Mr. LaDell Griffin is the BEST salesperson that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was kind, honest and most important he listened. He worked hard to help my family and I get the car that we needed. We walked in at 9am that morning and by 2pm we were driving away in our new 2014 car. I think Nicholas Kane is the best Salesman i have ever had in 40 years of buying vehicles. Very friendly, and knew all about the vehicles. Answered all questions. Found us the car we were looking for. 2 other dealers close to my house had only a few dodge caravans. Found this dealership on internet and saw that they had a large variety of vehicles. I would recommend Nicholas Kane to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I had just bought a car in April, but unfortunately due to the "great Michigan flood" in August it was deemed a total loss. :( I went into the dealership not sure if I had wanted to buy or lease a vehicle, but thankfully Denise was there to help! I was dying to have the Journey but I didn't want to spend any more than I was with my previous car, and unfortunately the Journey was too expensive. However, with the help of John and Denise I walked away with a 2 yr. lease on an AWESOME Dodge Dart (white, blacktop package, all decked out) and it's costing me significantly LESS than what I was paying before. Ya-hoo!!

I was recently in Galeana's to purchase a new 2014 challenger. Ruth was extremely helpful with getting me the car I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and made the process as simple as possible. I would definitely go back to her for my next car purchase. Mark was also very helpful and found a mix up in the paperwork (recently updated address) before we had to go over everything again at the end of the day that saved a bunch of time. Overall a great experience.

Reggie Upshaw was very courteous and friendly and we enjoyed working with him to get our new Ram 1500 Outdoorsman. He explained all the new electronics clearly as this is the first time we have had a vehicle with all the "bells and whistles" on it. This will be our third vehicle (all Ram trucks) from Galeana's and will return as their service and sales staff are the best.

I was driving a 2006 Chevrolet HHR LT that was affected by the GM recall. It was during that recall that my local Chevy dealer took my car and loaned me a 2014 Dodge Journey. It took them almost 3 mos to repair my car but I wasn't complaining because it gave me time to get used to the Journey. When I got my old car back, all I can think about was owning a Journey. Well after hearing a advertizement of Galeana's Dodge/Ram I decided to see what they had to offer and as soon as I entered Denise was able to help me. She was professional and easy to talk to and I walked away in a new 2014 Dodge Journey R/T. I have talked to all my friends about my experience and highly recommend both Denise and Galeana's Dodge/Ram to anyone looking for a new car or truck. Thanks!!!

I contacted Salesperson Denise Rouse that I would like a Journey and gave her a monthly payment figure that I could afford. She worked on all options, leasing, purchasing new or purchasing used and gave me many options to choose from. She did meet my request of the payment I had in mind. She communicated constantly, was easy to reach, very friendly, helpful and made my purchasing experience wonderful. I love my car! Mary Pittiglio-Hunley was very pleasant as well and also gave us options of how to finance. It was a very easy and wonderful experience, all done on line. I walked in, signed papers, Denise showed me my car and went through it inside and out and I was out the door with my beautiful car in an hour.

Lawrence went through rain storms with me on picking out what type of vehicle I would be happy in. It took me 2 weeks to finally decide on an RAM.. Lawrence was very helpful and answered all my calls w/questions on different things and didn't mind that I kept test driving every vehicle on the lot. He had a smile on this face every time I showed up... That is great service. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new ride.

Amazing! Just got my first car and had the awesome pleasure of leasing it at Galeana's. My parents are also not a stranger to the place as they also got their Challenger through them. The service is pretty amazing! We called that day and was able to attain my new Dodge Dart GT that evening. The seller, Nick, was super helpful and very friendly! He handled everything for us perfectly and got us a great deal! I couldn't be happier~ Jessica was also a super big help throughout the process. I feel a part of the family now and will go through them again once my lease is up for this car!!!

OVERALL AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must say that purchasing my Dodge Journey R/T at Galeana's was an amazing and comfortable experience. Had a seamless purchase experience. The people here were helpful and I had my new car in less that 24 hours. The car was ready when I arrived and all the paperwork (except signatures) was ready to go. Love having things in order. Great car price and rebates too! Will likley use the service center. It apperaed clean and the service staff was very friendly. If you are loking to purchase a new vehicle, stop on in there. You will not regret it!

