We went back several times to test drive and discuss options and he never once seemed annoyed to give up his time to show us the vehicles or discuss our options. We ultimately bought from them because of this and we are very happy with our new Jeep 2017 Grand Cherokee. Thanks Rich! This dealership is not overly pushy- they act in a desirable manner and that makes them so appealing to people like us who are tired at the end of our day and don't want to feel more stressed! I went to the dealership already knowing they had on their lot the hard-to-find combination of trim/options I was looking for in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had done a lot of research and already test drove a different trim of the car at another dealership so we were able to get down to brass tacks really quickly. The sales consultant (Jason) was pleasant to work with and there was nothing negative to report, other than one thing that you would probably experience negotiating at any other dealership for any other kind of car...including a 299.00 charge for window etching after already negotiating a price based on the sticker. In the end, after just a little push back on my part, the cost of window etching was crossed off the final invoice, so no complaints. I traded my 2012 Honda Ridgeline and got what I considered a very good price for it, with the initial value being 2,000.00 more than a previous dealer offered me. I went in on a Friday night for the first time and drove away with the car not much more than 12 hours later. I live too far away to ever use them for service, but I would certainly go back to deal with them on the sales side.

We purchased a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in March 2016. After filling up the gas tank for the first time, gas fumes emanated from the tank, filling our entire garage with fumes. The fumes dissipate after driving about 80 miles. After filling up the tank for the second time, it happened again so we knew we had a problem. The Jeep went to service at Fullerton, who identified the cause of the fumes and replaced the fuel filler neck. We got the Jeep back; it was fine for about two months and then again - after filling up the tank gas fumes took over the garage. The Jeep went back for a second time in May, and a second time it was fixed with the O ring gaskets and lock rings replaced. One month later in June the gas fumes were back. This time we took the Jeep to World Jeep in Shrewsbury, but they found no issue. We lived with it for two months before finally taking the Jeep back to Fullerton for a third time. Parts had to be ordered and took over a month to come in. On September 30 Fullerton replaced the fuel filler tube and vapor canister. We just filled up the Jeep with a full tank today and the situation is worse than ever. The gas fumes are permeating the cabin as well as around the exterior of the vehicle. The situation is so bad our three-car garage filled up with gas fumes within 5 minutes of us getting home. We are working with Chrysler headquarters at this point. Clearly this vehicle is defective and a safety issue but they do not seem keen to help us get it resolved. Do not buy used 2014 Grand Cherokees! They are a danger!

I don't know where to start. I bought my truck 2015 ecodiesel ram1500 at Fullerton dodge. I went to the service center for the first time last year to meet the service department and have my ecm and u connect updated. I asked a bunch of questions as the ecodiesel is a new motor for ram, and the service writers and technicians were on top of there game with the new motor. I just resently went for another update and a few other little issues. I talked to Mary about doing my own routine maintaince and was reassured It was ok and I had all the correct receipts to prove the maintaince. That was very reassuring knowing they approve of doing my own maintaince. When I picked up my truck today all of my issues were fixed and then some. I really can't say enough great things about Mary and the service center for all they do to keep a customer happy when he's already happy. I definitely recommend Fullerton service and Mary as an adviser.

When I test drove the it was like I was alone. NO salesman ship had to pull words out of his mouth. Got back to the dealer ask for the cash price, could not get up to ask his manager. Did not want to move. Hope all the salesman are not like that.

be very careful of any advertising from Fullerton. their ads present lower prices to lure customers into their store, and in discussions with the sales rep you will be surprised at the details they defer to the 'fine print' which raise the cost much higher.

I just left the Fullerton Dodge dealership after walking around for about ten minutes. No one approached us. No one welcomed us. No one offered any sort of help or anything. It was probably the worst service I've ever received in a dealership setting. Two salesmen were actually busy with customers, the rest were standing around talking to each other (and might I add, swearing very loudly) and the conversation must have been good because, like I said, we were ignored the entire time. I stopped going to this dealer a few years ago for similar bad customer service issues, and thought I'd give them another shot, but I can see nothing has changed. I went in to buy a Durango, I left with nothing. I'm going back to Flemington. The Ford dealer was no better.

