I have been buying my trucks at Metro/Greico for years and they are very professional and made me feel like I got a great deal and I know I did. I will shop at Metro when I'm ready for a new truck. I also have my truck (diesel) serviced at Metro and their Tech Keith is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to my truck and explains everything they are going to do and also suggests other things I should have done. He's great.

Keith in service is very dedicated to his job and making sure his customers are completely satisfied with Grieco's service. I have purchased 4 vehicles thus far at this dealer and will continue to come back due to their service and sales. I had a slight issue with paperwork on the trade in with my Ford Explorer and the owner personally called me and took care of it himself. It doesn't get much better than that. Keith has been so helpful in the past and gone above and beyond that I look for him when I go in to deal with him, due to his service knowledge and customer service skills. I have recommened this dealer for service and sales to multiple friends. Thanks Keith great job as always!

I reached a price agreement with the dealer on 6/30/16 for a special ordered 2016 ford edge titanium. At the time there was a factory incentive of $1000.00 and 0% financing. At the time of signing I didn't get a copy of the P&S agreement so I had the salesman email me a copy, which he did. The car took 11 weeks to arrive at the dealership. When we went to pick up the car (9/16/16) I wanted the balance lowered by $750.00 because the incentive had increased to $1750.00 and up to 48 months financing at 0%. (They had already given me $1000.00). They refused to do so, even though I was told that I had to go by the current rebates. When we were arguing about the money the manager brought out a copy of the P&S agreement that THEY HAD DOCTORED TO SHOW A $3000.00 INCREASE. At the time I had a copy of the original P&S that the salesman had emailed me showing the correct and agreed to price I refused to sign anything and demanded my $1000.00 deposit back. I have since called Ford Motor Corp. and explained the situation to them. I am also checking to see if altering that P&S agreement was legal.

Mark O"Toole, their business manager, immediately came out to offer assistance to all those involved. He called the police for us and helped us secure our tailgate to enable us to drive our car home. It is to the credit of this dealership to have employees that care not only for their customers but for people in general. Thank you to a people centered dealership.

I've spent $120k in the past 4 years buying new F350's from what used to be Metro Ford, now Grieco Ford. While trying to purchase a new 2017 F350 I was treated very poorly, they offered me $1000 off MSRP on a $75K F350, what a joke! Other dealers are selling 2017's under invoice "$7-8K off MSRP, but not these guys at Grieco Ford, they are in the business of ripping you off now while they can. Jhul Escriba gave me the BS line that there is only $1000 off in rebates and truck is being priced aggressively based on availability and available allocation for this region. Seriously!?! Top selling truck and you can't get them allocated? Please don't be a sucker people, dealers get these vehicles way under invoice and hold back, this is what you call a greedy selfish dealer taking advantage of people! Grieco Ford has now lost another very good loyal returning customer, this wouldn't have happened if they took the time to call me back or made an little effort to keep me from going elsewhere. Buyers, educate yourselves before dealing with any dealer, especially this one.Most dealers get kickbacks from Holdback, Advertising incentives and Ford Incentives. Keep in mind when buying a new car Ford provides the dealer with 3% of the Total MSRP after it sells, for example if a car has an MSRP of $75,000 and there is a holdback of 3%, then the dealer will receive $2250 from the manufacturer whenever they sell that vehicle. "A dealer could run a highly profitable operation simply off the holdback they receive." If you are not getting at least $8-$13K off MSRP on a new F150, F250 & F350 "pending the year/options", they are robbing you of your money! Also watch out for the hidden fees, Grieco Ford charges you $295 for glass etching fee, this was a 1st for me to see from a dealer the 1st time I purchased a truck from then and again the 2nd time! You DO NOT have to pay for this, make sure you read the paperwork before signing! Don't waste your money, do your homework before buying and don't fall for the BS, dealers never give cars away they always make $!

I have gone to many dealerships in my day and Grieco Ford was by far the best. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion. The Sales team was super friendly and helpful. Not once did I get that shady car guy vibe from anyone and the pricing was very fair. They went above and beyond to get me in a car that day. I want to give a special nod to Jason Arudda for all of his help. He went above and beyond to make a generally stressful experience go as smoothly as possible. I will certainly recommend Grieco Ford to my friends and family.

I recently started looking for a new car. I contacted the dealership asking if the car was still available. I was told and that they would love for me to come look at it in person. They responded quickly and were friendly. The saleswoman said: "Right now at Grieco Ford, we are looking to make every possible deal." I was excited at the enthusiasm but then within 30 minutes I was appalled by this dealer. I asked about the types of payment that they accept when not financing and got this as a reply, "The price advertised on the website is with dealer financing, you can choose to pay cash, but the price would be different." I was hoping that she was joking. Then the next email said that they wanted almost $2000 more for the car because I wasn't going to be financing it. I'm no expert in vehicle sales analytics but I'm pretty sure that isn't how you make every deal possible. She went on to say "Our website clearly says that our advertised price is financing with the dealership." She was explaining that using 5 words at the very bottom of the ad CLEARLY state that, excuse me for not having my magnifying glass out to read that. In short, they respond quickly and kindly but lack the skills to make a good buying experience with cash or 3rd party financing.

