Excellent vehicle. From any other German, Japanese, or US auto makers I would have needed to spend another $20-30k to get a similarly equipped car, with no better quality in my opinion. I previously owned BMW350, Audi 6, and CTS which I just traded in for G80. None of them seem to match in terms of smoothness of riding. Acceleration appears on a par with BMW and Audi. The instrumentation, of course, is way superior to all three cars that I owned in the past 10 plus years. Although I enjoyed driving CTS it has to be one level lower than any other cars including G80. My wife drives a Mercedes which I, however, paid extra $30k, but in my opinion is not much better in terms of riding comfort or acceleration (we can't drive faster than 80 mph anyway). I still struggle with the confusing and complicated instrumentation of Mercedes 4 years after I purchased it. On the other hand G80's instrumentation is rather intuitive and so easy to master, even without the help of the instruction booklet.

I'll rewrite a review when they will fix my complaint regarding the ultimate stitching by knee. The test car I drove G-80 did not have that irritating stitching by my right knee. I purchased the ultimate. It has the extra padded stitching wich now irritaes my right jnee. I have moved the seat in all directions!

Seen cars advertised on internet. went to dealer and Paul Hoffman was who I consulted on vehicle purchase. He was cordial and presented me with other options for vehicle purchase. Went with an upgraded vehicle (more features) instead of one on internet sale. Was given a set of keys and went on test ride. I did not do highway though because to do so would have added several extra miles on test drive. The only thing I wanted changed was they did not consult with my credit union for financing. I later went and got a loan at a better rate (2%) than at bank. I had previously purchased a car at dealership and love the service I received in the past. So Glassman will continue to get future purchases.

We have leased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past and didn't have issues, plus we love the service department. A few months ago I attempted to return my Kia and lease a Hyundai instead. My salesperson, Bill Marx, assured me numerous times that it wouldn't be a problem to leave the Kia at the Hyundai dealership and there would be no repercussions for doing so. He went so far as to say that if I received a fee from Kia, he would take care of it. In fact, Kia charged me a disposition fee and Bill disappeared. After at least 2 months of repeated attempts to get an answer from him and the fee from Kia going to a collection agency, he responded that there was nothing he could do. This is not how a business should run. Doing anything to seal the deal without any integrity is the very reason I will never go to this dealership again. I am unaware if the management condones such behavior, but they should be ashamed of the incredibly disingenuous and unscrupulous sales going on under their roof. Angrier than you know.

I have been to many car dealers, but this dealership experience was something different. Honest discussion about car ownership. Paperwork was smooth. Other dealerships may try to make you buy a car right now. There was no force in buying a car. Pricing was fair. You get out the door price right away, so you can make informed decision. Some dealerships does not tell you out the door price and keep talking. Some dealerships tells you $79 lease and when you actually go there price tag becomes $300. Glassman does not fall into that category. Glassman shopping experience is as clear as a glass!

Both times I arrived at Glassman I was greeted promptly and did not have to wait long to talk to a salesman. I initially worked with Jeff, who was straight to the point which was great. We had an estimated cost and were out for the test drive within 15 minutes. Unfortunately Jeff took awhile to follow up with me. During the test drive he stated he would call or email me by the next day with available colors and a final cost. I had to call him twice before getting a response 2 days later. I stopped in a few days later without an appointment to complete the credit application. Jeff asked us to wait a few minutes while he went out on a test drive. Since he was not back within 10-15 minutes, Dom assisted us with the application and the final sale. Dom was very helpful and did not pressure me to get upgrades or anything that I did not need, which was very much appreciated! Both salesmen were helpful and informative.

I tried to buy a Subaru Forester at my local dealership but they wouldn't go any lower than $100 dollars on their sticker price. After finding some cars on the internet web sites they still were not interested in giving us a better price. I guess they needed to make more money on that particular car I wanted to buy from them. We drove from Indiana to check out the Subarus at Glassman Automotive that we had seen advertised on the car web sites below Dominique helped us buy our car. It seemed like a very simple enjoyable experience and that's what I was looking for. I didn't want to be stressed out. I wanted a great price a great dealership a great used 2016 vehicle with low mileage and that's exactly what I got. I would recommend them to my friends in a heart beat. I received a follow up thank you note and coupon book in the mail from their assistant sales manager too and the title Etc shipped to me securely so I can license my vehicle in Indiana. Mike, Stephanie and their service team are always on top of everything. Our 2007 truck had an air bag light on and we took it in. All diagnostics were run and repairs were made in a very timely manner. They were very concerned about our safety when we asked about leaving it alone vs repair. We have never been steered wrong with them and as you can see we have a long standing relationship with Glassman. We have many other dealerships closer to our home, but drive to Glassman for our service and when the time comes for any new vehichles. I went to Glassman expecting to get a fair deal on both my trade in and purchase. Their trade in appraisal came in at $2,000 when I was asking $4,300. The sales person said "Well with the mileage we will probably sell it for $3-4K. Imaging my surprise when I see the car listed on their website for $7,500! I knew I should have went with my initial instinct and walked, however, the sales person was very persuasive causing me to doubt my information. In the end it was my choice to accept what they were giving me, as I was to naive at the time to think they were not being fair. I'll never go back nor do I recommend you going there either.