I have been going to Fullerton for about a year now and have been through three cars already. When I bought my first car, a 2012 Ford Fusion, I was extremely happy with everything. when I went to trade it in for something a little bit faster, a 2010 Dodge Challenger, the same thing I had someone help me through the entire process and I left extremely happy. My last visit I picked up a 2016 Dodge Dart SXT. James Sheeley was my sales guy and I am extremely happy with how he works and the things he does for his customers. He is helpful, generous, and accommodating. He helped me through of my purchases at this dealership and I could not be happier. Fullerton is the only dealership that I look at when I am looking for a new car.

First, my vehicle had a recall on the fuel tank, it had to do with a sensor that was bad inside the tank so they ordered me a new one and had to wait a month to have the work done. The bad sensor would cause the vehicle to stall after putting gas in. When they did do the work and I picked up the vehicle there was a knocking sound coming from under the vehicle that was not there prior to the repair. The service manager took a ride with me so she could hear it and she said it was because of an exhaust leak. Keep in mind that to get to the gas tank you must remove the exhaust system first. So they said they did not cause the leak and were not responsible. As I was driving home the noise got louder and louder so I went directly to my mechanic to get it checked. They through it up on a lift and noticed right away that they did not connect either hanger support on the exhaust and the pipes were hitting against the frame, they also noticed that while taking the exhaust off they also broke the seal on the exhaust where there was a previous leak that was repaired. My mechanics fixed the hanger issue at no charge. When I called the dealer to inform them they just said they were sorry but still refused to repair the exhaust seal that they broke. Now since the repair wasn't fixed the pipes have rotted and the whole exhaust system needs to be replaced.

I came to Fullerton to buy a used 2008 Dodge with 123,000 miles on it cash in hand.Rich Zeller and I discussed price prior to my arrival via email.Of course there were added charges tax title and so on.The bottom line left us with a price discrepancy of only $500.I can't believe they let me walk away from a $500 difference in price on a 2008 truck with 120k miles. Not even an offer to meet in the middle.Business must be very good these days.Unfortunately they lost my business as well as everyone I can possibly tell to stay away from this dealership.Thanks for reading,Brian BeldowiczP.S. They were friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure and did what they said they would do. My salesman was Kyle Jackson.( My truck was stolen and the insurance company totaled it when it was found ). I found this used 2015 Ram that was a deal and put down deposit to hold it, it had some scratches on it and stain on driver seat, they cleaned the seat and did their best to get out scratches. It took a couple weeks for the insurance company to send the check, but Kyle and Fullerton did not pressure me about the time and held the truck for me. I would use Fullerton again when I need a new truck. And would recommend them to my friends.

This past weekend I made an appointment to look at the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, in particular the Willys edition. I went in with a bit of apprehension since I normally dislike dealing with typical "car salesmen". I met with Kyle Jackson ( who was recommended to me by someone on the Wrangler Forum). Kyle took the time to go over all the various models, from the lower end Sport edition to the high end Rubicon, explaining all the differences and variations among them. Kyle was patient and knowledgeable (being that he too is a "Jeeper"). At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase on that day. The process did take a couple of hours, but was mostly because of the information given and the questions that I posed. In the end I did purchase a 2015 Willys Wrangler Unlimited due to the information given by Kyle and the type/style of Wrangler that I was looking for. At no time did Kyle try to pressure me or upsell me to a different vehicle. I must say that this was without a doubt one of my best car buying experiences that I've ever had. Once I decided on the vehicle I went and spoke with John in finance and that too was a painless experience. John did explain the different warranties available, but again with no pressure for me to accept any of them.I would highly recommend Kyle if anyone is thinking of looking at Jeeps. Lou and Kevin were great! Plesent to work with and the whole experience went off without a hitch. The only downside to the experience had nothing to do with my Lou, Kevin, or perhaps the dealership at large. I feel that since it is 2015, paperwork should be digital. I should be signing on an iPad and have all my documents emailed to me with the option of having paper copies if I wish. It would dramatically speed up the process and show that Jeep is on the cusp on new technologies.Other then stated above everything was great! Thank you, Lou and Kevin!