Was looking at a F150 and was told the truck was available to come down in the morning because they were about to close. When I arrived there was a sold ticket on the truck. Was told they took a deposit on the phone but the night before was told it was available . They then tried to show me more expensive trucks and I basically walked out. Later that day I received a call saying the truck was availed that the person who bought that truck decided to buy another. Took the truck for a test drive with salesman Mike, the truck had some issues including a few cracks in the windshield. I did end up purchasing the truck with the agreement the windshield would be replaced and the issue with the truck would be fixed. On the day of signing they did fix the issue with the truck but not the windshield I was told they would send a company to my home to replace it. I then drove out and within a mile the passenger side window did not work, I turned around and went back. Made a appointment to drop the truck off to fix the lever for the window and to have to windshield replaced. Took it back for a day, picked it up and again no windshield but they slapped an inspection sticker on it with the cracks in windshield. They again said they would send a company down to fix it on Saturday. Saturday came. No one showed. I'm then called and there reply was they needed my title for my trade before they would fix the windshield. My wife took the title to the dealership and again was told that they would have a company come to my house to replace it. Saturday came..no company and no replaced windshield. Now it's beyond the 30 days and they will no longer return my calls. At this point it is no necessarily about the windshield it is more about the blanten disrespect and lack of professionalism . It's a windshield. I contacted the better business and opened a claim. I'm done with this dealer and suggest to take your business to a reputable dealer. They are out there but unfortunately it is not this dealer

Used car buying experience makes me cringe so when I went into metro ford I was prepared for yet another salesperson and I was approached by Dan C. We looked around at a few cars and talked and when I didn't want what we looked at Dan didn't pressure me he just said what do you like I'm hear to help. We talked over a few cars and I left and ended up buying elsewhere (got great deal) but I would recommend this guy to anyone looking for a car especially if you are dreading the experience.

Was told vehicle was available and was never notified otherwise after driving all the way there. Another vehicle same make same model was available at one of their other dealerships, but was told they couldn't bring the vehicle in for me to view. Nice to be so big that they can turn business away. Taking my business somewhere else.

Terrible! My husband met and test drove a van at the dealership. He came home and discussed the van with me, and then called the dealer to offer a price for the van. After some discussion with the sales person, who spoke with his sales manager, a price was agreed upon. The final price was clearly stipulated upon and the salesperson, with the knowledge of his sales manager, took our credit card for deposit and we made arrangements to go do the final paperwork on the following business day. Only to receive a call from Metro the following business day as we were on the way to the dealership, that Metro they would not honor the price they had previously agreed to unless we financed with the dealership. This was never part of the negotiations and we had clearly told them in advance that we would not be financing with them, and weren't going to do so now. They use every cliche in the book to make money and to give the impression they are going broke with the deal. All they care about is padding the bottom line, and obviously don't put any value in a commitment or the client. Since they we inflexible in their demand that we finance with them, we went elsewhere. We found another dealer an hour away, with a much more honest and forthright manner, and a better deal in more ways than one.

I purchased a vehicle here a couple of years ago and the buying process was easy and went well. However, the customer service following the purchase is horrendous! No one answers their phones and when you leave a message they do not get back to you. They also suggest emailing them, but fail to respond to that as well. It is practically impossible to get anyone on the phone. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is horrible.

I went into metro ford and my way to stop at a few different ford dealerships trying to get the best deal. They had an excellent selection of certified pre owned trucks which is a great program that ford has. I was able to find something that I liked and got it for a fair price saving me from having to go shopping around. I had the pleasure of dealing with Juan Arango through out the sales process of my truck. I'm typically a pain in the butt when it comes to any major purchase or purchase within a competitive atmosphere I immediately shut down. Let's face it, if you pick a car you like, you'll be able to find it at any number of dealerships so car shopping almost becomes a game. A game I hate playing. When I walked into Metro Ford I was immediately GREETED by Juan... Not some generic "hey how are you doing?" But a warm welcome. Being a young woman I have felt pressure and condescension during my car shopping experience. I did not experience any condescension or pressure with Juan. He used a consultative approach asking me about my needs and about my day to day life. It was awesome! Juan set clear expectations throughout the process and really put me at ease. In the end I feel like I got a great deal, and got the right car for me and had a great professional experience too! Doesn't get much better!

