Friendly people and Fast to pick up and call back. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my vehicle, no one came to help me at the desk at all. It was completely empty. I had to go to the parts center to get help. And they told me that my car was some place it was not. I ended up walking all over the parking lot until I discovered my car.

I got the exact car I was seeking and the transaction, from the test drives to the financing was efficient. From the test drives to getting my current car appraised, I was driving out in a brand new 2017 model vehicle in maybe 2.5 - 3 hrs. And, I know I got a great deal on the car and the financing. This is my 2nd Ford vehicle purchased from Fremont Ford. I also own 2 other Ford vehicles. I also bring my cars in for routine maintenance and major repair work to Fremont Ford's Quicklane and Ford service shop. Excellent service, always. Awesome coffee machine and comfortable waiting area with business lounge so you can work while car is getting serviced.

It took a while for me to actually reach someone at Fremont Ford which was very frustrating since I had an important service issue. My car would not go in reverse, which I found out is a recurring issue with the make and model of my car. When I did reach someone and was able to bring my car in, Jacob was beyond excellent! From the moment I went in he was very attentive and took care of all my needs. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a car to take my daughter to and from school, while my car was in service and waiting for a back ordered part. To my surprise, the part came in quicker than expected and I was back inside my own car within the week. A huge thank you to Jacob for being professional and having excellent communication turn around times.

Always pleased with the work and service. However, my car was in the shop longer than originally expected and I wasn't given a full refund for those days. I would've liked a full refund because what was supposed to be a one-day rental, turned into a seven-day rental. I live on the other side of the bridge and am not off of work until the shop is closed. My car was finished two days before my day off so there was no way of me picking it up in the meantime, however I was still not given the full refund.

I went to this dealer to look at a specific used car. First inquiry was on their website and I receive a speedy response. I called to verify some info and went to look at it that day(2 and a half hour drive for me). The car was extremely clean clean, and with 36k miles, it was almost hard to tell it was used. Everything was as specified on the website. I did not even try to talk down on price since it was already a couple thousand dollars lower than I have found elsewhere for this vehicle. And this was a certified pre owned vehicle for an actual ford dealership. Staff was extremely nice, the building is huge and has nice accommodations for the car buyer. The only issue I had was there was a bit of a wait for financing and paperwork. Once I finally got to that part it was all smooth. Everything was clear, any and all questions were answered, no short answered or the "because we have to" or "it's a normal fee" like a lot of used dealers will give. I had a monthly payment I wanted to stay close to and they worked with me on available features or upgrade options to get me as close to it as possible. I was even able to get 7 year 100k mile warranty through ford. There were honest suggestions made, no forcing or pushing anything. After dealing with just plain horrible dealerships lately, Fremont Ford really made this a stress free process. The entire process took 3 hours from the time I pulled up to the time I left. I am now the owner of a beautiful certified preowned 2014 Ford Focus ST with ST3 package and I couldn't be happier.

Had our 06 Ranger in for service, it was due for smog, we were sure it would pass, but its what we feel is a good thing to do anyway. Even though its out of warranty, the dealership is excellent at keeping track of what has been done, and what should be done. It looked like the trans. fluid was due for changing, but as it was out of warrany the price was more than we really expected to spend, they checked the fluid first, and let us decide. It was borderline, we could have passed, but decided to go ahead and have it changed. Glad we did, it works better now. So, the servive was excellent, the staff was very helpful.

Didn't get my title for 18 months If you consider to do business with this dealer, don't! Stop thinking about it and run far away. 1). I purchased a certified pre-own car in Fremont Ford, but I didn't get my title until 18 months later. I went to Fremont Ford many times but they couldn't give me a solution. The managers were mean. They treated me like I wanted to steal something from them. You don't want this to happen to you even if there is only a 10% chance. 2). I spent thousands of dollars on repairing this car's break, battery, and air conditioner. This car was a "certified" car. I thought that certified meant trust-worthy. Doing business with this dealership proved me wrong. 3). I bought an extended warranty worth $3000 for 7 years maintenance. I canceled it because I could not take any more on repairing this car. The finance manager said that I would get the majority of my money back since it was fewer than 2 years. They only returned me $1400. Clearly they knew how to do the math. Don't buy extended warranty even if you can take the risk buying a car without title.