Not the car dealership we remember in the past!I have purchased at least 20 new cars in my life and these guys have nailed it. No pressure, Great prices. Great atmosphere. I didn't get shuffled to a back room to deal with a manager. Just honest sales work. Lou is top notch. He knew the vehicle took my order and got me out of there in 15 minutes. He couldn't have been better. When I came back to pick it up, the truck was prepped perfectly and I paid for it and drove off in under an hour. I don't know what they could have done to make the experience any better. I rarely write reviews as I am not impressed often, but this one I need to share. Bought my new 2015 JGC Summit via TrueCar and Fullerton, and couldn't have been more pleased. The price was outstanding, no tricks, no pressure to buy anything extra, complete focus on the customer, and highly professional. I initially contacted Scott Zedowski (excellent), and then worked most of the time with Adwait thereafter.I was originally intending on placing a 'to-build' order, but Adwait was diligent and looked at a number of other dealerships - finding an all-but-perfect match to my proposed build (identical but no engine-block heater, which I could live without). He followed up with the other out-of-state dealer, worked out a trade for one of Fullerton's Jeeps to obtain the one I wanted, and arranged the delivery to Fullerton very promptly and with no additional cost to me.All arrangements were completed in a very timely way, the vehicle was beautifully prepared by the Fullerton crew, Adwait spent very ample amount of time with me and my wife reviewing all the features and capabilities, patiently answering all our questions and assisting us as we went over the new Summit with a fine-tooth comb prior to signing off. Before we left with our new Jeep, he even filled the tank!All in all a great purchase experience - kudos to Atwait!

Lou Rimblas did an excellent job at assisting us in looking at the Chrysler Town and Country. At first I was back and forth between years and options but Lou answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. From the outset, Charles was very responsive and eager to provide options and detail to insure I was making an informed decision. After several days of hunting down the exact car I was looking for, we weren't able to reach a deal. It was not due to Charles or Lou, more due to a lack of inventory available which met my specific requests. I would highly recommend Fullerton to anyone looking for a new car based on their friendly, responsive and knowledgable sales staff. Jason made this entire process simple and fun. He gave me accurate timelines and when the Jeep arrived on his day off, he called me and even offered to come in. I went there this past weekend to look at a car for my son (a new driver). The initial contact was with Adwait via email. I spoke with him on the phone and he told me to come by. When i got there he greeted me and showed me the car and similar inventory. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgable (plus he admitted what he didnt know, which was nice). We went to Fullerton Jeep to look for a new car since our daughter purchased her Grand Cherokee from Lou last fall and was extremely satisfied. The sales people at Fullerton are pleasant and friendly and never pushy. Lou Rimblas listened to what type of vehicle I was looking for and quickly checked to see if he could find a leftover 2014 Grand Cherokee for me. A deal was struck and negotiating was a not the usual hard sell you get in many dealerships. With the help of both Lou and Scott Zedowski we signed on for a new car. Lou keep me updated on finding the vehicle since there was not one on their lot. Unfortunately the car he was trying to obtain was no longer available. Lou spend the rest of the day and even came in early the next morning to find the jeep I wanted. He located a car for me which was a new 2015 instead and it even had a CD player in it. I was thrilled. Lou Rimblas went above and beyond to get me my new car. I couldn't be happier. Great dealership!

Kyle Johnson was a pleasure to work with. Kyle was on his way out the door for the evening when I stopped in to the dealership and he ended up spending well over an hour with me test driving the car, talking about its features and giving me an initial quote (which no one was able to beat). He was very low key during that initial meeting and emailed me the calculations. The following day i told him I had fallen in love with another color and he applied no pressure on me to rethink my decision. I ended up returning to Kyle after the other dealers were not as forthright about their prices and could not meet a price that was acceptable. Kyle knew his numbers and the calculations added up right the first time - no trying to sneak in hidden charges with incorrect calculations. Kyle also found me savings where he could. Likewise, Rob in finance found a very low interest rate that matched my expectations on the first try and they gave me a good deal on my trade in. I am recommending Kyle and Fullerton Auto to everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle - straightforward, low key and honest.

