Patrick was great, he helped teach my mother in law how to use the new outback. She was very pleased and comfortable when she drove the car off the lot. I walked in without an appointment and I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Josh was my salesperson and was so easy to work with. Josh is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was prepared and focused on helping me find the car that I wanted. I did not feel pressured at any time during the visit. We also worked closely with James. He was funny, intelligent and worked very hard with us to come to a final decision. The staff at Goldstein were focused 100% on their customers and continued to offer hot coffee and popcorn throughout the visit. I am so happy to be joining the Subaru Club!

Bought our first Subaru Forester from Goldstein 12 years ago. Liked the car and their Service Manager Joe Bombard SO much of course returned to buy a 2017. We enjoyed working with Salesperson Amber Hayes who really knows her way around the Subaru models and features. She is knowledgeable about the Forester inside and out and brought us up to speed on all the recent improvements. Solidly recommend this dealership. Stephanie Goldstein has created a great operation and knows how to take care of customers. Dave Woods deftly explained the warranty and maintenance options and although we are just getting to know the vehicle, we felt well taken care of during the purchase process.

I first met Larry at Golsdstein Subaru in 2010, and drove of in a lease Impreza. I was so impressed with Larry and the dealership, that I came back when looking for my next car. We ended up getting a 2016 Crosstrek for my wife, and the experience was exceptional. I saw the car pop up on their website, called Larry, and he place a sold sign on it right away. We then came in that afternoon, test drove it, shook on it, and drove off. We came by the following week, filled out some paperwork, and drove off in the brand new car. There was no haggling, no stress, we got the car we wanted at the price that we wanted. Smiles all around.

My wife and I were in the market to trade-in our 7 years old vehicle for new Subaru Legacy or lease a luxury car. Our salesperson, Muhammad Jones, was very accommodating and was very patient with us as we decide on which option to go with. He presented us with a good fair offer for our trade and for the new Subaru. We negotiated in trying to get more for our trade. The dealer would not move since they gave us their best offer. Ultimately, we decided to do the deal and buy the 2017 Subaru Legacy since we are getting it below invoice. Muhammad worked hard for us to get us a better deal. In the end, he even threw in a gift certificate for us for accessories we wanted to get. We had excellent buying experience with Goldstein Subaru, thanks to Dave Wood, the finance manager, and Muhammad.

This was my first Subaru purchase and my first experience with a Goldstein dealership.Ann Zownir was an outstanding sales person to work with and I highly recommend her if you are interested in just looking or if you are purchasing a Subaru. She is very knowledgeable about their inventory and very approachable and friendly.I purchased a 2017 Outback Limited and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. I'm hoping to put many miles on this vehicle over the upcoming years as I've heard many other Subaru owners have done.Goldstein Subaru includes free car washes with the purchase and has a very nice waiting area.

I recently purchased a '17 Legacy Premium from Goldstein Subaru. My salesman Pat (Comas) was awesome, let me ask my questions, made the selection experience very easy. And the Sales Manager Chris Gardiner, has been very reachable and understanding and helpful with any issues. From there it's been a little shaky at best... The Business manager had some issues with the paperwork and making sure it was correct. Signed, his manager reviewed the info and approved it. I left with my car after Pat took some time to show me some of the features. Left, and 30 minutes later received a phone call to come back and re-sign the agreement papers because I was told the wrong price for gap insurance, and it went up. The night I picked up the car I noticed some "scratching" on my trunk. Chris and Pat were very helpful, said it was probably caused during the shipping, the dealership will have it fixed at the body shop down the street, shouldn't have it more than a day. I brought it in for the appointment and was given a loaner, a base Forester which seemed "short" considering the cost of my vehicle being serviced, and told it may be a couple days. So when they called 3 hrs later to say it was done, needless to say I felt they had relieved any concerns I may have had. When I went on lunch to pick it up, there were still scratches in the same areas, and buffing compound ALL OVER THE CAR. When the service guy was asked, he responded that it was dirt, mind you it was clearly pink in color. At which point he said well the machine is down and washing it with a brush would ruin it. So I was then given back the loaner. I went back after work, without a call yet, just in case I could avoid driving the loaner, "and filling the tank again". The service rep had my paperwork on his desk, maybe I beat his phone call. When we went out to look at it, the main area where the compound was left had clearly been just whipped, and car still had splatter all over it. So Chris (service manage) came out and asked the "valet" to make very sure to clean the compound off of everything. He was very understanding of my issues at that point, expressed his apologies and gave me a $25 gift certificate for my troubles. After the car wash, I payed close attention to where the pink was splattered, and THERE STILL SOME that I whipped off myself. I also then continued to dry the rest of my car that they didn't do with the towel dry, all while other sales reps sat and watched the through the window as if I was crazy. Now that it's dried, there are swirls and still scratches from the buffing job. So again Chris and Pat have been awesome, and really appreciate their help in these situations. Love my new vehicle. Everything else has been very short of good.

