My wife and i purchased a 2011 Avalon (nice car). In a couple of days noticed it was pulling to the right. Brought it back to service and they said the situation was fixed. Hadn't got half mile down the highway and car started pulling to the left. Service had me to bring it back and they'd fix it for sure. Service manager (real nice person) assured me it was fixed and service tech had driven it and handled fine. By the time i got home, car was pulling to the right again. I thiught new tires but I waited and dealt with situation until i thought i could buy couple of new tires. Anyway, 4k miles later, car still pulling to right and it was time for 45k service (the usual oil change, fluid check and ect. They told my wife wheels were out of line, so the rotated, balanced and did a wheel allignment. About 3 days later, we took a trip up to Va. and car rode like crap. Anything over 70 miles per hr and it was bouncing all over the rode like a basketball. Imagine having to deal with this on an Avalon, top of the line Toyota. Finally i said enough is enough. Took it to tire dealer and ask him to balance the tires. When he put on machine he quickly ask me who did the last job of balancing the tires. Was to ashamed to tell him. He said balancing was WAY off. He fixed the issue and we took off to Va. that same day.Ride was smooth and easy there and back. Maybe other service item are easy to deal with and i will continue to take it backto GO for service but never ever again for tire. I'll go to a tire dealer

I bought a used car from there. Drove the car for six months and the engine blew. I was NOT happy at all. Called the dealer, said they would call me and NEVER did. I will never ever buy a car from them again. They got over with me on that one.

I emailed the website regarding a car I saw online. Someone did call me and let me know the car was now for auction.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and only after 2 days of owning the vehicle I am looking at a repair cost of $1000. After driving 4 hours to go see the vehicle I am put off by the fact that the interior had not been detailed and the inside did not look presentable. Now I understand I am buying a USED vehicle BUT I still believe that a dealership should deliver a quality car and have integrity and stand by it's claims. I saw what appeared like water stains on the top of the passengers side door. I repeatedly asked if this car had a leak and was assured that it didn't. The carfax report didn't show any service work for leaks so naively I trusted their word and purchased the vehicle. After 2 days I get in my vehicle and the floor is entirely soaked and it's dripping water from the same exact spot I saw the water spots at the dealership (They had cleaned it before I purchased it and had taken off the water stains). After taking it in to get looked at they discover mold under the carpets and inform me that this vehicle has had an existing leak that was never corrected. To fix the issue and clean the carpets will be $1000. Warranty won't cover it, Insurance won't cover it because it was determined to be an existing issue and the dealership is washing their hands clean and trying to claim it never had an issue with it leaking. I get that dealerships are NOT known for honesty, but it truly upsets me that people can do people SO wrong. I read their mission statement and find it to be a joke since they are not demonstrating it in the way they are handling this issue. After buying a vehicle for my pregnant wife to fit all of our kids, we are a couple months away from her delivering and we only have one car in use and the newly purchased car in the shop and trying to find a way to come up with $1000 to pay for the repairs. They failed in their mission statement in this situation. They have not won a client for life, or delivered excellent service, nor did they exceed client expectations. Instead I was lied to and now being avoided and told more lies about the vehicle never having a leak issue when you can obviously see the mold and smell the stench when you lift up the carpet.

Go always gives me the red carpet treatment no matter how many miles my car has when I bring it in for service.

I was not sure what kind of car i wanted but i Knew i needed a van. Juan took the time to go through each one and show me features that i may like or dislike. For an old timer like me, it sure was great to see a nice young man take the time to help me out. I've been buying at Go for years now and the way I get treated there I sure will be back.
