Nate is a exceptional sales man he helped me find the right vehicle for me I was undecided wen I walked in to the dealer ship after a couple of test drives and checking threw the inventory I finely found the right vehicle for me test drove it fell in love with the car and bought it the fiance department was fast and very help full so with a down payment and a signature I had my new car and a payment that I can deal with and not be breaking the bank if you know what I mean thank you Nate and Gates

Nate Rameaka, my salesperson, provided me with absolute top notch customer service! I purchsed from Gates specifically because of the superior level of customer service, attention to detail, no pressure approach and positive experience I recieved at Gates GMC Buick Nissan in Windham CT! Nick Truax was great to deal with in the finance department and explained everything clearly with no pressure at all! Martin Quinones was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I went in with a list of requirements and where I'd be willing to negotiate/compromise, and he put me in the exact car I needed. I visited Gates Nissan last weekend and it was positively one of THE best dealership visits I ever had. I worked with Brian who was just amazing from start to finish and I never felt pressured or cheated during any step of the process. He worked with us trying to figure out what he could offer us and he did a great job. I ended up buying a Hyundai (I liked the Accent a little better than the Note), but if I had bought a Nissan, this is where I would have done it. Classy all the way.
