I called in at 11:00am on Wednesday before Thanksgiving not expecting to get my Truck in to have the Fuel Filter changed and the Service writer informed me if I had it there by 2:30 the could change it. I brought the truck in after I had lunch and the truck was finished an hour and half later. This was very important to me because I live 5 hours away on the Central Coast of California and was headed home after our Thanksgiving Dinner. Very happy with the service and the professional attitude of the Service Writer. The fuel filter was down to it's last 10% of life I had let it go to long without changing and the Service Writer understood the importance to me to get it changed. Thank you,Ken

We arrived at the lot and we were greeted in a friendly manner , Ed and Cole were our sales reps , we really had a great time with Ed walking the lot , he made us feel comfortable, Cole joined us later for training and his first sale! Ed is a great guy and has the best personality , we would defiantly seek him out for our next purchase !! The entire staff was curtious , can't remember all the name , but the team on staff that evening was upbeat and smiles on every face . Still waiting for the paint and interior protection to be scheduled by the service dept , I'm sure the delay is due to the holiday sale events . I'm confident it will be any day now .

It's been one of my best experiences at a dealership. We didn't have to spend the whole day there. The employees were friendly and courteous. The check engine light came on 24 hours after purchase of the used car we purchased. I took it back and without hesitation they took care of it and didn't charge me. They got the car in the shop with no appointment and I was gone before noon. It was a very positive experience.

I had a great experience at the Hemet Gosch Chevrolet center. The service representative Rob Eden was very helpful and courteous. I went to have my 2015 chevy tahoe A/C unit fixed as the unit would only blow hot air. While I was there he informed me there was a recent recall with the unit. Rob also walked the vehicle with me to see if there was any other issues that could be fixed while there to be serviced. There were a couple of small items I was having an issue with that he had fixed. While my tahoe was being serviced he set me up with a rental car and drove me and my baby to the rental car place. Since the A/C recall was very new they had to order the parts to fix it and he wasn't sure how long it would take but he called the next day to keep me updated on the process which was quick and easy. When I picked up my tahoe he went over the 3 items that were fixed. He let me know if there were any issues to bring the car back. Thank you Rob fir excellent service. I will definitely be back to get my car routinely serviced!

I had my mind set on a Chevy Cruze with a sunroof in blue. I was recommended to Gosche by a friend. When I came to the dealership, I was expected and the choices that matched my car were available for me to test drive. Financing attempted to obtain a better loan rate than 1.49% , but was unable to beat my rate from Credit Union. I drove off in my new car the next day because I wanted all my documentation and full coverage insurance when I took possession. I've been a customer since I moved to the Hemet area. Inland was a recommendation by Quality Chevrolet in Escondido & they have never done me wrong. Last year I had a "time/mileage" maintenance & they kept the car for a couple of days while waiting for a part to come in (fuel injector was leaking & something with the front brakes). They promptly offered me a loaner car at no cost, so I was able to get around over the weekend. It cost a small fortune, but brought the maintenance of my Cavalier up to where it needed to be & the car has continued to run like a well oiled machine. Yep, an oil change was done as well. LOL... This visit was another oil change after 13 months! I don't drive a great deal, but living in the desert does some wear & tear on your vehicle, so proper maintenance is extremely important. This place has a great staff. Arrived at just before 7:30 & waited with a few other customers until doors opened. Had an appointment for 8:00. Mario greeted me with a smile & good morning. He quickly checked my mileage, handled the entry paperwork, indicated AC work was past due & I asked that it bed done due to the heat index of summer. Waited in lounge area for approximately two hours. Mario checked in twice to keep me up to date & then got me when car was ready. Paper work was quickly processed & I was out the door to a FRESHLY WASHED CAR!!! GOOD JOB INLAND...The few employees I encountered were friendly & professional. They wanted to start the morning off by turning on the TV, but since I was the only one in the lounge, I asked that it stay off since I was reading & that was no problem. Thank you :O)I think the overall service at this dealership has improved from the 1st time I brought in my car. I know that Gosch & Inland have merged & I believe it has made a big difference in the overall professionalism of the employee's & that's based on having had one service where the person that greeted me was rude & then basically ignored me until I finally found someone who could find out if my car was done. Turns out the work had been completed for quite awhile. When they brought the car out it hadn't been washed, there was no explanation as to why I hadn't been notified it was ready & check out was uncomfortable at best. This is one customer who is VERY happy with the improvement!!