Looking for a car and had gone to metro ford and worked with Andrea Lang which was very knowledgable about the vehicles. I saw a vehicle I liked however was slightly over my price range so I went looking around but ended up back at Metro Ford with Andrea and we made the price point work, can't say that there was no negotiation back and forth because that'll happen everywhere. The buying process went well and financing went smoothly. My only complaint was post purchase trying to reach financing to get a refund on warranty and LoJack that was originally purchased, left messages and very difficult to get a call back. Other than that I love my car and Andrea Lang was very approachable and made herself available for any questions .

The salesmen here are extremely high pressure. Even after telling them I only wanted to take a test drive and did not want to buy right away, they still were all over me. They even had the sales manager come over who made me sit down and he gave me this extremely cocky speech and was extremely condescending. They made me feel like I could not physically leave the building, that is how ridiculous this experience was. There are too many great dealerships around to bother with this place.

Great experience here, my nephew leased a truck from Adam w and told me about how hard he works to get you the best deal so I came down and met with him and he wasn't kidding, it took 2 days and it was worth it. I write this review a couple of weeks after my visit because Adam doesn't stop caring after the sale he has called me numerous times to make sure I was an expert on my new truck and that I was completely happy with my purchase, this is someone I definitely want to keep buying trucks from and someone Metro should definitely keep around.

Went in for the presidents day sale was greeted by Adam, I was short on time, told him what I was looking for and he was able to help me understand leasing the f150, and we were able to come to an agreement I couldn't say no to. I recently went into Metro Ford on a special offer they had on F150's, and was greeted by Adam W outside while looking at trucks, he was very informative on the trucks themselves and helped me find the right one for my needs. When it came to making the deal they gave me this incredible price for their truck which I was more than happy with but we had some work to do on my trades, and the managers there really worked with us and made sure I got what I felt was a great deal so I made it. The rest of the experience was a breeze other sales staff were friendly and made me feel like family and Adam J took care of me with excellent financing. I just bought a Chevy Captiva from this place and my salesperson, Adam Wilson, was extremely helpful from beginning to end. I'm skeptical about anything I put a lot of money into and he was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. He personalized the experience and made me feel comfortable. He presented me with the carfax and history of the car and pretty much answered every single question I had about the car and the process to purchase the vehicle. They were able to get me a good interest rate and I had the keys in my hand by the end of the week. I know a lot of people worry about dealing with car salesmen because we find them to be pushy but Adam was not like that. He presented himself well, made me feel comfortable, understood the type of car I wanted to pay for and exactly what I wanted to pay for that car every month and helped me achieve the goal of getting it. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and even a week after I got the car he contacted me to see if I was satisfied with my choice and the service Metro provided. I would definitely recommend going there and speaking to him.I have already recommended my truck friends to go by there and look at some of the deals coming up and to speak with him.

I've been in the process of buying a Ford Transit from this dealership for the last 3 months. Unfortunately, I'm in New York State, so the process is a bit slower than normal. However, I paid them a $10,000 deposit over a month ago. All the paperwork has been completed and I even had to pay my first loan installment. I have yet to receive the vehicle. The salespeople are terrible at returning phone calls and the finance department people have been denigrating. I would STRONGLY suggest against buying from this dealership and I am warning all of my friends and relatives in this area to stay clear of Metro Ford.

Visited dealer to discuss purchase of anew F150, 2015. None in stock, sought after so had to find so we ordered one. That was easy, started just after this mid November, signed and gave a deposit end of November with a expected delivery date of 30 days, at the most. Checked weekly on status only to be told we don't know. We don't know was the standard response, no clear realistic date to expect delivery. 30 days passed, we called to discuss and again no date given so we cancelled purchase. We found a new F150, not exactly what we ordered but close enough so we purchased it. We spoke with the sales person, told him what we did, asked him for our deposit back and that's when the runaround began. We complained to several oLocal authorities but they refuse to refund our money. They lied, theylied they lied. We're retold to come to dealership to get refund, I was put aside and delayed for 2 hours I complained and was threatened to leave or they would call police. I filed a complaint with MA state consumer affairs, awaiting a meeting.

Our car salesman, Adam Wilson, exceeded expectations. We had gone to many dealerships over the course of two days and felt that he worked the hardest to earn our business. He was the most knowledgeable and was a delight to work with. A car sale can be a brutal encounter, but I honestly felt that Adam Wilson did everything in his power to get us a sweet deal on my Fusion. As you'll find at many car dealerships, the big bad manager comes over to close the deal. Surprisingly, Jeff Wilson was equally as pleasant and we walked away that day with a deal that made me incredibly happy. 10/10 would buy here again.