I was satisfied with the service, it was an oil change hard to be dissatisfied. I was a little concerned with the unmet promise of the delivery time for my F150, and the wait time for the shuttle. Neither of these were big issues and did not take anything from the service or the dept. I especially would like to commend the shuttle driver, she was awesome. I also had a follow up call from the customer service rep and she did an excellent job ensuring I was cared for. Overall, the experience was fine and the follow up was even better. The dept. and the dealership have my recommendation

My 2013 Fusion Hybrid was at the end of the 36000 mile warranty so I brought it in for a regular maintenance and to address several re-calls. The team was surprised that I was going to wait at the dealership and work remotely while they performed what the estimated would be around 7 hours of work. The facilities allowed me to work effectively throughout the day and to my great surprise the work was completed on time and with a smile. Great Job Ford team!!!

My Experience was excellent, I arrived just to test drive a ford focus and was helped right away. I walked the different models and was shown what was available, also explained the different features in each model. Chris and his helper listened to what I was looking for a gave suggestions and comments, then took me out to test drive. After test drive we walked inside and did some talking on numbers and different options, no real pressure game me and my wife time to talk on the different option and looked a the car again. After right deal was reached everything else went great with finance person on showing other service options and explained each document.I'm very happy with my new car and couldn't be more happier with the service that was provided. Thank you for everything and great team work.

I have had my car for almost two years...Have always had my service done there...I never had a problem until my last visit...I noticed the plastic bolts on a small panel were falling out...One side had one bolt left and the other had one missing..I took the side off that had one bolt left so I wouldn't loose the panel...Later I found one bolt on the ground.. I took the car in to have them fix the problem..They wanted me to pay 85 dollars to put the panel back on..I questioned why I had to pay and the adviser said we can fix it if you have it serviced....I handed them the panel and the two bolts I had...When I picked up the car I was told the mechanic said he fixed it the best he could and it might not stay on....When I got to the car I look underneath and four bolts were missing...When I went back I was told that they told me they would use my hardware...They lied....They told me to order the bolts myself...I asked for a comment sheet and they told me to call ford if i had a problem...They gave me a 1-800 number...I ended up getting some bolts myself...I have purchased two cars from fremont ford and they lost my business and the business of the people I know...Smart move guys loosing business for 10 dollars worth of bolts and 10 mins of work...The work order said reinstall....Really you guys reinstall parts with half of the bolts missing...????? I was told by and employee who I won't name these bolts fall out all the time.............I won't want him to get in trouble....

Two years ago on May 3, 2014 I walked into Fremont Ford with my dad looking to get my first car, ever. The guys at Fremont Ford were more than helpful when I had walked in with my mind already set on getting a 2014 Ford Fusion. They went over everything with me and made sure that my dad and I were well aware of everything that my money was going to. They worked for hours trying to come up with as good of a deal as they could, for me, and I took it once my dad and I agreed on it. Fast forward to April 1, 2016. It did not seem like it was too long since the last time I was there, but it was. Right away Ahmad came over to me and was ready to start asking questions about my visit. That was until my dad pulled up. Ahmad had apparently already spoken with my dad a week before and my dad had already laid out some expectations for when I came in. Walking through the lot, my eyes fell on this 2016 hybrid Ford Fusion. It was the same charcoal gray color as the one I already had, but this one came with leather seats and fully loaded with everything my 2014 didn't have. I was determined to get this one. My dad and I spent hours working with Ahmad to come to an agreement on my payments. There were times when Ahmad needed to go to his manager and gm because my dad can be a stubborn man. When we had time to wait, Ahmad was a kind and caring man. He and my dad spoke a lot about their different upbringings and exchanging life stories. Ahmad was a great man even before stepping foot into Fremont Ford as an employee. He fought for us to get our car, which was awesome; but that is nothing compared to how he fought for a better life for himself and his family. Thank you, Ahmad, for your service to the USA and to my dad and I.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge, and I couldn't be more ecstatic about my purchase. This was my first car purchase and buying experience. I went to the dealership in the morning and left that afternoon with my new SUV. The staff was extremely patient with my 150 questions from the sales guy up to the manager and we did not feel pressured to buy a car that day. The manager Abbas came by several times to make sure my family and I were taken care of and if we had any concerns or questions. I picked up a new 2016 Ford Explorer from Fremont Ford last July and it's been perfect since the delivery day. I've been a little short on time with business and family trips and realized the Explorer was a little over the 1st service interval. I called Fremont Ford's service dept on a Friday to schedule an appt and there wasn't an opening until the following Tuesday. I explained that it's a little over the 7500mi service interval, my time is booked for most of next week was hoping something might be available that afternoon or even Saturday. They asked me to come in that afternoon and they'll fit me in. I was in and out within 75min. Their guest lounge is very accommodating with bottled water, an awesome coffee maker, big screen TV and business work stations where I spent most of my time getting some work done. They also offer shuttle rides but I elected to wait for my vehicle. My visit was a very pleasant experience and I must mention to ask for Moe, he'll make sure you're visit is as stress free as was mine.

