So happy I decided to stop here to look at a couple of cars. My car sales man was named Mazan and he was amazing! I saw a beautiful lifted jeep gladiator and decided to stop and take a look. They were totally not pushy and were more helpful than anything. They worked with me on financing something that was perfect for me. Showed me several models in the gladiator, and worked hard to get me what I could could afford and was my perfect car. Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership, with lots of options to choose from if you are looking for a jeep! Thank you to all the employees here! I’m very happy with my experience and new car.

The staff were very friendly even those who did not work with me directly. Dave was awesome I highly recommend him when your ready to purchase a car or truck. I explained what I was looking for Dave brought out keys to show me cars with my interests. There was no pressure just great friendly service. Carrie was very helpful in understanding the paperwork. The manager was so easy going. Dave made sure I knew the workings to schedule my new car warranty work. He made sure I understood everything about my car before I left the lot. What was really nice was everyone there as I left congratulated me on my purchase. My experience was 100 plus percent. Thank you I love my car.

Vinnie met me as I drove up to the service department for my oil change. He quoted me 1 hour and he was right on. I love the new Future dealership. The location and cleanliness of the facility is superb. I’ll be a regular there for sure

Had the absolute best experience at this dealership, the whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they are very communicative and are willing to work with you. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. A perfect customer experience. The team was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless. 5 stars! And definitely recommend!

Service department is awesome. I have been thinking of going to Sacramento in search of a good place to service my car due to horrible experiences with other service departments. I'm so glad I stopped by Future Dodge in Fairfield to have my vehicle serviced. Vinny greeted me as I walked through the door. Helped me with my cars service needs. I finally felt like my business is appreciated. While I was waiting Vinny kept me updated throughout my stay. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Sales staff was great also. They'd come by to get coffee. Greet you then head back to whatever they were doing. Nice not to be hit up to buy a car. CHRYSLER if your listening, you finally got it right with Future Dodge Service Department. Thank you Future Dodge!!! And thank you Vinny, your service is beyond 5 stars.
