My Dodge Ram 2015 has been in service for 31 days now. They have called a total of 3 times. The mechanic said it just needed a test drive on 10/14. Tried to get me to take it without doing the test drive. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and declined since I didn't know what would happen. Didn't offer any insight/paperwork showing what they did to the vehicle. Today is 10/18 and they still have not done the test drive. Customer service is horrendous. Communication is almost non-existent. I will never get another dodge again specifically because of frontier dodge.

Don't recommend to anyone go somewhere else. Their warranties are awful. Truck was in service for over a month and they would not offer a rental or update us on the status of truck. Very unprofessional. Save a headache go somewhere else

We have traded in a car with them and purchase a new car. However after almost 20 days they have not paid off our trade in vehicle ( BMW ) , after contacting the dealership, they ( John , sales man and Paul, the Manager )are stating that they made a mistake on the contract we signed and wont pay our vehicle off until we sign the new contract. We have all paper works and contract in our hand that shows they have to pay off the vehicle, In the mean time ,We had to make another payment on our trade in vehicle because it was past due and was going to effect our credit. This is by far the most unethical and crooked dealership we ever done a deal with. We have consult our attorney and he is working on this case , also we have contacted the TV station to do the live interview and show all proof and how this folks do business.

I took my 2012 jeep to get the heater fixed, they first lost my car then told me it would be 1300 to fix. I took it to a local mechanic and it cost 300 for the same diagnosis. They left me waiting multiple times and never answered the phone

The service department of Frontier is pretty bad. I purchased a new 2500 on July 5. Ordered a BakFlip bed cover to go on it as well as AMP running boards and bed step. When the Bakflip came in, it was the wrong one. Three weeks later, the correct one came in after I had to force the issue with the service department (this was an $800.00 purchase).The headliner started coming down around the sun roof. I took it in for service. They took pictures of the problem and told me they would have to get Chrysler to approved the repair. Over a week passed before I had to call them about a status. They told me it was approved and they would call me when it was in for me to schedule an appointment. Another two weeks passed, they had not called. I called and they said "Didn't we call you to schedule?". I scheduled for the following week. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 a.m. and was given a ride back to work. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. I received a phone call around 4:00 p.m. saying that "We had a scheduling problem and will have to keep it another day." My salesman provided me a loaner. The vehicle was finally ready the next afternoon around 4:00 p.m. On my way home, the headliner popped off again. I sent my salesman a text. The next day the service department called me to bring it back in. I waiting for it about 20 minutes and thought everything was fixed. This past weekend, the headliner is coming loose again. I tried calling the service department this morning and was transferred 5 times by the operator and then the line went dead as if they hung up on me.

I recommend this dealership and I definitely recommend Mike Perez as your salesman, and Jacob Newman the Finance Manager to wrap things up, together they are a great combo. in fact, I have and since then my referrals have bought cars from Mike Perez, and Jacob finished the deal agreeing that the whole process was painless quick unlike other experiences other places. Mike is patient, and willing to keep showing you cars till you find the one you want. Be sure you ask for Mike Perez for great customer service. Jacob Newman, is a finance manager and is quick and very thorough. He made sure everything was understood, and gave some excellent advice for our next purchase. I definitely will be back!!! They also have a promotion *season passes for 2 to the Texas Tech home games* going on at this time which im sure will be ending soon so hurry up and go see these guys!

My experience has never been pleasant! Had to beg for documentation only to get something opposite of what they would tell me face-to-face or by phone. I believe whole-heartedly that they just simply didn't want to deal with my car because it requires work to figure out what is wrong with it. I feel the service area is shady! I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about my experience and encourage them to not go there. I feel it was assumed that I would let it go simply because they say it's ok when it is apparent something is wrong with my new car. Very dissappointing to be told that "if there's not a light on, they can't diagnose anything." So unless the issue is obvious, it's a lost cause to go there.... I could go on and on about how ridiculous the reasons were that they gave me for not fixing my car, but I will only get frustrated all over again! I will never give them business again.

I recently purchased a Dodge Journey. I visited our local dealership here in lubbock. Frontier Dodge. And after test driving and doing all the preliminary deals the finance person came up with a whopper. 3k down $680 a month for 72 months for a financing ~$28,000. Do the math, and that's over $50,000 dollars for the vehicle. At 18% interest!!! I couldn't believe it. I figured my credit had to be completely terrible. But I called Dodge City of Mckinney, Texas hoping it wasn't true. The first deal they showed me, OVER the PHONE, was 3k down and $415 per month for 72 months. And they gave me a 5% interest rate. That was without ANY negotiating. Here's another kicker. The vehicle had MORE options AND a bigger engine than the lubbock vehicle. I was stunned. And I became angry at the fact that lubbock tried to stick it to me so badly. I'm writing this so that maybe someone is saved from being royally screwed by the finance people of Frontier Dodge in lubbock. Call around to other places before purchasing there. It seems like they prey on people here. I'm have no ties to Mckinney dodge or anything I'm just giving you my experience.

