Shane truly deserves an award. I had originally financed a car with Carhop and because I have never established credit my girlfriend who works for Wells Fargo co signed with me. It was a car I didn't really like but bought it out of necessity. When inspecting the car for trade-in value Shane informed me that there was unibody frame damage done to the car. He asked me if they had disclosed the frame damage to me and I told him no. From that point on Shane was instrumental and gave me all the information I needed to return the car to car hop. But his help did not end there. Because carhop had labeled the car on my credit as a repo Shane was having a very rough time getting us a financed on the second loan at a good rate. At one point I had even told him that we could go with the higher rate but he was very insistent and persistent and eventually got us a second loan at a lower rate than what we had been initially offered. Shane was able to put me and my girlfriend into our dream cars and get me out of a car that was a potential death trap and for this we are very appreciative.

WTF Why would you make an appointment if you can't look at the vehicle. Guess where I will not buy my next vehicle or have anything serviced.

I saw a car on the Future Ford website that I was interested in. I emailed the store through their site, got a quick response from Jason Dias, their manager of internet operations. My wife went in later in the day, while I was still at work, looked at the car and test drove it. Jason made the entire experience simple and easy. He went through the paperwork with my wife, had everything but a few signatures done, so when the next day I came in to test drive the vehicle, if I liked it all I had to do was sign a few lines and the deal was done. Jason went over all the details of the vehicle before we left, and was a pleasure to work with. This is the 3rd car I've purchased at Future Ford, and each experience has been good.

I purchased my new 2014 Ford Focus from Future Ford of Sacramento. When the first service came up I took it back to them. I had such a good experience that I returned the next time and again received fast, no hassle, professional treatment. My car now has 46,000 miles and I have returned to Future Ford every time for my scheduled service. I have always been treated well and and had a great experience. They make me feel like they are here to help me and they always show me that they appreciate my business. I usually get a coupon or rebate off the price and they always give me a credit for a free car wash. I feel good about the condition of my car because I know they have completely checked it over and everything is correct.

This place doesn't want to earn your business, they want to take advantage and cheat you.I'm not going to waste your time(unlike this dealership) with the entire story, I'll just give you the highlights. They immediately tried pushing the car they wanted to get rid of instead of showing me the cars I wanted to see. I wanted to buy, they wouldn't even discuss buying, they wanted me to lease. I checked my credit score with the big 3(transunion, experian and equifax) so I know what my credit score is, they lied and said it was 100 points lower than what it actually is to justify their high money factor(APR). The "sales guy" , Danny, was clueless and was giving me all kinds of incorrect answers. He couldn't even tell me if I had to pay taxes on the depreciation amount of the lease, lol, incompetence at its finest.They drew up some paperwork with some numbers they pulled out of their xxxxx, so I took them home and used a lease calculator to see if they added up. They didn't, but no surprise there.Every time I tried to leave the dealer they would just come back with more slick sales talk about how great of a deal they were giving me. They only had one goal, try and pressure me into leasing a vehicle I didn't come there for, lucky for me I don't buckle under pressure, I fight back.If you want to get screwed make sure you go see the sharks at Future Ford of Sacramento on Madison Ave., they will screw you right.

The guys at Future Ford of Sacramento really made my day! Especially,Garren who was my sales gu,y was extremely professional with a great sense of humor. I honestly did not expect to be approved for an auto loan by any car dealership because of my credit report. When I met Garren, I put everything on the table as far as my credit report and how poor it was and my past experience financing a car with a co signer. I told him it would be really nice to be able to finance a car for myself, by myself without the need if a co signer because I told him how much I really want to re establish my credit and show that I can fix it with the income that I am currently now bringing home. The wait time was not too bad, every one there shook my hand to let me know how the process was going as far as my application and finally I received the news that I got approved. I really thought they were playing game with me but they were being real. Everything was thoroughly described and explained as far a my loan, my pymts which is in my budget. I was very excited and I'm still in shocked to this day that I got approved. I can't help but to feel thankful and blessed that Future Ford is giving me the chance to re establish my credit and to drive away with a beautiful car. thank you guys so very much from the bottom of my heart!!

I was on the way to work when the LCD screen showed me that the tire pressure was low. I went to the dealership. They discovered I had a big nail in our almost brand new tire!! It was not in a place where the tire could be repaired. The dealership didn't have the same brand tire that we have on the car now. But they had another brand that was equal in quality. They replaced the tire promptly and I was on my way to work, an hour away. I made it to work in plenty of time. :)

The service from the front desk at the quick lane ( the lady ) was very bad this time. She told me it would take 45 min to an hour but she will let me know how long in a few minutes. Not only she never came to inform me but after multiple times I went to ask she never new how much more. At the end it took 3 hours to complete the service and she messed up my day.

My vehicle had a cosmetic defect on a wheel in the finish that may have continued to deteriorate. This was brought to the attention of Future Ford just before the end of my bumper to bumper warranty when the vehicle was serviced. At the time I was confident the wheel would be replaced under warranty. I forgot about this defect and drove the vehicle out of the warranty period. I remembered the defect on my next service visit, but in theory I would not have been covered by the factory warranty due to the mileage. Lisa took it on herself to do some research on my behalf to determine if there was enough documentation with Ford to cover the defect. As it turns out no official record of the defect was entered into the warranty data base. Lisa determined that dealership hand written notes did exist. In addition a mark on my tire made by the tech that located the area of concern was still present on my vehicle. With this information Lisa, working with Service Manager Tim was successful in getting Ford to cover replacing the wheel at no expense to me.Lisa and Tim took an interest in helping me with my problem, that was partially caused by me not paying attention to my mileage before checking on my claim . This should be recognized as exceptional customer service.It should also be noted that Lisa and I had a few laughs while we were working through my claim. It was nice to deal with such a courteous dealership representative. I would recommend this service and parts department to others.

I had a great experience at Future Ford of Sacramento. Salesman John Frizzell was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend him! The SUV I wanted was not on the lot, but he was able to find it and have it delivered in a day. In the meantime I was able to borrow a different car from the lot which was fun to drive. I am very happy with my 2016 ruby red Explorer. It is beautiful and so fun to drive! Go see John at Future Ford if you want a smooth and positive car buying experience!

I write this review for Curt Lopez and Garren , they are both salesman at future ford of Sacramento off Madison Avenue . I went in there on Tuesday October 6, 2015 and i was able to get my very first car and they didn't pressure me into anything, they really paid attention to what I was looking for , and they both made sure that I understood what I was getting into and answered all of my questions honestly , and they were able to find a car that was a nice fit for me, I ended up getting the 2013 Ford Fiesta, and so far I really like everything about the car. So I give them both 5 stars and I'd recommend going to either of them if you are looking to get a car .

Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us a great deal. Our salesman, Paul Hornicu, or "Tall Paul", was fantastic and helped make this a great car buying experience. He was super friendly and personable and got us an amazing deal. The sales manager, Dave Klingensmith went out of his way to help us into a new car. The finance manager, Shay Haggin, was equally helpful and friendly. In the end, these individuals made it one of the best car buying experiences we've had and we'd highly recommend them! I was ordered - and it was promised for me Ford Focus Electric 2016. It was black, I asked white. Salesmen, supervisor, financial adviser were not against, but they exchanged car not only on white color but on FFE 2015! It have different prices, I asked about such difference and NOBODY explain me that it were different car models! Moreover they assured that was same model! After this during 2 weeks I was promised to clean the problem without any result. So employee Future Ford have executed sale fraud with a single purpose to take additional money. And this bright fraud was figure out AFTER delivery the new car. My fault that I did not pay enough attention on difference 2016 and 2015, but at the same time I was not able to imagine such behavior.