It was a wonderful experience--and fun too--to lease a Forester from Goldstein Subaru. (Especially after a bad experience I had just days before, when a local dealership for a different brand had no vehicles that it was advertising, and then offered me a lease that was more than double what was advertised!)Goldstein had the very vehicle they had advertised for a great deal, and even had some on the way in different colors, including the color I really wanted. That vehicle arrived in a few short days, Goldstein did give me the great advertised deal, and they made the entire process extremely pleasant.The salesperson I dealt with, Igor Grebenyuk, was fabulous--incredibly personable, knowledgeable, forthright, efficient, etc. I actually had a blast dealing with him. Thanks to Jon Wood, the internet specialist, for welcoming me and connecting me with Igor. And the finance specialist I dealt with, Jim Kennedy, had me laughing even as I was making the initial payments and signing all those papers. All in all, it was really a great experience leasing from Goldstein Subaru.

I worked with Ashley recently to buy a new Outback. She was great through the whole process. I had one of my kids with me when test driving the car, and she allowed him to sit in the front and showed him all of the features very patiently. He now knows more about the car than I do. The purchasing experience was painless ; the dealership had to look around to find my car, and they did so without stressing me out at all. When the car arrived, they had it ready quickly. When I arrived for the paperwork portion of the deal, everything was ready to go when I got there - no waiting! I would definitely go back!

I walked into the showroom to see about a new vehicle as my Forester was three years old. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant ,Amber Hayes. Amber spent a lot of time with me showing me all the possibilities in my price range and was not trying to sell me something I could not afford. I ended up in a used Outback and was impressed with Amber's expertise of all the Subaru products.My daughter and son had bad car experiences recently and we went to Amber for the best options. She and Dave Wood ,the finance manager took their time with us and helped us get two cars that are affordable and reliable for young adults to drive.I have been to many dealerships in looking for cars for my kids to drive and this dealership is an hour from my home. It was worth the drive.

Goldstein Subaru is a clean, modern service area with peppy staff. I loved buying my Hyundai Elantra (used) from here. We picked the car we wanted to test drive before we came in, and set up an appointment. We spoke with Amber who showed us the vehicle. For a used vehicle this one was clearly kept in great shape. During the test drive we noticed a little bit of a shake and saw that the front right tire needed inflation, and they fixed that as well as threw in free floor mats for my new car (they're very good ones, too!) They cleaned the car as my father and I went through the paperwork which they made very easy for us. Amber was excellent to buy from as she was happy to answer all questions and a very personable employee. I see her being very successful. A few hours later and I walked out with the keys to my new ride and drove home very satisfied. I liked that they give popcorn as well as coffee and tea for customers who are waiting. There is a kids corner for those with children (those bouncy seats, man, I wish I was a kid) and maintain the whole area with extreme cleanliness and neatness. The whole company seems very organized and has their things together for sure. Would I recommend buying at this dealership to friends or family? Absolutely. I did have to wait as they were short staffed with the financing employees, but I'm still giving this a five star rating as they clearly do everything they can to reach customer satisfaction. They are flexible with great options. If you're looking to avoid those sleezy car salesmen, absolutely go to Goldstein Subaru. They are professional!

Patrick had a very upbeat attitude and he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I asked about. If he didn't know the answer, he was honest about it and found out the answer. We were able to test drive the Forester. We purchased the 2017 in order to get the additional safety features such as Eyesight. The sale person was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and then some. The Manager introduced himself and gave us a very good trade in for our old car. The financial officer explained everything and once the car came in he went over everything again and answered our questions. The sale person called to tell us the car came in and asked if we wanted to see it. We did see it, was able to take the books about the car home and read them prior to picking up the car.