With this being said, it doesn't make one feel great about leaving their expensive investment there. The work I had done was not done correctly the first time, there fore I had to return to get everything completed. The Glassman group did a great job servicing my vehicle as part of the engine recall that affected 2011 - 2012 Hyundai Sonata's. They listened to me as a customer (i.e. i do my own car maintenance) and made a point of demonstrating that during the various discussions we had. I generally felt that they were receptive to my questions and did their best to provide meaningful answers. They also mentioned that because I do my own oil changes, that my vehicle takes an additional quart of oil, which is great to know. I would have figured it out anyway, but it is nice to have a heads up.

Went there Monday, 18 January to get a key cut & had the most horrible experience in a dealership ever. The people there were rude, & they didn't even know if my key needed programming there or not. Then the programming took 30 minutes. Wow. I'll never go back.

I have not been able to drive me car since the 26th of November and I bought it on the 16th of November. I still haven't gotten my plate and I have already put $350 in repairs for this car and have been quoted another four to five hundred before I can DRIVE it. The car had a bad cataylic converter, needs four ignition coils and spark plugs. I called Glassman and they said they would check the car out. They came and got it and dropped it back off in the same condition. I have been in contact with Mr. Michael Glassman who says he feels bad but I bought it as is. He did offer to do the tune up if I bought the parts.They quoted $110 a peice for these parts. I need four. So I have to spend an additional $440+ before I pay my first car note? Are you serious? I wish I would have went anywhere but here. I have a family to provide for. I work part time and have spent more than I should at this point. My car note is due on the 16th of this month. So I have driven this car 10 out of the thirty days I have had it because of this company's negligence to do any type of inspection on the used cars they sell or the fact that once you sign them papers they could care less.

Even though Chelsea Short, the salesperson that helped me with my purchase, mentioned she is not very experienced with the sale process, her colleagues were extremely helpful and supportive and I never had the feeling that I am in the wrong place or wrong hands. I return three times to the dealership for test drive and discussions and options and always found a responsive team and very straight forward answers that helped me take the decision to go with Glassman. During the vehicle delivery procedure Chelsea proved to be very confident and her vehicle functionality detailed and precise knowledge impressed me. She made sure I know where all the switches are and what their functionalities are.Jason, the Finance Manager, was very rigorous with the paperwork and transparent with all the costs. I came into the dealership for an oil change and thought I might need new wiper blades for winter. I appreciated the guy looked at my wipers, ran them and said I could get through the winter just fine with them. He also suggested that I wipe them down with rubbing alcohol so they would perform better. How nice was that! It is a good feeling to be able to trust your service representative.and that has been my experience for the past year that I have owned a Subaru!

Collision Shop customer service is great. Cecil has done a great job keeping me informed and trying to taking care of problems on return visits, but I don't think they have any quality control for services provided. Vehicle has been there 3 times for issues with the same repair and could use a 4th visit, but this is exhausting. Either they are trying to push repairs out the door as quickly as possible or they have inexperienced technicians that could benefit from additional training.

As always I have great customer service when arrive at this dealerships. I informed Sarah of my vehicle concerns and she was able to have my vehicle diagnosed and repaired all in one day. I expressed to Sarah that I will have to stay and wait for the repairs due to I had no one to bring me back to the dealer and she was able to provide a loaner vehicle for me in which I had never had prior. Sarah is great she works hard to get the job done and does a phenomenal job every time I can't thank her enough for the great customer service she has provided me every time I have my vehicle service. All repairs completed here were always repaired to my standards and never had to return for anything.

