Great customer service, staff is very personable. Felt horrible for keeping them past close but they were patient and worked with us! Only down side was we couldn’t leave with the vehicle that night, still needed to be detailed HOWEVER it had just arrived on the lot the day prior so understanding. Our sales rep was Ed Perkins, would definitely recommend him to others!

Jordan Thome provided exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process. We live out of state and completed the purchase entirely via messaging and phone calls/texts. Jordan was patient in answering questions as we had never purchased a vehicle this way. Bought a vehicle, no problems everything went smooth. Went back for an oil change, I let the receptionist know that my turn signal and brake light were not working. She said she would make a note of it and during oil change they would find the issue. I showed up for appointment oil change, tire rotation and inspection was done. I asked about the turn signal. The response was that there was no note of it, so I asked about the multi point inspection and why they didn't notice. They said they didn't know but I could schedule another appointment at a later date because they were to busy. After leaving with no signal or brake, I looked over the paper and they put a check mark next to inspection categories (positive saying all checked good). One of those checked was lights, so apparently they don't go all the way through the inspection they just check mark all. I took it to another place and had a bulb replaced. Any other place I have ever went to get an oil change they try to sell me wiper blades check all my tires check on my lights and look over the vehicle. I thought a higher end company like Greens would take more pride and care of the customers but apparently they just move you like sheep.

Buyer beware! Green Chevrolet was awful to us, Joe Roberts in particular. He was unwilling to negotiate a price. He said here is our offer, take it or leave it. He went back to his sales manager and came back with the same paper marked up in black sharpie. We promptly walked out. It was the worst experience we have ever had.

Excellent service! This was by far one of my best vehicle buying experiences ever. As a previous floor manager of a dealership I expect a lot and my expectations were exceeded. I made a long distance purchase of a lightly used Chevy Tahoe after seeing it on their website and I couldn't be happier. The sales person I worked with (Kyle) was willing to take many pictures for me including the under carriage of the vehicle and was sure to point out the smallest of scratches or issues. I live almost 2k miles away from this dealership so detail was very important to me. Kyle was very prompt in returning my emails and provided excellent service. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed there was an issue with a rear door lock not working 100% of the time. There was also a faint buzz coming from the rear radio control unit intermittently. These issues would be very easy to miss upon inspection unless you drive the vehicle every day as they both occurred intermittently. I contacted Kyle to see what they could do for me. His sales manager was quick to send out both parts I needed at no cost to me even though the vehicle was sold as is. They really stand behind their sales and next time I buy a vehicle they will be my first stop without a doubt. There was no hassle in negotiating price. I told them what I was willing to pay and they told me their bottom line and we made it happen. Buying a vehicle long distance can be inconvenient but they made it very quick and easy. Communication was excellent and prompt. Thanks for making my buying experience easy and hassle free!

I was treated like crap by the finance manager, because my credit was not in good standing. He told me to go to buy here, pay here. Regardless of my credit he did not have to treat me that way.I've always been taught to act like a lady and show respect, that saved the situation from escalating into a shouting match, he tried to belittle me, excuse me for not having perfect credit, that doesn't make me a bad person. It just shows that I've hit some bumps in the road,I hope you're happy in your perfect world, that doesn't exist.

Green Auto and our salesman, Mark Nasser, deserve a GOOD review. The car was listed on-line and it was just as good, if not better, than presented when listed. The price was good, and the car was very clean inside and out and loaded with extras. Mark took my car as a trade-in and allowed a fairly good price for it, considering the price of the one I purchased from them. The finance gentleman was VERY helpful too. He went through several selections of options to get me the payment I needed for my budget. I was very happy with Green Auto.

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle at greens! Ivan Dull was awesome, he was prompt but not pushy. We felt relaxed and confident each time we visited. We have never felt like we got a bad deal here either. I would and have recommended this dealership to many of my friends and family.

After contacting this dealer approx 3+wks ago, with many e-mails in between, I notified the salesman of the approx. time of my arrival on 19Feb. That was acknowledged and I was assured that notification would be forwarded to me if the vehicle sold before my arrival by phone, to allow me to cancel my trip and return home. Upon my arrival, not only was the salesman OFF for the day (without notifying other staff to anticipate my arrival) the vehicle was not on site. It had been sent out for repairs and had to be recalled to dealership. When said vehicle finally showed up for inspection, it was noted by another staff member that it was "Discovered" the instrument cluster had not been working properly and had to be changed (good thing). Then it was discovered that the new cluster ID'd another problem; a bad catalytic converter had shown a check engine light and had been sent to an outside repair shop for replacement and wouldn't be finished until the following day (bad thing).Upon the eventual return to the dealership, we went for a test drive and I discovered that the cruise control would not engage. It could not be repaired until the following day "if" the catalytic converter job was done in time. The interim salesman did his best to explain a bad situation, however at that point, the bad taste left in my mouth could not overcome my desire to purchase the vehicle, in part because I could not give up another two days waiting for repairs that should have been corrected as soon as the vehicle was traded in. So I drove home another nine hours in my 1998 GMC that needs no work and has NO RUST.

We went to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, what we had and what we were willing to pay. We knew we'd have to get a used car per our budget but through our salesman, Dustin, and the amazing deals they offer we left that day with a brand new van for the same price of the advertised used vans I'd seen everywhere else...and I'd done a LOT of research! We'll definitely go back for any other vehicles!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Green Chevrolet in East Moline and I they provided an outstanding experience from beginning to end! Both Kyle and Ivan were great from the beginning of the transaction all the way to the end. I had a small problem with a used vehicle a couple days after purchase and Kyle and the Green crew took care of the issue with no questions asked and even gave me a loaner car for the day. Best buying experience I have had at any dealership and I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Keep up the good work!

