They did recall work and changed the oil and rotated the tires. I was billed incorrectly and didn't catch it until I got home. they gladly adjusted the balance to my credit card.

Saw a great 2013 F150 Lariat Supercrew on the Green Chevrolet website. Around 6:30 a.m., I chatted with a representative online to notify them that I was coming to look at the truck. When I arrived about 6:14 p.m. the truck price was $1000 higher than the price I saw in the morning. Also when negotiating with the manager, he notified me that I had a few minutes to agree to the deal. I told him to keep his truck then. Then he backed and let me chat with my wife on the phone. We were still trying to email them a screen shot of the lower price b/c they didn't believe me. Ultimately I offered lower than they wanted to go to which the manager replied have a good evening we are done, gave the keys to the salesman and instructed him to park the truck and give me my keys back. Not sure if they thought I would change my mind on the way out or not. I didn't and they still have the truck.

The staff has always been nice, considerate and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable. If you can't wait on your vehicle, they have a shuttle service. Unfortunately my last visit was going to take a day or two. I was told they would provide a loaner car from them, which I thought was great. What I was not told was that they called to reserve me a rental car with enterprise. I was not informed that enterprise was picking me up, nor that I had paperwork to sign and had to pay a deposit. This process took a lot longer than was expected and I missed other appointments, which I could have rescheduled if I was told upfront. I have always great service in the past, hopefully they can fix this communication issue with their customers.

Found a used vehicle in their inventory that we were interested in. They requested an appointment for the test drive, then confirmed it later that same day that we were still coming in. As soon as we got there, they asked us for the keys to our potential trade so they could give us a number right away. Rushed us over to the vehicle they had warming up for us. Got into the vehicle and it smelled like a full ashtray. Then, the driver's seatbelt was broken so we couldn't even take it out for a drive. Told us they'd get fixed right away, but could not give us an estimate, so we just left having to return to work.

I've gone to Green for service on our vehicles for years. I totally trust them and won't go any where else. They always do a good job. This last time I took my car in for a radiator flush and they found a problem but had it all fixed for me in no time. I'm happy that they let me know when it appears problems are starting to occur or are honest with me and tell me it's not necessary to do something I thought needed to be done.

Our past dealer was not willing to give us what we felt was a fair trade-in on our 2010 Equinox, and we were in a holding pattern for about 6 months. We were driving by Green and decided to stop in and just look at the 2014 Equinox, as the 2015's were out and we hoped for a good deal. We were greeted at the door by a friendly young man, Lawrence Hardin, who answered all of our questions and showed us a couple of cars. We did not go to Green with the intent to buy a car that day, we were just looking, and had never been there before. We usually buy our cars from the east side of the river. Working with Lawrence was such a present and enjoyable experience we decided to let this young salesman sale us a car. My husband and I both feel the salesperson we work with is very important, and we were quite impressed, and comfortable with him; as we were with the dealership, the service department, the customer waiting area and the fair trade-in offer they gave us. We now have a beautiful 2015 Equinox, and we LOVE this car!!

I was having a problem with my brakes on my 2001 Silverado and brought it in to get a repair estimate. The techs were able to pinpoint the problem very quickly, and were very friendly and informative. They also pointed out a few other problems that I wasn't aware of. I still have yet to bring my truck in for repair, as it is a little too costly for my budget, right now.

I was in for an oil change and the service was very good. It did take a little longer than I expected, almost an hour, but the service technician confirmed a couple of areas I suspected needed attention (two tires that need replacing and also the battery). He also added a good deal of anti-freeze since it was very low (something I had neglected to check and did not know), and did not charge extra for it. I also suspected I would need a radiator flush and fill this season, but since he did this there is no need now so that saved me the cost for that. I will be making another appointment to get two new tires and a battery.

Bill Shaw approached my wife and I on Green's lot while we were reviewing a new summit white Suburban. Bill was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about this vehicle, so we informed him that we were actually searching for a 2013 LTZ white diamond Suburban. We informed him that we had just departed an another dealership where we had driven a white diamond suburban and liked the vehicle but could not agree to a deal. Bill informed us that he did not have a LTZ suburban that color but could get one from another dealer and would like to have the opportunity to get our business. I informed Bill we were trading in the 2005 Avalanche we were driving, so he immediately offered to evaluate that vehicle. During the quick drive, I informed Bill of the dollar amount I was willing to pay for a similarly equipped LTZ white diamond Suburban that we had previously driven. As we departed, Bill told us he would search for available vehicles and contact us the next day with vehicle options and price amounts. Bill followed through with his promise and called us early the next day. We agreed to one of Bill's vehicles and he worked diligently to acquire the vehicle of our choice. Bill was very polite and professional throughout our transaction and we would highly recommend him and Green's dealership. Hats off and thanks!

