I went to Freeland Chevrolet to trade trucks, I checked their website and they had 3 that I liked. I was dealing with a salesman and as we started the financing part, he said that all three had already been sold to a fleet but he would try to get another one. I have gone thru this before with other dealers and they have managed to get another vehicle in a matter of hours. I said "OK". But 3 days later, I have not heard anything from my salesman, and he did not return or respond in anyway from my email. So I contacted him one last time, told him I was going else where to deal and this was the worst experience I have had in over 45 years of dealing with salesmen and dealers and I would never go back. I still did not hear from him, no apology or anything. So, I do not recommend Freeland Chevrolet

My wife and I had traveled to Nashville from New Jersey to visit my daughter at Belmont University. The driver's side low beam bulb went out. I was disappointed to find out this was not a simple replacement. I found Freeland Chevrolet via the GM website and was pleased with the response. Ellis was courteous and got me right in. They had my bulb replaced in 30 minutes and I was back on the road.

This is the second brand new vehicle that I have purchased from Freeland in the last 3 1/2 months. There is a reason I came back to purchase a 2nd vehicle and that reason is the buying experience was hassle free! Lloyd Harris assisted me both times and went out of his way to meet my needs. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and I was going to get the brake rotors resurfaced, while doing this it was discovered that I needed to replace a four brake pads too. I left the car for the needed repairs and returned about 4 hours later to find my vehicle repaired and ready to go.

The service team is great. I brought my Cruze in because it started smoking from under the hood and I smelled burning plastic. They checked it out and said that I probably ran over a plastic bag. I was slightly panicked because I had a very bad experience with a smoking car in the past and my first thought was that it was going to happen again. They were fast and friendly, as always, and put my mind at ease. I love working with them.

This was my 1st visit to Freeland Chevrlot, I had a recall taken care of here. The staff was great, appointment time was efficient. I learned that a diagnostic for my "check engine lite" would cost $97.00. I was not there for that reason, but good to know. I don't buy new cars frequently, I prefer to keep my vehicles running until they fall apart. The service at Freeland was such that I am considering coming more often instead of doing my own work on the vehicle. Anyone who knows me well, knows that is saying a lot. Looking forward to see how service at Freeland hold up in the future.

We had a radiator fluid leak in our Trailblazer that caused a check engine light to come on while traveling from Indiana to Florida. We stopped at an Autozone who said it appeared to be a lower radiator hose. They sent us to a nearby Firestone who thought it was likely a cracked head. They suggested going to a dealership for confirmation. I called Freeland Chevrolet who advised he caught a tech (Juan Carlos) walking out the door at the end of the day and would wait on us. We arrived and Ellis Roberts did a phenomenal job assisting us. They determined it was likely a water pump. They helped contact a local hotel and provided us transportation to the hotel. Ellis even provided his personal cell number and told us not to hesitate to call him. Juan came in early the next morning and got the work done quickly as promised. We were picked up at the hotel when the work was done. A few hours into continuing our trip I received a call from Ellis to check on us and make sure everything was working okay. It is rare today to find genuine service from any company, and especially one where we are unlikely to become lifelong customers due to passing through. They helped our unexpected pit stop become bearable. A sincere thank you to your genuinely caring employees.

I arrived without an appointment & they got me in quickly. They fixed the problem and also informed me of a recall. I had not received any notice from GM about a recall. They did not have the parts on hand and had to have them bought in. This took a while and was a little disappointing. The service rep should not be blamed for this. I believe the parts manager should have knowledge of this and should have the recall parts on hand.

I was happy with the service and the work. My only complaint is most likely not the fault of Freeland Chevrolet... and that is that as problems were discovered, a new part needed to be ordered. As a result, the minor modifications left me without my beloved Corvette for 7 days. It seems odd to me that a Chevrolet service department would need to order parts for a Chevrolet automobile. All was explained to me and everyone was polite and apologetic for the waiting, but I'm sincerely hoping my car doesn't need service again soon for fear that it might require a part that has to be ordered. ...again not Freeland Chevrolet's fault.

The night before I was online searching at the hotel looking for a vehicle in the area and had seen that Freeland Chevrolet had what I have been looking for. So on the way back through Nashville I stop to look at it. I test drove the vehicle with the salesman and that was Tommy Poston. He was "great", a very nice person and made me fill very comfortable with the vehicle that I was looking at. I had explained to him after driving it that I needed the wife look at it and was planning on being back in Nashville at the end of that week and asked if he could hold it for me and he was very grateful to do that. I came in for an oil change. I was greeted, the service advisor asked how I was doing, and got the mileage from my odometer. My car was checked-in and I went to the waiting room with my dog. While my car was being checked in, other customers and some of the other service people made a big fuss over my dog, she lapped-it-up (she always enjoys the attention). The rest of the time went by quickly and during check-out, she was fussed over again, I had her perform some simple tricks, got in my vehicle and left. I hope the service personnel and customer enjoyed her as much as she enjoyed herself.

I had a check engine light come on Friday night and I also needed an oil change. I drove to Freeland Chevrolet Saturday morning. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced, causing the check engine light to come on. Cindy, the service advisor, said there was one in stock and I should go to the lounge and relax. There were many customers waiting, I sat and waited my turn too. The car was repaired and the oil was changed, I was ready to leave. I found out the repair would be covered by my warranty. As always, the experience was stress free as it could be and also friendly, and the staff personable.

This is my second experience with Freeland, first time I bought used car and this time I leased brand-new car. Both experiences were excellent. I highly recommended. Staff is professional, no pressure customer service. Freeland Superstore will be my store for all my car needs.

Everyone was nice and professional and I think I got a good deal and I will give them a shot when I buy again. I do think they need to have a class on aging people properly because I had to go home with my wife and her head wouldn't go through the door.

I wasnt in the market to really look for a vehicle but while I was waiting for my oil changed I went and looked anyways. My sales advisor Tim was amazing. Him and I believe Leon were amazing people who helped me in so many ways. I never knew that there were such caring people in the car sales industry. While I didnt make a purchase, I am planning on arriving back in January or Feburary and will be making a purchase dealing with the same two people.

I brought the car in for a recall repair. The service department took great care of me. Service was on time and well done. While I was waiting an employee came by and checked to make sure I didn't need anything. The coffee was good in the waiting area as well.

I arrived and was greeted by the service advisor, I explained why I was there, the car was serviced, the services were explained and I left. During the service I was told I needed an air filter which I said was okay to replace, I paid the bill and left. The service advisors were courteous, friendly and professional.

What can I say. We purchased a new Tahoe and my service person (for my 2003 Tahoe) Cindy Dunning recommended that we talk with Lloyd in Sales. Lloyd called periodically to check in with us and never really pressured us (can't stand pushy sales people) on a vehicle. We saw a 2009 Tahoe on the lot, came out and test drove it. Really liked the truck but wanted to talk it over. Before we got back with Lloyd the following Saturday to actually purchase it...it had already been sold sometime that week. Lloyd started looking for a replacement similar to the on that had been on the lot but there was nothing in the other's price range with all the features that it had. However he was able to find us one (New 2013) on the lot with all the features and for not much more that some of the used 2012 were going for. Can't say enough about the team we used...Cindy to Lloyd.

I am truly happy with the trading process. Best trading process I have been through. My salesman,Steve provided great service. He answered all my questions via phone calls or texting. He made the trading process one of comfort. I give him five stars. I am not an easy sale and I had lots of questions. I was even pleased with the trade in value on my car. I would certainly return to this dealership to trade again. And of course I would ask for Steve. By the way this was a car I found over internet so I had to travel a ways however it was worth it.
