I had the best dealer experience with Gary. If you want a good used vehicle, buy from him. He was upfront about everything. The beautiful 2011 Grand Cherokee overland I bought needed service. I live 2 hours away. What kind of mom and pop shop delivers a vehicle after service, this one does. Plus he gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get home. You cant get any better than Gary Simmons Lease-sales. He and Ms Dawn made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They will be my dealer of choice in the future.

They were able to get me into a car after mine was totaled. Financing available however they don't report to credit bureaus which they should.

So called here shopping around to see what we can do about a new car. The person that answered the phone decided to say, after my fiancee told them our financial situation, that we would never get approved by anyone in the area and we should just buy a cheap beater and deal with that for a couple years till we could afford a reliable car. Now while our situation isnt the best for credit purposes i know for a fact we are in a position financially to get approved and have been preapproved by a couple companies already. So not only was this salesman unecessarily rude and deeming they also dont know their a** from a hole in the ground. She is much more polite than me so she ended the call after the extremely offensive reply but im not as friendly so you make your call on whether or not this place is where u wanna do business.