I went to Green's website and looked at all the cars they had on there for sale. I sent an inquiry about a couple of them. First thing on Monday morning, March 4, 2013, Bryce Murphy called me and we had a long conversation about what I thought I wanted and what I had to work with. We made an appointment for Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9:30 am. I went in to see Bryce. He was already prepared to show me some cars on the computer. He walked me through the entire process very descriptive so that I could easily understand the process. I explained to him about my car and what was wrong with it. I told him again what I thought I was looking for and we came up with 3 cars to look at. The entire time I kept asking questions but he didn't seem to mind at all. He answered everything I wanted to know. We finally came up with a 2006 Ford Fusion to look at. We went into the detail area where the car was and looked it over. He talked me through the entire car, inside and outside. I was pressed for time at that point. He was very understanding. I had to leave and he took care of all of the paperwork for me as in getting me financed. My son went to Greens about 3:30 pm and talked with Bryce and test drove the car. He was impressed with the service and attention that Bryce gave to him. I went back that afternoon around 4:00 pm. We talked some more and I test drove the car. I was pleased with the car and we again talked about price and financing. He had gotten my credit score for me and showed me all of the paper work. He went over every detail. He even had the fog on the inside of one of the headlights fixed for me. I then went to talk with Terrance to do the paper work for the financing. He had done a great job at getting me a low payment I would have no trouble making, the time of month for my payment to be due, just the entire process was great and very painless. After all the paper work was finished and the down payment was made, Bryce gave me the keys and took me to my car I was trading in to make sure everything was out of it and he took the license plates off for me. He also went beyond customer service in the fact that he got my child car seat out of the car that I could not get. He worked on it for quite a while, but never gave up. He then took me to my new (used) car and explained all the points I needed to know about it such as how to work the radio, he even set my station for me. I left with my new car about 5:30 pm. The whole experience was so pleasant. Bryce worked with me and got me a GREAT payment and a Great car for me. He was so friendly and helpful I was really impressed with him. Thank him and Terrance for a great experience. I will definitely tell all of my friends about Green's and especially about how great my experience was with Bryce. He treated me like a human, not just another sale. Thank you again. I bought my last car from Green's in 2002 and this experience was so much better, I just couldn't believe it.

I just bought a new Chevrolet Equinox from Green Chevrolet on Monday the 13th of August 2012. It was a very pleasant experiance all the way from the first contact with Ivan Dull to the last. he conducted himself as a professional all the way. He took us through everything step by step and was by no means pushy. He took us to the oil change shop and showed us the car wash. Very nice young man who I would return to in a New York minute.

I have purchased 3 Corvettes and two Camaros from this dealership and they provided me with a perfect experience. I found my dream car online (a Shelby GT500) and called Jeff Hepner to give me a little info on the car. I wanted to know how clean the car was. I wanted no door dings, scratches or any prior damage to the car. He went out and checked it over himself and told me that it was perfect in all ways. I have had other dealers tell me this in the past and when you get there in person the car is a mess. This was not the case with Green. The car was perfect in every way. They gave me a fair price on the car and my trade in. If you are into performance cars, this is the place to shop!

My wife and I drove nearly 100 miles to purchase a used pickup from Green Chevrolet. The whole experience was very pleasant. We were not pressured in to anything and the staff was very courteous. I believe that we were one of Lucky's first sales. He was being helped by Greg. They were both awesome!!!! I left the "Mr Big Volume" country to drive all the way to East Moline to purchase and I can truly say that the drive was well worth it!!! Thanks Green Chevrolet for the Awesome experience!!! I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I DREAD the process. This was not the case with this dealership. Greg and Ben was great to work with. I live 2.5 hours from the dealership. They had the car ready to test drive and once I agreed had all the paperwork ready. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Will definitely look at working with them for future purchases.

The experience was the worst we ever had. We drove 6 hours to buy a used car. When we arrived our salesman was out. We had to wait about 30 minutes for him to return. When we took the car for a test drive we only went around a large block. It took about 15 minutes. The miles and price were ok so we decided to purchase the car. The salesman made it clear that it had a 29 point inspection and all the fluids were topped off. When we were finished with the purchase we headed back home. About an hour into the trip the check engine light came on. The Dealership was closed already so we continued home with the car. We made an appointment with our local dealer. Only to find out someone had contaminated the brake fluid. It was a very costly repair the the Dealer that we bought it from would not fix. After much negotation Green finally agreed to send the parts to the dealer up here but we had to pay for the labor. We didn't own the car for even a month and we had to pay to fix it. I thought this should have been covered. But instead they accused us of the malfuction. With all this experience I would never purchase another car from them and I told all my friend's and family of our experience as well so they don't have the same problem.

I appreciate the fact that I had so much respect given to me it was amazing that I was treated as a person My finance manger Larry was fabulous! I had a 1999 Asrto "chic magnet" that I'd had for 11 years. Since my children have grown, and no more moving to and from College dorms each semester, it was time to upgrade. Chevrolet had a good promotion in early September. I, We my wife and I decided to take advantage of said promo, and started looking for a replacment. Upon stopping in at Green Chevrolet East Moline Il. I was greeted and treated to a buying experince that was hassel free. After terms of deal were set, no additional presures were applied which is refreshing to say the least. Salesman Rex Walker gave me a meet and greet with the Servise, Body, and parts departments, and meeting the owner Ms. Green. Overall, I would have to say I've felt as though Our bussines is greatly appreciated and will recommend Green Chevrolet to all who inquire. Thank You

I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND HOW MUCH PAYMENT I COULD AFFORD. HE HAD THE VAN READY FOR ME WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL TWO DAYS LATER.IT WAS PERFECT FOR ME AND I BOUGHT IT THAT DAY.