The ad had a photo of a pontiac, and not a daewoo auto. The salesman still emailed me and tried to get me to buy a car I haven't seen yet. He didn't correct the problem and the ad still has the wrong photo 3 weeks later.

I saw a Sebring convertible on cars.com at Green Chevrolet. Since we live an hour away , we made an appointment with Scott Watkins and met him over the weekend. He was polite and not pushy at all. He gave us the keys and let us test drive it. After we got back, the negotiating process took longer than expected since he was dealing with another customer - but that's understandable. I felt like we were dealt with in a respectable manner - we came to a reasonable deal on the price and shook hands. The finance man was up-front with the total cost and no hidden fees - something sorely lacking at some other dealerships. All-in-all, an excellent experience, and I would recommend Green Chevrolet to others.

We had driven an hour to Peoria to look at a Ford Escape at another dealership. We were not able to make a satisfactory deal at the other dealership so drove up the road to Green Chevrolet. We saw a Ford Escape in their used car inventory and stopped to look. Darrel was in the lot and helped us negotiate the deal. I drove the Escape home. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a used car online and came across Green's in Peoria. I live an hour away, but it was worth the drive. Daryl and James were very kind and cooperative. I was trading in a car and was upside down on the loan. They worked with me to get my payments in the range I wanted as well as took care of the small concern I had with a cosmetic scratch on the car. Triplets on the way so we were out looking for a Suburban. Our online search led us to Green Chevy. Called ahead for an appt to come look- great experience with Brighton and the whole team. We spent some time looking over the SUV and determined how 3 car seats will fit in the 2nd and 3rd row seats. After a test drive we decided to pull the trigger on our trade. The team worked with us on our trade-in value and answered questions about other similar Suburbans that we had also researched online. Well worth the hour drive from home, and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I dealt with Megan and Josh. Megan fielded my questions for information on the vehicle and Josh was our salesman. Megan was very concerned with making sure I had all my questions answered prior to visiting the dealership. Josh called me to make sure I knew where they were located as I was traveling 2.5 hours to look at the car; because I called ahead to come and look at the car, and they had the car washed and gased up for my inspection, something I found very nice. They allowed my wife and I to test drive the car without having Josh along, another little touch that sometimes gets lost at other dealerships. After test driving the car we were asked if we had any new questions. Josh was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. When we decided to buy the car Josh made sure to ask if there were any things that we were concerned with and then addressed those concerns. The dealership is easy to get to, clean and very perfessional looking. Bottom line: They had the car we were looking for at a competitive price. I would most likely refer friends to them.

Just had an excellent experience at Green Chevrolet in Peoria. Dealing with their entire staff was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Both the sales person and the general manager were completely professional throughout the process, and I never had the feeling that I was being "sold." When we first arrived, I had a completely different vehicle in mind. however, when I took it for a test drive, I wasn't overly excited about it. My salesperson then asked me some questions, found out what I was looking for, then suggested I took a ride in a different vehicle.. which is the one I ultimately bought. So, their selection was fantastic. One last thing, when we took the vehicle for a test drive, it was snowing A LOT. We never once had to walk outside in the snow.. our sales person pulled the vehicle into the service drive where it was warm so we could look at the vehicle and not freeze. Again, we have nothing but great things to say.. Green Chevrolet -- A+!

I appreciate the fact that he really took the time to explain to me every thing that I had questioned him about. Buying a car, rather it's new or used, is a major purchase for a consumer, and to get top-knotch service is a BIG plus in my book!!! I liked the fact that even though the salesman, Edgar, was fairly new at this job, his personality was really won me over! Searching for cars and getting financing for me has been difficult. Green Chevrolet in Peoria stepped up to the plate and went to bat for me. My credit is not that great but Ruben, the finance director, put forth every effort to get me approved. His salesman Jerry was excellent in coaching me through the buying process. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was greeted with very friendly smiles and handshakes from Ruben and Jerry and a few other employees. This is my fourth vehicle that I have bought brand new from Green Chevrolet. I have always come back to their dealership for outstanding quality service in their service department as well. I use the Green Team led by Don Wilson. Don is always very easy to talk to and is extremely knowledgeable about your vehicle. He makes sure it is repaired right. I found the sales staff to be very helpful and they do not pressure you at all. They let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted to, and answered all of my questions fully. When found a 2011 Equinox on-line and came over to look at it, when getting here we met Brighton he should us our options and found a great 2010 Black Equinox with the leather seats that we decided was the car for us. Right when my Dad and I entered the lot of the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson. His name was Brighton. When we told him we were interested in the used 2002 Audi Quatro, he was very excited for us. His passion for the car showed us that it truly was a good car. My father and I felt like we could trust him with whatever he told us. Brighton would also help us out with anything we needed, and he knew a lot about the car itself.