We just purchased our 4th Subaru and couldn't be happier with our 2017 Subaru Outback. I was reluctant to trade in my 2009, as I enjoyed that car and still enjoyed having a manual transmission. But after test driving the new 2016/2017 Outbacks with Navigation, Hands Free Phone, and all the new music apps and most of all the safety features, it didn't take long for me to say, "Its time for a new car"!Max, (salesperson), Chris (manager) and Dave ( financial guy) were excellent and so accommodating. They were patient and not one bit pushy. Gave us time to talk over the options and to make our decisions. They all made the transition of "driving to buying" so easy and stress free. The renovated dealership is pleasant and friendly as you walk in. Amber helped me out and made me comfortable immediately for my first new car. She kept in contact with me between when I was deciding and my car was being ordered and even after. She even flagged with post-its pages in the manual that I should check out. I am very happy with my purchase. The only 4 star part I gave was that I wished I received a call a couple days before when they were aware the car was on the way so I could prep my insurance and my own vehicle.

We would recommend this dealer for purchasing a Subaru. The building was clean, spacious, inviting, and comfortable. We did an internet search for competing offers. Goldstein at the first to respond, came in with the best offer for what we wanted, and was the closest dealer to us. We called the dealer to say we were coming over for a the test drive. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and friendly at the door and a salesperson. Igor, came out to begin the process. Since we called ahead, the vehicle was ready for the test drive. We took the test drive without the salesperson which we both appreciated. After agreeing on the price and with our trade in we made the decision to purchase the vehicle at 2PM on a Friday afternoon. Igor asked us if we wanted to pick up the car the day. We were pleasantly surprised because we expected to wait for Monday to pick up the car. We were told the paperwork would be ready about 4PM and we should come back about then. We arrived at 4PM and concluded process about 6PM. Igor stayed well beyond his normal departure to make sure all the details were handled and explain the features of the car. One thing we asked for was the no advertising decals be placed on the painted surface of the car. Igor noticed a decal was put on the car before we did and promptly took the vehicle back in to the prep area to have it removed. We appreciated his attention to detail and prompt corrective action.

I have worked with them for many years and have found their service department to be fair and honest about all repairs. I especially like the car washes for Life. It is quite comfortable in the waiting area. Popcorn, drinks and a big screen TV makes the wait very nice for any repairs or washes you come in for. I do recommend this dealership.

We finally bought our car today, a 2016 Outback after a little over a week of intensive looking. We love the car. Kudos to our salesperson, Ann, for her patience working with us. She is easy to work with, she is understanding and knowledgeable. We were overwhelmed and still are from all we need to know but her calm demeanor certainly helped us with our decision making process. We really appreciated all her help. When Ann was busy with other customers or when it was her day off, the other salespeople were helpful and willing to answer our questions and test drive with us when and if needed. They said that it was fine to work with them too because they all work together. The show room is beautiful and very open yet cozy and reasonably quiet, with free coffee (no milk or cream, just powdered cream), tea, and popcorn. Our experience was A++. Thank you Subaru!

I've had my Forester now for five months. I had a couple of accessories installed and one small service repair during this time. Goldstein's service is great. First, even with no appointment, you drive up to the entry door and it opens automatically so you don't have to get out of the car until you are inside the service area. A service rep comes right up to the window, scans the VIN code and asks what the problem is. The car is taken in immediately. For the accessory installations, I went to the waiting area, had some popcorn and a cup of coffee, and waited no more than 40 minutes. Accessories installed! For the minor service repair, where a screw mysteriously appeared at my feet and I wanted it re-installed, they took the car, found where the screw came from (under the dash), and had the car back to me in 8 minutes. The service folks are friendly, polite and professional. They get 5 stars.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Focus from their used car lot and the saleswoman and staff were very nice- no pressure, no stuffing the purchase, and they were very fair in their price. Plus, hot dogs in the waiting room is a definite plus. I had my eye on the Legacy for a little while, and stopped in one day to try it out. I was happily greeted by Patrick Comas, and spent the next several hours with him, trying out different models. Aside from being knowledgeable and fun to be around, Patrick was diligent in answering my questions and consistently addressing my concerns. When your husband says, "Honey, I want to buy you a car," you don't ask WHY. You just start looking. And that's what I did earlier this month. After swearing I would never buy anything but a US brand, and being an Oldsmobile/Chevrolet/Dodge/Ford driver since I got my license, I saw how happy my husband was with his two Foresters, and said "Oh, all right..." It only took a week to make me as sold on Subarus -- and Goldsteins -- as he was. The day I went into Goldstein, I asked for Igor Grebenyuk, who had been my husband's sales consultant. Igor was personable, enthusiastic about the brand, and listened carefully to what I was looking for in a car. It turned out that the 2016 Subaru Legacy Premium fit the bill exactly. Igor did a great job of finding EXACTLY the car I wanted, with the options we needed (I recommend EyeSight for safety). He worked diligently to get the costs down for us on everything from the car itself to added accessories. A week from the day I walked into the dealership, my perfect car was there. He took plenty of time to go over the car's equipment with us (it felt a bit like a spaceship after my 2008 Fusion!), and truly made the experience a pleasure. (And for those who are curious -- my Fusion was made in Mexico; my Subaru was made in Indiana! So much for "American brands," no?) Kudos also must be given to business manager Michael Bryan, one of the most knowledgable, kind and pleasant people we've ever worked with in the financial sector. Everything was so comfortable -- from his explanation of charges to his checking credit ratings for us to charting our course through ALL the paperwork; for this hates-financial-matters girl, he gets gold stars right down the line. All in all, I would say that I haven't had as good a car-buying experience in my almost forty years of car ownership. If you are looking for fair dealing, a great car and a comfortable transaction, Goldstein Subaru is the place to go. Highly recommended.