I purchased a replacement part online. They sent the wrong part. The parts diagram was incorrect but they stated it was my fault and I needed to pay return shipping. Went through many fruitless conversations/emails. Thought it was ridiculous but I just wanted my money back so I mailed it back. US Post Office states it was delivered on a Saturday, but Metro Ford can't find it. They refuse to pay the refund. Poor customer service and horrible overall experience.

These guys have a new sales team, and seem to be focused on winning business and keeping customers happy. I got what I thought was a fair deal, but boom...they pulled a fast one on me and it cost an extra 1k. More importantly, they waited until I had the vehicle a week and then said I had to provide proof docs -- where they didn't seem to care when I signed the paperwork??? After 7 days of driving without a registration, they finally emailed it to me? Then told me to come in for my inspection sticker at my convenience. The follow-up was absolutely horrible. The sale was quick, but I guess that is what mattered to them. Anyhow, I won't be buying another car from Metro Ford.

I can honestly say I am a happy satisfied customer. This is the second time I have purchased a car from Metro Ford first time was back in early 2013 I had an awsome experience then and now. I recently participated in there buy back program I had purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta which I really loved however now I am sitting pretty in a Ford Focus 2014 almost two years later. My overall experience with the sales people there has been great all across the board however Andrea Lang has always gone above and beyond to work with me so that I could have a beautiful vehicle at a reasonable price. OK, we were looking for a truck and scanning the internet for deals for a week when viola! there was the perfect truck at an unbelievable price at Raynham Ford! I called and asked if the vehicle was there and even gave them the stock number off of their own website to verify the availability because it was about an hour drive for us. We missed the first Patriots game of the season to go BUY this truck, but when we got there we were shown a similar vehicle to what was shown online, but definitely NOT what was advertised. The truck they showed us had 1/3 of the features advertised and when I asked about it, they started showing me brand new trucks that were 20K higher than the price of the one I went there to purchase. BAIT AND SWITCH. They kept bringing trucks from behind the building, that were overpriced and not even the correct color were looking for with promises of a "good deal" if we would just buy one of those instead of the cheaper one we came there to buy...which wasn't there anyway. Even when I said, well what can we do about the price of the one that is almost what we came to buy, they told me that they couldn't budge on the price of that one, but would work with me on a brand new one. No Thanks, Good-Bye Metro Ford, I will NEVER be back.

I went on the Metro Honda website looking for a Honda CR-V and I found the perfect one-just in my price range, not too many miles, the perfect family car. I called the Johnston location and was told the car was at Metro Ford in Raynham. I explained that Johnston was much closer to me than Raynham and I was told they could have the car moved for me.This conversation took place on 8/13/14. I set my appointment for 8/16/14 at 2pm. I contacted Metro Honda on 8/14/14 to confirm the car was in fact being transferred for me to test drive. The rep from Metro Honda said everything had been taken care of and the car would be transferred the following day. On 8/15/14 I received an e-mail from Metro Ford telling me the car I wanted had been SOLD! I called Metro Honda and asked them what the issue was. They contacted Metro Ford and called me back to explain that even though they had an agreement with Metro Ford to deliver the car they went behind Metro Honda's back and sold the car! To top it off I get a call that same day (today) from a Metro Ford rep asking me if I'm still interested in the CR-V! I told her I was and they were supposed to transfer it but they sold it-to which she answered "Where you interested in seeing the rest of our selection? Or were you set on that car in particular?" I told her that I wanted that car and they sold it after saying they would transfer it for me! "Yup. So did you want to look for something else?" was her answer. I told her no and hung up! They are very sneaky and then try to sell you something else like what they did is ok. Yeah right!

She understood my financial needs and worked with me to help make my payments as minimal as possible. Since it was the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend she worked ALL day to get everything processed and my plates made so that I could take my car home that day! After I left she followed up with me a few times to make sure I was happy with my purchase (which I could not be happier!) and that I understood how to use the SYNC system that the Titanium series comes equipped with. When I went to Metro Ford, it was the third dealership I had visited on route 44 that week. I had such a bad experience at the other two down the road that my attitude was not very positive going into Metro Ford. Andrea Lang met me when I got there. I made the decision to purchase a car and drove away in it an hour later. Andrea even took the time to collect some items that I had left in my trade-in and called to let me know about it. My experience with the salesman (Keith) was awesome. He did not beat around the bush. He asked what we were looking for along with what we wanted out of the car. We did not go back and forth making a deal we were able to cut through the chase and make the deal happen in a acceptable time. The process for signing papers needs to improve. I waited longer to sign the paper work then I did to make my deal. Then I was rushed to sign papers as it was the last deal at the end of month. I get it that everyone is tired but the customer should come first. Today 3/06/14 I received from the bank a letter that stated a description was missing on line 2B this is what happens when paper work is rushed.

