My husband and I were not particularly looking for a new car and just wanted to check the cars out for the future. We walked in and were greeted by Dave Kern. My husband doesn't typically like salespeople until he's ready to purchase. Dave gave us some space and was there if we had any questions. When we did, he was extremely knowledgeable. It really was a pleasure to interact with Dave because of all his knowledge. We've been to other dealers in the past and they don't always know the answers. Dave gave us such a great deal it was impossible to walk away.

I currently have my 4th Lincoln leased from Germain Lincolnin the last 8 years. The reason I keep returning is the excellent sales experience and the confidence I have in the Service Department. My most recent service experience involved my 2016 Lincoln MKX which had a problem requiring the car to be tied up for over a week. Justin Yoerger met me on arrival and worked with me to provide a loaner car for the time the car would be out of service. He made sure I was informed of the progress of the service and when the car was ready it was delivered back to me clean and in perfect condition. I have worked with Justin in the past and I know when I have an issue he is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied when I get my car back. Every aspect of working with Germain Lincoln makes leasing a car from them a great experience. Confidence is how I would describe my impression of this dealership.

I have taken my Lincoln there ever since I moved to Naples (3 years). I have always been pleased with the service. Scott Messenger is my service man and he is very on "top of everything" and very nice to deal with. My only complaint is I liked the self serve coffee and food available at your old dealership. I am a big coffee drinker and felt embarrassed to keep asking her for more. One time she was so busy talking with a customer that I couldn't get served. Why pay the extra amount for a person, unless people were eating way too much!! I would certainly like to serve myself when I want. Above is a very small concern, just thought you would like to know.

I had a $1250 power steering unit job done June 2016. Upon picking up the vehicle, I broke down on the way home. As it turned out, the power steering belt wasnt installed right and it broke off which in turn, tore my serpentine belt. I spoke with the service dept mgr Joe. He sent a tow truck, offered to bring me a rental to use. The next day, Joe called me to explain what happened. He then blew me away.. gave me back every dollar I paid the day before!!!! Wow!!! Who offers service lIke that these days! No one! Obviously they also replaced the serpentine belt and power steering belts again. I will never go anywhere else. My hubby has a new Ford Edge.. that vehicle will also be going there for all if it's needs. Thank you Germain and Joe for outstanding service! Joe told me that his father always told him "it's not about the mistakes made, it's how you recover from it". Words I will use in my daily life.

Pre-Owned Sales group at Germain Lincoln was amazing. Sales Manager Rick, Salesmen Ozzie and John were the best. I would give the highest marks to all of these individuals. They treated us like family, we ended with the vehicle we were searching for.....as a matter of fact there were several choices of excellent quality Pre-Owned vehicles that met my wife's high quality requirements. We ended up with a beautiful MKX. All aspects of the purchase went flawlessly, painlessly and behind the scenes. Having previously owned a Cadillac SRX and currently own a Lincoln MKS I will stick with Lincoln for all future automobile purchases. One of the additional reasons we came to Germain was there Service....Justin Yoerger always took care of our MKS as if we bought at Germain's. Taking a vehicle in for service at Germain's is a pleasure.....thank you Justin. My daughter is a BMW addict, owned 2 new including her current BMW 428 Hardtop Convertible, and is going to trade her Beamer for an MKZ in the next 18 months.

I took my week old 2016 MKX in to see Scott Moesner, my Service Advisor, because the Lincoln My Touch was acting up. It turned that the hard drive had failed in it. The part was backed ordered from Ford. Scott went to dealer management who approved taking the part from another new Lincoln and putting it in my car and then replacing it in the unsold car when the part came in. This is another example of Scott and Germain always putting the customer first.Dave D.