After researching and test-driving many of the smaller crossovers, I decided on the Subaru Crosstrek. My husband and I requested internet quotes from most all of the Subaru dealers in the capital region and even one a bit further south. Goldstein Subaru gave us, by far, the lowest quote. I have to say I was a little skeptical since it was so much better than the others. I went down to the dealer with a print-out of the quote ready to hear some excuse as to why that price would be a little higher. I was pleasantly surprised. I was put into the very capable hands of sales consultant Amber Hayes. Within an hour I took another test drive, received the amount I wanted for my trade-in, got the internet price that was quoted, special ordered the exact trim level I wanted, and put down a $200.00 deposit. I was reviewing Subaru Legacys on line at several locations. Mecedes (Internet Manager)was by far the most responsive. After I decided to come in to look at a few vehicles I was referred to Yuko Lovely the salesperson. Yuko made the car buying experience fantastic. She is a very personable, knowledgeable bubbly person. There was no pressure at all and she made sure to answer all of our questions along with some suggestions.. The sale went smooth with her help and the sales manager- Chris Gardiner. Chris made sure we were aware of some bonus' that we had coming to us with the purchase of the Legacy. All financial transactions were completed with finance manager - Dave Wood. Dave made us aware of several financing options as well as extended warranty and service options that were available. This team along with the excellent Goldstein showroom atmosphere made this car buying experience fantastic. (I apologize for this comment's length) ~ I hadn't bought a "new" car since in years. My present car was fine, but I wanted to finally have one that was worry-free. I went to many dealers in the Central Ave. area (Chevy, Kia, Hyundai, Dodge, Ford etc). My overall experience with each one was very upsetting. Once they realized what I needed to have for a lease payment, I immediately received the "oooooh" look & attitude. I was honest so that not to waste their time, or mine. I am a single woman who makes a livable wage, and just didn't want to over-extend myself with a payment that might affect my daily living expenses. After being saddened by the salespeople, I was discouraged. My friend who was with me has a Subaru and said, "Let's stop at the Subaru dealer". I kept said,"No, there's NO WAY I could ever afford an all wheel drive car". Well, we were about to pass it and she asked one more time, and I answered fine (to keep her from asking again lol). The outcome ~ I had the best experience and wound up buying a 2016 Impreza (base) for the payment I needed/wanted!!! The place was welcoming & accomodating to the customer. My salesperson Ann was so kind and genuinely helpful/concerned. The buying process I had with Mike was simple and quick. All these pluses helped me because I was so nervous to begin with, & just overwhelmed with the fact that they actually made my action of purchasing a new vehicle a REALITY!! We found a car that suited us at Goldsteins after doing a lot of looking at various dealerships. They had a nice large inventory to choose from. I have to say I hate car shopping at most places. Most salesmen are such dealers and I hate that part. Goldstein's is no exception in that regard. Somehow it takes you longer to buy the car than to pick it out. But the people are friendly, and We got through all the red tape, even though we had some questions and misunderstandings about the seller's contract. We had extras done on the car (like undercoating). The car was ready to go quickly. We took it back for it's 30 day check-up, and they got it in and out in less than a half hour,all washed, and even put my seat covers on for me. Our family owns 3 other Subarus. I really enjoy my car and I'm glad I chose another Subaru.

