Scheduled appointment and took Truck in, they checked it over and found a has a small leak in the a/c, so they charged it up and put dye in to later for leak to find it. They did all they could at this time. No problem with service department.

Most dealerships today are one of many owned by a single corporation similar to the Safro and Ewald groups. The personal part of the transaction has disappeared from these big dealers. Price negotiations are difficult with the big dealers. Their listed prices are over blue book and their trade-in offers are under blue book. Grinwald's listed prices are fair along with their trade-in offers. The dealership comes together to complete a satisfying experience for the buyer. We will definitely be back again.

I always enjoy going there but this time my wrench icon whowing as an active alarm. I asked them about it and they said it just meant that I needed an oil change. ( I was only about 40 miles overdue from 3000) They did notify me of an active recall however and I took it to the service desk, made an appointment, had that fixed. Then they called about the wrench alarm and said it was some chewed up wires in the engine that they could fix and they did.

My daughter bought her 1st car last October; then we bought another car here in November -- then we started taking our 2 other cars for standard service, like oil changes. They require synthetic oil; which was a 1/4 less than the 10-minute service centers. We also got better pricing than Milwaukee & Madison on the cars we bought thru Grinwald w/o the 'sales games'.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service dept. Todd and his co-workers had a car available for me to use during the recall work(approximately) 4 -5hrs. They finished in 2 and 1/2 hrs. Chelsea was good in getting me the extended warranty needed for the car. She had all the info and paperwork needed to accomplish it quickly. He even humored us when I started asking for a hat, after all 50k for a truck, I should get a hat, not only did he give us a hat, he had flowers for my fiance when we walked out of the finance department. Its things in life, that matter the most.Onto the finance department, zero pressure on extended warranties and other things that typical finance people do in the car buying world. We wanted an extended service contract as well as undercoating, she laid out the different options and the associated costs and that was that. My engine in my F150 with only about 45,000 miles was making a knocking noise. They indicated it was the cam fazers, and replaced them. We still had an issue with knocking noise. The service department worked hard to find a solution to the engine noise and did find a cure for the noise.I will say Grinwald Ford was very helpful in trying to get my problem fixed. I made it for after work and it took them maybe 15 minutes to fix a couple small things. All of it was free of charge as well which I wasn't expecting as it was a used car. Great buying experience

My car is now fixed after a second visit and an additional $500. I am not happy with how this situation was handled overall at all.

We had one weekend to find a car at a reasonable price. You helped us find the perfect car at a great price and provided excellent financing options. Upon the completion of the sale you took the time to walk us through the many functions the car provided and programming the car to our needs. This was greatly appreciated since we would be driving away for the first time at night in a snowstorm. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Best car buying experience ever!

We live 285 miles from Watertown. We arrived at your dealership late Thursday afternoon and were on our way home Friday by 11 am with a new Ford Edge. Our son, who lives in Watertown, had talked several times with John, and John was able to locate the car we were interested in. John came in on his day off, Thursday, to meet with us. The purchasing process went extremely well.

I called about a problem I'm having with my remote start. After explaining the problem, the response I received was " I suppose we'll have to setup an appointment and hopefully it will duplicate what's happening. When I arrived the service person began to explain how the fob had a low frequency, etc, etc. I showed him that the car did not respond when activated. They took the car in and about a 1/2 hour later the manager tells me they checked it out and it works fine and then proceeds to give information that he printed out on the to use the fob to start the car. I felt I was being treated like a fifteen year old and this was the first time I had ever used this type of system. There is a saying that the salesmen sells you the first car and the service department sells you the second car. This service department needs to think about that. I called John Grinwald and told him how disappointed I was in my treatment.

We needed to update our 2004 Honda Pilot and my wife and I test drove the Edge and Explorer. We both liked the Edge. We came back and ordered the Edge the way we wanted it. The Edge was ready for pick up in the middle of December. We are getting use to all of the new electronics on this vehicle. Chad was very helpful on the delivery of the vehicle. When we started our search for a new vehicle we were impressed right away with the care we received from John. He knew what we were looking for and kept us informed throughout the entire process so when we were ready to purchase it was quick and easy!We then chose to have Rust Proof and Armorall Protection done and the ease and quickness of the process was just as great. We received a loaner vehicle and the process was finished in a short time. When we went to pick up the vehicle they went over all the things that we need to do to make certain the vehicle stays looking as great as it does, with the tool kit the service provided!

He walked me through everything and explained how to get it started as well as some of the other things I could use it for besides just getting directions.

Gloria worked very hard to find a truck with the options and color we wanted. Working together with the sales manager, they gave me a fair price on my trade in and with the rebates and incentives came up with a very attractive package. They were very professional and friendly. When we picked the truck up, it was showroom condition. Will be coming back for needed service and a price on a car when we replace the one we have.

I was having a tough time locating the truck I wanted in the Milwaukee, WI metro area. Some dealers had the vehicle, but played hard ball with the price. Others tried to sell me what they had rather than what I wanted. A good friend suggested I call Grinwald Ford in Watertown, as he had been favorably impressed with their professionalism when he purchased his last Ford vehicle. I took his advice and was extremely pleased with the entire purchase process. I spoke directly with John Grinwald, let him know what I was looking for, and he had his sales manager return my call that evening with several F150 Fx4s that had the options I was looking for. I decided on the one that best suited my needs, and was quoted a price that beat any that I had previously heard. I ended up purchasing the vehicle the following weekend. The entire process was outstanding. They took the time to listen to my needs. They immediately acted on them. And then they quoted a price that closed the deal. I also was impressed with their professionalism. I recommend them highly. Without a doubt, they will be my first and only call when I'm in the market next.

I ordered a new 2013 Ford Edge from Grinwald's in April and just picked it up last Friday. Mike Higgins, the salesman, was very helpful during the whole process. He was always willing to answer any questions that came up. I appreciate the time he spent showing me ALL the feature on my Edge and said to call if I have any questions. Chris, the business manager also was great during the purchasing of the vehicle. This was my first Ford and I love it! I would definitley return to Grinwald's the next time I need a car.

February 2012 will be a year to remember for me! I researched and shopped for exactly what I wanted. I found such a truck at Grinwald in Watertown. That's quite a distance for me to travel, but it was WELL worth it! From start to finish they were with me on what I wanted. I never once felt pressured! It was a friends helping friends experience.