This was on a Friday and on Saturday...one day..the next day.. I came in, signed documents and drove off the lot in my new SOUL ! This proved to me that this young man was true to his word and was backed by a team of diligent professionals. He was polite, not pushy whatsoever, which impressed me. He was very knowledgeable about my car of choice. He doesn't pull any punches, He is straight forward and to the point ! No stress-No Mess and I value that as a consumer and because time cannot be replaced, therefore...it is not to be wasted. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything went fine except they forgot to put my wheel lock key back in the car. The service advisor had to go get it for me. This happens quite frequently. I never know if they put the wheel lock in the trunk or glovebox or cup holder or under the seat or forgot to put it back in the car at all. I have to go searching for it. What if I had driven off without checking for the wheel lock and then needed the key at another time? I wish they would make a habit of handing me back the wheel lock personally instead of making me look for it or driving off without it entirely. Other than that, it's a great dealership service center.

I called to get an estimate on a 2016 Outback (presently July 2015). The sales person, Jessica, told me that she can not give me a price because I did not provide her with a quote via COSTCO in which she could beat. All I asked her for was an "invoice quote considering I was going to go through the Costco Auto Program" so I could make an informative decision on which dealership I would order my new vehicle from. What she did not know was that I already had 2 other dealership quotes and both of those dealerships had no problem spitting out a quote, in a heartbeat. I was NOT impressed. If being candid is what the dealer claims than please do not play the # game with me. Just give me a quote and let me make the decision. To ask me how much I want to put down has NOTHING to do with the invoice quote, don't insult me, I know better. I also know that asking for a Costco quote in not your first rodeo, that could have been an easy quote.

I have been coming here for 8 years for my Subaru Forester. No issues. Last week, I was driving to work in my Toyota Sienna (125k miles and was just serviced 2 months before) and noticed the smell of oil. This got worse so i felt I had an oil leak. the nearest Toyota dealer was about 10 miles away and I was about 2 miles from Glassman. I drove straight to Glassman. About 1/2 mile from the dealer, the engine started making a clicking noise. Just at the entrance to the dealership, the engine oil light went on for one second then went off. Even though, they are not a Toyota dealer, they took my car in. The engine oil tubing to the engine had worn out and was leaking badly. They ordered the part from Toyota and fixed it in 3 working days. The engine is working fine. They saved my car. If I had refused to see me and made me drive to the Toyota service, the engine probably would have seized and died on me, and I'd be looking for another car at this time.

I had two trips for oe issue to glassman and they had not fixed my car yet. They recognize the issue and asked me to let them to work on my car for a day and I rented another car for that they and they didnot fixed it. They needed to order another part. This issue is related to safety because of the condition and the heater cannot melt the ice on the front glasses. I also jad a issue with tire pressure and after three trips to glassman they still didnot find the issue.

What I like best about coming to Glassman is that every employee is concerned about my comfort and satisfaction. I need to say a very nice dealership building and the initial experience was very good, until I enter the door. I went to buy a Hyundai Tuscon and unfortunately the salesman did not know where car was, I almost could not get any good product information about the car and no good answer why I shall buy the car. The worse point was that I felt, it was almost true what they tell about "Used Car" people and their tricks. It was a used car and do not expect that all is like new - but for the salesguy the car was perfect and the scratches/dents was not there etc. I was told the car did not had any accident. But, at the end there was a good accident in the report. Then, they told me this was not actually an accident etc. I lost my trust and the sales guy was arrogant as well. Although, I was impressed with the Hyundai 100.000 Warranty, after this experience, I bought a car from another dealership and another brand which was a very good experience! On the other-side, I see their are good reviews as well in this site - I feel that the dealership wrote most of the good comments! Because, a friend of me went to this dealership as well and had a similar experience.

