After running in circles, dealing with numerous dealerships, I finally found a dealership with friendly staff that was able to accommodate all my needs with purchasing a car. The staff at Gold Coast Acura are not about playing games, haggling you or wasting your time. They cut right to the chase and are willing to compromise. I spent hours at other dealerships, just to find out they were no where near to what I wanted in terms of pricing, deals and kept changing their answers making the whole situation a lot more complicated than it has to be and not being helpful at the end. Erick Oland and Steve at Gold Coast Acura were crystal clear with communicating and clearly answered all my questions with detailed information. By far the best customer service. Their professionalism and ethical behavior won me over, which is why I am excited to share my positive experience online and with all my friends and family.

As a first time buyer, I wanted my purchase to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. My dad convinced me to check out Gold Coast Acura, since he had purchased an Acura from them a few years ago. The sales rep, Chris, was very friendly and helped me pick the perfect car for me without pushing product on me that I wasn't interested in. The GM Mike and the finance guy Steve were also very friendly and helped me with the application and finance process with minimal fuss - even when I ran into an issue with my insurance. The whole team at Gold Coast Acura helped me pick a great car and provided me with friendly, fast service that made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish.

Responded to online ad for Honda Accord. Came to an agreed price with salesperson and then asked him to email me confirmation on their letterhead, signed by him, since I would be flying in from out of state to buy the car. Email never arrived so next day spoke to general manager who said salesman had no authority to negotiate price. He did not apologize for the salesman's misrepresentations but instead rudely and aggressively said that the car could not be purchased at the agreed upon price. Wouldn't get near this dealership.

Michael Gonzalez is a wonderful sales rep. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about the cars and their systems and has a pleasant demeanor. Michael didn't over push. He was there for all questions. Michael made the buying experience pleasant. The further steps of purchase/finance were easy as the rep ran several different scenarios for us and we discussed pros and cons to each. We then received a tour of the facility meeting different staff members. After purchase, Michael took as much time as we needed to help us understand and program all the features of our new TLX. We love our new car. We've been looking at many makes for a year. We decided on an Acura and when we met Michael last month, we decided he was going to be our salesman. His service as Marine for our country sealed the deal!

I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime, and this was the most pleasant experience buying a new car that I have ever had. Alex answered all our questions very knowledgeably and thoroughly, and never rushed or pressured us. The rest of the staff we dealt with, Mike the sales manager, and Steve, another manager who handled all the detailed paperwork, were also excellent to work with.

I walked into Acura mot knowing if I wanted to buy that day or not, I honestly was worried that I was going to end up with a typical sales man that was pushy into buying one of there cars, as soon as I met ALEX GARIBAY I felt immediate comfort. Alex took the time to get to know my mom, son, and I, to discover what was best for us! Being a first time buyer I felt no regrets driving away in my new 2014 Acura! Anyone that is considering to get a new vehicle I am recommending Alex! I without a doubt will always make it a point drive the 2 hours just to continue our business with Alex! I spent so long looking for a car. Every dealership was pushy and rude. I knew all along I wanted a Nissan Sentra, a stupid Carmax lady almost got me to buy one. Luckily I didn't and on cars.com I found my 2012 Sentra for 12,800! Best deal yet! The one at car max was older, more miles, and almost 3k more! I went in to the Acura dealership to look at it and they got me an amazing deal with affordable payments and I left jumping and dancing and the best part was I did it all by myself! :) Great staff, everyone was soooo friendly and fun! Definitely recommend Gold Coast Acura!

We found the vehicle we were looking for in Cars.com. We called the dealer ahead of time as it was a 2 hour drive. The salesman I spoke to was waiting for us and they had the car ready. After the test drive and inspection of the car we were given a very fair price and they took care of all the paperwork ahead of time. We were very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to go to Gold Coast Acura the next time we are looking for a another vehicle

They were able to match a price from another dealership & we sat up an appointment & bought it the next day! I bought 07 Dodge ram and had a problem 1st day Ive asked them to fix numerous timesand they have refused totally and they are nice till they get the money and thats all they want. I need new tires and shocks on the truck because the shocks wore tires out prematurely , he 150 point inspection thats a lie Ive had to replace windshield wipers the batteries , head lights and now just changed oil. they said to me sounds like I need to maintenance my truck I said why I just bought it from you and you just did all new fluids and serviced it . But the front differential leak its 1 quart lowand thats alot on a differential now I must move to house I bought and cant because the tires ,shocks and leak plus the detail never got fixed nor done. Im on social security fixed income and they got all my retirement and wont fix the truck . I would never recommend nor use this dealer ever , they lie and just care for money and dont care about the consumer or I wouldnt be posting this . Now im stuck here have till end of June to move or ill be homeless . Thank you Acura im so happy this all took place while I was distressed because my mother was dieing of cancer and I just had major surgery . 28,000.00 down you think you would get new tires at least !

I asked about buying one of their cars and then was COMPLETELY ignored by Phil. I couldn't believe how rudely I was treated at this dealership. Three weeks later they contacted me to buy the same car I had looked at. No way.

I bought my Acura TL from this dealership seven years ago, love the car! Recently I took my mother there to test drive a car, and Gary Page helped us and took my mother for a test drive. He was so nice, friendly, and so patient and sweet with my 83 year old mom. He certainly was NOT the usual salesman! He was very personable, and after we left he kept in touch through email, but was never pushy, just a really nice man! My mom decided on another car, not a Acura, but I would not hesitate to tell someone if you're interested in an Acura, go see Gary Page!

The first question they asked me was "are you going to buy the car TODAY???"They are extremely aggressive, it was almost repulsive. When I wanted to take time to think about it, they became really rude, taking a deep sigh, and agitated. I know they work on commission, but really THAT IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT!!!! They don't care about customer needs or wants. Later, he became so frustrated, spoke so rudely, I decided not to buy the car. Also, they have no shame in lying. I said I found a better deal at Thousand Oaks Acura dealer, they lied to me by saying, "you don't want to buy the car at thousand oaks. They are going out of business. We know; one of the managers there asked us for a job." I know that was not true. I believe thousand oaks is still in business and booming. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. JUST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANY INDUSTRY. They give bad names to car sales industry. Period.

Bought a car here, good price and friendly sale. We did not live in the area and drove out of our way to buy because the deal was good. Had a body kit installed as part of the sale. They installed it wrong and the rear bumper nearly fell off! We had to take it to a local dealer for repair/ They also messed it up. Gold Coast would not even contact the service department or assist in negotiations with Honda to get it fixed though we repeatedly pleaded with them for assistance, and they would not even reply. A great dealer until they make the sale, then they dont care at all! Avoid at all cost!
