this is where I highly recommend you go!

I've purchased many cars, from a lot of different dealers and this was by far the best! The customer service was excellent. It took less than an hour to get the deal done which is unheard of. They honored the internet price with no hassle. Also once they found out I was a veteran, they took the customer service up another notch! I purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger. It needed front brake pads. They not only change the front brake pads, but the rear too and changed all the discs on the car and of course changed the oil. They even put environment protectant on the car to protect the paint job. I love my car I purchased from them, and most certainly will be back to buy another car! Great people, Awesome salesman (Thanks a million, Shane Boyce!), and a Great Finance Dept. (that did everything they could to get the best deal possible, and they did!) Thanks Freehold Dodge!

I contacted this dealership online after visiting most of the other Subaru dealerships within 100 miles. They immediately gave me their best price and I completed the purchase within a few days. The salesman was courteous professional and attentive. He was not pushy or condescending as many others frequently are. Freehold Subaru did not try to serve me hotdogs and their showroom was a bit dated but those aren't the things that would have made up my mind. The important thing was being treated decently and getting through the paperwork efficiently. I picked up the phone and called Freehold Dodge and Michelle McManus answered. What a breath of fresh air! I needed a Grand Caravan to replace my 06' caravan for my small business. I gave her a # that I wanted and less than 15 minutes she called me back and BEAT my #!! We did most of the transaction over the phone. She replied to all my emails and phone calls promptly. He was not aggressive or pushy, making it easy for me to relax and ask questions. He answered all of my questions completely and supplemented those areas where I didn't know enough to ask. He was patient and pleasant and made leasing a car a great experience, if that could even seem possible. Mark spent 1/2 hour showing me the details of the car's operation when I picked it up to drive home. He encouraged me to call him if I had additional questions or concerns. He is the best salesman I have encountered in many years of purchasing cars. Everyone with whom I interacted at the dealership was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I strongly recommend Freehold Subaru based on my experience.

I can't say enough how satisfied I am with my car buying experience with Freehold Subaru. Our salesman Dean was terrific: knowledgeable, attentive, courteous, and just a class act. He was very respectful of our time and didn't pull any of the nonsense sales tactics that many other lesser dealers seem to relish in. My family and I appreciated that he brought us a respectable offer from the start, and didn't pretend to get his manager's approval to drop the price. Our finance guy at the end was real sharp and steadily guided us through the terms and numbers. He didn't try to shove a bunch of dealer incentivized add-ons down our throat, which was appreciated. I stopped in to just take a test drive, after being ignored at a diffrent dealership. After the test drive and the staff working to get the numbers where I wanted them I ended up buying a car that day. Great experience and honest dealer. We bought a 2014 Dodge Dart GT, It was a great experience. We worked with Dean Fitzgibbons he is a very personable and honest sales person. We were told all the prices up front with no sales gimmicks. He took the time to explain all details and inner workings of the Dart. Absolutely no sales pressure at all! When it came down to sign on the dotted line the sales mgr (Tony Florano) did not try to "up sell" any additional add ons. They made this a very pleasurable buying experience, which most dealers don't do.Would recommend this dealer to anyone. Just a note, we drove up from Barnegat NJ (1 hour drive) to look at cars. Our area dealerships gave us the "sales run a round", not a great way to purchase a car. BTW, thanks to Ira in marketing for keeping in communications with us, we'll done!