Carolyn George worked with me and by the time she was finished trying to help me I stopped just thinking about trading and accepted the offer she gave. I just bought Kia Sorento from Frontier Dodge Lubbock last week. There is a problem with second row seats that can't recline. Horrible service. I left car for almost 1 week. Initially said it would take only 1-2 days and will call and let me know. No one called...I have to call to the service department myself multiple times everyday to remind them and check the progression. Also I bought a "premium" warranty you sold that claimed that if it take more than one day then I will have rental car..Apparently, this is now almost one week and I can't have the rental car due to my name is not in the system yet...And no one in Frontier Dodge Lubbock would take responsibility or offer anything. Finally, today, your dealership called me today and said you gonna transfer my car to Gene Messer Kia and they will take over.(and this is not a Frontier Dodge problem anymore)...I know I am just one non-important customer but at least my friend will know about this because I don't want them to face the same bad impression I am having.

I have had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a persistent hard top leak 4 times and each time the problem is not fixed. After researching the problem on the internet, it appears that the service team is not following the procedures from the TSB for hard top leaks. Seals and foam are not removed and replaced per the TSB; instead they just pile more foam on and left the original weatherstrip at the top of the windshield after saying it was replaced new.Second issue; got a recall notice on the transmission oil cooler line possibly rubbing and took the Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation and hoping the recall could get fixed. The rotation/oil change were performed properly and I was informed that the kit to fix the recall was not in stock. The tech that day said they had ordered it but I never heard back from them which was two months ago (we got sidetracked with family events). Received a second notice in the mail and called on Tuesday to see if part was in. Service Tech said that he couldn't see it in the system and would check on it and call me back. It is now Friday and I still haven't gotten a phone call about the recall kit.Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the service department and their inability to follow up when they say they will.

I visited your dealership today (4/11/14). Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Tyrone Christopher and introduced. He was very kind and friendly and didn't pressure us into a certain vehicle but understood we were just looking at the moment and he provided us with lots of information about the Grand Cherokees. We ended up leaving the dealership and continued looking. With no luck of finding anything we retrieved to the dealership in hopes that something could be found by computer. We were greeted by Johnathan Bryan this time and he immediately was like I have a 2011 that will be "cheaper" for y'all. He said will you look at it? I agreed to look but when I refused to test drive because I didn't like it he seemed to get upset. I asked if we could look online and see if we could find the vehicle in the color I wanted. He said I'm sure we have 11 stores to choice from. After going inside and having no luck he Corinne's to talk me down to a Laredo edition and that was fine except I wanted leather. He said leather could be added and still continues to use the words "cheaper" and "affordable". He never if find the perfect vehicle I wanted. I mentioned I would be wanting to do a trade in and when Johnathan left to get what I thought was a quote he returned with Marc Williams. Marc introduced himself and say down and said "What are we doing here?" I was confused and replied, "I'm looking for a vehicle and I'm wanting to trade mine in" he said, "so what are we doing? I said, "I've already told Johnathan that I'm looking to trade and get a vehicle but I can't find the vehicle and he said he could because y'all have 11 dealerships. I am not looking to buy today but I am looking for the right vehicle" When I said this, "he said I can give you an appraisal but I'm trying to figure out why you're here" To me meaning why I am here. I got extremely upset and said I would leave and come back another day. I am 22 years old and I felt like I was being treated like I was 10. I was completely unhappy with how I was treated by these two salesman and feel no matter my age or how much money I have or how I am dressed I should be treated fairly! You have to find a vehicle before you can buy and I felt these two men were not at all interested in helping me and I hope that others who go to the dealership will have better experience. The stars I rated were not for these men but for Tyrone the first time we visited.

A hood clamp popped off while being passed by an 18 wheeler on highway while making a trip across Texas. Frontier Dodge evaluated ny situation, had the clamps in stock, advised me of the approx. cost and time to repair. Less than an hour later new clamps had been installed, Jeep was ready to go and best of all Frontier Dodge was able to do the work under warranty. :)

Bought our Charger SXT Blacktop in 11/12. Cisco Reyna treated us very well, explaining all about the cars features and performance. No games, was honest with answering our questions. He also gave me a loaner (a new Chrysler 200) to use while our car had the windows re-tented to fix some scratches on it. Great service! Also, had to take my car back to service department to check out a noise coming from the front of the engine. Found it was the water pump, not some story of just being a belt or it makes that noise during break in. So far so good!