Did you ever here of Murphy's law- well that's what happened to me. Thank god for Lou Rimblas,- he was there to make a possible bad experience into a very positive outcome. My vehicle was delayed at the factory & transport yard and came in close to 3weeks beyond projected delivery date. I went to Fullerton Jeep to take a look at a Wrangler. Kyle Jackson took the time to educate me on the different features of the various Wrangler trim levels. I went into the dealership convinced I wanted a Rubicon X, but through Kyle's expert guidance (he's a "Jeep guy", not just a Jeep salesman) I landed on the best model for what I was looking to get out of the Jeep. The model I chose has a lower price than the Rubicon X so I avoided paying for all of the extreme off road capabilities in the Rubicon that I likely never would have utilized. Kyle also took the time to locate a Wrangler with the features and options I wanted, and orchestrated the trade with the other dealership in a very timely fashion (less than 72 hours from first visit to vehicle delivery!). Kyle and Fullerton Jeep have earned me as a long term customer, and I am happy to refer potential Jeep buyers to them for a fantastic Jeep purchasing experience.

David Greenwald was not only a pleasure to work with but has always gone above and beyond to help his clients. This is now our second Jeep Grand Cherokee that we leased through this dealership, and we will only work with him. He is thorough, knowledgeable and straight to the point. He never gave us the run around or made our time spend unworthy (as many sales people do, based on my pervious lease dealings with other dealerships) and is not only honest, but always follows up works up. He shows the utmost professionalism and works hard to make the experience worthwhile. Not only do I LOVE my Jeep, but we will only work with this dealership. Found the type of car I was looking for on line at the Fullerton web site. Juan Munoz called me and set up an appointment for me to test drive the car. Juan was extremely helpful with every step of the process; financing, insurance, registration, etc. Juan was friendly and shared a positive, enthusiastic attitude. I would recommend him and Fullerton to anyone. The price of the vehicle was good and the service and attitude of Juan and the rest of the staff was stellar. I already wrote the manager that he should be fortunate to have Juan on his staff. There was another gentleman from finance that was also most helpful. I believe his name was Greg or Craig. He was extremely helpful through the loan process and was a true gentleman.I would buy another car from Fullerton, in a heart beat, based on my experience with them.

I owned my car for 18 years. The whole process of car shopping was extremely stressful to me until I met Charles (Chuck) Countryman at the Fullerton Jeep dealership. I went into the dealership while visiting my son who lives 90 miles away. Once I was back home, I decided to go back to Fullerton to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. This decision was entirely due to Chuck. I had some unique issues that he worked hard to resolve to get me into the car I wanted. He made the process of buying a car not only painless, but fun. In fact, I brought my daughter with me and she ended up leasing a Wrangler Sport Unlimited from him as well.Although I did not deal directly with him much, I know these two deals would not have gone through without the support of Scott Zedowski, the sales manager.I would also be remiss if I did not include Bob (Bobby) Haller, the financial guru, in this review. I purchased a vehicle from Fullerton Ford. It was a head ache right from the start! The vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership 2 weeks after purchase. The car needed work on a battery cable. 3 days after the warranty expired I was charged $300.00 for a coil replacement and spark plugs. The following day I had a private mechanic look at the car they told me the 2 front tires were very dangerous and needed to be repaired ASAP. The repair cost over $700.00.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FULLERTON FORD TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS OR CO-WORKERS!!

Working with Jason is a big part of the reason we continue to buy Dodge/Jeep cars. Jason is an extremely professional, friendly, non pressure sales person who makes the car buying experience stress free and simple. He truly does everything he can to make sure you get the car you want at the price you can afford. He never uses any car sales man gimmicks and he doesn't use those cheesy car sales man phrases or answers. It feels like you are just buying a car from a friend. I normally hate dealing with sales people, being that I was one for 8 years, because I know all the tricks of the trade. But at this dealership and especially with Jason it was a great experience and as long as I live in the area I will buy my cars from him.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Fullerton Jeep. I spent about a month researching the car, gathering quotes from other dealerships, and making some visits to check out the Jeep at those various dealerships. Fullerton actually was not on my list due to not having a Jeep with the specifications I wanted. Luckily, they ended up getting one in on the same day I visited a different dealership where I had a horrible experience.I worked with David who was great. The whole process was good really. First off the Jeep I wanted was buried in storage from coming off the truck. It took a while to find but David ensured me he would find it. For comparison, the day earlier I was at a dealership who said the Jeep I wanted to see was in storage and they MIGHT get it out the next day. I was standing there with my price quotes, pre-approved financing check, and yet they had no interest in going to get the car.The fact that David was willing to go dig through the inventory to just let me test drive was awesome. David is really knowledgeable about the new Cherokees which is refreshing when someone knows as much or more than you. I find many dealership sales employees don't even know trim differences sometimes.Sales process was easy. Price was perfect, he was honest with me, and very friendly. One of my favorite parts is that Fullerton is next to the DMV and they got me my registration, permanent plates, and all stickers before I left! Never had that done before. He also took me next door to fill the tank. Another thing I've never gotten before.Last note is I believe Craig was my finance guy. I already had pre approved financing and I never once got push back about it. I have at other dealerships. Secondly, while I was offered the normal extended warranty options for sale, I declined and that was the end. No back and forth selling me extras, no pushing gap insurance down my throat, nothing. I spent all of 10 minutes in there signing paperwork. Again, very different from some finance experiences.Fullerton did a great job from start to finish. Easiest buying process I've ever been through. I normally wouldn't take the time to write up a review but I use cars.com and dealerrater.com to research where to buy from and they deserve some praise.

