We recently purchased a new Accord from this location. Our sales person, Todd Eubanks, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The first price we were shown was in what we considered a reasonable range before walking in to view the car. The process was quick. There were a few people ahead of us so we had to wait maybe half an hour between agreeing to buy the car and financing. Todd and other staff members apologized several times for the wait. Even though compared to buying at other dealerships in the past we felt like we did not wait an unreasonable amount of time at all. The usual finance manager was out. So I cannot say if our experience was typical. The financing process went smoothly. We were shown the options in a neutral way. We were never pushed or pressured into adding extras on to the purchase on the back end.

I had a very friendly service representative who helped with the service process. Never have bought tires from a dealership before but warranty was great and price reasonable. Plus the coupons made it even better. I’ve had my cars serviced here for the past year and have been satisfied with them.

We chose Gallatin Honda because of their great response and customer service, first through email. Then once we arrived, they took great care of us and even met us at the door with the van pulled up that we were interested in. After a test drive, we sat down to discuss numbers. We were expecting to have to “haggle” like at other car dealerships...but these guys came out with an excellent offer right out of the gate. We couldn’t even ask for much more because their price was so fair! We will not hesitate to make all of our future car purchases at Gallatin Honda. We couldn’t recommend them more.