When we got to Coach Chevrolet we were walking on a car lot and a gentleman came up to us and asked us if we were the people with the equinox. he know about as previously from another staff member that had told him about us because my husband had his equinox in the service department needing and lot of repairs. He was so personable and that from that moment we formed a relationship. We had gone to the dealership intending to have my car worked on and just looking for a car for my husband. The person who helped us was not even a salesperson that was not his main job function. Yesterday I went to Gosch Chevrolet in Hemet, Ca., to see about selling my car for cash. I also needed a new car, but out of the deal I had to get cash back of $13,000.00, or I would not buy or sell a car. Phil Gilchrist, the team leader over there, took my inquiry phone call and made an appointment for me to come in around noon. He enlisted the help of a wonderful sales rep named Breanna Sopko who actually worked with me gathering all my information and giving me all then information that I needed to know about the cars that interested me. Cory Tritt and John Young were actively involved in putting the deal together as well. It was so cool to have an actual team of professionals working together creatively to satisfy my needs. By four pm the same day my new Chevrolet Sonic was sitting in my driveway, and in a few days I will recieve a cash payment in the amount I requested. I was thrilled, needless to say. Had a new motor installed in my 2005 Chev Silverado after the duramax blew a head gasket. So far, it runs like a new truck! Not too long after that, the EGR started giving me trouble. Turned out it was covered under warranty so no cost to me. Again, quick service and no trouble (codes) have shown up since. A bit pricey on parts and service but that is compensated for by a good warranty on the service. I will continue using this dealer for my service needs.

I dont know if it was a lack of proper management or a lack of mechanical skills, but the service department is lacking at best. For the past 17 years I have dealt with Rancho Ford in Temecula (Gosh Group Dealership) and I come to expect better from a gosh Group service department. This was not the first time my car had been to Inland Chevrolet, but I think it will be the last. Each time I have taken my car there it takes from 3 days to a week to get it back. Furthermore each time it has been in that shop, I have had to call to get an update and this happened after at least 48 hours of no word form them. This last time I even asked to speak with the service manager who listened very carefully but offered no solutions.If the Inland Chevrolet service department had the same management as Rancho Ford service department maybe then they could start to address its issues.

John Rogers is my salesman for life. He did everything in his power to make sure I got thr truck I wanted. And then kept helping with letting me know how everything on my truck work's and he pushed for a better deal when he thought that the payments were to much and actually got them down to something I could afford. I don't know why he puts so, much into his job as, well as everyone else at the dealership but it seems more like a family environment then a stressful day at trying to buy a new car. I will say don't waste your time at any other dealers. I know i did an i regretted not coming here first.

He came out of his office to acknowledge that he knew I was waiting. He assured me that he would be available shortly. He was very savvy about each vehicle and we ended up taking a test drive with him where he explained all the features of the truck. I always see Mark Fradd for the service needs, He has a smile and is very pleasant, and always tries to understand the problems you might have, and then gets it done. I bought a 2007 Buick from TRI Buick in Hemet,Ca.,in 2007 when they went out of business I brought it to Mark for it's service needs. We were looking for a certian car and they found it. Had to do a dealer trade. It took all day but the sales dept along with Gosh himself kept us updated at all times.It was a long day but in the end all is well we took our Chevrolet Spark home. I have to mention our salesman Ted Banta. He had the answers and very courteous towards us. He's an asset to the Gosh Auto Group.I have recommend Gosh to other people in our community since I have been buying from them since 1969.