Very bad experience with this dealership and more specifically with Cisco. Frontier is one of the Dealerships that will lie to you and tell you anything they can. There are better dealerships out there that will lie "less" to you. Here is what happened my dad and I are both looking for new trucks me for a new Jeep my dad for a used truck. I found a Jeep I liked at frontier and had my dad go take a look at it and get my trade in appraised since I was at work and he was going around town looking for a truck. Cisco is who I had been talking to about the Jeep I found so he is the one my dad talked to. When he got there he asked cisco if he had any trucks that met his needs Cisco said they did but it was at a sister store but they could have it there in an hour and a half to 2 hours. while they are waiting they take a look at my truck that I am trading in and my dad shows cisco the offer that another dealership had made me on my truck and he tells my dad that they can do at least that or beat it. Next after about 2 hours my dad goes back to the dealership to check out the truck and it has not arrived yet, that 2 hours turned into 6 hours and then it never showed up. And when it did show up it was not even what my dad was looking at and cisco still wanted him to make the 2 hour drive back to town so he could try to find him something else. Then on mine I take off work early to go make the deal on the jeep I wanted since Cisco would not tell me anything over the phone and when I get there not only would they not match the offer the other dealership gave me they offered me 4 thousand dollers left and were charging more for the Jeep. And the other dealership was one of the sister stores. Bottom line if you do buy something from fronteir at least make sure that you do not buy from Cisco.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and was thinking about the Dodge Journey. So I first went to visit them. We got there about 20 minutes before they closed and no one was willing to even unlock a door for me to look inside the car. Also they have aboutg 15 Journey's on their website but only 3 on the lot (all were the high end and most expensive ones). I found out that they may be at a "sister" dealership. So after this bad experience I decided to try and deal with an online sales person as I did not have time to go back to the dealership and that experience was even worse. I was dealing with Tyrone who did not use professional language or good grammar...he talked to me like I was one of his buddies. This aside when I sent my original e-mail I asked 4 questions about the vehicles I was looking at. 10 e-mails later still only 2 of those questions were answered. So my next goal was to get a different sales person. So I contacted the General Manager at the store and copied all the e-mails between the online rep and myself and included my issues with that rep. I requested that the original rep no longer contact me and that I get a new one. Well a week later I get yet another e-mail from the person I requested to no longer work with. But he is not following up to answer my still unanswered questions (3 weeks later) he wants to know if I am still interested? Not even sure what I should be interested in since he never even made the effort to tell me where the car I was looking at was or make and appt. to come to the dealership. I obviously ended up taking my business elswhere. I do love my new Xterra Though!

I went to Frontier Dodge to test drive a new body style Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. I was met in the parking lot by Paul Radford and explained what I wanted to do. He was very friendly and was not pushy whatsoever. My wife, two small children and myself were able to load up car seats and take off for a test drive. We test drove a couple of models and found one we liked. We negotiated price and did not get any pressure. The vehicle we chose was slightly used but in excellent working condition. We did a final walk through before taking delivery and I found a few minor issues that were immediately corrected on the spot. They had it detailed while we went to lunch. We did not finance but found the process was very speedy considering it was the end of the month and on a Saturday. I had been shopping for a new car for about 3 months and for me the person I buy from is just as important as the vehicle. So, it was extremely refreshing when Erick Castillo allowed me to buy the car on my terms. He didn't insist on meeting face to face ot taking up phone time before I had all my questions answered and was ready to take it off the net and make it more persaonal. He didn't insist on "helping" me find a vehicle or show me cars that didn't fit within my very specific requests. Once I was satisfied online with price, color and options, he took our scheduled appointment seriously and was waiting when I got to the dealership. He made sure he showed me all the features of the new Grand Caravan, went over where all the fill points were under the hood and demenstrated how the seats worked serveral times, at my request. He let me take the van where I wanted to go on the test drive, made me comfortable and kept me informed as all the paperwork was woked out.Once all this was done he took me over to Daniel Tovar who went over all the financial info, all the paperwork and all my add on options. Daniel made me feel at ease and made this part of the purchase a lot more relaxing than it has been with other vehicles I've bought.Over all, this was a wonderful experiece in a field where I have had nightmares.

