Ken Gotter and Tyler Christiance as well as Matt Bryant the New Car Sales manager took great care of me.Buying a new vehicle is stressful for me and the folks at Guaranty made me feel very comfortable all along the way. I took my time and drove 3 different trucks over a couple of days. Ken Gotter spent a good deal of time with me and not once did I feel anything resembling pressure or frustration. Ken is very knowledgeable and patient. I bought my 1st new truck nearly 13 years ago and the excellent experience I had then working with Tyler Christiance and Mike Cullmer brought me back to Guaranty. Great dealership experience and fantastic salesman in hans. He was persistent, but not pushy. He listened to what i needed and wanted and looked for ways to help me afford it. He demonstrated genuine concern. He answered inquiries promptly and thoroughly. I will recommend him and the dealership as a whole to my friends.

everything is good, they are not always very friendly, but as long as they do their job promptlyand correct that's what counts. It usually takes them 20 to 30 minutes to do my oil change that is very prompt.

One of the questions on this review asks why I visited this dealer and requires me to check an answer. I checked that I was shopping for a new car but that's not very accurate.I chose to visit this dealer because I purchased a used RV from Jason Fairchild with Guaranty RV in Feb 2015. Because of my overall experience, I chose to give this dealer my business again.I worked with Mike Cullmer at Guaranty Chevrolet in order to build, order, and purchase my new truck in April 2016. Because of my second awesome experience, if the opportunity presents itself I will be bringing my business back to Guaranty.

I waited 15 years for my new truck. The Colorado is more than I could have imagined. I love everything about my truck. Ironically I had a complete transmission failure at 4000 miles. Guaranty Chevrolet had a brand new transmission in a box within 48 hours and had me back on the road in 5 days. Incredible service and I got to drive a brand new traverse while mine was getting repaired. Awesome Truck, Awesome Service and I'm glad I bought from Guaranty that's for sure. While the sales staff and financial staff were nice and helpfull, I did not qualify for a loan immediatley. ,They did find a loan for me but I had decided to do something else. For over 6 weeks after I keep receiving turn down letters from lenders turning me down. So because I don't use them, they keep submitting my application against my credit for what? To Punish! Overall-- there are better places!

I came in to look at a specific car that I had seen on line & they were happy to show me that car without trying to "up sell" me to something more expensive like other dealerships have done in the past. I know that I have challenging credit but Joe & Trever were able to get me into the car that I wanted! I would definitely recommend the dealership to other people.

Was looking for small economy car in the 3-4000 range and was having was having a hard time finding one. Tried a couple to find a used car in my price range with no luck. Finally stopped in and told them what I wanted for payments and they showed me a NEW 2013 Sonic. They gave me a great deal and I bought it. It took longer than I liked to get all of the paperwork done, but it was worth it. I really enjoyed working with Joe and my finance officer were great.

This was a great experience. We had just come back from having a horrible experience with a dealership in Portland- Wentworth Chevrolet- (Total misrepresentation of the 2013 Chevy Tahoe we were planning on purchasing) We left Wentworth feeling frustrated and misled and started calling all the Chevy Dealers in Portland, Eugene, Albany, Corvallis and lastly Junction City. As the old saying goes- "Save the best for last!" We called Ken B in Sales. He was so friendly, informative and gave us the best deal for our $$. We not only ended up with a brand new 2014 Chevy Tahoe with all the bells and whistles we established a new friendship with Ken B. He has walked us thru simple things like trying to figure out the buttons on the dashboard to making an outreach call to the service center here in Bend, OR. Recommend Highly!! ROCK STAR!!!! Guaranty Chevrolet is a jewel in a small town with excellent service! Thanks Guaranty and Ken B. :)

We decided to come back to Guaranty after buying a vehicle from them 3 years ago. We came back because of the outstanding customer service. I am very sensitive to high pressure sales people and have never felt that here. This is why I come here because buying a car should not be high stress. Today was another excellent and easy process. We were able to trade in our vehicle at a more than fair price and were still able to negotiate on a new vehicle. We have always bought newer used vehicles and this was our first new car purchase. It was a very easy, fast and a no pressure purchase. I will buy my next vehicle from Guaranty Chevy and will recommend this place to others.
