We can not be more satisfied with the whole process of purchasing our KIA SOUL. A friend has had 2 KIA SOUL models and spoke very highly of her car experience and kept telling us how much she liked her car....now we understand why. Our salesperson, Justin J., was very helpful in the whole process of finding out what we were interested in and showing us what he thought would fit our needs. After test driving one of the vehicles and seeing all of the features it was easy to decide to go ahead and buy.

The last time I bought a car was in 2005 and I used Gurley Leep Honda in Elkhart. Eric West (the inventory manager at Gurley Leep Kia) was referred to me by my sister who had just purchased a Kia from him. Eric communicated with me for a total of 8 months and because of his persistence, I decided when the time came, I would buy from him. As a business minded individual, I can vouch for Eric's professionalism and patience. I AM NOT AN EASY CUSTOMER! I spent 5 hours at the dealership, test drove only 2 cars, and spent at least an hour determining what I wanted and figuring out pricing. Eric and the members at Gurley Leep Kia had to deal with not only my son who is 9, but my two nieces (2 & 4) who were running around due to boredom. They did their best to entertain them and yes, they left a trail of popcorn throughout the facility. TALK ABOUT PATIENCE! Eric wasn't letting me leave until I got what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a vehicle and was very satisfied at how hard Eric worked to ensure I got the best deal for both of us. After the purchase and within about 2 miles of driving off the lot, I noticed a small chip in the windshield of my used vehicle. I was horrified (for a number of reasons). I immediately contacted Eric and he took care of the issue in a matter of 1 1/2 business days! Not only that, but he was professional and genuinely concerned about my situation the entire time! That is what I call going ABOVE AND BEYOND! Bottom line, I would strongly encourage anyone to use Gurley Leep Kia for their purchase of either a new or used vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase and in another 10 years when I'm looking to buy again, I will see if Eric is still there!

Nate N did a really good job and helping me pick out the car that I needed. Everything went so quickly and smooth on purchasing my vehicle. I couldn't believe I was in and out like a breeze. It was just like shopping at a grocery store. I would recommend Gurley Leep Kia to my family and friends and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to them again.

Zach Davis manager of the service department will do a great job getting the cars in and out of the service bay whether it's time for a scheduled maintenance or something simple.I appreciate the no charge for things like battery testing, tire inflation or giving your baby a bath. Over all this is my 2nd vehicle purchased from the Mishawaka KIA dealer ship and I'm still pleased P.S love the high powered Dyson hand dryers in the bathrooms

Nate was an awesome sales representative! He had lots of knowledge about the vehicle and was always very friendly. The best part is after the sale. I didn't remember to get my license plate, and when I called to say I forgot it he informed me that he already had it. I also had some other things to take care of after the sale and Nate was there helping me if needed. Thanks Nate you sure made this an easy stress free experience!

We have bought 2 cars from Gurley Leep Kia. One new and one used. Both experiences were great. No pressure, no stress. We were treated very well. Our salesperson was Nate N. for both cars and he is awesome. He really listens and understands what you need. Car buying can be so stressful but this was not the case for us at Gurley Leep with Nate and the wonderful finance team. They try hard to get you into the car you want.

I took my friend to Gurley Leep to see if she could buy a vehicle and ended up buying one myself, When I showed interest in a vehicle, they went right to work finding out if I was qualified and which bank would best suit my needs. It was a very positive experience and I am so happy with my 2014 Kia Soul I just love it and all the kindness and interest they showed while they worked on the paperwork. They were willing to let me leave that night with my new car, even tho I didnt have mine there to trade in yet. Eric, my salesperson was the best at understanding what I wanted and went thru all the gas milage and advantages of a new car and worked it into my budget. I will definately buy my next car there.

Joshua Hornor sale/leasing consultant is the best leasing person I have ever work with!!!! I found a sportage I really liked but it had no sun roof, that was bad cause that is what I wanted. So had a place put one in for me!!!!!!! I am so happy with my kia I named it HAPPY!!! I had recently written a god review based on the salesman we worked with; however overall I believe it was inaccurate. The finance manager and the salesman did not work well together. The finance manager was not forthcoming with accurate information on how he put together the numbers for our vehicle financing. Overall I thought we had such a great experience however after spending an afternoon there the promises made to us during our "short but efficient" visit were not kept, we did not buy a vehicle, and we are moving on to a dealership where they are not afraid to show you the black and white numbers of why you are paying what you are paying and how you got there.

After contacting the dealership for information on purchasing a vehicle I was contacted for an appointment within 24 hours. When I went to the appointment I spoke with a sales associate who was very understanding of my time constraints for the day. He spoke to me about both vehicles I was interested in, answered all my questions, had my trade in appraised and took and approved the credit application all within 45 minutes! We have made another appointment with him for Saturday August 3rd to purchase the vehicle we looked at.

Salesman very pushy...luckily my husband and I are pretty smart. We spent 2 hours haggling over the price of our trade in. The salesman kept disappearing to talk to the manager. Frustrated and angry we decided to leave. The salesan did not want to give us back our keys to our vehicle and wanted us to come back in and talk. As we are climbing back into our vehicle to leave, they offered us 500$ more than what we asked for in trade in. By then we didnt care, we left. The salesman contacted us several days later trying to get us to come back. When I again asked about the trade in he said "well, we will need to remake some calls to see what it is worth". He also stated if they gave us the 500$ extra for the trade we would need to finance through them. I told him if he can give me the same rate as my credit union (because i already knew what my rate would be) I would finance through them. He states my husband and i needed to come back to the dealership to make the deal. We decided to not go back...things just seemed too fishy. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

We couldn't come to an agreement and once we tried to leave Patrick became very aggressive. I had to tell him 3 times we were done talking. Then he and his manager chased us out into the parking lot and once again tried to engage us. They pushed me past the point of good manners where I felt forced to become aggressive myself to get them to leave us alone. I will never purchase a vehicle from Gurley Keep Kia nor from anyother lot associated with Gurley Keep. I will be sure to warn my friends and family away from this dealership as well.

Very easy process here. I found the car on Cars.com and sent my parents into test drive it. They had never purchased a car from anywhere other than their hometown dealership. The staff treated them very well and made the process very easy. They were in and out of the store within 2 hours. Thanks Gurley Leep Kia for taking care of my parents!!