Everyone was extremely nice here. THE best buying experience i've ever had buying a car. Started online with Taylor who was extrememly fast with her responses through email. Then I was introduced to Nick when my wife and I got there. He was fantastic. No one was pushy. Knowledgable about the car and essentially was able to come up with the deal I wanted. Freehold Dodge Subaru was not the first car dealership we visited over the past six months. Not every dealership was a turn off; but more often than not, the encounters with several other Freehold dealerships was unpleasant and in two cases outright scary to the point where we walked out, quickly, to get away from the saleman and out of the showroom as fast as possible. When we entered the Freehold Dodge Subaru dealership -- WOW-- we were greeted but NOT swooped on. That alone was a refreshing, welcome experience compared to "being claimed" even before you enter the door. Mike Moursy simply asked what were interested in today ... directed us to one of the vehicles on the showroom floor, and let us have a few minutes alone to look it over. Whne we finished lokng at what we wanted to see, he simply asked how he could help us further. He was so not pushy! We wanted to test drive both the Outback and Forrester. Of course, Mike was more than willing to oblige and directed us to an Outback just outside the showroom door. He explained the seat adjustment, gave us the key, and, again, surprise, let us take the car out on our own, unaccompanied by him, so that we could evaluate the ride and handling without the dsitractions of a sales pitch. When we returned, a Forrester was waiting for us to try out; again, on our own. Both cars could meet our needs very well but we thought the Outback a more solid, road-hugging and definitely heavier car. Mike showed us a model of each of the cars that had all, and in the case of the Forrester, even more amenitites. However, without injecting his own bias, Mike helped us understand all the functional difference of the cars as well as the differences in features for all the models he had on hand. All the while, there was no pressure, no pushing, no hard sell. Mike knows his products well enough and is confident enough to let these highly rated cars sell themselves. He simply (and very cooly, I might add) made sure we knew all that we needed (and wanted) to know in order to make a decision about buying a Subaru and which model was right for us. (Yes, he is a saleman afterall, and a rather good one.) Although the Forrester model we considered was impressive, we opted for the more car you get with the Outback models that appealed to us. Then came the price negotiation. We got a good price with little haggling. Perhaps we could have played the game and gotten an even better price; but we did not see sufficiently more to save versus the effort. The difference between Subaru MSRP and the really low low internet quote prices for Subaraus is nowhere near the large -- up to 20% -- spreads you see on American and more popular Japanese and Korean brands. We made the deal! Then the "dreaded" talk with the manager and financial guy. But surprise again! the manager of the dealership simply wanted to say thank you for the business and to make sure we understood the lifetime free oil changes and loaner car benefits of being a Freehold Subaru customer and understood the hours of operation of the Service Department. The "finance guy" simply explained all of our purchase and lease options -- never pushed one versus the other and did not try to pile on needless add-ons to increase the final price of the car. We took delivery of the car that day -- just a couple of hours later -- Mike made it all happen and encouraged us to take the car that day rather than wait. Mike went through everything and even offered to program othe Bluetooth Hands free with our cell phones. The next day, we got hit with a blizzard -- 12 inches of snow in Freehold, AND, I had to go to work. Talk about a baptism by fire for an all-wheel-drive. The Outback met all expectaions and then some. My wife and I are very pleased with the car, are happy with how we were treated at Freehold Dodge Subaru and with the helpful approach of Mike Moursy.

The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I spoke to Dean Fitzgibbons, the salesman, and told him exactly what I wanted and what I expected to pay. He looked at his inventory and found a vehicle that was being delivered in a couple of days that had all of the features I wanted, in the color I wanted and at a price with which we were both happy. The negotiation process was very easy. This dealer also offers free lifetime oil changes and loaner cars; I keep my vehicles for a long time, so this was a plus for me. There was no attempt to upsell or push me into buying extras I did not want. The financing was done quickly and easily (0.9% - not bad). The entire experience was hassle free.

We were helped right away by Dean F. who was knowledgeable, friendly, and not-at-all pushy. He quickly recognized that we were informed consumers who knew what we wanted to drive and what options we were considering. Dean was genuinely helpful and extremely no-nonsense. He appreciated that we were on a somewhat tight schedule due to our small child, so we didn't waste any time making a deal we were all happy with. The dealership itself was clean, open, and inviting. Dean Fitzgibbons was very knowledgeable about the Subaru models and their options. He was most helpful in securing the car that we wanted since it was not available on the lot. There was no high pressure sale and we were able to agree on a price fairly quickly. Dean kept us informed of the progress of the search for our vehicle and found one in 48 hours. The Forester was well prepared and Dean gave us a "live tutorial" regarding the use of new electronics that made it easyf or us to get accustomed to our new car.
