I had been searching for a new 4Runner, and the stock for exactly what I was looking for, was very limited in southern California. We had received a call from the internet sales rep. Derrick Bates from Gosch Toyota (Hemet, Ca) , and was willing to help us in our search for our "perfect vehicle". We met with Derrick and his non pushy, genuine customer service immediately won us over. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and even though the vehicle was not actually available on his lot, he was able to trade with another to get us the vehicle. He was able to deliver the exact 4Runner that we wanted the very next day. The entire process from start to finish was very quick and smooth. When I check with the Kelly Blue Book the old car is worth a lot more then they tired to offer to us. Other then that low trade that we refused. I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon XLE. I was looking for a vehicle with good interior space and layout and I also wanted something with some power behind it. The 2006 RAV4 that David Burch drove to me from the used car lot met all my criteria. Low mileage, easy access for my walker and I. It was a joy to work with someone who was sensetive to my limitations without any condisention. I forgot the name of his associate who was kind enough and patient enough to negotiate by phone on my behalf with my brother. He lives in Redding but still looks out for his big sister. The three of them brought the price right to my bugit needs. Adam in finance was warm and effecient. Extra perk: free towing to Gosh within 23 miles and $1.99 car wash twice a month!

Great car buying experience. Dale is the most knowledgable product specialist that I ever met. I feel I got a great deal, buying my second Prius. This was my first experience with same day delivery, that was pretty cool. The dealership went out of they're way to make me feel great about the purchase. Would definitely recommend. My only negative would be how many times you have to sign your name. I think that it's all legal stuff, but it seems that the lawyers should be able to reduce some of the paperwork.

First 5000 mile service on my 2013 Avalon, I also ask to inspect for a noise that appeared to be coming from the passenger side dash area. After inspection I was told that the noise was coming from the Sunroof. Welds had broken. GOSCH Toyota needed to keep the car for a couple of days and arranged to have me put in a rental car. The Sunroof repairs were completed and the car returned to me, the noise is gone (thank goodness--it was really annoying). The service Department did a very good job of analyzing the problem, finding the problem and repairing the problem. Other then a couple of dirty areas on the new headliner they did a very satisfactory job.

Purchased pre-owned 2010 Corolla for granddaughter away at college. We experienced some problems that were addressed upon initial purchase. Took the vehicle in for 60K maintenance and several repair items surfaced. Paulo and Matt in the service department worked with other members of the service staff and management to address each item of concern. They went over and above our expectations in helping us keep repairs as cost effective as possible while providing our granddaughter with a safe and economical car to drive. I recently purchased a 2008 Tundra. Though I love the truck (it's my 3 one) the driver shoulder restraint was damaged and would not work properly. Mr. Maynard in the service department was very patient and helpful walking me through the process. Mr. Ed Lucas, the mechanic was great. He completed the repairs quickly and then took the time to explain everything to me as well as pointed out some potiental concerns for me to keep an eye and explained what my options were. My truck was returned to me clean and looking like new. Not only is your sevice great, but it equals a great warranty and a great truck.