In early February of this year I discovered that my 2009 Forester was experiencing a very common problem that Subaru's exhibit, misfire due to oil leaking into the spark plug wells. Although most won't see this problem until 100K miles, mine started to exhibit it at 75,000 miles. After I researched this issue and found that this was a common problem and a very easy one to correct, basically $50-$60 in parts and a few hours in the garage I thought about doing it myself, but because of the harsh winter in Michigan and the weather forecast not so favorable for temperatures for the week, I decided to take it to Glassman, where I had purchased it, for repair.The day I took my vehicle in I called Glassman in the morning first and explained to the service rep the issue I was having and that I have already confirmed that this was the issue, so I asked for quote to decide if I would have the repair done there. Figuring this was a common issue with Subaru's they should have this service experience and it should be reasonably priced. On the phone the rep quoted my around $450, which seemed a little high for the parts cost, but since it was winter and needed to be done A.S.A.P before further engine damaged occurred, I decided to take it in.Of course when I got there they wanted to sell me other maintenance services, brakes, oil, etc... I told them I have taken care of all those items and didn't need them and that I only wanted the spark plug grommets and valve cover gaskets changed to remedy the current issue. I also told them I didn't need anything else like spark plugs and wires, because I work for a Auto supplier and could get better quality parts for far better pricing. Anyway, I left the dealer with my vehicle so they could confirm the issue and get back to me with the exact pricing.About an hour later they called back and confirmed what I had told them was the issue and with a repair price of over $900, so I asked for what and even though I had told them earlier, they still priced in oil, oil change, spark plugs and wires. I asked them to please re-quote for just the grommets and gaskets, which is only about $60 in parts. About 15 minutes later they called back with a price of $720. Again I asked if that was correct and the service rep even confirmed that it was just the grommets and gaskets and that the part price was around $60 and the rest was labor. I told them that was ridiculous for a 2-3 hour job and that I would be coming to pickup my vehicle.When I arrived to pickup my vehicle they charged me $111 as a diagnostic fee, for something that took them all of about 10 minutes to check, the reason I know this, because I did the same thing the night before and that's all it took me. Just to note, Sellers Subaru only charges $50 diagnostic fee. I ended up doing the repair my self in a cold garage, and for my first time only took me about 3.5hrs and $60 in parts. Needless to say I will never be going back to Glassman again for service or purchase. One note, during this whole process I was very cordial to any rep that I talked to, I never lost my temper and I even explained that I work in the Automotive field and have experience working on cars. I still felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, or didn't want my business.

16 wheeler had its back wheels create a very large pothole with sharp edges immediately in front of my Hyundai. When I finally got the vehicle to the side of the road I had the two right side tires shredded, the wheels bent, the shields torn off and the right fog light destroyed. It was towed to Glassman Hyundai service. After getting approval from my insurance carrier, with a big assist from the Glassman service staff, I had approval for all the needed repairs. The work done was fast, complete and, most importantly, done well. My car is back to its prior status and running well. Nice job done by all at Glassman.

Today I drove out of the Glassman Subaru showroom in my brand new Subaru Legacy! My husband had a difficult surgery last week and has been recouperating since. He has been in pain, worried about unexpected results he has experienced secondary to the surgery, etc. I have never purchased a car alone, however, my car was totaled last week prior to his surgery. Needless to say, this confluence of events has been more than a litle stressful. We did a ton of legwork via computer over the last week. I was barely able to recall who I spoke with, what dealership they were from, and what I was quoted. Eventually Tom and I connected and he was amazing. The experience couldn't have been smoother or more pleasant. He has the patience of a saint. Even once we thought we had made our selection and he had run the final numbers he didn't hesitate to circle back to the various model options and run the numbers once again in response to my second guessing my choice. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know without question. I believe George helped me finalize the paperwork. He was so funny and, more importantly, generous with his time and information. Sometimes it's hard to know the right questions to ask. He didn't wait for me to ask...he just ran through a plethora of invaluable information which was invaluable. Tom and George, your services were very much appreciated, and won't be forgotten. You've earned a loyal customer.

I contacted Glassman Subaru via website , it was quick and easy to do . Within a hour or so I received a phone call from Glassman Subaru and made a appointment to test drive a Subaru Outback the very next Saturday . During my visit on Saturday March 1st I test drove the Outback . I explained to Michael Beach that I was going to purchase a car in the next month or so and needed to test drive some other brands before I made up my mind . 2 points that are very important to me as a customer :1)Michael was very understanding and did not try to pressure me at all , which I really appreciated. 2)When I decided to buy the Outback Michael had everything lined up so that I spent less than one hour the day I purchased/picked up the car . These 2 points made my Subaru purchase a very good experience .

I purchased my Hyundai from another dealer which was extremely far from my home. My SUV needed service and Glassman was closer so that's where it went. I had some issues that were solved by very professional and courteous service people. Sandy and Stephanie were so professional and courteous even when I was very discouraged by my service at the other dealership. Because of the care and respect I received from the Glassman staff, I will be doing all of my repairs and business with Glassman. I have also recommended that my daughter who is a Hyundai owner, that she use Glassman for all of her service needs. There was also a service person named Jason who was the highlight of my day. When I arrived first thing in the morning I expected things to be a little sluggish. Jason was very enlightening and refreshing at the start of the day. I trusted leaving my car in his hands. They keep you posted on how things are coming along with your vehicle. They just have overall great customer service!