The service and maintence department has by far the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. However, when first purchasing my vehicle at Fremont ford, it was terrible experience. I had to put my car into service one week after purchasing my car in which I had to rent a car in which I had to pay directly out of my pocket for the fees. This by far was the worst dealership I have ever encountered and will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at this dealership!

The person I dealt with was very nice and helpful. My only issue and it was not with him, is when I call in and make the appointment for an oil change, I really really wish that the person I am speaking with would let me know if the car is in need of a larger check up. I had planed, for about a half an hour and I am told when I get there at it needs its 30,000 mile check up and it will be 4 hours. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I was not told how long it would take and I had 3 grand children with me, not much fun sitting around for the work to be done. I will say, that this time I was given a rental car, so I was able to continue on with my day.

The first time I went in for service for my new 2015 Ford Focus Titanium,there were several problems with this new car. The service adviser was extremely rude, negative and all around not pleasant to deal with. In addition to that, I had to rent a car because they couldn't get the work done on time ON A BRAND NEW CAR. The part needed was on back order for quite some time. During my recent visit to have the back ordered part installed, I was happy to learn that the service person I had dealt with the first time was no longer with the company. Peter Petnik my service advisor did a great job in taking care of my needs and explaining exactly what was done to the vehicle. If I have to explain why I didn't give a 5 to how you did it was for the lack of detail written explanation as to what was done on the vehicle. When I look at my bill and I see $200 + for labor and $197.00 for parts, it should be expected that I have the breakdown for everything that was performed and my invoice did not show it that way. It leaves you to speculate exactly what was done. A 15000 mile service shouldn't cost $429.00. I found this rather excessive compared to other dealerships that I have taken my vehicles to. Such as Honda with my civic and Chevrolet with my corvette.

Being without a car, Shak offered to pick me up from BART in Fremont on my way to the dealership from a weekend trip in San Francisco. When I got to the dealership I was pleasantly surprised with the vehicle presented to me. It had everything I wanted and nothing I didnt. Im pretty sure I asked Shak about every single button and knob in the car and he patiently answered all of them! Shak and Jonnie were respectful of my budget - and before I knew it, we had a deal. Shaks follow up after the deal was done is also worth noting. He helped me get everything set up with the car, even helping me pair my phone with the cars sync system. Since then hes checked back with me to make sure everything is going well with the car and see if theres anything more I needed. The body shop guys are nice; ford cars are good. Yet for fremont ford, I have to say never ever purchase any value-added services there, since you would never get refund if you wanna cancel. I feel very upset and very helpless. I have the form it contains the signatures. I really expect any help. How could I get my refund back. Anyone, please provide some help! Really appreciate it in advance. And remember never ever purchase any value-added contract like ESP, CENTURY, etc, when you buy there.

I purchased a new 2013 F-150 King Ranch from this dealership in Nov 2012. I've had it serviced 4 previous times. The last service they didn't reinstall my oil filler cap after changing my oil. Lately I have gone to the Quick Lane Service twice. The 1st time I waited 10 minutes just to talk to someone who told me he'd be right with me, in another 5-6 minutes he never came back ... I left. Today same Quick Lane Service it took several minutes for anyone to approach me to ask what I wanted. I showed him my coupon for a complimentary oil change. The response was can't take you today do you want to schedule an appointment. Quick Lane Service no appointment necessary? The service department at this dealership is just terrible.

