I have visited maybe 5 or 6 toyota dealerships before buying from gusweiler. By far gusweiler was the nicest most friendly dealership i have ever used. Ken was awsome, he wasnt pushy and did everythink he could to find the car i wanted. Brooks was also great, he did everything he could to work with my budget without playing these stupid tricks that i see other dealerships doing. Bottom line i would and have already recomended gusweiler to other people. Bery friendly environment and great service

The truck I wanted was the 2016 Tacoma 4x2 access cab with the 4cy engine and after searching all the dealers in my area there were none to be had. Thanks to my salesman Danny McNight and Keith Gunthrie they found just what I wanted. Within days the truck was located and delivered to the dealership. Prior to picking up the truck it was cleaned up and topped off with gas the whole deal was very easy and quick.. Great job Gusweiler..

I visited 3 other Toyota dealerships: Kings, Voss, & Beechmont. Kings & Beechmont: very pushy to sell. Voss okay. Beechmont tried to make me go for a lease which I was extremely apposed to. Also, person doing tradein valuation: didn't even take the time to get keys. I got tired of rude salesman, got up and went to sales mgr office and complained and walked out. Visited Gusweiler: 2 different times, was offered a car to drive both times. All staff knowledgeable and very helpful to pick the right car for me. Came back and purchased. Ken went the extra mile to find the right car to fit my needs. The gentleman doing financial paperwork, explained paperwork very patiently and thoroughly. This is my fourth new car, and he made me aware of all the details to make the best financial decisions regarding warranties, etc.Also, service dept, Jason: very efficient. Even Becky, the secretary, checked on me, making sure I didn't need anything.Would recommend anyone looking, or needing service, to go to Gusweiler, even if it's a drive, best customer service I have had for a dealership in 20 years and 4 new cars.

Jason and the Master Mechanic provided excellent customer service and consideration during our breakdown that occurred half-way to our wedding destination in Indiana. Jason and the Master Mechanic stayed late to ensure we had a rental car to resume our trip and that we knew the reason for the breakdown and the repair costs. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and received all paperwork necessary to claim comprehensive insurance coverage from my carrier. Toyota road service 800# also got us a tow truck within one hour!!

We were impressed at the friendly "down to earth" atmosphere that was evident the minute we walked into their facility. Ken Eidson went over and above what we expected to get us the 2015 Toyota Venza that we had been looking for. There was never any pressure to purchase from anyone there, only friendly responses to our questions and concerns. We live more than 30 miles away, but it was well worth the trip for us! My wife and I had a great experience with Keith and his team when we bought our 2011 Avalon several years ago. During that time the Service team took great care of us and they were always so personable and informative when it came to understanding the care and maintenance of our car. Unfortunately our Avalon was totaled. We liked everything about that car and we were devastated that we had to find another car. Due to the redesign of the current Avalon we were not sure this model was the replacement for us. We searched many different car dealers, including the Toyota dealers, all over Cincinnati and the northern Kentucky area trying to find something we liked. We eventually decided to stick with Toyota (you just can't beat the quality) and this time go for a Highlander. I am not sure why there is such a gap in the sales experience between dealers but for us it was huge and once again, by far, Keith Guthrie and the folks at Gusweiler stood head and shoulders above the rest in our deal and the sales experience. For us, this dealership is like 57 miles from where we live. If you are looking for a car, it is worth every mile for you to check out Gusweiler before you make a purchase decision.

I live 35 miles from Washington C.H. where Gusweiler Toyota is located. I have at least three closer dealers to me. I bought my first ever Toyota from Gusweiler because the were the only dealer that had a Sienna XLE in stock. At the time I had no idea what kind of a dealership they were. I was treated so well by the Salesperson at the time, that I drove away from the Dealership in my fist Toyota. That was over Eleven years ago. One year after that I went back with my wife to purchase a second vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, only because I had been so pleased with the service department, that I didn't consider anyone else. My 2004 Sienna had 18,800 miles on it and was still in top notch shape. Due not only because it was taken care of,, but because Gusweiler Service Dept. knew that vehicle better than I did. They always let me know when something was due, without forcing or pressuring it. Just a friendly reminder to let me make up my own mind about getting it done. Through an unfortunate accident, not of my doing, my 2004 Sienna was totaled.. Hence a new car was due. Because of my experience, and after 11 years getting to know the people who worked there, I didn't even consider looking anywhere else, or dealing with anyone else. I am now the proud owner of anew 2015 Sienna XLE and as expected was treated like royalty when purchasing it. I plan to keep on going to Gusweiler as long as I'm able to drive and "YES" the Corolla is still in very good condition. Thanks to them. For my money I wouldn't think of dealing anywhere else.