If you are looking for honesty, up-front information, direct face-to-face contact without wondering "are they telling the truth", well then, you need to shop for your new/used car at Metro Ford. This is certainly not our first experience, I am 64 and my husband is 70, so between us we have had many a car. However, this certainly was the best car shopping experience I have ever had, and let me tell you, those words came from my husband first. Keith was our salesperson, and right from the beginning we felt okay. And as time went on and my husband asked many a question, he answered them all, direct and without hesitation. I made sure before leaving, after purchasing our new 2014 Ford Escape, to let his boss know, that Keith is certainly an asset to this dealership. Financing Department was our next step. We sat down and spoke with Scott. Again, upon asking questions, we were given straight, direct and honest answers. General conversation and a few laughs, also shared, making you feel right at home and comfortable. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY LIE AND DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....RIGHT DOWN TO THE MANAGER - DOMENIC GRIECO!!!!!! This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with a dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle from Metro Ford, it was given to me filthy! I shouldnt have accepted the vehicle but I was assured they would take care of it. Because they were closing, they asked if we could return the following week and they would clean it for us. When we returned, we waited 3 HOURS while the supposedly detailed the vehicle...it was given to us again, just like it looked before FILTHY. It was dusty, had not been vacuumed appropriately and the exterior was muddy, etc. We also ordered a cargo mat, and when we picked it up that day, realized the wrong mat had been ordered. I was furious and complained. Because of our troubles, we were told that we would get a couple of free oil changes, to make up for the inconvenience. We were also told that they would clean our vehicle again...but this time the guy whole details the owners vehicle would be taking care of it. At this time, I also spoke to Domenic Grieco, who assured that he would take care of the situation. He assured he would have the car picked up at our residence, have the oil changed and the gas tank filled. I felt confident that things would be handled appropriately but I was VERY mistaken. Domenic Grieco proved to be a poor excuse for a manager/owner. His customer service was just as bad, if not worse, than the associates he manages. I left several voice mail messages for Mr. Grieco because I learned that they were not honoring the free oil changes that were promised to us. Apparently, because we never got it in writing, they would not owner it. Again, we took them for their word, and they failed us AGAIN!!! Mr. Grieco didnt feel it was necessary to have to respond to my message.. He claims he didnt respond because he wasnt in for several days and doesnt have anyone check his messages. First off, what owner/manger does business like this? He just blows off his voice mails while he is out? That is just a poor way to do business. Period. Thinking back, I later realized that he does have someone check his messages, he was just avoiding returning my calls. I know this because, his sales associate Joe called me saying that Mr. Grieco's secretary asked him to call me but he didnt know why. Clearly, Mr. Grieco was being avoidant. So that was one of many lies I was told. Ultimately, I made an appt for my car to be picked up for detailing, oil change and gas fill up for Monday at 9am. As suspected, NO ONE showed up and NO ONE bothered to call. It wasnt until I left a message on Domenic Grieco, letting him know that his staff FAILED once again...and letting him know that his Customer Service hasnt been any better, that he called me back. His response to all of this was "You act like we let your car fall off the lift!" He minimized all the trouble I had been through. He failed to see that every single thing that was promised until this point, had not come to fruition. Although I am certain that his staff forgot to pick up my vehicle, he claims they were running late coming back from auction. If that was the case, someone should have called! Ultimately, in the end, Mr. Grieco informed us that he was not following through with what was promised to us. He would not be detailing the vehicle, changing the oil or filling the gas tank because he didnt like that I called him on his shortcomings. He didnt like that I pointed out that he was a poor business man, with poor customer service skills, etc. When I told him that he needed to follow through with this promise, his response "Call the Attorney General for all I care." AVOID METRO FORD or any dealership managed by the Grieco family. I dont know if they father is a good businessman, but if he is allowing his son to manage his dealerships this way, I would steer clear of all of them!!!!