I was not planning to buy another car until after the first of the year. I was contacted by one of their car sales reps, and told him I wasn't looking to buy at the moment (However my current vehicle needed some work and caused me to wake my wife up to get me to work once). I also informed him I would not have a down payment as we were in to process of getting ready to move, and needed all available funds for that. His reply was ?you know what we have a great deal going on right now and you may not have to put anything down, so it doesn?t hurt to come take a look?. That is what we did, we quickly discussed the finances, walked the lot looking at all colors and options, did some test drive, and went in a told him what our situation is. He brought over the typical paperwork, filled it out, he checked the numbers and they were acceptable. The buying process was easy no pressure they met all of our situational needs, such as down payment. We only put 500 down, which is less than what it would have cost me to repair my current vehicle. When initial financing did not go through for 0%, they dropped to cost of the vehicle to keep monthly payments the same, and got a great rate on financing at 1.9%. That definitely beats what I paid on the last car at 9%. Overall, it was an easy car buying experience with the no pressure and quick process. Everyone that has bought a car spend a bit of time at the dealer. We were in and out with test drives and all in a little over three hours. That too beats the last time I bought a car at five and a half hours. We left with a 2016 Fusion with the color and option we wanted, and extras did not expect. Service department has a friendly team as well. They addressed my issue with the car (as most new cars have some minor issue). They did however over look one issue I had that was to be taken care of when I took it in for tracking installation, but it was not anything major ( a minor cosmetic fix). The rescheduled me quickly to take care of the issue. The only issue I have had buying this car is I rarely get to drive it. The wife is always taking it when she has her own car. The Ford Fusion is a fun car to drive. We got the 2016 with a 1.5l with Eco boost, and yes, it has a little boost! The sync system is very nice to provide everything at your figure tips for safe driving (but if you are into drive in movies as we are the touch screen display is a bit bright) I love the auto off to save battery while we were at the drive in movies. Just restarted the car for a few minutes and that was it. I would recommend at least looking at this car, and from this dealer before buying a new car.

I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang GT Premium from Future Ford of Sacramento on Aug 23, 2015 (150 miles away from my house). While driving back home I noticed two issues: - super annoying rattle/buzzing sound coming from the headlight switch - car floated/drifted on a freeway a lotI scheduled an appointment with Salinas Ford on Aug 27 at 9.00AM. The service manager took the car for a small test drive and confirmed it drifted to the right. He suggested rotating tires first. After waiting for an hour or so in the lounge, the service adviser told me I had to wait for at least four hours before they can rotate my tires, as all techs were busy. I got really frustrated and declined to wait, as I had the appointment and called Future Ford of Sacramento and scheduled a new appointment.I drove 150 miles again, left the car at the dealership and picked up a rental car. The car spent 5 days at the dealership: they did not find (did not check) the alignment issues and they did not hear the rattle.I picked up the car, drove back 150 miles and did the alignment at a local shop for $75. The alignment was bad (I have the print out).I called Future Ford of Sacramento and told the the car had the bad wheel alignment and asked to reimburse $75 I spent to do the warranty repair. Their answer was "It's fantastic you fixed this issue!". I've never heard back from them.I am really frustrated with the level/quality of service I received after I bought a brand new Ford for $44K. I regret my decision to buy it almost every time I drive it. I really do not know what to do next or how to address these issues, as I've lost any confidence/faith in a Ford Product and the dealership support.

I sadly do not remember the gentleman's name who checked us in and out, but he was so pleasant. He was very interactive. He suggested a place for us to have breakfast, made sure that the service was fast and according to our schedule and our car was brought to us. I am so impressed with this dealership. This is the first time I have ever shopped at Future Ford, This dealership is so well run from the sales rep to the sales manager to the finance guy - all were true professionals and at no time did I ever feel as if I was being "Closed". They knew I wanted to see just what I wanted - one truck and they did not try to show me others. I had my plan and they let me go through the sales process on my terms. I know they could have made a lot more money on the truck I bought selling it to someone else -- but -they let me buy it at a price I am quite sure no other dealer would have matched -- even car max couldn't have come close to what I bought at this price. The Sales Manager was Jeff Holt - and if you are looking for a great deal on a special truck --- I would strongly recommend giving him a call. I am super happy -- I have owned Mercedes and Land Rovers and this King Ranch is a better ride.

I did a trade in on May 25th 2015 and on June 3rd 2015 Herman called me to tell me that I had to get a new car "due to financing ".. They were just trying to get more money out of me ... Then they lied and said payments wouldn't go up ... When I didn't agree to sign for the new car they reposed my car I got from them leaving me carless ... Worst place ever !!!!!! I have a young child and they wouldn't even let me get my stuff out of the car .... They did not hold up to the canceling agreement in their contract !!! I never received anything in the mail nor did they say they were canceling our agreement!!!! I've contacted the Better Business Bureau !!! And they said I should never have driven off the lot of the financing was approved !!!! I'm never going there again !!!! There crooks !!!

I think rather "I found another sucker for you would have been more apt.Leaving a hospital and in need of a 4x4 w/blue tooth and cd as minimum - ended Leaving w/o 4x4 and after strenuous effort the most hokey cd player this side of China. And so crappy I was told the guy who installed it did not know how to sync up the blue tooth. "There are so many models to keep track of you understand." Such BS. GeezeMy "A" game maybe gone but my aim is true. I could waste time in legal circles but might just demonstrate their dealership on weekends. It might cost them more in lost revenue.As close to being evil as one can get without blood sacrifices. These guys really suck. With one exception. The tire department guys were very honest and most helpful.

We were never told that the 2015's were priced above the MSRP. The salesman just talk about all the features and highlights of the truck. They never negotiated the price . Did not get the tradein value the sales person suggested.In finance the individual was new to the job and didn't explain why prices were what they were. We were pressured to buy the security and extended warranty packages. Part of the security package was electronic etching of the VIN number. This is done on all of their vehicles and is listed as an option, but you are charged for it. We spent a lot of time waiting for things to get done. Would never buy or recommend them to anyoneWe were also told, confidently, by the salesman that the truckwould fit in the garage. Guesswhat - it does not.

I purchased a 2015 Focus and I love it. Hermann, at Future Ford listened as I told him what I wanted and what I could afford. Originally I thought I wanted the Fusion and they are awesome but I really don't drive enough to take advantage of all they offer. The Focus is comfortable, roomy and has a fantastic audio system. Hermann had one of each parked next to each other, therefore I could compare the two. As a closer, he Sync my phone and make the car feel like mine from the very beginning.

the service was good . besides the oil change that i came in for i was having a problem with the driver side seat belt. it turned out that a part needed to be ordered to fix the seat belt. i was contacted when the part was in and brought the car in the next day. the seatbelt was replaced in a couple of hours and i was contacted the car was ready to go.the seat belt now works great

