Herbert was very straight to the point in finding out what you like and getting the deal done for what you wan to pay ( the surprise to me was i ended up paying less for more). I went to the Ford Dealer on October 19th to get a new battery for my 2012 Ford Fusion and walked out instead with a new 2017 Ford Escape. I had gotten a "True Car" quote a few weeks prior but had decided to keep my Fusion until the battery died. Well, when I showed up in the showroom of Gwinnett Place Ford that morning, Finn Misa, my salesman said he was the person that had sent me an email plus left me a message to come in and test drive the Ford Escape. Well, I did the test drive with him and the rest was history! Finn is an "above and beyond" kind of salesman that made my whole purchasing experience a pleasure. His manager, Jose, also went the extra mile for me. Oh yes, Austin, in the Finance Dept. got me a great interest rate to finance my new vehicle. So, thank you all for all you did ...I drove away a "very happy customer"!

I was having my 2008 MKZ serviced for it's 60,000 mile check up. I wandered into the new car sales floor to kill time and not to buy a car because I am very happy with the car I bought from Gwinnett Place Ford. I told Finn that I did not want to buy a car, however I showed interest in a new MKZ. I ended up teat driving the car where Finn explained all the features and how to use them. He told me the payments that I would have if I bought the new car. Wonderful outing. If I wanted a new car I certainly I would ask for Finn to take care of me. However, there is nothing wrong with my current MKZ and no reason for me to get another car. I like my MKZ and don't want another car at this time.

I recently Bought a New 2017 Ford Explorer (Oct 2016) at Gwinnett Place Ford. My sales guy Finn was professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with my purchase and over all experience. I originally went to Mall of GA Ford and left after the sales team there applied high pressure sales tactics to try and pressure me into buying a vehicle that I was not sure on just yet. When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Ford I had a totally different experience with my sales guy Finn. He allowed My Wife and I room to discuss what we needed in order to be comfortable with our purchase. In the end we arrived at a price that we were comfortable with and are now the proud owners of a new 2017 Ford Explorer. Don't buy a car anywhere else in Gwinnett!!!!!

I walked in looking for a Mustang. We met Michael Ledwitz, and he helped us the whole night. He showed us a yellow Mustang that was down in price because of it's color. I thought to myself "there's no way I will ever buy a yellow Mustang". We walked out with the yellow Mustang. Mr. Ledwitz isn't like your typical car salesman. He talks to people like he's known them forever, and it's a nice feeling. He's also so patient, and I was hesitant few times, and he didn't make me feel like I needed to make the deal now or I'll never get the same deal. Saturday, September 24, 2016, I started my car browsing at Gwinnett Place Ford. After arriving at the dealer, I set my mind to game mode... My past experience with auto salesman were not pleasant. Mr. Geo Riddlespringer greeted my daughter and myself at the door with a warm and friendly persona. I informed him of the person I had spoken with prior to deciding to visit the dealer. Mr. Riddlespringer lead us to the comfortable, relaxing, waiting area. Soon after, Mr. Riddlespringer and the guy I spoke to returned. I was in formed Mr. Riddlespringer would be assistanting me with the purchase of a car The rest of that Saturday... HISTORY! Mr. Riddlespringer work diligently to give me what I asked for. My intent was to pick a used car, instead I drove away in a 2017 Ford Fusion SE, with 1.9 APR for 72 mths. Although, the excitement many would express has yet to find me, I'm extremely thankful. Ask for Michael Ledwitz, even if it's your first time in...pretend like you've already worked with Michael and make sure you get him. He'll take care of you! He's very personable, a little crazy, but makes you feel safe and comfortable. We went in with a fairly decent idea of what we wanted with only a few hurdles to leap before we signed. Michael made sure we were satisfied with everything and was patient with all of our questions and concerns. He gave us space when we needed a moment to talk and was personable and kind when he was with us. We felt very little pressure in our purchase and felt relieved and confident when we drove our new car off the lot! Also, the building is very inviting. The chairs are comfortable, it's decorated warmly, refreshments are offered, bathrooms are clean....we didn't feel like we were in a doctor's office...we felt comfortable.

Amazing from top to bottom. Fin the salesman has MSH (Make stuff happen) in car sales. Took extremely good care of me. Steve in the finance gave a competitive often on my trade in and shot me straight the whole time. We worked together to get the deal done. These guy are the real deal. From the moment I shook Jaime Melendez's hand, I was well taken care of. The entire crew of the dealership is very friendly. I was always offered water or something to drink. Different salespeople would walk up just to say hi and talk. The dealership is VERY clean and well taken care of. I really couldn't find any fault there.For my test drive, my car was brought up to a viewing area, we went over the important features and took it for a drive. When I decided on the vehicle, the wheels were set in motion and EVERYONE from finance on down made sure I was taken care of and had all my questions or concerns answered. They even got me a better rate than the Loan I had already secured. I can usually find one thing that is "ok'ish" from any transaction or business but I simply can't think of one from Gwinnett Place Ford. Everyone was so friendly and fun. We laughed and told jokes. I was so comfortable, I could have stayed much longer and wouldn't have minded or complained one bit.Well done!