I was contacted by several dealerships, some could not help me however MetroFord said they had "EXACTLY" what I wanted the Focus SE sedan with a sunroof and winter package. I then sent them the exact pricing we were quoted told them that a car would be purchased today or tomorrow, could they beat the price we were given. Danielle responded that they definitely had 3 in stock a Red, White and Black with the packages and that her sales manager said "they can definitely beat the price" another dealership gave us. This was all done via e-mail so I have documentation.Before leaving my home I called to confirm with Danielle that they indeed had the car because it was about 1 hour away SOUTH of us....Most definitely. ""Hi Elaine...We happen to have the White SE in stock with the winter package and the sunroof. My sales manager said to come on down we will beat this price. When can you be here? Danielle Camastro"" My daughter and I arrive, Danielle greets us and introduces us to sales Brian Kirby. We proceed to the lot. We wander around in between the Focus's. My daughter asked where is the car? He says well we have some out back and let me check, leaves us in the lot and returns to the building. We wander out front and he meets us outside as we were looking at a used Ford Focus 2012 45K miles, we ask the price and its 17K. He leaves us again, to once again check the inventory and talk with sales manager....We go back in the building, he comes over and says I have been talking with my manager and we cannot come close to that price. My daughter asks well where is the car you said you had....We do not have it, you saw our inventory.To say we were both livid is an understatement.I go outside to make a phone call and the General Manager Robert Roche comes out and asks how he can help me. I explain what had just happened and he said Danielle mis-understood my e-mail....IS THIS NOT STRAIGHT FORWARD..."" Danielle, The car she really wants is the more expensive of the 2 she really likes....It is a 2013 Ford Focus SE Sedan, with a winter package and power sunroof this is what I have on the paper. I just want her to get the best price and her to be happy with the car. Do you have a car like this on your lot [White, Black or Red in order of her preference] and can you beat this? If you can then I will be down tonight, if not she will be buying this car tonight.""DANIELLE's RESPONSE>>>>""We do have those colors!"" ""When can you be here? We are definitely able to compete. My suggestion would be to please bring in the most competitive quote you got from the other dealer so we can meet or beat it. When can you come in so we can see the printout of their quotes?? ""I said to Mr Roche, So they lied about having the specific car, they lied about meeting or beating the price and wasted my time! He said well I can get you the car in 6-8 weeks. NO we drove nearly 1 hour based upon what we were told by your company. This is a classic example of Bait and Switch and I will be reporting to the Attorney General. He said You have a nice day and walked back into the dealership.I then proceeded to call the Raynham police and made a formal complaint. Explained what happened and said this is BAIT AND SWITCH and the officer nodded yes! Another officer arrived and added that this is not the first time we have been here it happens often..........THEY ARE LIERS, THEY LEAD YOU ON AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE! That pretty much sums it up. They promised a couple of things would be done as part of my new purchase and did NOT follow through on them. Cost me over $450 extra to do the things Rob promised me would be done. Never returned my calls or emails, i just had to catch him every time i needed to get a hold of him. Worst part is you cant complain to the manager as he is the manager! VERY bad customer service. He actually said to me if i dont take his offer right that second of giving me less than half of what he initially promised, that he wouldnt give me anything! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER unless you want to get screwed over. Or have everything in writing with your lawyer there as you can not take his word for anything! What a SNAKE!If this review helps save just 1 person from the snakes at Metro Ford than its worth it!

After receiving a phone call telling me that I would be paid top dollar and above blue book value for my truck, I figured it couldn't hurt to swing by. Man was I wrong. After sales manager Fred Vinagre offered me 70% blue book value, I plopped the printed blue book values on the table. I was aggravated to say the least after being lied to on the phone. THEY CALLED ME, I didn't call them to sell my truck! I admittedly lost my cool for a minute and said a not so nice word. My wife and 1 year old daughter were standing about 30 feet away and watching a show on her cellphone (point is she couldn't hear me and was not even paying attention or old enough to understand). After that, Fred told me to watch my mouth and that I should have respect for my family!!! Great way to lose a customer for life. I was lowballed and treated like dirt after they called me telling me we have a customer who needs your truck and willing to pay top dollar! Worst customer experience of my life.

I entered the dealership the first time and was approached by William, he had no personality, wasn't very enthusiastic about the vehicle I was willing to purchase. I test drove a Ford Fusion it had 8 miles left before we were empty. The vehicle had 1 mile left when we drove back to the dealership before we ran out of gas, this is no way to treat a potential buyer.The next day I was approached by Joshua. We began a conversation and ended with him not getting a deal closed because he could not close a deal and the only thing he was looking at was how much commission he would make off of the sale instead of letting the vehicle go and making room for another vehicle to increase their inventory.

The experience with getting a loan was bad, but not because of the dealership itself. The sales people, financing, and managers were awesome. The fought for hours to get me the right and great deal I should have. Their customer service was amazing and would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.

I purchased a "certified" car at Metro Ford/Kia. Buying the car was easy as it usually is. However, Metro Ford/Kia accidentally certified the VIN on another car. That was 2 weeks ago. The service manager, and dealership manager haven't returned my call as they advised they would. My salesman left me a message about a week ago telling me they would have it fixed, but that hasn't happened yet. Now his voice mailbox is full. None of my friends/coworkers are even considering buying a car there now. Bottom line-Average place to buy a car, but don't go there for service. The BBB has 3 service complaints against them, all unanswered by the dealership.