When I dropped it off Sunday nite I was told it would be ready to pickup Tuesday nite (safety recall and fixing door handle) noone called so I called tues to find out when to pick it up. Not ready. I was looking for a mustang with a specific color and configuration on mind but didnt find it anywhere around. I called/visited several dealerships around to make this a special order but didnt get a worthy deal. The last person I spoke was Vaseem(Internet Sales) at Fremont Ford and he offered me the best price I could get at the time. He ordered the car for me and it was delivered in the mentioned time frame. The process was very smooth and there was no case where the dealership was pushing me to buy something i didn't want/need. The Finance Manager Abbas was extremely helpful as well and would always check with me to see if there is anything he can help me with while I am at the dealership. On my recommendation, two of my friends have purchased a car here and they are equally happy with what they got.

Mike Dickenson from Service did an excellent job walking me through the process of bringing in my recently purchased new Focus in for Service. Jay also kept us entertained during the shuttle ride to and from home (I had found out that he was filling in for the normal driver). Even though there was a mixup with the appointment scheduling (my appointment was never actually registered on your computer systems), Mike was still able to take care of me on the same day. I was told in advance of what was likely to happen, received a courtesy call when the car was ready, and it was washed! I anticipate on making this dealership "my dealership" when it will come to future service and sales needs.

Everyone was very nice and very helpful. I got the feeling that each and all of them (Ian, Jim, Sheri) would go to great lengths to get me in a car that would work for me. Sheri strongly advised me to extend the warranty to cover the period of the loan, and then figured out how I could do that without having to pay too much more than her original figure. Ian spent a long time with me teaching me how to use the various features. The dealership itself looks clean and neat. The car was meticulously detailed, tho I did find one bit of dirt in one place--which made me chuckle. I really had an outstanding experience all the way around. It took a long time, but then when low payments have to be worked out, it always does. Your dealership is at the top of the heap when I make recommendations to friends or buy another car--which I hope won't be for a long time. Unless I can't stand not driving a Mustang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob Van Arsdale was a GREAT salesman, very professional and straight to the point. I did all my research so when I went in the dealership there wasn't much back and forth about prices and cars because I know he has a job and I wasn't trying to make it difficult for him. I knew what car I wanted and had the VIN number and knew which lot it was in. He called the other dealer and was able to get it shipped to the next day. Financing was easy as I was already pre-approved for the amount I was willing to pay. I forgot the finance guys name, he was also great but since we were in and out I didn't really spend too much time with him. I have had previous nightmare purchasing other cars from others dealers but this experience was the best as Rob didn't waste my time and he had me in and out in a reasonable timeframe for buying a car. I would highly recommend buying another car from him, the dealer and I have already told a bunch of my friends. With a baby coming I am looking forward to looking at a bigger SUV or Van from Ford. But I couldn't be happier with my Ford Fusion Hybrid.

Had a fantastic car buying experience Saturday at Fremont Ford! Bought a Focus Hatchback SE for my college kids, so price was a major concern. I did my research in the morning, found a car I liked from their online selection and emailed them for quote. Ian Katawazi replied quickly with a detailed quote. After a brief round of negotiation, we agreed on the price. My daughter and I went and drove the car, which Ian had ready for us to test drive. Nice car! Then the wife and I sat down with Karnail to sign the papers. Guess what? The price came out under Ian's quote! First time for everything :)After the sale, we've received numerous follow-up calls to ensure we were satisfied. And these are sincere calls, because, we needed them to follow up on the Ford Customer Student Purchase Program rebate for us. And they have: both Ian and Chang are on top this and making it happen. Service after the sale from the sales team. Again, first time in 30 years of car buying.So this place is tops for me. Bought a fantastic little car, at a great price, with not only no hassles, but service after the sale. This is the way buying a new car should be! I am truly impressed with Fremont Ford. The level of service, on a lightly optioned economy car is as good as I've received from Fletcher Jones Mercedes on much more expensive vehicles. The manager Rob was the highlight of the trip there. He was able to calm all of my reservations after I had a horrible experience at Capitol Expressway Ford. Showed my wife and I and car that was almost exactly the one we were looking for. It had a couple extra bells and whistles I wasnt looking for going into this. He was able to work his magic and get my monthly exactly what I wanted to pay per month. The best part of it was that since the experience I had at Fremont Ford was so positive, there was absolutely no buyers remorse the next day. I would buy another car from them in a heart beat.