He is very professional and seen to our request for oil and filter change and anything else that was needed at this time. The vehicle received a wash and vacuum cleaning before they brought it to us. We met Michael Messina who was very new to Germain Lincoln, but had prior Auto Sales Experience, so he knew the way through the sales progression. The whole process was low keyed and very professional. No high pressure whatsoever. We were looking to trade our 2015 Toyota Avalon XLE Touring Edition which was on a 36 month Lease with 25 months left. I wasn't sure if this was even a possibility, but quickly found that the Toyota at 7400 miles was pristine and worth all the money and was a favorable trade-in. Leslie Sass, the General Manager, became involved to work out the arrangements to make all the pieces come together. Leslie is a true Pro and Michael and Leslie managed to put the whole thing together so that it was a win win for all of us. My Wife Diane and I agreed to put down an amount of money that would give us the 36 month payment scenario that we felt comfortable with. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever made and we are comfortable in doing this again at the end of our 36 month Lease obligation. I highly recommend Germain Lincoln and the Sales and Financing Staff. They are knowledgeable, personable and very professional, with no high pressure or a lot of run around or back and forth.

This is the second Lincoln MKX we have leased through Germain Lincoln and the second time we have been fortunate enough to work with the salesman, Sal Copolla and the Sales Manager, Jim. I would suppose that there is "no greater" recommendation than returning to both a dealership and a salesman then a second lease, From product knowledge, reasonable negotiations and just general overall experience the dealership and the people employed there simply cannot be beat! Justin Yoerger, my service tech for Germain Lincoln has always gone the extra mile to make my service visits as pleasant and easy as possible. This last visit he noted the "Hybrid" name plates on both sides of my MKZ were worn and half missing. Not especially good looking. He ordered them and quickly had them replaced. Service consultant was more focused on increasing his commission than addressing the issues with my vehicle. Spent $4,000 to fixed the suspension system on my Ford Expedition only to have my "check suspension" light come after leaving the service department and driving less than 10 miles. When I took it back their explanation was the issue was with the front suspension and they only looked at the back suspension. Hence, the new issue would be an additional cost to repair. Never mind the fact I had initially asked them to "check everything" and they gave me a vehicle evaluation stating they had done so. I feel like I was "ripped off" and will never take my vehicle to the Germain Lincoln Service Department again!!!

He explained everything clearly and took the time to go over the essential features of my new MKZ plus sync my phone, download my address book and change my code on the keyless entry. He even offered to come to my home and help me set up my Home Link. (I declined.) It is nice to deal with Sal because he knows the business, the car's features and specs and makes car buying easier. Last Saturday I was shopping and had car full of treasures. I was at my last stop of the day and my car wouldn't start. I called my road side assistance plan and they came (finally) and jumped my battery and tried to sell me a new battery for $250.00! That didn't sound like a very good price to me (of course, my husband was golfing and not answering his cell phone). So, I drove over to Germain hoping the Service Dept was still open. Scott Moessner was there and managed to get me in and my bill was almost $100 less! Thanks, Scott.

We stopped in Germain Lincoln because of an ad we saw on TV....not intending to purchase anything. Dennis Leach was patient with us showing us car after car. We left feeling very good about the professional manner we were treated and said we'd think about it. We had a trade in and after working through the numbers (which was surprisingly comfortable) we leased a Lincoln sedan and leased it exactly according to the ad down to the penny. On 09.01.15 I visited the Ft Myers Lincoln dealership to have my Town Car trunk latch repaired as the truck would not close properly. The soonest I could obtain an appointment was 09.14.15. I was provided a number to call and see if I could be scheduled sooner. I did so and was given a date of 09.10.15. I then called Germain Lincoln and spoke with Scott Moessner. He scheduled an appointment for 10:00 a.m. the very next day. Even though I had to drive 22 miles one way it was entirely worth it! I was very impressed with the service I received and the interest Mr. Moessner showed in keeping me informed of the repair progress. As luck would have it on 09.22.15 the power steering pressure switch assembly needed replacing. The soonest the Ft Myers dealership could schedule an appointment was five days later. Once again I contacted Mr. Moessner and he scheduled an appointment the very next day. I am very pleased with the service provided at Germain Lincoln. Germain Lincoln and Dave Kern were great. I drove 5 and a half hours from Key West to Bonita Springs to check out a 2013 Lincoln MKT. The entire process from test drive to financing took less than 3 hours, and I got a great car, and had a really pleasant experience. This dealership was so different than the 'boiler room' operations in Miami and Fort Lauderdale - and the price was unbeatable. Tony Antonucci put the financing together and didn't fuss when I kept moving him from talking about 'monthly payments' to the actual price for options. Nothing funny with the numbers, great service, nice guys. It's worth the trip.