I have had many good experience with metro mazda, Close to two years ago I leased a 2011 mazda 3 and just recently I sold it back to mazda,And that day I purchased a 2012 mazda 3 sky-active! Very reasonable pricesThis is my second car with them, in addition I introduced my mother to the mazda 6 which she also purchased from metroI worked with Steve Fredis, and he was very helpful and I was close to where I wanted to pay monthly. Since I purchased it it's higher than a lease.. Highly recommend!!!

I wasted my time going to Metro Mazda. I received a letter in the mail saying that they really needed my 2007 Mazda 3 and that they would offer me 100% of the original MSRP (with of course a lot of fine print about how much they would deduct for mileage), so I checked the dealership out online. They had the lowest prices I had seen anywhere, so I decided to go in. I arrived and walked around the lot for quite a while with no one offering to help, even though there didn't appear to be any other customers around. I went in to the sales room and waited around for a while until finally Brandon said he would help me. I told Brandon that I would like to trade in my car for a 2012 Mazda 3. He said he would take me for a test drive and then he'd get me "a great deal". It took forever for him to get the car out and ready for a test drive. Finally, when in the car, my friend that was shopping with me asked Brandon some questions about the car, and it was very obvious that Brandon was making things up as he went along. He didn't seem to know anything more than I did about the Mazda 3. In fact, when we were back at the lot and looking for a car to take out, I told him I liked silver. I found a car that was silver, and even listed it's color as silver on the window sticker, and Brandon told me there were no silver ones. I said, what about this one? And he tried to back talk his way out of it, saying something about a different silver color he was talking about.When we got back to the dealership after the test drive, I told him I loved the car and was ready to buy it as long as I got a good deal and fair trade value for my car. He came back with a car payment that was almost $500. He also was offering WAY below Kelly Blue Book value for my trade. I told him that wasn't going to work, so he went back to "try again". He came back with another ridiculously high monthly payment and a slight increase on my trade value. I told him again that it wasn't going to work, and that I knew that my car was worth a lot more. He began to get very defensive, claiming that it didn't matter what he did, I wasn't going to be able to get the car for the payment that I wanted. I told him that I would go somewhere else, and he told me that I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere. He told me that he checked and that the "Providence Mazda" didn't have any either. I live in Providence, and therefore I knew that there is NO Providence Mazda. To summarize, Brandon was rude, not knowledgeable about Mazdas at all, and not motivated to sell me a car. I left the dealer, and ended up going to Clay Chevrolet in Norwood, MA the next day, where I purchased a 2012 vehicle for a great deal from a very helpful salesman, Brian Greeley. I would NEVER recommend Metro Mazda to anyone.

My lease was coming up to date so I decided to go to Metro Mazda to see what my options were. I was greeted by Brian Kirby. From the beginning he was extremly personable and patient. He took time to take me on a test drive and was able to work with me to fit the parameters of my budget. He answered all of my questions, along with explaining all of the new features of the CX9. I was completly impressed with his product knowlegde.Overall it was a pleasant experience and I highly reccomend speaking to Brian if you ever visit Metro.

After reading a few reviews of this dealer I was reluctant to purchase there. However I was pleasantly surprised. I worked with Steve who was very helpful and not pushy at all. I visited the dealer multiple times and each time he had the car I was interested in waiting and was very patient during each of the test drives. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and I would recommend this dealer to friends (whom also own Mazda"s).

My husband and daughter had been there the previous day to look at a car for me and had made the appointment with the salesman. When I got there at the time alloted he was waiting for me and checked I was interested in the car the husband had picked out and I was. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy, I was given a test drive and had the option to go where I wanted. During the purchase of the car he was also very helpful and so was the financial person that did all the paperwork. Last time I purchased a car was in 2003 and this was a very different experience.

My experience at this dealership was amazing!! I was greeted promptly by Josh who was very friendly! I was having a hard time choosing between the fista and fusion and he helped me with making the decision, he was knowledge and very helpful! He even called me after I bought the vehicle making sure everything is going well with the Fusion. By the way I absolutely love my Fusion I would recommend this vehicle if your looking for a spacious sedan! Most dealerships ship you out as quick as possible after you sign the papers and don't bother to call you at all! I would definetely come here again and again!! Friendly, quick, and honest customer service! I was hesitate on coming here because of the bad reviews on dealerrater but dont always believe what you see! Because I felt like I was part of the "Metro family".

