They have pretty bad customer service that doesn't know much about timing and arrangements for car loans. They really wasted my time with paperwork that should had been handle before they took my offer in. Now I did my down payment and the car is still sitting at the dealership, shame on them!

I bought my new Subaru from this dealership and I have to say I'm very impressed. The salespeople are very attentive and genuinely interested in listening to understand your needs as a client. There is no pressure but rather a shared excitement for the Subaru brand and inviting atmosphere. Buying my car was such a great experience. In addition, the guys at the service department are the nicest people you'll ever hope to meet. One thing they do very well is provide a peace of mind for you. First, they are absolutely always accommodating, very precise and knowledgeable. You can see they take pride in their work. All you need to do is drop off your Subaru and they care of the rest. When you combine this very synergistic teamwork at the Glenwood Springs Subaru dealer with the incredible beauty of town and the area it'll entice you to go for a visit, enjoy a beautiful day in town and leave with your new Subaru. We bought a 2013 Subaru Outback. What a wonderful buying experience! These folks (under new ownership) went above and beyond in every aspect of the process and I know they will continue to stand behind the sale. They were honest, fair, had full disclosure, and are just downright nice people. They went out of their way to get my studded snows put on when their service department was closed and are picking up and dropping off my car from my workplace to get the clear mask I wanted, put on. Amazing customer service! We worked with Hilary who was absolutely wonderful and wanted to make sure we got the car we wanted at the price we needed. Couldn't be happier!

Buying a car can be a stressful and almost traumatic experience. The team at Glenwood Springs Subaru makes it completely different. Carroll Winkler in particular was fantastic. We are now not only proud Subaru owners, we are loyal to the brand based on the phenomenal service! We will recommend Glenwood Springs Subaru to anyone in the market to purchase a car...period.

My wife and I purchased an older used vehicle from Glenwood Subaru. I must say that the sales team and management were very professional, and where willing to make a great deal happen. We felt as though we where treated fairly and with respect, unlike some of the other dealerships we tried working with in Glenwood Springs. Apparently some of the other dealerships in Glenwood are more concerned with whether you live in Vail or Aspen. The people at Glenwood Subaru treated us like "real" people who are trying to get a good deal,. We appreciated the honesty and communication skills this dealership has. Mike the salesman was great....THANKS!
