It was time to trade in my wife's car and get something different. We knew what we wanted and Suleyman helped us find the one that fit the bill, a good clean, high quality X5. Wife loves it. This is the third car I have purchased from German Auto World. While they may not look like your traditional auto dealer, when someone is that fair, knowledgeable, and good to deal with, when the time comes why wouldn't you keep going back. I have to give him high marks on service too. We are a family of four that owns four BMWs, a 540, 528, 325, and now an X5, so I often have more than the occasional service question or need. There are few places I could ever say I have been this happy with, so I obviously highly recommend Suleyman and German Auto World.

Finding a used car that you are specifically looking for, along with the price being right, is an almost impossible find. My wife and I looked for quite some time all over the east coast, it seemed, for the right car for us. We did find some and even liked the vehicles but the biggest turnoff was the dealership/dealer. Though i understand that they too have a job to do, something didn't sit right when making a big financial decision like buying a car with any of them....Until, German Auto World. The integrity i found in Mr. Suleyman was unmatched in this field and my trust was gained before i ever met him. The biggest part of transaction was done via phone because we live 6 hours away. This means a lot considering i never once thought about traveling this far to buy a vehicle before talking to Suleyman. A long story short, we bought the vehicle the day we drove down and even after the sale, Suleyman has been there for any help needed. I do highly recommend this establishment. Also, this is the first review i have ever left anywhere.

I purchased a BMW 535i from German Auto and couldn't be happier. The owner takes the time to go over the car with you and he's very knowledgeable on German autos. If there are any issues, no worries because he'll take care of you. He's very trust worthy!

This was our second vehicle purchase from German Auto World. I know that they will stand behind their cars, so I made sure I bought this vehicle from them too. We have stayed in touch since our first purchase, and we can call anytime with questions. Suleyman is extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, and the prices are fair. Great experience.

Had a great experience buying a Mercedes from German Auto World. It's a high-end car in a rare color and was in great condition. Exceptional service, reliable and honest, answered all questions quickly, and offered a very fair price. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

This may read as a testimonial rather than a review: I came to German Auto world in the fall of 2012. At that time I had 'no credit' which made choices very limited regarding options. Suliman helped me to acquire financing for my 1st high line vehicle purchase and advised me regarding my credit and counseled me on a strategic approach to improve my credit score. Within 24 months my credit score is now over 700 and I have made my 2nd purchase of a high end Mercedes Benz at an interest rate of less than 10 percent; in fact my credit union extended an $51,000.00 no down payment loan towards my 2nd purchase. Suliman also has changed the transmission in my other vehicle which was not purchased at German Auto world and he rebuilt the transmission for 50% less than the actual dealer maintenance quote! Suliman as well as his quiet spirited father have become very close friends to me rather than business acquaintances. Suleyman was great to work with. I was free to test drive the car as much as I wanted and he didn't have any issues with an inspection by my mechanic. Sales process was smooth and I would get another car from him in the future.

Please don't let the facilities fool you... The cars are top top quality and the owners knowledge on all German built cars is first class! I was in the market for a very specific style and trim X5, and German Auto World delivered and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, returned calls and gives you a wealth of knowledge about your car. The prices are upfront, fair and honest... With absolutely no pressure to buy until you are comfortable. An added bonus is that they also will service your car at their facilities at prices that are half of what you would pay at one of the dealers. I will definitely go back to German Auto World again for my next BMW purchase! Ask for Suleyman, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a 2007 BMW 550i from Suleyman following a car accident that totaled my M3 in late January. Suleyman was extremely accommodating and was willing to "go the extra mile" to help me out. The vehicle was in the exact condition as described, though it did need a new set of tires, pads and rotors. Suleyman worked with me on these items and we were able to reach an equitable solution for us both. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process, walking me through the contract and coordinating a PPI with a BMW dealership a few miles away. He even went so far as to have me picked up when I dropped off my rental car. Overall I had a very positive experience and ended up with a car that I enjoy and feel I got a fair price on. After a few months of ownership, I began to develop an issue with a known faulty OEM BMW part (electronic steering wheel lock module). These consistently fail on bmw 3 series and, less frequently, on the 5 series (e90 and e60 respectively). After an emergency call/text I had the car dropped off outside of Suleyman's shop for repair. HE was quickly able to identify the problem, locate a new part, and provide a competent install for a very reasonable price. Once again, I was very pleased with the quality of service, attention to detail, and level of care Suleyman exhibits. I look forward to my next car purchase, and can assure you that I will look to German Auto World first.

This was my first German Auto purchase - and I must say I was very happy with the outcome. Although there is no fancy showroom and customer care lounges - you can get a very good deal from Suleyman and company. There were a few minor issues with the car (2008 Mercedes S class) but Jarrett and Suleyman were able to take care of these right away. Both of these gentleman take great care to make the customer happy and they know a lot about the German Cars - BMW, Porsche, Mercedes and Audi. I felt in very good hands there. They are not marking up their cars or services by some outlandish price - just offering a good value for the services rendered. I would highly recommend their shop to anyone needing service or a good used car.

Don't be fooled by the warehouse style building when you arrive at German Auto World. Great service, honest deals, and service after purchase are some of the great qualities noted in my recent car purchase. Suleyman and staff were very helpful and willing to work many aspects in my first BMW purchase. They are undoubtedly very knowledgeable and passionate about BMWs (other German automobiles as well). Thus, you are buying a car from a group of car enthusiast, not some sales guy. I liked the fact they have mechanics on staff. They can do complete tear-downs to oil changes, so they are not just there to sell you a car and leave you to figure out how to care for a used car. I consider German Auto World a great resource for my future needs with the car.

I purchased a BMW M5 at German Auto World. I was very cautious with buying such a high end car, but after getting to know the owner and his knowledge on BMWs I felt much better about owning this particular performance vehicle. Suleyman was willing to educate me, as well as work with me, on fixing a few items that came up in the pre-purchase inspection. I liked knowing that German Auto World also works on vehicles, thus they know the quirks within each model. Overall my experience was great. I got answers to all my questions and just the vehicle I wanted.

German Auto World gave me a wonderful experience in car buying! As we all know deciding on which vehicle to purchase is a difficult process. Solomon was VERY patient with me throughout the process. He allowed me to take my time and decide. I didn't feel pressured at all into purchasing one of his vehicles. He handled my financing from beginning to end. I recently bought my 2011 BMW X5 from German Auto World and I must say I really enjoyed the experience and honesty. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything BMW and walked me through pretty much everything I needed to know about my X5. As a previous X5 owner, I knew what to expect from the car itself, but German Auto World took it up another notch including the reasonable price for a quality car. I would recommend this dealership because of the people who make you feel at home and the vast experience the owner has with BMWs, Mercedes, and german cars in general. Thanks guys!