I recived a card offering me 18,989.00 for my 2007 Chevy Silverado, low milage in mint condition in and out. Fully loaded.i had just one more payment on it. I went to check it out because i wanted to take my wife to City of Hope because she had been dignosed with cancer. i drove up and Paul wanted to show me a car i told him i want to take advantage of the card i had recieved in the mail. he kept offering to show me a car so i looked at a few because i would need a car to get around, all he showed were cars that i would have to still make payments on, when i told him i did not want another car payment he asked me to go in the office to figure something out. he came back with Chris after i showed him the card i got in the mail. Chris had Paul evaluate the Truck i just brought in, chris was still trying to get me get another vehicle. Paul came in and said the truck was well taken care of, he then showed the card i brought in to Chris who said that price was for a different truck, that the truck i had was only worth 13,000.00 if that. (my son had went on the web and looked it up on the kelley blue book and saw it was worth almost 19,000.00) I explained to both men what i needed the money for they offered me a car for 10.000.00 plus 3,000.00 at this point i had been at the dealer for hours, and worry about being away from my wife so long. when i told Chris that my son saw on kelley book price he got out his cell phone and said it was 13,000.00 but he did not show it to me when i asked to see it he said he had already closed out, he then said let me talk to my boss and see if we can get you more money, he came back and said he can offer the car, 3,300.00 and a pair of movie tickets for my son. i said ok. when i signed the paper work with the finance guy he was very rude. i asked about the check i was told i would get he said it would come in the mail as soon as the pink on the truck arrived. (this was not the deal) i asked about the movie tickets he said he knew nothing about it, i had to talk with Chris or Paul who were no where to be found. even after repeated pages. i said i wanted to cancle the deal, the finance guy said with a very rude remark that it would cost me $500.00 to cancle the contract. i went home, i called the next day, and the next after 2 weeks of calling i went down there i was told they were still waiting for the pink slip and they did not have any movie tickets. i finally got my money but my wife has just passed away. i love cheverlet i worked for General Motors for 35 yrs and buy nothing else but chevy. but i will never go to inland cheverlet again.

As a Chevy Man all my adulthood life and proud owner of nothing but Chevy vehicles, it's been my dream to own a Chevy pick up truck....and so I went to Inland Chevrolet to service my 2007 HHR LT, which I bought used from them in 2009 on a three year contract, which I had just made my last payment and received my Title of ownership. While having my car serviced, I decided to take a look and price the new and used trucks, hoping now at 65 yrs of age a retired Teamsters truck driver and a single parent of a 4 yr old boy, I could have that dream come true. While looking around, Mgr. Matt came up to me and called salesman Jose and introduced us, they both promised me THE WORLD. I explained to them that I'd like to take my time and would like to look around at other dealerships. After looking around for a while and seeing and test driving the truck of my dreams, I told the Mgr. Matt and the salesman Jose that I would be back, that's when all the lies began. They told me that there was 0% interest on that particular truck I wanted, they offered a better price than that on the sticker, Jose told me that GMC was financing the truck and they promised not to take anything off the truck. 0% interest was the main reason I took the deal, 0% interest. When I got to the finance person Todd Kovac to go over the contract, that's when my dream was turned into a nightmare and nothing but broken promisses. Todd became another pushy salesman, and became very rude after I refused to take an extended bumper to bumper warranty, he went as far as to rudely call service in front of me and request that the alarm be removed from the truck and be brought directly to him all because I refused to pay for something that was part of the truck and this after it was promissed by both Jose and Matt not to add or remove anything that was part of the truck. GMC did not finance the vehicle nor was I told who was...0% finance turned into $8,462.68 and so 38,427.50 ended up costing me 50,470.32... I would like to end this by saying that this does not change the great love I have for Cherolet and will always be proud to own a Chevy, but I could never ever recommend or say anything good about INLAND CHEVROLET.