I was looking for a used car (it's my very first car and I needed something to drive to and from college) for months, but either the cars weren't a good fit or the dealers weren't. At Gwinnett Place Ford, everything there was a match. My dealer as well as one of the managers went out of their way to make sure I was happy and confident in my purchase, and even after selling me the car, they continued to check on me to make sure I was satisfied. My dad definitely put them through a lot making sure I had that "brand new car experience" but they were happy to make sure it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I did get in an accident ): but everyone was so kind in making sure I was okay, and my dealer continues to check on me. Gwinnett Place Ford isn't just a place where you buy a car and that's it. They're with you through everything and make sure you stay happy, which is the best way to build a clientel. A lot of other places should definitely step back and learn from them. I've already told so many people about my experience, and I hope this review encourages others to make Gwinnett Place Ford their first stop when looking for a car. Especially as a first time buyer, my experience here was amazing, and the kind that you really need. Any time I'm looking for a car in the future (whether it's for myself or someone else), I'll definitely come here first!

I found a 'new-used' (2016 with 35K miles) F250 that I was interested in. I was replacing a 2005 F250 Lariat FX4 Diesel so I wanted something similar. Met with Michael Ledwitz and he had the truck at the door waiting for us. It was just what I was looking for. We worked with the staff and simply fell a few thousand apart so we left. Had a 'starting' issue with the '05 (in 300K it had never done this) a mile or so from the dealership. Called them and they worked with us to get the truck back to be checked out...still no pressure to but and still offered the same trade allowance (depending on the repair issue). Michael Ledwitz was very accommodating throughout the process and we spoke with the manager and his manager and finally worked out a reasonable deal. Ended up buying the 2016 outright and will bring my 05 home when it is fixed. All the staff at Gwinnett Place was great and I would highly recommend this dealership...we drove over an our from home (passing by about 12 Ford dealers) for the unknown of Gwinnett Place Ford and we were not disappointed!!

If you have good credit, I would recommend starting your sales process over the phone after a test drive to avoid hours of negotiations at the dealer although if you do end up sticking around for the back and forth, they have a lounge that is quite accommodative. All in all, Shane and Arusha made sure I was taken care of and so I purchased a Fusion Energi. We didn't get to the price I had in mind but I feel I was dealt with fairly and that Shane went the extra mile to make the sale.

I found a vehicle online that I went to check on at the dealership. We were basically met at the door by the salesman, David Fobare. He was very friendly and offered a test drive. He had a great sense of humor that cut the anxiety I was feeling. When we returned and went inside to crunch numbers and he was able to get what I asked for. There was never any pressure whatsoever. I found a vehicle on the website that I was interested in so My son and I headed to the dealership to check it out. I had been semi serious about looking for a couple of weeks. The salesman that met us at the door was David Fobare. I told him my interest and he brought it right around for a test drive. He was very easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor to cut the anxiety. Come to find out we had been conversing by text previously so it was nice to have someone already familiar. Michael and Geo helped us thoroughly with our search for a used Ford Expedition. They showed the Expedition we saw through a car website. Geo addressed our questions with no resistance and anytime an issue occurred that needed further research he made sure it was answered correctly. First car buying experience for my granddaughter and she was very nervous but Michael Ledwitz was very patient and made a stressful situation extremely pleasant and I never thought I would describe buying a car that way. He stayed with us through the entire process and always stopped by to make sure things were going ok even though he was dealing with other customers. The other staff also checked with us to see if we needed anything. There were a few minor blemishes and scratches on the car and were not entirely sure how it would be dealt with but it came out great. My granddaughter was buying her first car herself and was very anxious but Michael Ledwitz took time to take her for test drive and explain the cars to her and made her feel very comfortable. He then insisted I go for test drive also to make sure she was making the right decision. He kept coming back to us while we were going through all the steps and making sure that everything was going ok. No pressure at all. I have to say this is the first time I have purchased a car and not been emotionally drained by the time I left. Went in on Saturday to purchase a Ford Fusion. Selection was great in the used car section but as we were looking two of the cars were sold! We were making our first car purchase on our own. I'm a repeat customer of Gwinnett Place Ford. The most recent experience, like the others, was excellent. The team at Gwinnett Place Ford work hard at getting you the best price, interest rate and in the car you have your eyes on. From my sales representative, Fin Mesa, to Customer orientation of the car, to finance with Chad Harrison, and service with Cleve, just an overall excellent experience! And it doesn't end with just the sale, there have been follow up calls and always willing to assist if there is something that needs to be taken care of, i.e. the tag department called me back to make sure I received my letter regarding the vehicle. Now that shows a depth of customer focus that I feel a customer that just purchased a car should get!