I purchased my first car from Fullerton Jeep in1997. Since then I have purchased 6 new cars of various brands. I always get a great deal on my trade in and new car purchase price. The sales staff are very knowledgeable on current models, options, and prices. They also have a large selection of models and colors to choose from. Rich went above and beyond with putting up with my phone calls and questions. His manager Scott was also very helpful and accomodating. There is no pressure to buy here, but if you do you will be very happy you did. I am very happy with my 2013 Ram Laramie Long Horn pick up.

My service experience was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership, the service staff was very friendly, accomodating, and helpful from my initial phone call to the dealership, my arrival to the dealership, to my greeting at the dealership, to my Service Advisor Russ who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as well as my vehicle was repaired correctly, and finally when my vehicle was completed the delivery of my vehicle to me. My vehicle would not start and my first instinct was to call the dealership and ask if I could have my car towed in and when I was done speaking to Russ I felt very comfortable having my vehicle towed to Fullerton, he gave me roadside assistance phone number to call so I didnt have to pay for a tow truck, when my vehicle was towed to the dealership he called me and advised me that my vehicle had arrived and he would have it checked as soon as he could. Within a hour he had called me with a estimate to repair my vehicle and could have the repairs completed the same day and the charges were very competitive so I authorized him to go ahead with the repairs to my vehicle. My next phone call was to let me know my vehicle aad all done. The whole experience wad pleasant and I would recommend this dealrrship and Russ to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle. Needed a new fuel pump in my Chevy blazer.. I had been to the dealership before for oil changes and minor work. I had talked to a service advisor about my gas gage never working, he said it was a common issue with my truck. I let it go and sure enough a few months later my fuel pump went.. I called my service advisor and he helped me to get the car towed and they replaced my fuel pump which had gone bad. It was a quick process. They put me in a loaner and they even found a little mouse friend that had destroyed my filter and made a home took pictures to show me the huge nest.. All in all the advisors are all great and very helpful never have I had a problem there and will continue to take my blazer there for service..