He and Mom were tired of hauling me around town to my sport stuff and guitar lessons. It was a 65 Mustang Fastback in yellow.my favorite color as a child. We took it around the block got on the freeway and wowI was hooked! I then moved up to a 67 Fastback in the color Green the following year. Next was the 71 Mach I in whiteone of my all-time favorites although I have to admit it was the slowest of the bunch. Next was a 73 Mach 1 one in black. At the time I had no idea what was going to happen the next yearthe Mustang II. Never had one but my girlfriend at the time had a red one that was pretty cool I have to admit. Anyway next was the 79 GTnice car and pretty quick too it was silver. After that it was the 81 in green. It was my first non V8 Mustang. It was nice but I missed the speed. Lets jump to 2009It was a 2010 Mustang GT in Kona Bluewhat a beautiful car! After that the Lava Red 2012 Gtbeautiful! Next was the 2014 Gotta have it Green GT. My wife hated the color and called it Kermit! Now just this month I just purchased 2015 Ruby Red GT Premium with 50th anniversary trimthe best yet from you all again at Future Ford. The car is such a wonderful driver and sporty at the same timefantastic! I came in for my oil change.Greeted quickly even though both parties were helping someone. I'm in the service industry myself and taking a quick moment to simply acknowledge a person when they come in makes a difference.Service length was as expected.While waiting a shuttle driver came in asking if anyone wanted or needed a shuttle ride.That's a great thing to offer.I'm bringing my vehicle in for more extensive servicing this week and rather than waiting around,I'll be able to get a ride back home to keep my day productive.Jim was very helpful and friendly,explaining potential issues with tire wear,and even told me about recall issues I need to have them look at for my vehicle .Strongly suggested I come back to get my tires from Ford.Even if I get a good quote somewhere else,bring it back and he'll meet it.This is my first Ford vehicle.Now I understand why people become lifelong fans of certain dealerships.This is my second time here and the pleasant experience is consistent so far.

My 2004 Ford Ranger was leaking oil I contacted Future Ford early evening at closing time. I discussed the problem with my truck with a Jose. He gave great options for bringing the truck in by either dropping it off or coming in the next morning. I came in the next morning at 7am, met Jose Orozco, Asst. Service Manager, we again discussed the truck further. He informed me of the time frame and offered a shuttle to where I would like to go. He stayed in contact with me through out the day and was up front and polite through the process of fixing my vehicle. When the shuttle was unable to pick me back up he adjusted the rate of service for the expense of getting back to Future Ford. He was extremely helpful and kind. Al, the shuttle drive was very kind as well. Great conversationalist and very respectful. He knew his was around sacramento very well. Great Service team at Future Ford. Thank you

It's funny how terrible their customer service was after they cash my deposit! I appreciate the sales associate's patient when we were buying the car. However, as soon as we handed them our deposit for the car, customer service went downhill. It was impossible to get a hold of the finance manager and I got hung up on more than three times when I tried to call them! I expected better service than what I received for spending 75K! Finance manager was a liar when I finally got a hold of him!!! My experience after making the purchase was just too bad for me to give them anything more than 1 star!!! I will never buy a Ford or from this Ford dealership again! I don't even want to own a Ford after this! Be sure that my terrible experience will be share with my family and friends!!!

Got a great truck-F150, at a great price, from from future ford of sacramento. The salesman Jeff U was super helpfull when helping me find the right truck that fit my needs and my budget. As far as buying a car from a dealership I've always had fears of dealing with sharky sales people that just want to sell you the first thing you look at, and get every penny out of your wallet that they can. My experience was exactly the opposite. I looked at more than several trucks. They even brought a truck from another dealer for me to look at even though I didn't end up buying that truck. Once I chose my truck I worked out a price with Ray S who was very easy to deal with and worked with me to get the best price possible. I am now a proud owner of a Ford F150 And couldn't be happier. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Escape yesterday (15Feb2015). First of all the car was exceptional with low miles. I was persistent about two things a leather interior and a FORD only warranty to 100K miles. Needless to say the negotiations took too long (don't they always though). Even though I, like most everyone, likes buying a car about the same as going to the dentist, (which I had to do the day before-oral surgery ugh!!). Well my sales associate was Bart and he made it very nice indeed. Took awhile to get it to what I wanted but we got there. My finance guy was Ron Thomas I'll get to him in a minute. We went through the drudgery of a butt load of paperwork. My in attention resulted in the final out the door price being approx. $2,200+above what I had agreed too. I did not have the attention to what was required due to me still having the anesthesia hangover did not discover this until I arrived back home and took some rest that day. When I went over the paperwork at home and discovered the error I was irate to say the least. Let's say a bit over the top as when I am at normal level I am loud!!! Well Ron took my ire and calmed the situation down and invited me in this morning. Let's say I was still skeptical and live over 60 miles away. So I took the drive and that finance guy RON THOMAS met me this am and went over the figures until I could catch up found the error and immediately corrected it. I was in and out in 45 minutes with the corrected paperwork/contract. This while he was also extremely stressed himself from a personal tragedy that he shared with me after we were completely finished. All I can ay is WOW!! I am glad as one wrote this is an old and a little bland dealer layout because it is also very old fashion and it is full of those very special values and attitudes. So I will not only recommend others I will not go anywhere else even though it is now 60+ miles from my new home. THANK YOU for the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! DART you are very real and extremely pleasant to deal with RON you are such a special human being and you share that with your work and that is priceless THAN YOU so much and it does not seem to be a very adequate way to say it but it is the best I have. Anyone who wants a fair and honest deal go to Future Ford at Madison Ave., Sacramento CA.

I am always impressed with the friendly staff. I have been having an issue with my defrost button not going on for a few months now. I brought it in and made an appointment. A few minutes later, JR from the service Department came over to the Quicklane where I was having my oil changed and told me if my rear sliding window is not all the way closed, the defrost might not work. Sure enough, when my truck was done, I made sure the rear slider was tightly shut and my defrost button went on. This not only saved me from bringing my truck back the next day, my truck is out of warranty so it saved me a few hundred dollars. Thank you Future Ford.

I will be honest and tell you I never wanted to own a Ford because of experience with friends that had trouble. Ford had always come out in the red in my experiences. The initial price was attractive, but as the final tally was created, they fluffed the price a bit through their deceptive manipulated efforts during the financial phase. I will surly keep a piece of paper, and tally things next time, so I won't be paying premium prices for items; after all, it is imperative to keep the customer feeling that value is apart of the experience. Otherwise the car has over 2,000 miles on it in less than two weeks. We've gone to the Sierras, and the Bay a couple of times, through the valley and into the dessert region. Most excellent design, handling could not be better. This is my daughters car, she is 17.5 yrs young. She is on cloud 9.

I bought a 2014 C-Maxx Energi gas/electric plug in hybrid from Future Ford on Madison Avenue in August 2014. This is the 3rd new vehicle in a row I have purchased from them. As I am almost 60 years old now and have had several lower back surgeries I no longer work on my own vehicles so besides comfort and enjoyment of the vehicle the service done by the dealership on extended warranty plans is the most important consideration when I buy a new vehicle. Being able to just bring the vehicle in on an early Saturday without appointment for the normal services is great. Each time I just drop off the vehicle, walk over to Brookfields for breakfast and walk back to find my vehicle done and ready to roll. Any concerns or questions that I have are always answered. I would highly recommend Future Ford on Madison to anyone.

This facility is old and out-dated which immediately turned me off. As a car dealership, you'd think a owner would upgrade the grounds to compliment the new and shiny cars out front. The first person we worked with, I believe is name was Michael, was very nice and knowledgable. However, when it came down to price and the manager came over, that's when my experience went down hill. The manager we worked with kept talking and looking at my husband - not me. I am the buyer so he should have been looking and talking to me. He was not willing to give me the price I wanted for the car and we left. I was given a follow up call a few days later and the person on the phone tried to get the price lower, but by the time he called me back, i already received a lower offer from another dealership so bought the car from them.