This is the second Subaru for this family. Its been some time but that is what one expects with these cars-they run a long time. Did a good deal of research on cross-over SUVs and test drove 4 top models at other dealers before settling back on the Forester. The dealership has some visual aids demonstrating vehicle skills across the Subaru line-up that are worth watching for those who are comparing the vehicle with other like-makes. The actual transaction of buying the car was effortless. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and freely shared his excitement over the Subaru engineering-but accomplished this without pushing the sale. The vehicles' capabilities closed the sale for me. The experience with the business end of Goldstein was just as effortless; the staff know they sell quality vehicles and clearly understand that there will be another customer coming in the door that will buy the car you are interested in but they treat you with care to ensure the transaction is relatively painless (of course, you are buying a vehicle and that costs money we all would ideally like to keep in our pockets-but no car, regardless of make will change how we feel about parting with dollars...) and you leave comfortable with your decision, vehicle and the experience. We are looking forward to years of enjoyment with the Forester.

The ride was awesome and I had my answer as to which model was for me. She is beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet, with many wonderful safety features and very user/driver friendly. My husband and I had spent over 2 hours trying to negotiate a purchase at this other dealer. After giving up trying to close a deal we went home and called Goldstein and told them what we were looking for. They said they had a car that would meet our specifications and the amount we were paying for a monthly lease. We said we were interested and would be right over expecting we may have to go through the same grueling process. Instead, Goldstein was able to process our purchase in less than an hour and we now have a new car that is everything we were looking for and more and at a price that was less than the competing dealership. Goldstein Subaru had the BEST staff in ALL areas, no-tricks, good prices & they didn't provide any non-factory 3-rd party reupholstered Leather Seats or 3-rd party cut-in Moonroof addition!Goldstein Subaru gave us all the time we needed to have our questions answered. They promptly & correctly ordered our 2016 (made in Indiana) Subaru Outback LTD & delivered it to us without too long a wait, on the same day that it arrived at their dealership. Sorry, for the competition, but we have NO NEGATIVES concerning our Goldstein Subaru Dealership experiences! They weren't even our closest Subaru Dealership, but they were worth going the extra miles.

Between my wife and myself this is our seventh Subaru (all but one purchased at Goldstein). Since the recent renovation the showroom and sales area are much nicer and a lot more comfortable. The inventory is quite large and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone we worked with was extremely pleasant and our salesworman was knowledgeable of all aspects.Although, unfortunately, it is still necessary to bargain the price, I got the trade-in that I wanted and the overall price that I wanted to pay.'The only other negative was that in preparation they forgot to screw the antenna on the car. A small mistake, but sloppy.

This is my 3rd subaru from goldsteins. . I have a dealer closer to where I live, but prefer to go to goldstiens. They are very helpful, Everyone goes out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of, yet never pushy. , They were able to easily answer any questions I had. Aaron Butler was a wonderful help in getting the car I wanted, for the price I wanted to pay. Amber hays was very pleasant,,yet very professional. I have used their service area since 2003, and not been disappointed in the work they do.

The new building is a nice improvement, the staff is friendly and laid back. I would recommend them highly. This is the second Subaru we purchased from Goldstein, and the fourth car purchased by my family. My husband and I bought our first Subaru in 2009 from Joe Khattar. He is a pleasure to work with! My mother and son recently purchased cars from Joe as well. Our Subaru just hit 172,000+ miles, so we decided it was time for a trade in. We went there last night with the intention of just looking at vehicles to decide if we wanted to stay with the same model. After test driving two different models and talking with Joe, we purchased a car off the showroom floor. Although I do like a couple of other types of cars, I will only purchase a Subaru because I like going back to Joe. He is patient, sincere and goes out of his way to do whatever he can for his customers, whether they are a first time customer or a repeat customer. We financed our car and worked with Dave Woods. I must stay that working with Dave was equally as pleasant as it was working with Joe.It was difficult to rate the most valuable role that the salesperson played in the purchase process, but he excelled at all 3 of the items. However, since I had two models in mind, he helped me make the best choice between the two so I purchased the car that would best fit my needs.

