I have bought cars from other dealerships in the Amarillo area, and I have to say that from the moment I walked through the doors until I left, I have never felt more comfortable buying a car than I was at Greg Lair. The salesman that helped me, Daniel Brown, might have been the new guy on the block, but I have dealt with a few bad salesmen, and Daniel was by far one of the best I've dealt with!! He did a great job making my wife and I comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process. I will definitely be referring Greg Lair to anyone that shows interest in a new vehicle. Five star dealership is what they strive for and they definitely were that and more to me.

We test drove on a Saturday and received pricing on the Sierra we purchased. After a week of checking prices while waiting on our insurance settlement we found the pick up to be priced the best and best equipped for our needs. After calling JP back on Friday we had a financing option worked out and determined the purchase to be the best for us. We made it to Greg Lair that afternoon worked through the last details with JP and Kyle that evening. All in all it was a good experience and would recconmend Greg Lair, JP and Kyle to others going forward.

We came across a truck at Greg Lair that seemed perfect for us so we made an appointment with one of the dealers to look at it (who was extremely nice and personable and never once pushed us to buy something that we didn't like which everyone knows is rare in car sales!). When we came and looked at the truck we instantly fell in love. However, the finance details weren't what we were expecting and we couldn't really afford it. Well instead of giving up on us the dealers here did one better. They did some research and found that if we purchased a new truck rather than the used one we were looking at we would save money and the financing would fit our budget perfectly. Not only that they found a truck that was almost IDENTICAL to the one we fell in love with except that it came with more extra's! We are absolutely thrilled with the Guest Service that we received here and will be coming back here for any future purchases. Its a little bit of a drive but DEFINITELY well worth the trip!

Great overall, except when I went to test drive the vehicle. The sales person I had the appointment with was switched to someone that my wife had talked to about another car. I did not purchase that day but, a few days later I called and talked to my original sales person and let them know the only way I would purchase the vehicle was with my original sales person. I did purchase the vehicle but, had to return the next morning to finish the purchase. They put 7 gallons of gas in the vehicle but, due to an improper vehicle inspection, I had to return to have them remove the tenting on the front two windows, this caused the extra gas to be wasted.

The staff was not overbearing allowing us to have a rewarding purchas experience. Our La Cross has suited our needs well, with overall comfort and economically affordable to drive. Our fuel cost no a monthly basis is half of what it was. The automobile is comfortable to drive and provides us with all the comforts of a full size car, with the fuel economy of a compact. Can't say enough about the dealership it's employs and the care and service that I have experienced.