I was actually blown away by my experience! One of the service people met me at my car before I even had the door open, to say good morning and how could he help! He introduced me to the person who would be working on my car, who was also very friendly and kept me informed of the progress on the car as the day went on. I even spoke to the Manager to say what an incredible experience I had! I've been going to this Ford dealership for years but this service was definitely over the top and VERY noticeable. Great job!

Something was reset in my cars computer. I was told that that would fix the shuddering issue. It seems to have "fixed" the issue but my car still does not feel right. I love Future Fords service center and have faith that if the problems continue that it will be fixed. However I don't know if I am 100% satisfied w my Focus purchase but that's not a direct reflection of Future Fords service department.

I love my new Explorer! Bill Healey found just the perfect car, better looking than any I have seen on the road and with just the right accessories. Can go in on any Saturday and not have to wait all day to have just an oil change done but that isn't not all they do they also check all fluids, tires, wipers and advise if anything was added or if unexpected attention is needed. Everyone in the service department are friendly and make you feel like a long lost relative that they haven't seen in awhile.

Vehicle is a '13 Focus. The trans was acting up and after a short conversation I was asked to bring it in for inspection. Upon inspection it was determined to need a replacement clutch. I was set up with a rental for the duration of repair and was treated in a very courteous and professional manner. The vehicle was returned in three days and we are very happy with the results. I would like to commend Ed Rieks for the best experience I have ever had with ANY dealer in my expansive car history, with a nod to Jose Orozco for covering on Ed's day off. I won't even consider doing any service, major or minor with any dealer but Future Ford on Madison Ave. in Sacramento.

I was there to get routine maintenance done to my car and new windshield wipers and air filter. As usual, Service Advisor Jim Tompkins was the BEST! He was there at my car to check it in before I even got out and welcomed me with a big smile and handshake. I knew I needed tires but didn't have the money so I applied for a Quick Lane credit card at the cashiers desk. I didn't get the young ladies name but she was very friendly and helpful. I got approved and went to check if they had the tires I need in stock. They didn't, but Jim got on the phone right away and ordered them from the warehouse and said he would have them saved for me when I was ready to have them put on. I also made an appointment to have the transmission checked out and that service advisor was also very helpful in explaining the problem with the 6-speed automatic transmissions and what they would do to make it work properly. But as usual, Jim Tompkins was the tops and his attitude, demeanor and customer service style should be the standard for all Ford employees.

Service advisor Ed Rieks made my day on Saturday Oct 25. After 58821 miles on my '08 Expedition the battery gave out! This being late Saturday afternoon about 2:30 I figured I would be without my car until Monday. I called Future Ford of SAC hoping the battery could be replaced that day.Ed answered the call, Yes I'll get it done for you. True to his word, I was there less than 45 minutes (just long enough to walk over to the show room and take a quick look at the new cars) and the battery was in. (Just so you know my husband connected a battery charger just to get the car started to take to Ford Service). I left Ford service very happy! Lots of KUDOS for ED!

Ronnie, the salesman was very friendly and low key. He eased us through the process rather than doing a "hard sell". He was willing to look far for the car we wanted and adapted quickly when our situation was changed by a phone call. We didn't feel any of the notorious car salesman pressure until we went to the finance office. We were paying with a check and should have only had a brief time there but still got the sales talk on additional products and services. Also, in spite of the fact that both of us bought the car and my wife was even the one that signed the check, the e-mail correspondence was, initially, only in one name. This seems to be (mostly) addressed by someone at the dealership. That prompt response restored out faith in Future Ford.

I stopped in and saw LISA in service because my tire pressure light won't go off. She put me in right away since on my way back to work from an appt...I had a screw in the tire, they fixed and had me out of this very quickly. Lisa is always very pleasant and helpful. Love her.I went into the parts dept to get information on a part for the hatch of my edge a rubber stopper on each side that have come out, Dennis is parts was not very helpful, on edge and seemed to be moody. He was not helpful. I express my dislike to Lisa and to Andy in Service. Andy looked into what I needed preordered and extremely helpful. I believe he went in and spoke to Dennis also, but maybe Dennis should retire or remember he is there to be of SERVICE to the customer. Otherwise love your store and Lisa and Andy are GREAT.

My 2014 Explorer is a terrific vehicle and from purchase to current servicing Future Ford has provided great service. I am particularly impressed with the free inspections and oil changes and courtesy of the service staff in handling this not-for-profit amenity. Who ever heard of calling in the morning, taking a vehicle in at noon and getting a call that it was finished at 2 PM, and picking it up at 4:30. Keep up the good work.

We purchased a 2014 Ford Focus. The service from Jason, New Car Sales Manager along with Herman Williams, Sales Representative were excellent. The experience of purchasing a new car with Jason and Herman was pleasant and they both provided outstanding customer service and follow-up. Herman made himself available for us to return a week later so he could help us with synching both phones and to help us understand the funtionality. Additonally, the dealership offers a class in the evenings that will teach new car buyers how to work this technology.I highly recommend Herman Williams as the go-to person if you want to get the best service and pricing.

My last car was purchased here, all of my services were performed here. So when d'Artagnan called to help me get out of my high interest loan and into a new car I was ready. We test drove a super efficient Ford Focus Flex fuel. When it came time to finance, it was the best experience I've ever had. The finance manager got me Ford Motor Credit 1.99% financing, and there were rebates on the vehicle that made it worthwhile. I'm looking forward to buying my next new car in 2018 from future ford madison.

Recently took my wife took her 2014 Ford Escape to have wind noise checked out. They test drove it and contacted the Ford Company to see if this could be corrected.. It appears that it is the roof rack that creates the wind noise. When I picked it up they took me on a test drive so I could understand why there is a noise. I was impressed with the excellent customer service. They explained everything to my wife. We will continue driving the 17 miles to Future Ford over driving to a closer dealership for the superb customer service.

My vehicle was serviced at this facility. Not only did they take care of my problems, they advised me of something that could have arisen in the future. As it turns out, I was already having "symptoms" of the problem they were describing but they didn't know that because I never mentioned it. I was scheduled to use the vehicle the next day after I picked it up and if something would have gone wrong, my family and I would have been stranded out of town. The staff at Future Ford of Sacramento saved me and my family simply by "alerting" me to a problem they detected. Once they mentioned it, it reminded me of the problem and I responded to what they warned me about. On the spot, Future Ford of Sacramento asked if I had 15 minutes to spare and in that timeframe, they fixed my problem for me without an appointment, waiting, or anything else. My vehicle was fixed, my travel worries were gone, and I left the shop with peace of mind. What more could anyone ask for? This was a first class service experience and I won't be forgetting it.

Sales Rep Jacob Sherwood was very helpful in showing features of the 2015 Explorer and provided very good service overall. Finance/loan consultant Shay Haggin followed up after the sale to let me know I ended up with a lower interest rate and took care of some minor problem with the vehicle. Service rep Darren Harriman provided great service when I brought back the vehicle to install Skylink, XZilon. The installation and service on the vehicle were completed earlier than promised. Job well done. I say I am off to an excellent start with my new 2015 Ford Explorer.

Traded in a 2012 Fusion, which we were extremely unhappy with, and purchase a 2014 Escape. We are extremely happy with the Escape and the deal that we received. The salesman, Jeff Unger, was a pleasure to work with, as well as his sales manager. Mr. Ash, with the finance department was also enjoyable to work with. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10, they pegged the meter at 12. If this crew sold cars in Antarctica, I'd head there to buy a car.