My wife and I came in to Fullerton Jeep in Somerville, NJ on Saturday September 15th and purchased a white 2013 Grand Cherokee. When the deal was done we were told to come back after it was cleaned ready for pickup. When we returned 3 hours later during our inspection of the vehicle I noticed some dings and scratches on the rims on the right side. It looked like whomever put the lug nuts on didnt know what they doing. The major issue was a scrape and a dent roughly 3-4" long on the left rear door along the seam. I honestly didn't want to take the vehicle at this point but the sales associate and his manager, assured me it was an easy fix. He said all the work could be done onsite at the dealership. So, they gave me a work order to fix the damage and I was told I'd receive a call from the sales rep during the week to come in for the repair. Well, this was just the start to the story. A few days later, I did receive a call on Tuesday about bringing in our Jeep on Thursday 9-20-12. The sales rep assured me I'd have a vehicle ready on Wednesday so I wouldn't have to take the morning off of work on Thursday. When I called Wednesday to confirm, I was told there were no cars available and to just come in on Thursday morning. When I arrived Thursday morning, to my dismay, there were still no cars available. After waiting 30 minutes the service manager, found me a Fiat. Keep in mind I bought a Jeep and was promised a Jeep in return while this repair was being fixed. At this point, I really didn't care and I just needed to get to work. Later on in the afternoon I got a phone call telling me the guy from M.D. Colors (Fullertons Auto Body guy) needed to drive my car to his shop for 2-3 days for repair. Keep in mind this is a leased vehicle and I live an hour and a half away from the dealers body shop. I also wasn't willing to have my wife drive a Fiat an hour to work when we purchased a brand new Jeep 2 days prior. There's no way I'm letting someone I don't know drive my new car to a shop in Northern NJ and put more miles on my leased vehicle. I was told by the manager this would be an easy fix and could be done at the dealership. At this point, I was extremely frustrated and went to pick up the Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership I knew something was up. Every time my sales representative told me he was going to get my car he came back with nothing. Then, the manager came out and told me the rim guy had screwed up my two rims on the right side of the vehicle. After patiently waiting another hour, and now being late for work, I received my Jeep. After looking at the rims it was clear the guy doing it never cleaned the rim before he sprayed over them. Not only did he spray over the dirt he sprayed my lug nuts. I am paying for a brand new vehicle and now I have spray painted rims that look like they belong on a cheaper car. The kicker here is that I was told the guy does great work! Here is my concern: what's this body shop going to do to my car now if they couldn't even fix the rims correctly?! This has turned into a huge nightmare costing me time out of work and has become an inconvenience. I was told by the manager I can drive up to this body shop next week and leave my car for two to three days. This proposes a major problem now for me. Not only do i need to take off work again but now I'm driving 2 hours away from my house, putting added miles on my leased vehicle, when I was promised this could be done easily onsite at Fullerton. At this point the Rims were swapped out for news ones. The only major issue now is the body damage. The manager told me I could go out and get quotes from local body shops near my house. So, I went out and got 5 estimates and each estimate is around $700.00 USD for repair. The manager refused to pay this amount. What I dont understand is that manager is not an auto body technician so Im not sure how he comes across knowing what the repair should cost. The molding has to be pulled, the dent needs to be fixed on the seem as well as the ripples in the metal. Once this is completed it has to be sanded and repainted requiring at least 2-3 days. This dealership does not stand behind its product. LIES LIES LIES..i hope nobody else goes through this! Please look at your vehicle before you buy and never believe anything they say. If there is damage do not buy it because they will not fix it.

I went in because I was looking for preowned Challengers, buying a used car is not the same so I decided to stretch my budget and get a Challenger R/T without much options. Well it turns out Dodge is offering a lot of rebates and these guys got me a great apr. I bought 5 cars in the past 16 months and this was tied with the BMW dealership for hassle free pleasant experience. This experience was better because the challenger RT kicks my 3 series butt all over the place!!!! I love the Chally I get 2 compliments minimum from people walking around me. You guys did great. I'm a chevy man, but I like the Chally better than the SS i had before. Kyle, I appreciate having the car ready for me when I came by the dealership. I drove out with the car the same night. No pressure tactics.

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and found one on the dealer web site that didn't have any pictures but was within budget. Upon arrival the vehicle was as described on the phone. Everyone was very helpful taking care of us however they are EXTREMELY unorganized and it took about 30 minutes just to find the key. Apparently one of the keys was checked out to a salesman who was on vacation and the other was difficult to find. They wanted me to come back another time but when I refused and said I would go elsewhere they managed to find the key. I purchased the vehicle that evening and picked it up the next evening. The prep was not very good. The the car looked OK but the rear tire needed air (measured only 20lbs) and the fuel light was on (no gas). For this I rate the quality of work as very bad. There was still the outstanding issue of the second set of keys. I was told I would get the key when Neil returned from vacation. I wanted an IOU but they told me not to worry that it would be taken care of. I called the salesman (Chris) on Monday and he said that he hadn't had a chance to look into it and would check and call me back. He called back 20 minutes later and said he could not find the key and that Neil (who the key was checked out to) said he did not have it. Chris said he would keep looking. I called back on Tuesday and Chris said that he had not had time to look into it. He referred me to the sales manager Tom. I spoke with Tom and he said there was no other key and that all used vehicles are sold with only one key. He said that Chris was new (like that is my problem). The man was slightly rude and would not allow me to finish a sentence. I had to explain that these chip keys are about $100 and that I specifically asked and was told that there were 2 keys. After getting into a heated argument, I was offered a key at cost $85. I declined and eventually after continuing to argue and be put on hold I was finally able to obtain an agreement to have a new key cut however they would not provide the keyless fob. Just the key! This turned a once pleasant experience into a very bad one!!! This should have never gotten this far and will no doubt cost them thousands in repeat business. If they offer you a cup of coffee make sure you get it in writing. I never thought I would have to argue over a stupid $100 key. I have since obtained the key that was promised and I ordered the FOB on ebay for $20. The vehicle has been de-badged of anything that says Fullerton and once I get my plates they will never see me again.