My 12 year old Matrix was fatally wounded in an accident. It had been serviced (very competently) by Gusweiler since I moved to the area, so I went there to look at a RAV4. Brooks explained the difference between the three trim lines and located a vehicle with all my desired options. Although I wasn't ready to buy the car until the following week, Brooks went ahead and got the car so it would be thee when I was ready to pick it up. No high pressure tactics for the car, nor for the optional insurances, warranties, etc. When I picked up the car, Brooks took quite a bit of time going over all the controls, etc., and synched my phone to the car, so I could call my sister when I was driving home! I will be taking my new car back to Gusweiler for servicing, as they are accommodating, knowledgeable and always willing to spend time explaining what needs to be done.

I take my 2001 Highlander here for it's big and small routine maintenance. I drive around 65 miles one-way and it is worth every mile! My Highlander has 180,000 plus miles and Gusweiler's staff treated it like it had just been driven off the show room! I was treated fairly, professionally and with respect. I worked with Jason Faul and he was wonderful! Everything was exactly as we discussed prior to the service, without any costly surprises. I GREATLY recommend this dealership for it's small town friendliness and it's uptown knowledge of all the latest information regarding your vehicle. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in buying a new vehicle. My husband had already visited many different dealerships to price comparable SUV's (the Rogue, Terrain, CRV, etc). My husband and I had already made a list of the various features we wanted in a new vehicle. When we walked into the showroom, our vehicle was sitting right there. I really had not planned on purchasing that day, I was just planning on test driving. Josh was very knowledgeable about all the features that I had not expected to see in this vehicle. He was not pushy at all, which I really liked. He was able to give us a great deal on a 2013 RAV 4 and on our trade in vehicle which sealed our deal. My vehicle was taken in on time and was finished in the time frame I was told .It was explained to me what was done and all of their findings. Overall I was very happy with my experience. The cost was a little pricey in my opinion but I understand prices do rise. I will probably continue to have my service done at this dealership.

I drive 50 miles one way to use Gusweiler Sales and Service. Gusweiler was recommended to me 10 years ago. I have been very pleased with the courtesy of the personnel, and the quality and cost of the service on my car. Because of that, I came to Gusweiler to purchase my 2009 Camry, and am now using Gusweiler for maintaining it.

J.R. Moore (Service Dept.) was very helpful by advising me as to the most critical maintenance items which should be replaced or repaired on my vehicle. He felt, for example, that I definitely should replace the timing belt on my car because it could prevent me from having major problems and very costly expenses from possible damage to my valves. On a couple of other maintenance items which he suggested for repair, he said it wouldn't be a problem to have them taken care of on my next service appointment if that would help me by delaying that expense until that time.I appreciate JR's opinion and advice and I feel he is looking out for my best interest.

The only thing that I asked for that was not done, my fog light on the drivers side was out and I asked that it be replaced. I will call sometime this week and see if it can be done while I wait if I drive over. Other than that I am satisfied with my visit. FYI, Gusweiller's picked up my vehicle at my office and dropped it off when the work was completed so I did not notice that the fog light had not been replaced until over the weekend.

Arrived at dealership on a Friday with broken passenger mirror and service department was very responive even though it was late in the day. The service deparment made an assessment of the damage and on the following Monday ordered the part I needed. The part came in and the repair was made on the following Thursday. All personnel were friendly and took an interest in the situation. I have not taken any of my vehicles to any other repair facility or dealer because of the service I receive at Gusweiler.

i wanted a new toyota, ur place is convenient, price good, had dealt with you before. very good experience. i liked gregs salesmanship. i really like the new corolla. reasons for buying new toyota are; quality,fuel economy, styling, and features just to name a few. i would not buy a car i didn't like the looks of. to me, my corolla is a budget priced small cadillac.