I started having issues with the Transmission in my car within 3 months of purchasing this vehicle (March 2013). For the first 6 months I was given the run around about the issues with my car. I was continually told that it was "typical" of this new designed dual transmission. I finally reached the Service manager and left a detailed message about the issues with my car. After several visits, I finally got the service manager to agree to have his transmission guy get in the car with me to experience the issues I was having. He immediately noticed the shuddering and determined that it was most likely the gears were stripped. After inspection, this was confirmed. I had to wait for the parts to come. I had the Gear assy changed out in January 2014. After 6 months the car started experiencing the same symptoms. I came in and spoke to Andy, in Service, who had helped me in January. Andy has listened to all the complaints I have had on my car and has made sure that every issue has been addressed. When I brought the car in the 2nd time, a program update was performed. This did not solve the issue however, but I was told was in line with the steps that needed to be taken to determine and rule out all issues. After bringing my car in a 3rd time for the same symptoms, Andy made sure that the complete transmission was taken apart and inspected. It was found that the seals were leaking and again the Gears were shot. All needed repairs were performed. Andy made sure that these repairs were done quickly and that all my needs were met with rental vehicles while I was without my car. I'm very happy and pleased with the customer service I received from Andy and the team. It has made these very inconvenient Warranty repairs much easier to deal with.

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape. The whole experience was painless! I gave the dealership all of my personal information over the phone, and I was pre-approved for a 0 down 0% loan before I even stepped on to the car lot! From there I was shown the vehicles I could choose, I signed some paperwork, I was shown how to operate the SYNC system and I was on the road in my new car in no time. I had dreaded dealing with a car salesman, but I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman at all. If I had to deal with a salesman who was pushy I wouldn't have bought a car I would have gone somewhere else. But it a matter of minutes I was driving my new car home. So excited I love my new car !

We purchased a 2010 Ford Flex SEL. We love the vehicle. But after we got it home I got in the passenger seat and the passenger abs light is on and says to remove something from area of seat. There is nothing anywhere in the car!! We thought your vehicles went through a 170 or something check point? Also there is knocking from dash when you start it now. We have tried to call the dealership and the salesman Kelly multiple times since the day we bought it. Not impressed with the customer service thus far.

2012 Ford Focus, brought in for oil change and new tires. Tires were not in stock, had to bring it back that following Saturday, or was offered to pay a little more for another tire that could be there later that day. The advisor was helpful, polite, and courteous. I only wish he had made an appt for me to return on saturday so that I didnt have to wait an additional 2 hours to get them installed, while all the other 8am appt's were taken back.

The finance department needs to do a much better job explaining what is covered in the, "bumper-to-bumper and roof-to-road" extended warranty we paid thousands of dollars for, for out daughter's car. Service on my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybryd was very good. The only thing they forgot to do was to reset the oil life indication which when I call about it, walked me through resetting the indicator. The actual service was estimated to take 1 hour but it was completed in about 45 minutes.

Only issue I had was with the mileage interval of the service, My contract reads every 7500 miles and their computer had it at 10000 miles. I rely on the Ford company to keep me safe.I purchased my Ford Fusion SEL in Aug 2007 (08 model)---Sales said I'd get good mileage/gallon.My average in-town driving gives me 17-19 mpg. Longtrips give 23-25 mpg.--not as good as I hoped for. The best part of my Father's Day buying experience at Future Ford Sacramento, was the ability of Daniel and team at Ford to have my family in and out of there with our new truck in less than 3 hours. We were able to drive down, complete all paperwork (including trade in), complete financing, then drive our new truck back home in time for Father's day BBQ. The guys at Future Ford Sacramento really went the extra mile to make it all happen, AND we got what we felt was an excellent deal for a truck I plan to drive for many years.

I came to Future Ford of Sacramento looking for a decent used car in the $6,000 price range. I was very pleased to hook up with Kyle Saaphanh for my sales rep. He is one of the nicest, politest, most sincerely helpful sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a car purchase experience. He only had a few used vehicles in that price range and I quickly discovered that a decent vehicle in this range would be very hard to find. So I decided to explore other options. I have excellent credit, but only a credit card to use for a down and a fixed income that required a low monthly payment. Kyle spoke to his Sales Manager and they thought they could qualify me for a lease on a brand new Ford Fiesta. After an hour of looking through their extensive inventory of Fiestas, I finally found one that I liked and I filled out the paperwork, was approved and then went in to the office of their their finance manager, Ron Thomas to seal the deal. Ron is a totally straight up, totally up front professional. He laid out all of the details of my lease agreement for me in a totally clear and understandable way. He also presented to me an extended warranty program that would cover wear-and-tear items and oil changes, etc. (except tires and batteries) for an additional $54.00 per month. I agreed to this initially but after pondering on it and my limited budget, I came back to the dealership three days later and asked if he would remove that warranty program from my lease agreement. He was not happy of course, and explained to me that it would ultimately cost me more money over the period of the lease to pay for all the regular maintenance required by the lease. But I insisted that it be removed and luckily the paperwork had not yet been fully processed by Ford Motor Credit and he was able to rescind the original contract and redo a revised contract. I don't believe that any other dealership would have done this. Especially three days later. So I have to give the very highest marks for Kyle for his truly helpful and courteous manner during the whole finding the right car process. This man is a real person, not even remotely like your "typical" sales person who is only interested in making a sale. He was only interested in helping me make a buying decision that would be most helpful to me - not to him. And I have to give the highest marks to Ron Thomas, not only for his totally honest and professional manner in the paperwork process, but for going above and beyond professionalism to being a real human being and helping stay within my budget. Thank you both, and thank you Future Ford of Sacramento. I totally love my new Ford Fiesta and I am so thankful that I purchased it from this dealership.

Took my 2013 F150 to the dealership for service - these guys are good! Saw a used car I thought the wife would like so I brought her back later and made the deal on the car. Tyler helped us originally and he was polite and extremely good to work with. The only issue we had was we test drove the car in the dark - delivered the car in the dark, so Tyler politely offered to address any cosmetic issues the next morning in the daylight. The next day I found a cut in the top of the black leather drivers seat that I failed to notice in the dark the night before - I reported it to Tyler the next day and he said he would see what he could do. This is where things went sideways - Apparently the issue was turned over to Slavic - a very arrogant, impersonal, all knowing individual who talks down to people. He claimed to have attempted to call during the week yet there was no missed call or message on my only phone. He finally called Friday night after my frustrated text to Tyler and insinuated that I was lying about the issue but he would talk to the manager and call me back in 20 minutes - never happened. It is now Sunday - a full week and a day after my purchase - and I have no resolution. Buyer beware - once these guys have your money they will not respond to your issues. I can tell the "future" and I will not buy another vehicle here.

But my bad experience when they promised to hold the check for the down payment for the car until my next payday and put the check through and wrecked my bank account with no apology are recompense. So fr future buyers, beware of what they say only hold them to what is in writing. GET IT IN WRITING!!!