I found 2 vehicles on the website that I liked. They called right away and I gave the stock numbers, by the time I arrived both the jeep and the SUV were up front clean and ready to be test driven. Wade took all my information quickly and efficiently and we were ready to deal.WAIT - NO HAGGLE - It was awesome,Ricky was reasonable, honest and sincere from the jump. He explained what they had, what I had and how that met in the middle. The offer on my trade was very fair according to all my prior research. I am very happy with my purchase of both vehicles!!! I just received by car from the Body Shop to repair some dents. Mark Reza, the Estimator mad me feel at home. He delivered as promised. The service is always great they are very knowledgeable. They have always taken care of any problem and always have an answer for you. Recently I was in Chicago and called Mark about a fuel filter concern, he gave me the answer I needed. He is always very helpful and professional. Bob has helped me out in issues that occured at another dealership he didn't hesitate and I appreciated the help. I have been a chevrolet owner and customer of Inland for sometime. Bob Knight and Mark are assets to your store and I always look forward to dealing with them. I always recommend your service department to my friends even if they don"t own a GM vehicle. I have also worked with Bob's other staff and they are also very professional. I always request Mark and hold him in high regards as an outstanding people person with a wealth of knowledge of all GM vehicles. My wife and I first met Bob Knight when our Malibu needed to be serviced. He proved himself to be honest and forthright. He provided us with information on what the car needed and did not need. The process took 2 or 3 days and he stayed in contact with us to keep us informed as to what was going on with the car.We then found ourselves needing to trade in a car. We contacted Bob again and he set it up that when we came to the dealership we were met by Mr. Wade Hoggland. At first we wanted to trade in two cars at the same time. Wade spent several hours with us in the test drive and paperwork process. He was always attentive, never pushy, and he acted as though we were important, not just a sell. We found out that we did not qualify two trade in both cars and had a hard time with finding financing. Thats when Cindee and Ricky came in. Those two worked like crazy to find us financing. All through this process, Bob Knight continued to come byand check on us to see how we were doing and to insure that we were being treated right. He need not have worried. Wade, Cindee, and Ricky treated us like family. One of the young workers even volunteered to go and pick us up some food because we had not eaten.We have NEVER, NEVER been treated like this with any type of company. Even now, after the deal is done. When we could be "just like any other customer", we are still treated like family. You just don't find that kind of service, respect, willingness to go beyond what would normally be expected. We will always be grateful for the experience and will tell anyone who will listen about Inland Chevrolet. God bless them.

Well it took about 10 minutes to check me in. I only waited about 5 minutes until a driver picked me up and took me home. They called in about 2 hours to say my car was ready. In about another 10 minutes their driver picked me up and brought me back to the dealer to get my car. I could hardly believe this all happened so efficiently. Good job you guys. My name is Etwan I went in for a simple oil change and was treated as if my work was going to cost a thousand dollars. I walked out of there feeling like I won the customer award. There was not one person that didnt have a smile or said hi. I was scared I thought I was on punk or something. I have never been in a place like that where everybody was perfect. I have told a couple of my friends to check you guys first so I hope they check in before going anywhere else. I usually go to my job and get an oil change but going out of my way was well worth. When we went looking for a new car for my wife, I stopped in at Inland Chevrolet to see what they had. The wife saw the new HHR and we both really liked the style, Half car, Half truck. It worked perfect for our needs. Went in and talked to Greg and another salesman ( no longer working there ) We went over the price etc and came to an agreement and bought the HHR. Greg was a real help in answering all my questions about the workings of everything and I was impressed with his knowledge about the car/truck. When the service was due to be done we brought it in and Colleen took care of everything from there. Again impressed with her knowledge as well. Since then I have bought a new Malibu from them. Inland Chevrolet You Rock !!!!!!

My most recent visit to Inland Chevrolet was due an accident that happened not to far from the dealership,this was fortunate for me because my husband and I have done business with them around 2002 when we purchased a 1997 Ford Aerostar,since then we have purchased 2 other veihcles,a 2005 Chevey Trailblazer and My 2008 HHR. We have had services and autobody repairs at this dealership,we have always been completely satisfied,and we will continue to do business with them.

Bought My car at Inland Chevy and continue to shop and have my cars serviced there. Service workers are very helpful, they fix my cars and if there is a problem they don't give me any trouble about getting back in the shop. The sales people are always willing to help if needed.