Friendly sales staff. Willingness to locate a car if it's not in stock. I appreciate the no-pressure atmosphere. I like being able to test drive the car without anyone else in the car.

After deciding to go with a different dealer I recieved an email from Ron that said "We realize you probably have been working with Livermore, if you are looking for the same unit we most likely will not trade for it. Good luck to you on finding a vehicle in their current inventory. Let us know if anything changes or if you would like to do business with us in the future." This is despicable and a sad attempt to pressure me into doing business with Fremont Ford. I actually got a better quote from a different car maker all together BUT based on that email I will NOT EVER do business with them now or in the future. I am the customer and I will go to whomever I please. Fremont Ford did not give me the price I wanted so I went somewhere else.

I seriously visited five other Ford dealerships and in the end this was the only dealership that came through with the colors and options I wanted. They are a little far from where I live, but it was totally worth the drive because the monthly are more reasonable than the number other dealers came up with. If they werent so knowledagble and easy to work with, I would have never gotten the car I wanted.

Their internet sales person was rude; I asked for a price quote multiple times, and A.J. finally gave me a quote with a sarcastic tone giving me 24 hours to reply. I found a better deal elsewhere, but AJ wrote back several days later stating that I wasn't serious about a purchase and that he doubted I found a better deal. So in essence he called me a liar. Don't waste your time with this dealer. There are plenty of other quality Ford dealers in the area.

I found a used Honda that Fremont Ford had advertised online, and from the moment I talked to Bao "The Guy that Cares" until I picked up my car a few days later after having had leather installed, I kept waiting for someone to drop the ball on the most amazing service I have ever experienced - it never happened. I was treated with respect from the start, Bao and Shunn were knowledgeable about the attributes and workings of Hondas (obviously not an expected area of their expertise), Shunn drove us to the bank as it's location was a bit confusing to explain to us, Bruce the Used Car Manager answered all my mechanical questions and even got a great "paint touch-up guy" to the lot within an hour. Troy the Finance guy quickly, and in the most basic terms, explained the warranty plusses and minuses so we could make an informed decision, gave us a great finance rate and had us on our way in no time at all. A few days later when we picked up our car at closing time (after the leather installation -beautiful quality workmanship and a perfect match by the way), Michael from the Service Department couldn't have been nicer; he took the time to explain a few recommended maintenance practices, and reminded us we had a free Service visit coming up "so Fremont Ford could show us what a great Service Department they have". If I've been more than a bit long-winded here it is because I have experienced plenty of mediocre and downright lousy service in my time, but if you ever want to see how SERVICE can be and should be done, Fremont Ford is the first place you should go!

Last week I got an e-mail reminding me that my lease is expiring, which I thought was pretty nice. I sent an e-mail back and got a list of vehicles with pictures that was in my budget I never thought buying a car could be this easy. I then went to the dealership and the people were really friendly they even offered to get me some coffee which was nice too. After I test drove the Fusion it fit my budget and needs, I really liked the fact that I didnt have to walk around the dealer forever loking at cars and their information. Everything was all ready for me and all I had to do was go to finance which was surprisingly painless they really helped me out to make the financial arrangements. Bravo to Fremont Ford

Go to Dustin Roberts! I don't know about the rest of the sales staff, but this young man is very customer friendly! He works really hard to get the price you want, for the car you want. He doesn't "play" those salesman games!I will warn you about the Finance and Insurance salesmen. The one I got tried to shove stuff down my throat I didn't want or was interested in. If it wasn't for the Finance Director, Fabian, I would have sent the car back!Anyway, I highly recommend contacting Dustin when you are in the market for a new or used car.