Our sales woman was Yuko. She was great. Very knowledgeable, not having to ask questions at all. She went for our test ride with us and explained everything as we were doing it. Very helpful. The waiting on the financing was the longest part which was not there fault. Michael the finance manager and Yuko worked hard to get the payment were we needed it. Definitely recommend and will go back again.

Let's just say as a type A personality, I've researched Subaru for a couple of months before getting the car that suited me best (Outback). I visited every Subaru dealer within a 40 miles radius and ended up buying from Patrick Comas at Goldstein, He was exceptional and it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Honestly, there's no way to compare a lifetime powertrain warranty and being that it's across the street from a Hoffman car wash makes the free unlimited exterior car washes at Goldstein seem so much more valuable. My husband and I walked into Goldstein Subaru at 9 am with my 21 month old child. We were met by Larry Dudley who was super nice, easy to work with and a no pressure salesman. We knew exactly what we wanted and he ensured that we got everything we were looking for and more! They moved the process along as quickly as they could and everyone was totally apathetic to the difficulties of have a toddler with us! Everyone was super kind and my son enjoyed their brand new, beautiful facilities. We also lucked out because they had the humane society visiting and my son loves dogs! Either way we walked out and drove off the lot with our brand new 2015 Forester! It was a seamless procedure and we were so happy we didn't have to wait too long to get our brand new car! Purchased 2015 Outback and experience has been a roller-coaster. Initial negotiations went smoothly, but first issue was very long delay after ordering car in first week of November 2014. Car never arrived until mid-March 2015, but in fairness much of delay seemed to be rail shipping via Boston which experienced highest recorded snowfalls ever. So vehicle arrives after five months and is missing 3 required options. Now more delay as dealer gets parts (or most of them) and installs. I had put in a special requirement on tires and factory tires did not quite meet these. Tried to negotiate a fair at cost upgrade to better tires, but that did not happen. Agreed to take care once missing options were installed. As it turns out one set of optional components were not available, but dealer did agree on custom response to order and install, while I withheld payment until parts are actually installed (which took way too much haggling in my opinion). I also did not like this deal shifting between 3 different Goldstein representatives (two Sales and one finance). There obviously was little coordination and communication with me was haphazard. I wish management would empower the Sales people to negotiate the complete deal. After some contentious discussions, senior salesman did make some customer recognition gestures/compensation which were very much appreciated and ultimately led to culmination of deal. I'm still awaiting the missing parts and installation, so we'll see how that goes, but I definitely have some suggestions for the GM of this dealership to improve the overall customer experience.

I was searching around the internet for a Subaru to lease and decided on Goldstein because of the availability of cars to choose from and the close proximity to my house and work. Also, communications from the staff was consistent without making me feel pressured. I pretty much knew what I wanted and when I test drove the Impreza Sport the deal was sealed! The facility is clean and sharp looking, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While the cars sell themselves, the sale is made sweeter by the loyalty programs and the Discount Maintenance Packages made available and free car washes once a week! The employee responsible for all internet inquiries actually showed me the car, took me for a test drive and helped answer any questions that I had even though it was his actual job. He helped me out because no other sales consultants were available and didn't want to make me wait. Midway I was introduced to a sales consultant who helped finish the sale. We went to Goldstein to get 2014 cross trek in beginning of dec. I had initially contacted their internet manager and they gave us the lowest cost among five other dealers we were looking . We went for a test drive , we liked the car and they gve us reasonable interest rate for financing and we made a deposit on the same day. Since we didn't have the car color we wanted readily available we had to wait. We were hoping to get the car before Christmas but it was getting delayed.Initially we were upset about the delay but our sales consultant and a sales manager explained how that was beyond their control. As we wanted the car by new year we asked to give us the car color which was our second choice. They readily agreed to it and also gave us a few extra accessories for free for the delay. The purchase went pretty smooth and our sales consultant Doug explained everything to us with great patience . Goldstein is very good at customer service , and they called back twice after the purchase to check everything was ok. I would really recommend Goldstein .