Michael was professional, upfront, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I visited Michael first (but didn't get a quote on my Kia) where I learned all about the Subarus. With due diligence, I visited another Subaru dealer where I was low-balled on a trade in. After checking out both the Forester and Outback and getting pricing I considered just getting snow tires for my current car so I let Michael know this just wasn't the right time to purchase. He was polite and understanding. A week later, after doing the math on tires and with Michael's pointer that "I had only 7k miles before my current car could be resold as Certified", I was back in contact with Michael and I feel like we both came out ahead on the sale. Love my new Subaru. Would definitely recommend Glassman and Michael Beach.

In The late summer if 2012 I bought my beautiful 2013 Subaru BRZ from new sales car Tom Kalmeta, he was very nice, easy to talk to, and I trusted him. Since my car was a special order he kept me updated on it's arrival time which was about 6 weeks. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone using this dealership. I had to have a tire and rim service done in Mid December of 2013. I was extremely concerned due to my enthusiastic fondness for my car. This is were I met assistant service manager Stephanie Cilli. She understood my weakness of having to leave the BRZ. She assured me it would be carefully and properly left inside while waiting for new rim and tires. She was true to her word and I can't thank her enough. To any car enthusiasts, worry is part of the wait. This car is very special to me and I couldn't list all the reasons the BRZ is well worth looking at and investing in . I met the dealership owner Mr. George Glassman and told him personally of my experience with Tom and Stephanie. I can't thank these 2 people enough for making my driving experience even better. Tom for his patience and help getting me the BRZ and Stephanie being so mindful, and knowing anytime I have a problem I can feel rest assured my car will be in the best hands. My overall experience at Glassman Automotive is far above my expectations.The service department is great the staff is friendly and helpful. Repairs or maintenance are correctly done and they take the time to explain what was done. I have to mention above all that the service given to me by Stephanie, my service rep and Mike, the service manager was one of the main reasons why I brought another car from Glassman this yearthey are the best hands down.Jeffery, my sales rep, was also great. He was very patient and took the time giving me buying options and showing me the vehicle, going over all of its features. The hardest part of the sale was saying goodbye to my old Santa Fe.If asked I would highly recommend Glassman Automotive to anyone seeking a new or used car.

I initially dealt with Glassman Kia only through email. Gary was very helpful from the beginning. He responded to my emails right away, and they always included answers to any questions I had. We settled on some numbers and I was pleased to find that he stuck to those when I arrived at the dealership. While there, he had the paperwork ready for me and the vehicle was also. I was even informed of some small extras that the vehicle came with that we had not discussed prior, so that was a nice surprise. The process was very quick and easy. My mother and I had a great experience at the Glassman dealership. John Pospy greeted us at the door and was extremely helpful. We ended up being approved for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and drove away that day. My mom is very happy with the vehicle however we have heard some knocks and the car has hesitated during acceleration, which appears to be an early transmission concern. My lease was due at the end of August, 2013. I had had a very bad experience at an (unnamed) dealership the day before so I was not looking forward to stopping in. When my husband and I pulled up to the dealership Mr. Hagan greeted us and introduced himself. We went in, sat down and went over in details of what I could afford and what I was able to put as a down payment. Everything is up to date now but a couple of years back, I became ill and some things got behind in payment. Mr. Sakakini worked very hard for me to get approved for my car lease. We went for a test drive and Mr. Hagan showed me some of working of the car. He even drove us over to meet the service crew. They were all very pleasant. I am so pleased with my new car. They treat people like people, not like numbers. Thank you

This is my second purchase from GLassman Hyundai, and I can say that every time I come here I receive quality service. I recently leased the Hyundai Santa Fe and from the moment I walked into the dealer it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted at the door and was taken around the lot to pick the vehicle that I wanted. Once inside they were able to stay within my price range. The financing didn't take hours, it was great because my kids did not get restless before we were out the door. I service my previous car there, and I plan on servicing my current vehicle there. This is my second Subaru, both of which I purchased in Tampa at Mastro Subaru. Got great service there and when I moved to Detroit area, I worried about getting good service in American Automobile town. No worries now. Glassman service is great and the people, especially Kim Rundel, do everything they can to help their customers. Service is quick and one thing I really appreciated was if I asked to have something checked and it didn't need service after all, they didn't do it anyway and charge me. Thanks Kim and Glassman!