I have a Ford Escape, 2003 that we are handing down to a family member. The car was driven to Sacramento from the Bay Area, and upon arrival, I needed to move it to a different parking space. But the car would not start. The next morning it started fine, but it was noted that anytime it drove at highway speeds/really got warmed up, it would require a full cool-down of 2-3hrs before it would restart. My stepdaughter told the service advisor all of this. She specifically said to the advisor that this problem only seems to happen after highway driving.The dealer had the car for 1 week, and the service advisor stated they "could not reproduce the problem". The advisor was poor at being in communication and some days did not call at all. To his credit, he always called me back after I left voicemails.The car was just picked up today (we paid only the diagnostic fee of $130), and it turns out that Ford did NOT DRIVE THE CAR as part of the diagnostic. They just started it and let it run. The mileage was exactly the same as when it was brought in for service. They did not even attempt to reproduce the conditions under which the problem happens. And they kept the car for a whole week.Now tonight, if the car is driven at home and fails to start after highway driving, I will be extremely frustrated, and may be wary of bringing it back to the dealership. I feel that the other Ford dealerships I have patronized would have definitely driven the car and I'm very surprised and disappointed that this has happened.

I went to Future Ford on a Tuesday evening to look for a new car. I was not sure exactly what it was I was looking for but upon my arrival I was immediately welcomed by Denny Weaver. Denny took the time to listen to what it was I was looking for in a vehicle and suggested I consider an Escape. At which time He then took about 15-20 minutes going well over what seemed like every inch of the vehicle. Let me tell you He loves Ford and it shows. Lo g story short Denny provided to me a car buying experience that you would never believe unless you experienced it yourself. I highly encourage you to ask for Denny Weaver the next time your at Future Ford in Sacramento.

The GM does not stand by his word, the sales people are very rude and are very disrespectful and dishonest. I feel this dealer ship is a complete joke All they care about is making the sale and getting the vehicle off the lot NOT caring about the costumer being happy with the the vehicle they have spent their hard earned money. i bought a FORD truck 7 months ago and they refused to give me a Warranty with it and at that point i should have got up and walked away from the deal but i didn't.Ii have paid $3850 in payments and $2000 in parts to keep it running in the last 7 months and now it needs a new injection computer and has been sitting for almost a month now Because i can't afford the part. So i would like to say special thanks to FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO for being a dishonest Joke of a dealership and i am not sure how you all go to sleep at night feeling good about what you have done to people.

I just took delivery of a 2011 Ford Mustang. I was referred to Lee Peebles and worked with him exclusively via phone / email. He and the staff were very professional, fair and responsive. I got exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay.This dealership was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other dealerships I worked with locally. I highly recommend checkin them out.

Our experience started off very positive. The sales guy Steve Cook was absolutely awesome and made the purchase of our new vehicle one of the best we've ever had. It went downhill after that. It's now been 5 weeks since we purchased our new vehicle and Future Ford has STILL not paid off our trade-in. We now have the finance company for the trade-in harassing us for late payment and threatening to repossess a car that is currently sitting on Future Ford's lot. Every time we contact Future Ford, they tell us that a check is being mailed out the next day, yet 5 weeks later the trade-in is still not paid off. In 7 more days the finance company is going to report us to the credit bureaus for lack of payment, at which point I will sue Future Ford for breach of contract. Save yourself the problems associated with this dealership and purchase your vehicle elsewhere.

I went to future ford just out of curiosity and I was pleased with the helpfulness and friendliness that I received. I was very surprised to find that I was being helped by a lady (Rare thing to see at a dealership), but at the end of my visit I decided I would not have chosen anyone else to help me. Shallon Kazos was extremely pleasant and even though I was not looking to buy that day I still thoroughly enjoyed my experience and got a lot of great information. I would recommend Future Ford of Sacramento to anyone in the area who is looking to buy or just looking.

I stopped by just to "look" too scared and embarrassed about my not so good credit from the past but the friendly people (NOT PUSHY) made me feel like we were old friends so I went for it and drove my 2011 nissan home that day. Only thing I can complain about is my interest rate but that is my fault for my credit & that my handsome sales guy didnt ask me out on a date. lol

Drive my truck in for a simple warranty repair job and towed it home totaled. The mechanic broad sided another car at 45 mph, totaling out the frame and front end. This Future Ford dealership and their insurance company says that they are not responsible for the damages.BEWARE of the future automitive group. There are alot of dealerships out there to get your car repaired at.

I had my 2002 Explorer towed to this dealership as everything was dead. I assumed I needed a battery. I had my vehicle towed Saturday at noon. Well, here it is Thursday and I have been told I need a new battery harness, fuel filter, oil change which is my option, air filter, rear brake light assembly, upper front ball joints and replace the rear wheel bearings and an alignment. I have less than 53,000 miles on my vehicle and I purchased it brand new. So far the bill is $2,186.95 not including tax and it is still not ready for me to pick up. When I blew up at the rep, he then offered to provide me with an auto, but I have to pick it up and return it to the auto rental place. I won't be taking my vehicle to Future Ford ever again.

I drove by the lot on Saturday morning and saw a car under the tent in the front of the lot price at $988. I didn't have time to stop so I went back the following day and the price was still $988. When I inquired about the vehicle, they claimed that some of the numbers in the price must have been stolen or fell off. If this were the case, one would think that they would fix it during the course of business the same day that it happened. It was the same price for 2 days and seems to be a scam to attract customers to the lot in hopes of getting a good deal. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. Beware of misleading prices at Future Ford of Sacramento. They will deceive you to get you on the lot!

Recently the girlfriend needed a car, so we purchased a car from here. The salesman was real helpful and the guys even stayed 2 hours past closing just to sell us car, my girl is abit indecisive. We got here an hour before closing after talking to the salesman they pulled up a few realistic options. After checking out the car and taking it for a test drive, my girl was in love and the test drive wasnt bad, the salesman didnt try to make nonsensical small talk but genuinely seemed concerned on how happy we were and answered every question we had. Although they couldn't match him on his offer, they gave us a much better deal than other dealerships. I will be coming back here next time Im in the market.

After my last auto shopping experience 7 years ago, I felt I would rather have open heart surgery than buy another car from a dealer. Despite that I step into Future Ford of Sacramento and met Paul Hornick who made a believer out of me that there are still guys out there that can help you buy a car that you will be happy with, at a price you feel comfortable with. If you need a car new or used I suggest you talk to Paul "the tall guy" (he is really tall). You will not regret it.

Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a little over my budget but JC made it work. I was so grateful that he made it a good experience. Thank you again and I'm referring him to all my friends and family.