I would certainly recommend this dealership! They took customer service to a new level, for someone who works in sales I was really impressed! It's a really nice feeling to know that everyone in the show room is willing to help you and welcomes you in each time you walk through the door. Joe Khattar, our salesman, made our 2015 Legacy purchase at Goldstein a very easy and frustration-free experience. He was helpful and very knowledgeable, but at the same time he was patient and let us have-some-space to investigated and decide just what we wanted in the car. My wife and I had to have some time to decide what we wanted in this car. We were able to purchase the car at a very reasonable price. Joe passed us off to David Wood in the finance office who was equally helpful and made the process almost enjoyable. Our Legacy was ready on time for our pickup and Joe was very patient with all of our questions about various adjustments and the dash electronics system. He helped us set up the Bluetooth to our phones, showed us how to use the two individualized seat adjustments, etc. We love the car and, so far, no issues at all! While we have been Subaru owners (three previous Subarus!) in the past, this was our first interaction with Goldstein Subaru and if our interactions continue as they have to this point it will likely not be our last. The temporary facilities were adequate but we look forward, as I am sure they do, to the opening of their new building which is nearing completion.

I knew what I wanted and that is what I got. They didn't have the car on the lot but promised we would get it before we went on a planed trip. It came well before the trip and it is beautiful. Ride is great and new features are easy to figure out. They are in the process of redoing there facility, it was a little confusing, so I only gave that question 3 stars.

After a very frustrating experience at another capital area Subaru dealership where the people were supposed to be "nice to do business with", it was refreshing to come to Goldstein. I had the pleasure of working with Joe Khattar, and from the start he was very helpful and motivated to get me into the car I wanted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered any and all questions I had throughout the whole buying process. This was the first new vehicle that I've ever purchased, and Joe made the whole process painless. I was happy with the price we negotiated for the new car, as well as the value of my trade in. There was a little hiccup when the car came in (they went all the way to Jersey to get it, by the way) and I noticed that the splash guards that I was told would be on it were missing. After calling the dealership and talking to the receptionist, I was told that Joe was out. I explained my problem to the receptionist, and in order to get the problem taken care of right away, she transferred me to the sales manager, Chris Gardner. I explained the situation to Chris and he apologized for the oversight and assured me that they would be installing the splash guards when I bring my car in for their complimentary 30 day check up. Problem solved. The finance manager, Santiago Ponce, was incredibly helpful and straightforward. He was able to secure a great interest rate for me and just like Joe, he answered all my questions and didn't try to push me in to anything. He went over my credit report with me, and let me know what I could expect for an interest rate. Very knowledgeable guy, great to work with! My overall car buying experience at Goldstein was outstanding. From my first impression with the receptionist to the final steps of financing, I couldn't have asked for a better place to shop. I love my 2014 Impreza Sport and I will be recommending Goldstein to everyone I know! p.s. I didn't review the facilities because they're constructing a new showroom, but I had no complaints about the temporary building they had.

I purchased a 2010 Suburu. I worked with Patrick Comas. I felt very comfortable with him as there was no high pressure salesman talk. This is one reason I hate to trade vechicles because of the pressure and fast talk. Patrick did a great job and hopefully if I like my Suburu I will be back in a couple of years to buy a newer one and definetely I will ask for Patrick.

I bought a white Subaru Forester last Thursday. This is the second Subaru I purchased from Goldstein. This is also the first time in my life that I purchased a second car from the same dealer. (This is the 5th Subaru purchased at Goldstein when you count my close friends/family in the mix.) Larry Dudley is a cream puff to work with. I don't like to be sold. I knew what I wanted, down to the options, color, and trim level. Larry didn't try to up-sell me into a car I didn't want. HE LISTENED. He listened closely and attentively. Then, he proceeded to find the car I said I wanted to buy. He found the exact car, with the right color and options. We negotiated. Larry was fair. The manager was fair too. I had a specific budget that I could not exceed. Between the trade allowance and price of the new car, Larry got me to where I needed to be. We shook hands. You get the feeling from Larry that a handshake is really all you need. In fact, I didn't sign a single document that night. I waited until the car arrived. I walked in, the car was waiting for me as promised. I signed the paperwork and drove away in my new car. The process could NOT have been easier. Integrity is rare. Larry and Goldstein demonstrate integrity by their actions. I also want to give credit to Will in service. I needed a repair on the first Subaru I bought from Goldstein. I thought it would cost an arm and a leg. Will knew I was concerned. I think he bent over backwards to repair my car for a very reasonable price. Because of Will taking care of me in service, I felt like I could trust these guys. A few months later, I bought my second car from them. Thank you Will. Thank you Larry. Thank you Goldstein.