I cannot begin to explain how hepful Dave was with this purchase. Both my wife and I had no stress in making this deal, because D made it so easy for us. He was straight forward easy going and anserwed all of our concerns. He did most of the work while we were at home, which was great. When we finally got to the dealership he had a few different options on cars to drive and look at. He let us take our time and drive different cars until we decided on the Escape. Then he basically did everthing else. I will buy all my cars from D

For a variety of reasons we hadn't bought a new car in the past 5 years. We weren't looking forward to the experience. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience we had purchasing our 2010 Fusion. We must have driven both Kevin and Dustin crazy because my wife and I never seemed to be able to get to the dealer at the same time. Our schedules were pretty crazy and the whole process took about 3 weeks by the time everyone in the family had their say about the Fusion. Once it passed the teenager test I knew we had found the right car.When we finally sat down on a Sunday afternoon at the end of Thanksgiving weekend the purchase process was pretty straight forward. While we had done some homework on the Internet we found that Dustin presented the options, available cars, price deals and financing in a very straight forward and clear manner. I never felt we were being sold anything and did feel we were getting the best purchase price for the car. The fact that Zero percent financing was available helped the decision but even the regular financing packages offered were better than our bank or credit union. During the purchase process we were able to speak with 2 sales people Dustin and Kevin and the sales manager as well. Everyone was low key and helpful. We never felt our questions were avoided and as I said above we always felt we were getting clear explanations.The car is the BEST!!! Ford has done an exeptional job putting the 2010 Fusion together. While we had decided before the car was selected as MotorTrend's Car of the Year it was a real confidance booste when the Fusion won the award. We got the SEL V6, with sunroof, Sony 12 speaker sound system, and Sirrius satelite radio. We have had the car about 2 weeks and we have found nothing to take it back to the dealer for repair, everything was right just the way we picked it up. We love it and Fremont Ford, Dustin and Kevin are great people to work with.Thanks.Walter Wodka.

If you want to be treated fair prior to, during and after a purchase of a vehicle this is not the dealership! If you want the epitomy of what a car dealership is perceived to be in the public eye, then this is your place. The employee's of the company are respectable and courteous, the management and owners have their own philsophy. I think they forgot their Mission statement of their company. I purchased a used vehicle from this franchise dealership. They stood behind this vehicle and raved as to what a great vehicle it was and how they only obtain quality vehicles that would represent their dealership. The presentation was positive on behalf of the sales person (Troy) and Finance (Leon). The specifics as set by one of the owners (Mike Pattelo) was pathetic. After completion of financing paperwork, I was presented one key. I asked for a second key and they presumably looked. I was then advised that they did not have one, but I could easily get one made. I assumed this to be a couple of dollars and said it shouldn't be no big deal. I proceeded to the vehicle that I was told would be fully detailed. I did not know that washing a car is classified as detailed. I looked over the vehicle and noticed no cigarette lighter. I ask for it and they looked into and then told me there wasn't one. I should note, this vehicle only had 15K miles on it, and was 1 year old. There was no notations on the vehicle as to any missing parts. Again, I figured no big deal, I will check into it.To my amazement, I call the manufactuerer dealership for the parts, the key is $35 and to program it is $150. I was never told there was a "chip" in the key. I ask about the lighter and was advised you had to buy the entire unit $40.00. I call Fremont Ford back and the owner (Mike Pattelo) states since he gave me a discount of $100 for floor mats, this should cover the expenses. Dealer floor mats, $75.00. I asked if there was anything they could do or have a sub-contrator who could give me a discount. Response, nope! This is intriguing since Ford has these type of keys for their cars. You would have thought they would have had to use a sub-contractor at some time to make one for a customer. You would have also thought they would have told me how expensive these keys are to be made. The vehicle was a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse (actually sold in 2005). I know it was not a Ford, but Fremont Ford purchased it and then placed it for sale on their lot. It was a product they were willing to represent and supposedly stand behind. They are a franchise dealership that claims to be customer service oriented. This is false. I will not forget the statement told to me by one of the managers who I advised to the situation. "You drove off with the vehicle, so you are on your own". This was 3 days after I bought it. I guess they should look up the terms, customer service, ethics, integrity, honesty, professionalism, etc.