I, personally, think not.I recently encountered a miracle called "Sacramento Future Ford" on Madison Avenue, just off of the I-80. Not only did they bend over backward for me, they did back flips and cartwheels! I would recommend Sacramento Future Ford to absolutely anyone, who is in need of a vehicle. They really can help! I am an immigrant from Canada, with very limited credit, but a stable job and a positive lifestyle. I've only been able to work here a short while, and have no credit established, save a few of those 'build credit' credit cards. These folks not only knew what I was in the market for; something sporty, but roomy, yet good on gas - I haul computer equipment a lot, but I still want to look good doing it - but they, actually a great guy named Johnny O, also picked me up in the very vehicle they thought would fit the bill because my other vehicle decided to go the way of the Grey Goose. So I drive this beauty that they brought to pick me up in back to the dealership and the magic begins.So, I know how PR and marketing works - any way to get the customer in, right? That has always been my consensus. This is a bitter pill to swallow for me, but with Sacramento Future Ford, this is not truly the case. They not only want to bring the customer in, they want to make sure that you leave satisfied! How easy is that to find? It's not!If you are in the market for a vehicle, have limited credit or want to build credit - or even if you just want amazing beyond description customer service; Sacramento Future Ford is your best bet! As I mentioned, they picked me up, but that is not the end of the tale. I met a gentleman named Jeff Holt, a fantastic individual, who connected me with the perfect people to deal with my case; those individuals being Johnny O, the same man that picked me up - Chuck, a number crunching wizard and - Gary, a guy that will help you get your contract signed off with no hassle and no regret. These guys worked 5 1/2 hours to get this deal done, and they found a solution that fit my credit foundation. I drove away in a car I had always wanted! A 2006, cherry red, PT Cruiser - 5 speed manual, just over 52,000 miles, one owner, immaculate condition, tags, etc. Even with my limited credit foundation, these people helped me out better than the 'online' dealerships would, that's for sure! I didn't have a huge down, I didn't have to sign on for 2000% credit, I didn't have to promise to donate my kidney. I simply had to prove that I was telling the truth on paper, which, I did.I drove off that lot a very happy camper. I got a good set of wheels that look good, while being functional. I got treated like a KING; their customer service is beyond GRAND! I got the best deal for my dollar in terms of financing, and I was able to do it with very limited credit. I owe a debt of gratitude to this Future Ford! They are the only dealership I will trouble myself with as long as I live within 500 miles of them! We bought a used Expedition on Wednesday 20 Sept 2011. Barb and Gary made our experience very pleasant. Barb went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle to satisfy our needs. I have had a great experience at future ford sac each and every time I have gone there for service.We have a Ford Fusion and have had to visit several times for service for different things.We had a liner strip on our body, an AC problem, and new tires.The service manager who helped us, Rey Reyes Jr. was fantastic.Absolutely reccomend this place!!

Not only did I get a great car, I also got a great deal and great customer service. This was completly a different experience than the other dealerships that I've been to.

Rey Reyes was the one who handled the service to my vehicle. It's good to know that there are still people out there who are willing to work hard for you and make sure all your needs are met. I have never purchased a car from Future, but I have had my cars serviced here. The service department is not a typical service department that you would find at most dealership service lanes. For example, Rey Reyes Jr, is leaps and bounds beyond any service advisor that I have ever worked with. He gives clear and accurate information when discussing the needs for your vehicle and he does it in a way that you don't feel stupid because he explains what he is talking about. Not only did Rey allow me to really feel comfortable asking him questions without the fear of being replied to in a pretentious manner, he did his job with a great smile, a wonderful sense of humor, and made me really want to come back if (not that I'm hoping my car has problems just to go see him. ha-ha), I absolutely needed to. Thank you Rey Reyes Jr and thank your Future Ford of Sacramento for having such wonderful examples of what true customer service should look like!

I just have to share that I had a wonderful experience with salesman John Lozano at Future Ford. He spent 2 weeks keeping in contact with me in search of a used Ford Edge within our price range. He is very attentative, funny, down to earth along with being realistic. Needless to say we purchased a 2010 Ford Edge from him last weekend and are extremly happy. Walked on the lot, was met by a really nice NOT PUSHY salesman named Paul and within a few minutes found the PERFECT car.. exactly in my price range. Was not pushed to finance or pressured in anyway. He was extremely knowledgeable and help to make me feel at ease in the selection process of buying my new car. He truly made the difference and I appreciate all his assistance. Everyone who I came in contact with at Future Ford were extremely nice. I felt so welcomed and at ease the entire time. Gary Harmon in finance was the first finance person in the car buying industry that I felt trustworthy. He worked to get me the best deal possible and he accomplished just that. I was in the market for a used diesel Ford F250 and came across a few at Future Ford that had everything I wanted. I am not very comfortable going to car dealerships, but I made an appointment with Pamela Whitehead at Future Ford and she met me on time as scheduled. She was professional, curteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the used diesel trucks in inventory. Frankly I was refreshed with Ms. Whitehead's friendly and understanding nature. I have not had good experiences with sales people at car dealerships until now. Ms. Whitehead was very patient in allowing me to test drive several models. She was also a wealth of knowledge when it came to discussing payment plans and extended warranties. The truck prices and plans we discussed were reasonable. Overall I rate my experience at Future Ford of Sacramento as a five, which is a first for me. I recommend this Ford dealership to others and I suggest that you seek out Pamela Whitehead as your sales representative if good customer service is important to you.

We were buying from out of State and had many obstacles to overcome. Stan worked very hard to help us complete this Sale. He had to make arrangements for the vehicle that we wanted to come from another dealership and this was accomplished. He kept in touch and tried to make sure that each step was being completed, including going in on his day off and following up on the delivery to us. We would recommend your dealership to others, because of good Customer Service, and the quality of the product.

The staff was extremely friendly especially our sales representative Amaru Bedoya. After explaining what exactly we were looking for they were honest and explained they didnt have what we needed but made some phone calls and sure enough they got what we were looking for without us needed to look elsewhere. Both my husband Hector and I were satisfied with the service we received therefore when purchasing our next vehicle we will definetly be doing business with them again.

I was looking to make a traid in on my van and get somthing newer. I had already been to two other car dealerships on Fulot in Sacramento and they were only trying to give me 700.00 for my trade in and asking that i pay 2800.00 down which was just crazy so by the time we got to Future Ford i was spent and in a very bad mood also i wasnt expecting to drive away in somthing new and i was just tiered of dealing with dealerships all together. I do have to say when our sales man Amaru atarted to show us cars i slowly was feeling a little hope he was very uplifting and possitive and made me feel like there was hope and i have to say there was. I ended uo in somthing MUCH NICER than i was driving and also they worked with what we had to give for the down payment and altogether made my dream of driving a nice car come true!! I cant Thank FURTURE Ford of Sascramento enough for what they did for us and i will ALWAYS recomend them to anyone i know looking to get into a new or used car.THANK YOU

This buying experience was simply fantastic!! I was treated with respect, kindness and at all times I felt like my own home. My sales consultant (AMARU FROM PERU) actually had a lot of patience and for the first time in my life I could trust a car sales guy. I am really happy with my experience at future ford. Justin was very helpful and gave us a great deal. My husband and I bought a 2011 ford focus which we recently filed bankruptcy so I wasn't sure there was much they could do for us. Justin and his team worked hard and got us a car with a good rate and the payment where we wanted it. So I can't say one bad thing about this place. Also gave us a free tank of gas which these days is nice to not have to pay to fill up my tank :) I plan on buying another vehicle from justin as soon as we can.

