They contacted me multiple times to schedule an apt to fix a recall and once I finally had the time to do it, they made it very quick and simple to make an appointment. They were also nice enough to provide me with a courtesy vehicle while they had my car. Once my car was ready the pick up process was quick and efficient. Very happy with the service here.

MARVIN! I have had 3 Jeeps that have all been serviced over the 12 years at Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Now, I know it is far for me because I live in LA and work in Culver City. Have had other Mechanics but of these 12 years, Marvin has been through it all with me and never once let me down. So I drive the hour plus to see his always smiling face even when it is crazy hectic. Marvin is always kind and thinks of how things will affect me. Every single time I think that.....oh no here comes some disappointment , Marvin is always there for the save. Every Single Time. Marvin's suggestion to get an extended warranty alone has saved me so much $. Didn't even know it was an option. Also a shout out to Christy, Because She is also GOLD. Always attentive, knowledgeable and on point. Honestly, From the Cashiers to Service everyone has always been most helpful. I appreciate you all. Thanks!

I don't know where these such good reviews coming from, I inquired about toyota highlander..the salesman selling his car more than toyota certified price, the strange thing my camry with 20k miles worth only 9k in their dealership. .while next day the same car appraised by other dealer 12k..I still didn't sell it..I see dealers selling my kind of cars for 17k.

Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger. These guys had the largest inventory of Challengers with non-standard features, i.e. black rims on an R/T Plus, etc. They also had the combo of features that I wanted and the lowest price I could find. I did not find that anywhere else in a 100 miles radius. Service was great, sales person was awesome (Dro Apelianleaskani), finance was super nice. The entire process was pretty smooth. They offered fair $$$ for my trade in. I purchased my previous Challenger at HB Dodge, this experience was much better. Recommended.

Great place, very easy and informative, very good customer service, friendly staff, and a beautiful car. I visited many other dealers before this one thinking they were better, but I was always declined and had a very hard time until I found this dealership. They were very kind and caring, and listened to our concerns and situation and they came up with a great deal that would suit our budget. Both Jeff the sales associate and the Jeff in the financial department were amazing. Jeff has a great attitude and is very understanding and he is one part of what makes this dealership great.

We just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with no hassles. Found the exact car we wanted on line, drove to Glendale and met Jeff Schwartz. He was kind, easy going and led us right to the car we wanted. No hard sales tactics. He answered all of our questions. We sat down and discussed the price and discounts and that was it. We reached an agreement and were done. We left the dealership with a new car. Despite the fact that we went to this dealship knowing exactly which car to buy, we were further impressed with the inventory of cars. I read some good reviews online, which is why we decided to shop at this specific dealer. As a first time buyer, I am very happy with the whole process, I've gone to other dealers where they try to sell you other vehicles and they are just hungry for your money. I recommend Jeff, he didn't waste our time, nor did he try to sell us any other vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, he sat us down took our information and after running our credit came back with two realistic offers. They were very flexible with the down payment, also honored the E-price and instant rebates that were promoted on their website. Your first oil change is also free! I will be referring Jeff to all my friends and family to purchase a vehicle. Sophia, from finance was also very kind and welcoming. In less than 3 hours we were out with our new vehicle. After all the process we received a call the day after and they offered an even lower APR. Great customer service! Def. suggest you coming here.

Overall a pretty stress free buying experience. Mike in Internet Sales knows that he is doing. Had to walk out and go to lunch after a low ball offer on the trade-in but after a drop in price and a cash back rebate we were good to go. We drove 100 miles for the price. They're worth it.

My experience was wonderful: 1) it was my 1st oil change, so it was free!! 2) Marvin made me feel like VIP 3) I had complimentary car service to & from work, which I hadn't even asked for in advance! 4) Marvin had my exterior washed for me as well!! I went to buy a used Volvo XC60 with them in a friday afternoon with my wife and had the worst experience ever buying a car, even if I would like that car I would be open to pay MORE and buy from another dealer, Annabel was the woman who attend me and I had a really bad experience, she was doing pressure for me to close the deal, didn't was gentle at all! AVOID THEM!

Had a great experience. Traded in my Jeep Wrangler at end of its lease and had my eyes on the Cherokee Trailhawk. Armen was very knowledgeable and honed in on exactly what I had in mind. Drove off the lot in my new Cherokee Trailhawk a few hours later. Painless experience. And I love driving my new Jeep.

Our salesman Ray was so patient considering we kept giving him a hard time. I was given a great deal, a great interest rate and the financing dept made everything quick and easy! So happy!

The Internet Manager Mike Walden made it easy to get my new 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. He replied to my emails, had everything ready for me when I got there and went over all the features on the car. I told him I wanted to be in and out in less than 1 hr, so he told me what to fill out online and scheduled me in. It took me 40min to get all the paperwork complete and for Mike to explain the vehicle features on a Tuesday morning. I love the car, and will be back for my next car. I couldn't ask for more.

I went in to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Due to the fact that the dealership was undergoing renovations it was very disorganized and difficult to find the vehicle I was looking for on the floor to have a look. Luckily I got helped fairly quickly and a salesperson took the time to find the right vehicle for me to test drive. After a pleasant experience with the test drive, there was NO follow up from the salesperson at all--which was a shame since I was actually interested in purchasing a vehicle. I went back in a few days later to try to purchase a car from one of their sister dealers, and waited and waited until it was very clear that they were not interested in making a sale. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and complete lack of interest in trying to get me into the Jeep I wanted.

I bought a used 2008 Dakota in April of 2012, I made an offer, they were not happy to accept but did after they insulted my trade in. I noticed a defect when I got home, they took a week to decide whether they would fix it. The part took over 6 weeks to come in, I had to call and find out it already arrived for them, they only repaired half of what they said. The title arrived after 60 days, they told me the registraition would take another 30 days, it never arrived, they told me to come in so they can reproccess it, I did, then they call me and tell me I need to go to the DMV. I asked for my document fees to be returned, they would not do it. I have nothing good to say about this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. P. Norton