The New Car Sales Consultant (D.Rouse) made me feel very welcome, and made me her #1 priority while I asked many questions (she answered them all too!). She was very patient while it took me quite a while on deciding what color car I finally chose. Also good follow-ups with e-mail and a phone call. There was no waiting around the dealership while your salesperson wonders around, tries to keep you around, because they may feel your business is not that important to them or whatever, like some dealerships, she was quick and efficient. I am not sure I would have purchased the car that day if it wasnt for the personal service, thanks.

A++ Dealership! I decided to try and take advantage of the great lease incentives that the Dodge Ram was offering. Went to a referred dealership and my experience was nice, but did not seem like the best they could have done with the pricing. I then remembered that several of my family members had purchased their vehicles from Galeana's. And wouldn't you know it, by chance, the sales consultant I was set up with, was the same for my family members! Denise Rouse listened to exactly what I was looking for, gave me a few alternate options to consider, then got me exactly where I wanted to be with my lease, with a few more options on my truck that I wasn't expecting! Worked with Bill Reed on the recommendation of a close friend. Had gone to another dealer earlier in the week and got a good price, but was told I need to go speak with Bill anyway. Sent him an email telling him what I was looking at and had a call from him right away to discuss a few more details. He was straight the the point and really worked around my busy schedule, meeting me at lunch time and early afternoon. Got me a better price than the first dealer I went to on the exact truck I wanted. To get me my truck before the Memorial Day weekend, he stayed that Friday to finalize the deal and watch me drive off. Introduced me to a lot of the other people in the dealership and they all seem friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to see Bill and the rest of the staff.

I contacted the dealership telling them what I wanted and didn't want in a truck. Not only did Ledell contacted me with a list of vehicles fitting my needs including links to actual pictures and options but also had taken the time to break down the pricing for each of them for me. He was patient answered all my questions. I had optional equipment installed before I took delivery and it was still ready ahead of schedule. This was a very enjoyable experience. I went to this dealership looking for a new dodge journey. I walked in with the car that I wanted in stock. The price was great along with a reasonable monthly payment. They gave me a great trade-in price. The finance manager worked very well with us to help us out with our new lease payment. John had given us all of the information before we got to the dealership. Reginald was very thorough with all of the details of the new car including going over everything with me so I could learn all of the features.

I purchased a Dodge Charger in March of 2012. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The first Charger I looked at and drove was beautiful. It was a Charger R/T metallic red with red/black interior. My salesmen (Jeff Cardinali) tried to convince me what a great vehicle it was. I was not completely sold on the Charger. He asked me if I wanted to leave a deposit and I declined because of my uncertainty. Low and behold when I called back a few days later, the vehicle had sold to another interested buyer. I was a bit disappointed that my salesmen didn't call me to let me know another buyer was interested in the vehicle. Jeff then did everything possible to locate another vehicle but was unsuccessful. According to my instructions, Jeff ordered a Charger R/T Plus similar to the vehicle I originally test drove. The car was built and delivered within three weeks and to this day is a great-great vehicle. Jeff did everything he could do please me and to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially my salesmen, Jeff Cardinali, to anyone interested in a Dodge vehicle.

The facility was clean and the people were fantastic. If there was any draw back, its only that these fine people could use a larger show room. Aside from that i have nothing to say bad about this Dealership. I would and will get my next vehicle from this location. My Sales consultant, (Mary O'Connell) was very nice and tried to handle all my questions and of course this pleased me very much. She was acceptional and did an outstanding job as well as the rest of the other folks that i made contact with. This was a wonderful buying experience.

This is quite possibly the worst dealership in the Metro Detroit area. The staff is rude, service is slow and you can never get a straight answer from the service department about what they are doing. My advise to anyone planning on going here is stay away, I can't comment on the price because this was WARRANTY WORK that they managed to screw up time and time again. I have already made complaints to Dodge about this dealership and will continue to until they find a fix for my car.