Deceitful and Dishonest! Anyone else think its strange that there's all these 5-star glowing reviews and the bad ones are buried? Ever get caught up in one of those shell games, where the guy hides a pea under a cup and mixes them all up and you have to pay to guess which one its under? Welcome to Future Ford! Can't emphasize enough how poorly my wife and I were treated and how badly I underestimated what low, underhanded snakes we were dealing with. Joe Richardson was our sales guy and the only thing I can complain about Joe was that he said I could come down and get an appraisal on my trade in in about 10-15 minutes, even though he never meant that to happen. After a test drive, we sat down with the biggest worm, Justin McClelland, who hammered us over and over to drive away with the car. After being there a few hours, my two under-two-year-old kids were falling apart. We wanted to leave but really wanted to find out what we could get for a trade in. Justin came back with less than half of what we said we would take, but said he would get us an extra $500 and knock another $500 off the sticker price. He got us close to a rate that was the max we could afford, then had us sign and initial this worksheet to give to the finance guy. But he never knocked anything off the sticker price, just gave us the old rope-a-dope by extending the months in our financing without telling us. We sat down with Shane in financing who tacked on a $199 "optional" security feature he never told us about and we never agreed to. Then he wasted an hour of our time with the kids fussing and wanting to leave trying to sell us a maintenance package. When we refused, he went and got his boss, the manager, to oversee his work. That guy who never introduced himself by name continued to hammer us about the maintenance package. He asked my wife if we could pay anything we wanted for the maintenance, what would it be. She said if it was another $5 a month, that would be reasonable, but we didn't want the extra expense. He said he thought it was very important that we had the maintenance, so he'd do it for us for $5. Actually, it was $6 and he didn't tell us that to get it for us for $6 extra a month, he just extended our financing another year so that ultimately, we paid full price for the stupid maintenance package. Extremely sneaky and unprofessional! When we looked over our copies we signed two days later, we saw all these charges and felt swindled. My wife called Shane who said that was unacceptable, and if we came down again, he would make it right. We set up an appointment and drove the 30 miles with kids in tow to the appointment, and lo and behold, Shane wasn't there. Only person was that liar Justin, who said he couldn't remember our deal, he does 30 deals a day. When I said all you need to do was get that worksheet that I had to sign so he could send it to financing, he said they don't keep those, it got shredded (then why did I have to sign it?) I told him there was no way he "forgot" our deal, that everything was too convenient for him, he got all red-faced and defensive. When I reminded him of the tales he regaled us with about his own children in order to get us to commit, he said "I don't have to listen to this--I'm done!" and stormed out. His boss then came in and gave us the worldly advice that "we shouldn't sign anything we don't know what we're signing". I explained that I signed what we originally agreed upon and that somehow that got all changed when Shane was "just finishing up the deal with our signatures". Then, all these guys that we'd never dealt with closed ranks and turned it that all this was our fault, there was nothing they could or would do for us, and that they were sorry but maybe we'd learned something. I learned that they all work together to weasle a signature, no matter how dishonest, and once they got pen to paper, everything else was conveninetly forgotten. They reduced my wife to tears and essentially called us stupid and liars for bringing their dishonesty to light. I will never return, I will recommend to anyone to avoid Future Ford at all costs, and I will unload this car as soon as I possibly can because I overpaid and was swindled by a bunch of dishonest sharks who prey on people they only view as targets. I regret that one star is as low as I can rate them.

Buying a car at Future Ford has been the best car-shopping experience I have ever had. The service was excellent: friendly, informative, and low pressure. The salesman paid close attention to what I was looking for and made sure that any vehicle I looked at met those needs. The trade-in process and financing were quick and painless, and all fine print in the contract was well explained. Great experience!

Amaru was wonderful and helped us find the perfect car. We almost walked away because the the car we thought we wanted wasn't on the lot. We loved his positive attitude and he was very friendly. We would definitely buy another car with Amaru as our contact. It was an enjoyable experience not like past car purchases.

He does not speak a lick of English, yet Frank was able to help him find a 2010 Ranger that was perfect for him. Frank was patient and extremely helpful. Frank Aoman was by far the best Sales Representative out there. He was knowledgealbe, friendly, like a guy you have known for a long time. He was easy to communicate with and new what we should be looking at for our 18 year old to drive. Something safe and economical. He wasn't pushy and let us look. We contacted him several times throughout the day to get information on the 2009 Ford Focus we were looking at while we were shopping around to see what else was out there. When we finally made up out mind what the best car for out daughter was (the 2009 Ford Focus) he sat with us for the 2.5 hours it took to get the deal done. Great guy, he made the experience better than it could have been. He deserves a big fat raise.

He was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and was very accommodating to my specific needs in a vehicle. He introduced me to the General Manager, Rod and the Fleet Director, Jim, so if I ever had any questions I could go directly to them. I felt like a commerical customer! They were all very helpful, friendly, courteous and patient. I will definitely look to them first for my next vehicle and will highly recommend them to anyone I know in the market.

Tony really changed my view of car salesmen. He was really friendly, honest and genuine. I bought a new Expedition from Tony and it was a great experience. FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO is a great place to buy a vehicle. I purchased my 2011 F350 thru the Fleet Department. Both Jim and Dennis kept me in the loop from the ordering process to the delivery and final walk thru. Any paperwork that required my signature was available when I arrived. No waiting. During the walk thru, Jim and Dennis spent close to an hour showing and explaining to me all of the features. Both have called after delivery to see if I had any concerns and if I needed any further explaination of the features of the vehicle. I would recommed FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO to any one wanting to buy a Ford vehicle.

My husband and I recently went in to trade our old 1997 F-250 and two motorcycles in for a newer truck at Future Ford of Sacramento, my experience was awesome!! Slavik was our salesman and he knew everything about each car and truck we asked about and he was not pushy at all. We ended up getting a 2007 F-150 and are so happy with our purchase. Then a week later I decided that since we had bought a 4 door F-150 that I didn't need my Expedition cause that is two gas eating cars, so we went back to Slavik and I traded my 2004 Expedition in for a 2011 Ford Fusion. I would go back again and again for all my future purchases!! Slavik was so extremely helpful and we could call him at anytime if we needed any questions answered. Thank you Slavik Nester!!! After five weeks of searching for a truck I thought Id never find it. Well I now have it and then some. I was in the market for a 20002003 Ford F-250 pick up. This truck is in demand! Its a 7.3L diesel that if you know anything about diesels its the one. My older brother referred me to a gentleman named Tim Butler at Future Ford of Sacramento.. He bought a new Ford Flex from Tim last year and was beyond happy, Tim exceeded my expectations, and best of all I actually enjoyed myself. I have been using FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO service department since I first bought a Ford vehicle. QUICK LANE works always fast, and it is very convenient for me since I am always busy. A week ago I went there to trade my 2003 F150 for a new Ford. This time I decided to down-size because I didn't need a truck no more. Over there I met great and very polite person, Ukrainian guy, SLAVIK NESTER, who recently moved to the United States. He completely surprised me with his kindness and knowledge of American cars. SLAVIK did the best walk-around on a car, and I am sure that I never had nobody explaining to me how vehicle can benefit me and my family. Thank you SLAVIK very much. Also I want to say thanks to FUTURE FORD and FORD COMPANY in general for making such a great product like 2011 Ford Fusion. I enjoy driving this truly best in mid-class sedan. Probably the best experience I have had buying a new car. Today, I met with the internet director at The Sacramento Future Ford store, who found the Acadia my wife wanted but for the price I wanted. The process was painless than what I have been exposed to in the past and they gave me a great deal in finance too. Overall, I recommend this dealer over any other Ford dealership around.

My mom totaled her car so it was up to me to help her buy a new one. I had some experience with the service department, they changed my oil and did my tires and both times it was real fast. Frank did a good job picking out a car for my mom and the whole process ended up to be less than a couple of hours. I was able to give my mom her new car and move on with my life!

Our purchase was very enjoyable, JC was very helpful and explanatory. We had two minor problems, our license was lost at the time of purchase and when our gas tank was "filled" it was only filled to half a tank. Other than that everything was great! We love the car and the service was outstanding.

They'll tell you they sell a lot of cars. They'll tell you that gives them room to make great deals and get more financing options from lenders. But they can't make good on the offer later. My finace bought a used car from them and they 'worked very hard' to make the deal. However, they called 3 weeks later and said they couldn't find a lender to accept the deal so she would have to come up with another $2,500 to keep the car.Don't make an offer if you can't actually get the deal done. I know they hope that the buyer will like the car so much after 3 weeks that they will find the money to complete the deal. It may not be illegal, but it IS shady business practice. Save your time and money and go to another dealer.