Courteous, quick service for regular maintenance. I was met at the door of the service area, shown where to wait, offered coffee. When done, a very nice and persistent young man came to my car and synched my new phone to my bluetooth, and kept at it for the twenty minutes it took to get it done. He was terrific.

I bought my Toyota Prius in Cincinnati, but thought I'd try service closer to my home town, which is why I tried Gusweiler. I've dealt with various staff and all have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've not dealt with showroom staff other than to ask when the new model Prius would be coming out. The person who spoke with me didn't get up to greet me, but did provide the knowledge I sought. Thought he might have wanted to take my name and contact info to advise when the new models would be in, but that didn't happen. I will certainly try them when I am ready for a new car however.

This was my first time doing business with Gusweiler's Toyota. Brooks Pursley was the salesperson that helped me find the right car. A Prius V. He was friendly and no high pressure from him or anyone at the dealership. Brooks explained all of the details about the two models I looked at very well. I would definitely recommend Gusweiler's . No high pressure sales tactics, no one pressured me to do something I was not ready to do at the time. The 2012 Prius I purchased was exactly what I was looking for. Best car buying experience yet. We were interested in a just-released model of the Prius line (the Prius v). The dealership dropped it off at our house for a test drive, then followed up the next day with an overview of its features. We were impressed with both the car and the dealership--and bought the car the next day. ALL of the paperwork (title transfer, change of insurance, etc.) was handled by the dealership. It was a totally enjoyable experience.

There at Gusweiler Toyota I was treated like I was someone. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the trucks that I found of interest. He was very helpful in getting me in the truck of my choice. I was able to test drive any truck and there was no pushy salesman trying to rush me around or sale me something I did not want. I just recently purchased a new '12 Highlander to replace my '02 model. Jessica Priser was wonderful to work with, found the exact car that I was looking for and within a few short days, I was on my way. I can't say enough about how willing this dealership is to work with you on finding exactly what you want, but also on price. They truly made it a pleasant experience. In addition, I have taken my '02 Highlander to this dealership several times for service. Their service department is excellent. They are efficient, complete the work quickly and always review what repairs need to be made. In addition, they inform you of things that may need to be done in the future in keeping with the maintenance schedule. I highly recommend this dealership, not only for their sales department, but also for their service.

We live about an hour away from Gusweiller, but had found a nice car through Toyota.com/certifiedcars. From my first phone call the team at Gusweiller was exceptional! We did all our price haggling over the phone to simplify the process and shorten our time. This was key! Then once we arrived, the car was ready to go for a test drive before finalizing the paperwork. We were in and out within an hour and a half!! I'm not sure many people enjoy the experience of buying a car, but I can honestly say it was a piece of cake! A great big thank you to Jessica and Keith for being so great!

What I realy appreciated about Jeff are two things actually: his ability to listen and answer our specific questions without any pressure and his ability to "let us talk to each other" without making comment. Brian Carol was an excellent sales man , he was extremly friendly and worked very hard to assist me in finding a fabulous used car to fit all my needs, (my budget,my credit status,and the necessary needs of a single mother.) He went above and beyond his job duties when the computers were down in the dealership he came to my home after along day to assist me with the loan application, and brought a list af all needed information to insure the paperwork would be ready when the computers were back as my time away from work and my family are limited. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and the service that we received during the process of purchasing the Toyota Yaris was wonderful. We contacted the dealership by phone during a weekday morning by the afternoon we found out that we could turn in our used vehicle and we could purchase the Yaris, we set a time to purchase and pick up the new vehicle. We were looking for a good, reliable van for our family. We know Toyota Sienna's rate high in safety and gas mileage. When we contacted this dealership they were willing to listen to all our questions and answered them throughly. We were able to test drive it for a day to really get the feel of how it would work for our family. We were glad to have a dealership locally as well to deal with.