We are a regular customer and Justin lets us know when the time for service has arrived. He greets you as soon as you drive into the service area and has the van washed and ready go just outside the service waiting area. They offer comfortable and pleasant areas to read or do other work with more than adequate snacks and refreshments. There was one item this time that was a warranty repair. It was most helpful to offer to provide a "loaner" rather than waiting at the dealership. I look forward to my next service visit.

Last month we had a new compressor installed in the Air Ride System. This week a message came up saying Check Air Ride Switch, which we brought in. The message went away at the dealership, but the question was given to a tech to be looked into. We got a call a couple of hours later that no problem was found and that the air ride was working OK. I'm a resident of MI, but needed to have my new MKX serviced. From the moment I called for an appointment to bringing the car in for service, my experience with Germain Lincoln was excellent. I was surprised to get an appointment so quickly and actually pick the time I wanted to bring it in. I only had to wait 1 hour, 15 mins. for the service to be completed and got a complimentary car wash on top of it all. The lounge for waiting was wonderful, including all the great breakfast goodies. Called at the last minute to see if my scheduled maintenance could be done. Spoke with Justin Yoerger who had me come in within 30 minutes and took care of everything promptly, professionally and very personably. Instead of taking a loaner (which was immediately offered), I chose to wait the approximate 90 minutes for the work to be completed (which included two recommended additional actions), and worked from the dealership's very fine customer center (good latte...). Have dealt with Germain for over 18 years. They have the best service department I have ever experienced in over sixty years of car owenership. I am very lucky to have Justin Yoerger as my service manager. He is the best ever. Germain 's facilities are the outstanding from the very comfortable waiting room to the experienced mechanics. For example, the coffee machine is is the best I have ever seen and grinds the beans for each cup. You can get any style of coffee you wish. Wonderful rolls, cookies,egg sandwitchs are there for the taking. Sales are no pressure and every car I have purchased hads been a great deal. And every time you have your car serviced it is returnd freshly washed and vacumed.

Justin Yoerger could not have been more accommodating or pleasant at my recent visit to Germaine Lincoln. His expertise in diagnosing our problem was spot on. The part that was needed was not available but was expected the following morning. I was given a loaner vehicle (a nice Lincoln SUV) and was on my way. The part did arrive the following morning, was installed and I was out the door before noon. The facility itself was immaculate. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Germaine to everyone.

I needed to get some work done . I e-mailed Justin Yoerger and that is where the positive experience started. He got me an appointment when I wanted one. Justin always answers my e-mails in a timely manner so he is super easy to work with. I always wait for service as the atmosphere is fabulous, I do a little work with the free internet, the office setting that is supplied is something I appreciate. The car is always washed and vacuumed, the work is completed without a problem. All cars need maintenance, Justin makes is real easy to take care of!

