Bought my 2017 KIA from Ashley Reeves she was very friendly the day I purchased it but I asked her about a spare key before I left and she told me she had spoken to the previous owner and would mail it to me they cleaned it before I left it had KIA floor mats in it that snap down when they drove it around to clean and they had place paper down after cleaning called her and ask about them and was suppose to. be sent to me along with the key and still haven't received anything and when I phone she doesn't answer and has not return my call , they sure liked my money I paid for it I paid cash .... I will not recommend her to anyone she does not stand behind her word and in my word will lie to anyone to get a sale shame on you always remember there is a thing called karma and that will come back to you.

Salesperson 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 She was pretty great to deal with!! Experience wasn't that bad we got a fairly good deal. Finance person 🌟 He gets one star because he knew we didn't want our payment any higher and still provided a description of the platinum warranty package and Gap coverage which we were never going to add. But the experience as a whole 🌟🌟🌟🌟 four stars.