I would recommend Paul and Frontier Dodge to anyone looking for a new truck. The selection of vehicles on the lot is unsurpassed compared to the other dealerships in the area. We were able to simply walk around the lot to view and compare cab configurations, trim levels, and available options to help us make our decision, as opposed to visiting one dealership to see one truck and having to go somewhere else to see another.Paul definitely knew the product he was selling. He easily explained and demonstrated each option on the trucks, which was very helpful - you can only get so much from reading about them on the internet or in a brochure. Very quickly we were able to decide which options we wanted and which ones we could live without. Since our last truck purchase was 13 years ago, the Ram trucks have changed a fair bit. Paul walked and talked us through all the updates and technological changes in an unhurried and friendly way - it was more like when you are visiting with a friend who just got a new vehicle, and he's showing you through it than the "traditional" sales pitch you get at some dealerships.We were happy with both the trade-in value of our old truck and the price of the new truck. What surprised us was that right from the start of the price negotiating, we weren't insulted with the trade-in value of our old truck, it was a fair price. Some dealerships start at half the value and work up from there to try and make you feel better about the final deal. That whole process was professional and timely as well -no back and forth checking with the Manager and making you wait and wait and wait.Our experience was that the dealership is there to help you decide what you want, get you into it, and on the road. We'd go back anytime and definitely recommend Paul without a moment's hesitation.

I have been shopping "online" for the past 6-7 weeks looking for a Jeep liberty. When I decided on the vehicle I was interested in and submitted the information online to Frontier Dodge for a quote I received a reply very quickly. I never felt any pressure througout the process. Paul and the staff were willing to work on the ultimate price of the vehicle with me until we were all satisfied and ready to agree on the deal.I remained somewhat skecptical until able to see and take the vehicle for a test drive,(it was not on site and had to be picked up at anohter location). All anxiety was relieved, everything was just as agreed to. Frontier Dodge helped us to find the exact vehicle we had been looking for. We spent over 6 hours with him last Friday trying to locate a vehicle that they actually ended up finding in Conroe, TX about 500 miles from us. We had a very good experience with Paul and the Frontier Family, thank you for giving us the time. He answered any questions we had about the pickup, they allowed us to drive all vechiles that we where interested in. When we went back to get our foot rails put on they allowed us to borrow one of their personal vechiles to drive and take care of our errands while waiting on our own vechiles, we will recommend and return to this dealership to purchase our next vechile. thank you Kim

From the very first telephone conversation I had with Cisco Reyna, I found him to be very helpful and polite. I inquired about purchasing a right-hand drive vehicle for my job, as i am a Rural Route Carrier for the USPS. The staff there at Frontier Dodge went above and beyond my expectations!! I was blown away! I had been searching over the internet for over month via the internet, as they are hard to find, but luckily i found Frontier Dodge and read the testimonies from the customers that had purchased vehicles there, so i contacted Cisco. My wife and I were in an economic situation that I didn't think we could possibly get out of with a couple other vehicles. Since the birth of our daughter in November we have only had one income and that income was being stretched with two car payments. Matt and the staff at Frontier really did all they could to put us in a new car and help us out of our horrible negative equity situation with our other vehicles. They even stayed late on a Friday night to close the deal. Since they were closed by the time we left they weren't able to detail the car and prep it for delivery, however, without hesitation they scheduled us to bring the car back and clean it up for us and finalize a few minor details. It was a great experience, friendly staff, and I would definitely consider buying my next vehicle there. Matt McGee was exceptionally helpful and Marco made handing over my money very easy. We visited Frontier Dodge to look at the new 2009 Dodge trucks. Paul Radford was the sales person that met us shortly after we arrived. Paul was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and provided us with the current discounts and incentives to buy a new truck. We had not intended on buying a new truck during this visit but with the professional way that we were approached, and the dealership's focus on customer service, we decided that this the dealership we wanted to do business with. Our overall experience was great. A good dealership to do business with.

We had actually went to several other dealerships first, and none of them were very pleasant. But boy, when we walked in to ya'lls dealership at Frontier Dodge, it was exactly what we were looking for. We are country people with a sense of humor!!! And we felt right at home when we first walked in. People were making jokes and giving us a hard time from the minute we walked in. Daniel, I have to say, was our absolute favorite!!! He was very easy to communicate with on what we were wanting and what price we were willing to spend. To let you know how much we enjoyed doing business with him, we bought two pickups within about 6 months and when we bought the second one, we helped my sister buy a car!!! Now we have still been talking with Daniel, because we are trying to find my brother a pickup now. He has been absolutely wonderful to us and we really appreciate him! He is extremely personable and we loved that about him! We truly feel like we were treated like kings and queens, and just another part of the Frontier Dodge family!! I had looked online at Frontier Dodge's web sight and found the car I wanted. Paul was very friendly, informative and did not pressure me. I had been afraid that the salesman would put the heavy-duty pressure on me, and I wasn't looking forward to that. However, that was not my experience.