My 2013 MKZ is the third MKZ I have had from Germain. I haven't had any real problems with any of them. When I take my car in for service, Scott Moessner provides quick and excellent service. I purchased a used 2004 Lincoln Navigator from Germain over the internet with 28,000 miles on it. I did this from a franchised dealer, as they generally take care of their customers. However, after being assured that the Navigator was "like new" and had undergone a 110 point inspection, I was disappointed when it arrived:Here are the issues so far:1. Drivers side unlock button does not work2. Backup "radar" does not work (beeps constantly)3. AdvanceTrac seems to be consistently over-reacting and braking front wheels w/o any slippage and while on dry roads - stops when AdvanceTrac is disabled4. Left headlight not functioning!5. Paint on hood faded along edge on passenger side and orange-peeled on top of fender on passenger side6. Only one key - really?7. CD player cover will not electronically retract face of player - must be manually forced - CDs connot be played8. Drivers' side cooled seat not functioning9. Weird noises coming from transmission10. No temp tag! (Despite charging me an $800 paperwork fee!)11. Air suspension problems12. Heated/Cooled Seats do not work13. Remote mirror controls do not work14. Rear wiper does not work15. I purchased a used 2004 Lincoln Navigator from Germain over the internet with 28,000 miles on it. I did this from a franchised dealer, as they generally take care of their customers. However, after being assured that the Navigator was "like new" and had undergone a 110 point inspection, I was disappointed when it arrived: Here are the issues so far: 1. Drivers side unlock button does not work 2. Backup "radar" does not work (beeps constantly) 3. AdvanceTrac seems to be consistently over-reacting and braking front wheels w/o any slippage and while on dry roads - stops when AdvanceTrac is disabled 4. Left headlight not functioning! 5. Paint on hood faded along edge on passenger side and orange-peeled on top of fender on passenger side 6. Only one key - really? 7. CD player cover will not electronically retract face of player after CDs are loaded - must be manually forced 8. Drivers' side cooled seat not functioning 9. Weird noises coming from transmission 10. No temp tag! 11. Air suspension problems And, as a bonus, they didn't actually ship the car with any license plate screws so I had to go to Home Depot! He spent alot of time explaining the electronics & operation of the car. He took care of all the paperwork for us & in the process made us feel very welcome. One day earlier we visited another dealership. I can say it was not a good experience. They made us stand in the lobby,we were not invited into any office. We told them what we were looking for,they went to the back,then returned to tell us the vehicle was not available but never asked if they could interest us in an alternative.We left feeling that they really didn't care to sell us us a car. Leslie Sass (General Sales Manager) and her team totally understand the needs of their "guests" as they call us and once again (my second purchase) it has been a an experience greatly exceeding my expectations. My Wife and I have purchased three cars thus far from Bonnie cooper at Germain Lincoln and have switched allegience from Lexus due to the superior performance provided by bonnie and their Customer Service DeptWe quickly recognizede that Bonnie and Germain cared about customers and were careful to point out areas of the new Lincolns that would appeal to us. She carefully and completely explained the many variations of the SYNC system and how we should use it. At every phase of our meeting she would show us car details and then demonstrate them through demonstrations.When we had occasion to use the Service Dept. for regular maintenance, we were struck by the friendliness and prompt response to our needs. If the work would require extra time we were provided with a car to use. When the service was completed, the car was always returned washed and cleaned.We are proud to be the owners of two new Lincolns and have recommended Bonnie Cooper and Germain Lincoln to our friends.

Had bought three previous Lincoln TCs from Germaine,but unsettled economic times led me to keep my most recent one more years than usual. Finally my wife and I decided to look over new MKS with voice-activatd Sync system. For first time used Web to inquire, and got prompt email answer. On visit to showroom received extremely friendly, informative and low key help from Will Sell. (Yes, we too remarked on his surname).Leslie Sass, sales manager, who "wrapped up" with us was gracious and low key. Luckily the exact model we wanted was on the lot. Hi-tech of the vehicle wonderful but a bit overwhelming; luckily my wife has latst iPhone so understood most.Got fair price, and took possesssion 2 days later. So if you see somebody happily drivng an MKS, seemingly talking to his dashboard, it's me.

When I was in the market for a new SUV I thought to myself I wish I knew where Leslie Sass went after leaving Tamiami Ford. At the time I worked down the road from Germain Lincoln and thought I would stop in to see what they had. Too my great surprise Leslie was the finance manager and helped me along with Dave to pick out a new MKX. They were both very helpful and friendly. I can not speak highly enough of Leslie and her customer one on one. She and Dave were able to get me the MKX where I felt comfortable in payments and would hands down recommend Germain Lincoln to anyone. Leslie is a huge asset to Germain Lincoln and it is because of her and her customer service that I would go back. When in for service I have never had a problem with my MKX except for a loose trim piece that they fixed immediately and without delay. Other than that I occasionally stop in around 6000 miles for my oil change and have always been treated with respect and friendliness when servicing my vehicle. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. I sent e-mails out to a few Ford and Mercury dealers requesting information on the Fusion and Milan. Dave Kern responded first and was the only response I received. Since I live a distance from Naples, alot was done by e-mail until I was ready to purchase. Ivisited and met Dave personally. He was a gentleman, respectful and fully knowledgeable of his product. He guided me by understanding my needs and not pushing me into something I did'nt need or want. I love my Milan and am heartbroken that I won't have an opportunity to own another. Bonnie was great. She was efficient, respectful and direct. Would recommend her to anyone - especially female purchasers. As a female I have not been taken seriously and when it came to signing on the dotted line - previous sales people would turn to my husband for credit and final approval.