This is my third vehicle purchase from Glassman Auto. Each time I've found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful while at the same time I felt no pressure at all. These are attributes I definitely appreciate when I'm looking to buy a car or any other big ticket item for that matter. They also had plenty of stock to choose from and were very patient with us as we wanted to test drive a number of the different models before making a decision (once again, all the while applying no pressure on us to make a purchase). I would recommend Glassman to other buyers without hesitation and in fact will very likely be shopping there again when my current vehicle is ready for replacement (which may be a while since Subarus are so reliable)!

Looking for new Subaru. We were told they were giving "great deals" on last years models. Made us wait and wait for "manager" to come up with a price. When they finally did,after almost an hour, it was the vehicle sticker price! This was a last year's model vehicle folks. We walked out! We wasted some time but they lost a sale. There are a lot of other dealers so I don't understand their questionable practices.

The owner really took my situation to heart and called me personally to resolve the issue. I was happy to purchase the automobile. I was having some issues with my vehicle which had over 60k miles on it, the mechanic told them what was wrong which the service advisors relayed to me as part of it still being under warranty! I was so happy because I had no idea I still had warranty and it was their knowledge that helped my vehicle get repaired under warranty....I also had some other maintenance work performed and I don't think I have ever been happy to spend money at the dealership until today!

Scheduled maintenence is very expensive. I was told that I would be informed of any specials current or upcoming when I scheduled my vehicle for maintenence. I was not. I paid $890.00 for 30k maintenence and when I went home that night there was a coupon for $100.00 off in the mail. They refused to apply the discount so I feel cheated and will not return to that dealership for service.

I had trouble getting them to explain why it takes a half hour to replace a rear wiper arm. $46.00 was labor the rest of the $102 was the cost of the wiper arm. Also, although I paid $113 to find out why my power locks didn't work, the under qualified service manager couldn't tell me why they didn't work - But he assured me that the switch I installed AFTER my battery died, is what caused my battery to die.The reason I installed the switch was because the battery would go dead and the doors would lock and unlock on their own due to the problem within the power lock circuit. I found that by pulling the fuse for the power locks, the battery would never go dead and the locks would stay locked until I manually unlocked them. The main problem with pulling the fuse was that my power sunroof is on the same circuit - So every time I wanted to open or close the sunroof, I had to re-insert the fuse. That quickly became bothersome, so I simply installed a switch by running a wire from the upstream (hot) side of the fuse panel through a new in-line fuse holder, then to the new switch I installed and then another wire back to the dependent side of the fuse panel to continue the circuit to the sunroof and locks. This allows me to turn the switch off at night so the locks stay locked and the battery doesn't drain. But I can flip the switch back on just long enough to open or close the sunroof with minimal inconvenience. I also paid several hundred dollars (yes, same visit) to have a Tick, Tick, Tick sound under the hood repaired. Guess what? It still Tick, Tick, Ticks.The service manager was extremely unprofessional. I love the car - I've purchased 3 Hyundai's in the past 8 years. But I won't be buying anymore cars from The Glassman Group ever again due to their terrible service ethics.

To whom it may concern,I have to complain about Glassman's manager-MIKE, very unprofessional, unpolite,frustrated when asked questions; during the whole conversation his voice was raised (yelling!)to the point that his blood pressure was raised too!...Most likely I have disrupted his dinner, since he was still chewing when he introduced himself.Also his employee Brandon- polite, but and unexperienced, he did not have one answer to any of the questions, he had to leave his desk to ask his manager Mike, after each question...Very unpleasant experience at Glassman, most definetly I will not recommend this dealer my family, friends, co workers, etc.Waste of time!

I'm just warning potential customers NOT to make a deposit on a vehicle with Glassman Hyundai. I made a deposit on a new vehicle and now it's 15 days and counting and I still have not received it back. They take the deposit out that day and take all the time in the world to place it back into your account (that is if they do actually place it back into your account!??) When you make a deposit on a new vehicle, the Salesperson states that it will be refunded to you in 10 business days. What a Joke!! I have called this dealership twice and emailed them as well. The salesperson whom I was dealing with all of a sudden forgot who I was and then said he would look into my deposit and give me a call back. Did I receive a call back? Nope, Not even a peep! I'm just glad thta I didn't actually purchase a vehicle from them, who knows what would have happened the! Thanks a lot Glassman! I'll be sure to tell all of my friends and family of your business ethics!