I found the Jeep that we were looking for on the Fullerton web site and called to see if it was still available. Richard confirmed it was there and was so helpful through the whole process. He wasn't at all pushy and was very up front about everything we discussed. We were coming from 90 miles away, and he worked with me over the phone so that almost every detail had been discussed and agreed upon prior to us making the trip. He was very considerate of the fact that we would be making such a long trip and wanted to make sure that it would not be a wasted trip. We were able to trade-in our current vehicle and drive out in our new Jeep all on the same night (a Friday no less!). I would definitely work with Richard again if I were planning to purchase another Jeep vehicle. It was well worth the trip.

I gave this review the highest rating I could. If I could have given a higher score I would have. I visited multiple dealers in New Jersey and New York with no success. I was getting discouraged and about to give up when my brother in law recommended Fullerton Auto. The moment I spoke to Kyle I felt comfortable and at ease. I liked the friendliness and honesty. After visiting multiple dealers in my area and a few out of my area I started to feel discouraged. I was upset at the lack of customer service i was receiving as a potential customer. I was referred to Fullerton Dodge and Chrysler. At first I was apprehensive visiting this dealer only due to my past experiences at other dealerships. I can tell Fullerton was different from the moment I walked in. As soon as I opened the door and walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile and a hand shake by Mr Robert Haller. I told him I was only browsing and if I needed any help I would ask him. He wasn't pushy in any way. At that moment I felt comfortable and was able to relax and focus on the task at hand. When it was time for his help he really exceeded my expectations. He answered every question I had quickly and honestly. Mr. Haller and his manager Tom Gandolfe were a HUGE help and made my car buying experience a GREAT one! When it was time to work out the numbers Mr. Haller and Mr. Gandolfe both sat down with me and had a nice talk. They were able to work with me on my desired price and I drove off the lot in my new car! I am proud to say that I am now a customer of Fullerton!

I had called Fullerton on 12/27/11 - spoke to Robert Haller who gave me the impression that he had very good knowledge of Jeeps, and because I was looking to purchase a Jeep for my grandson, I felt after talking to Robert that he would be the salesperson I would want to make contact with. My grandson and I drove approximately 83 miles from where we lived to our destination to Fullerton in Somerville NJ because Robert presented himself with knowledge, experience and overall felt he had an honest persona when I spoke to him. I was going to Fullerton because price initially, but after speaking to Robert wanted him to actually talk to my grandson about his experience with Jeeps. After a lengthy day with Fullerton, we did purchase the Jeep Wrangler, and Robert was more than helpful and informative with us and I left there feeling my grandson and I had a good experience with this salesperson. I had spoken to Roberts' sales manager, named Scott, and told him Robert was an "awesome" salesperson. If you are seeking to purchase from Fullerton I would highly recommend speaking to Robert Haller. He made us feel comfortable, and did his utmost to do the transaction in a professional manner.

Kyle was honest and easy to deal with through out the whole process .This was a Fun and Pleasant Purchase nothing like I have dealt with in the past .The Dodge Durango is one of the nicest trucks out there with many features for your Buck .I would Recommend this Dealership .

I purchased a new Chrysler through the auto buying program with my bank -- basically I entered details for the vehicle I wanted on my bank's site and they come back with the lowest negotiated price within fifty miles. Because Fullerton gave me the lowest price, I went to them. I had the final negotiated price in writing and all the information necessary to complete the sale. However, the process still took hours -- they seemed less than organized. The GM at the dealership was fantastic. Unfortunately, the salesman I worked with rubbed me the wrong way. I'm going to say my overall experience was "good" because I got a fantastic price for a new vehicle ($4500 under invoice) and they didn't try to pressure me too much to go through them for financing, etc. However, I did have to spend too much time on the process and the salesman was less than personable. In addition, the inventory posted on their website wasn't current, so the vehicle I expected to see there was no longer available. These factors are keeping me from calling my experience "great."