They first contacted me with an email saying they had great deals and 0.9% APR financing for 5 yrs. After I asked for a quote for Mazda5, they gave me $18.900,which was $400 and $600 higher than other dealers I had contacted.Then they tell me they will beat any other offer by $200. So I decided to stop by.First they made us wait for at least 30 mins just to go get the car for me to test drive. After the test drive, I come to talk to Jeremy to discuss the deal.He makes us wait for another 15 mins, while he is not even with other customers.Then he gives me a quote for $19.500, to which I respond to go check your ownfirst offer which is $18.900!!Then he looks and say OK, 18900. I say but you said you offered $200 lower thanany other dealership, and I show him the printout I got offered 18500 from anotherdealer. And he goes, then you got a good deal there!!!So, I ask, what is that "$200 below other offers" all about? Can't you honor your own pledge?And he says no, you got a good deal there.Then I ask about their financing, and he says if you have good credit, it would be 2.9%, which was again, in contradiction to their emails and advertisements.So I walked out.I would definitely not recommend Metro Ford & Mazda.They give you bait prices and offers they won't even honor.Other reviews also confirm this. Don't waste your time going to Metro Ford & Mazda. There are plenty of better Mazda dealers in the area. Try for instance Quirk Mazda.I made my purchase with them and am very happy with their service and the deal they offered me ($600 below MF&M) with lower financing rates.

This comments are specific to the Metro Mazda, Raynham, MA.The reviews you may find online about this dealer seem to be completely inaccurate, and may apply to the dealership next door. Out of 15 dealerships I contacted, only 3 came close to what I wanted to pay, and Metro was completely open, accurate, prompt, and helpful.One other came close - Quirk Mazda, but was farther away.The others gave me the stereotypical car-sales hassle treatment, except via email. Based on email responses alone, I only called 2 dealers, and ignored the barrage of calls from the others.The interesting part is that I almost did not go to Metro Mazda because of the awful reviews I found on the web at dealerrater.com.The old saying proved to be true - don't believe everything you read.- rhvrico

Went in for an oil change, $57., and needed to have a leaky exhaust checked. Tech stated " left & right exhaust pipes from the manifold were leaking. Need to replace the system up to the muffler including the catalytic converter. He said the exhaust is very corroded". The cost to fix it - $2078. and $368. for labor. I took it to someone else and they looked over the whole exhaust and said that only one pipe was leaking, the other while rusted, was ok. The rest of the system was fine. Cost to fix was $245.!!! I received a voice mail asking about the quality of the service but when I called back, I got someone's voice mail. I expressed my outrage about this but never heard back from them. In the past I had work done there to the tune of over $2500. but now question anything they've EVER done on this vehicle.

I was looking on eBay for a truck in my area. I found one that was at Metro Ford in Raynham. It was a 05 F-350 with 95k miles. They were asking $19,500 and the book value is $17,300 on it so they had a button that said "Make an offer" I offered $15,000 and I had a mustang to trade. The next day a women named Jennifer called me and said that she talked to her boss and it was good to go and to come on down, so we could finalize things. I came down with my parents and we talked to a man named Joe. I told him my story and he said alright I'll run it through my boss. He came outside and asked us if we wanted to drive the truck. We drove it, came back and he sat us down and looked at my car. He finished with that and went over to the desk and took 15 min. He came back and told us that the KBB on the truck was $19,900. I told him I made and offer on ebay and it was accepted, so why were they trying to tell me that they wanted $19,900. I said I'm not paying that, I wanted the original deal $15,000 + $7000 for my Trade which it was booked valued at. They said they couldn't do that and my parents and I argued for a bit and decided to walk out. He then proceed to bad mouth my car and how it's not worth it. I told him I want to talk to the manager, and he said he will get the owner. I don't know if it was the actual owner, but he came outside and greeted us. I told him the story and he said that he never authorized that and he authorizes everything before it goes out. I told him I have an email stating it was a deal for $15,000 and he said "forget Jennifer" she has nothing to do with it. He said that he needs to fix these trucks up and make a profit and how is he going to make money when he's selling a truck for $15,000. I then proceed to call them liars and they shouldn't do that to people. We started to get into the car and my Father called the "owner" a swear word because he was mad about the whole situation. The "owner" started walking back to the car and said" So you're threatening me, you're lucky you're a old man because I would kick your ass" I think that quote right there proves that these people are not at all professional and don't take treating people right seriously. Don't go to Metro Ford EVER unless you want to get scammed and treated like garbage.

The biggest bunch of losers that can possibly fit under one roof. The hard sell tatics and techniques used to get you to buy a car just epitomize the frustration and hassle in buying a car. This dealership should be used as an example on how NOT to conduct themselves in the act of selling a car. Ford should send a "secret buyer" to experience the pressure and humiliation my wife and I experienced. Chasing us out the door and then telling us "Your boss said you had to sell 15 cars that day" just was too much. Watch out, the "document fees" are outrageous. They lie and pressure you to a limit that defies car salesmen cliches. When I say I was dealing with the "Weasel" family, I'm not kidding. Don't even bother contacting this excuse for a dealership, it's a waste of time.