Tom Grant, manager, was most helpful in disposing of our car- which brakes were beyond repair. He checked the inventory at the dealership, and recommended a Chevy--which we could afford. He sent Brian Fisher to handle the sale. He was thorough with the paperwork, as well as when we took a test drive. He explained the workings of the car, and gave us an overview. He made himself available whenever we had a concern or a question, and promptly returned any calls with requested information, and solutions. We will be more than happy to recommend Goldstein to anyone who is looking for a car. The dealership is better that anyone around since the lounge is spacious, free coffee, pop corn and hotdogs, plus it is very comfortable and clean.

I have been looking for a Subaru for several weeks and I went to 2 other dealers and everyone was pretty nice. I left some messages at Goldstein for a sales person to get back to me 2 days in a row with no response. I went up to the dealership and the girl at the front desk was not very nice or helpful. After about 10 minutes I went back to her to see if anyone was going to help me and she called someone who came out 5 minutes later. An older Gentleman came and he wasn't very pleasant and his answers to my questions were very short and curt. It was raining and we went outside to look and he never offered me an umbrella-even though he had one. I asked him for an umbrella and he gave me the attitude that I was bothering him. I told him I was looking for a car that was about 1 year old. He showed me some cars and then he showed me one that didn't have a sticker price. He told me it retailed for $3,000.00 more than it actually did. I bought a car the next day-but not from them as I didn't like the way I was treated or their attitude towards a potential customer. After sharing my experience with a neighbor who has a Subarau, he told me not to go there as he has had very bad service. They aren't very nice to deal with. After reading other reviews I am glad I didn't buy from there.

My first interaction was with Ashley via the internet, then when I went into the dealership I dealt with Brandon and Chris, the sales manager. I was there because they offered to beat a competitor's price, and that they did--and not by a mere $100. All three were very professional and friendly. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot and never pressured me to just take what they had. This is my first Subaru and so far I am very happy with my choice of a 2015 Forester. I would, and have, recommended this dealership to friends, family and co-workers.

We were shopping for a 14 impreza and while browsing the lot Elizabeth assisted us. She was nice, calm and not pushy but at the same time new. Took a test drive liked the car and talked numbers with her and the sales manager Aaron. Came to an agreement on a purchase price and we were on our way. Gave them deposit on Saturday and picked the car up Monday evening. Monday we signed papers and gave them the rest of the cash. Buying process was super easy and the staff were very nice, at least the ones we dealt with. When we picked up the car it was super clean and they reviewed everything with us. Would highly recommend.

Goldstein Subaru was the only dealer (I checked with 4 separate Subaru dealers in NYS) to get me a 2015 Forester with the package I desired and, more importantly, at the price point the other dealers said was not possible! Jon Wood got back to my internet inquiry and found a way to make the numbers match what I could spend. Then Erik Nielsen (Siena Alum!) was terrific as the salesperson - not pushy or trying to up-sell, but totally respectful and a pleasure to work with on this purchase - he was willing to literally "go the extra mile." Goldstein Subaru may be in the midst of rebuilding their showroom, but they don't have to rebuild their top shelf business model - they are incredible.

There is nothing fun about buying a new car because of all the BS you usually need to go through. But our salesman Igor was great, very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Even the finance guy wasn't as obnoxious as they usually are. Just repeat No Thanks over and over on the worthless add ons. This is the second new car I purchased from Goldstein Subaru and I would recommend them to friends. I traded in the 2 year old Outlander I purchased from Goldstein Mitsubishi up the road (FYI: totally different experience, avoid them at all cost). I have never used their shops to service my car so I can't comment on their services. However, after reading others negative reviews I doubt I will be giving them a try.

Price gouging, false advertising. Put a deposit down on a new vehicle under the pretense it would be ordered on my behalf. Dealer then tried to force a different car upon me, after refusing to take this alternate car, they "parted ways" and claimed to have refunded my deposit. At that point they refused to communicate with me or provide an update or status on the refund. Ended up having to charge it back through my bank.

Our salesperson (Alisa) was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. We had to wait for a few days for the delivery, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Website to schedule service is a joke, it is a free for all. Scheduled at 8:00 AM. I was there at 7:30 AM. Was there till 10:00 AM before I saw my car enter the shop. Another time I schedule a repair and told them I could not get there till after 5:30 PM. I arrived and loaner vehicle not available after 5:00 PM. They don't listen, plain and simple. I am looking to find another Subaru Dealer for service. OK to buy a vehicle there, but don't get it serviced there.