We traveled up to Gwinnett Place Ford to check out a car they had advertised online. We were paired with our salesman, Jamie Melendez, and he was wonderful! He went over the car top to bottom, very aware of all of the features and how they worked. He answered all of our questions, and even mentioned things we had not thought about to help us make the decision for this car. After shopping different dealerships for 6 months to find what would fit my needs and budget, Jamie Melendez called me and had what I wanted. I drove by 2 other Ford dealerships just to due business with him. His attentiveness to details and willingness to help me was outstanding. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who cared about our concerns. He was polite, personable, straight-forward, and honest. And most importantly, easy-going with no heavy sell.Gwinnet Place Ford has the process down, too. Once we agreed to the purchase, we worked with four different people, each a specialist in what they were doing, and they were all great. I would hire each one of them myself.I've since been in contact with Bob to buy another car and find him just easy to work with. The way it should be. I've taught Personal Selling at a university for 25 years and Bob gets an A+ along with his dealership.

A huge thank you to Kabrina, Shane and Ru at Gwinnett Ford. I live in AZ and was shopping on-line for a college car for my daughter. She knew exactly what she wanted ! Gwinnett Ford had the car but for obvious reasons, I started making calls in the state of AZ to see if I could find a similar deal or at least one that was in the same ball park. I found two exact cars in my state ( year, color, mileage, supreme package) . The price difference was staggering and the discussions with the salesmen were what many would expect of a "car buying experience." My experience at Gwinnett Ford was anything but typical, from my first conversation with Kabrina , where she volunteered to go out and video the car and send it to me; to Shane picking myself and my daughter up from the airport, having the car detailed, and full of gas, to Ru who not only added an incredible extended warranty option but was also able to find a better interest rate and lower payment than what we had discussed. I purchase a new vehicle approximately every 3 years and have never had such an incredible experience. From beginning to end; they were professional, honest, and the customer service unparalleled !

We went to Gwinnett place Ford to purchase a used car, expecting to get something that would just be alright for my $30,000 price range. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted courteously by Finn Misa and I never felt pressured to speak with anyone. I was told, after meeting with Finn, that there were a few cars in my price range, and one in particular stood out to me. I met with the service manager to talk about the car's history and any potential problems, and all of my concerns were addressed by knowledgable staff- I don't have to tell you what a refreshing experience that is! All in all, this is the best car buying experience (out of the 6 or 7 I've had) that I can remember. Thanks Finn and Gwinnett Place Ford!

They were not upset or difficult with me when I changed vehicles right in the middle to something less expensive. I am a disabled person with spinal arachnoid its, the condition is like having the worst sciatic pain in your life down both legs 24/7. These guys brought cars to me up front in sweltering heat, they did all the work, found me a great vehicle that made driving something I no longer dread. From personal experience a lot of sales men are very pushy, then again a lot can be super easy going. I understand that everyone needs to make money and in sales, that's what you are there to do, sell. But as a buyer I like an equal amount of space as I do in needing or wanting assistance. I will not buy from a sales man even if I am 100% sure about what car I will be getting before I enter a car lot. I will wait for the right person who gives me the best over-all experience. Someone who will answer as many questions as I need, but then will turn around and give me time to make my own decision without feeling an obligation. Melvin at Gwinnett Place Ford did that for my family! We drove over an hour away to get to this Ford dealer. The people who worked to complete the deal were very nice and professional. I am completely happy with our purchase and I would go back to them in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle that's right for them.

My Fiance and I had a deal line up for a new 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and a used 2015 Chrysler 300C with a different Ford dealership in Winder GA. I was not 100% sure that we were getting the best deal possible, so I decided to give Gwinnett Place Ford a try. I made an online inquiry about a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and in less than 30 minutes I got a phone call from the most energetic, polite and respectful new car salesman I have ever spoke to, Mr. Finn Misa.Finn not only guarantee that he could beat whatever deal I was promised, but he assured me that he could get us 2 new cars instead of 1 new and 1 used. I made an appointment, and after spending 7 hours at the dealership with our 3 small kids, we drove out with 2 brand new vehicles. Finn and his Manager Alvin, not only beat the interest rate, and the price of the other dealership, but they also gave us way more than what I was asking for our trades. They treated me and my Family with the utmost respect. They kept us informed of everything that was going on and allow me to test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found the one I really liked. Mr. Finn and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs and more. They even had lunch and dinner cater for us. Topnotch service from Mr. Finn, Alvin and the whole staff. We live in Pensacola, Fl and was looking for this special truck ( Red SSR Chevrolet) for a fun truck. It popped up on my emails because of my search. We called to ask questions about the truck and was lucky enough to have friends a hour away to go look at it and give their impression of the Vehicle They brought their iPad and we Face Timed for us to see the car, Omar the salesman took the iPad and showed us every little nick and plus of the truck. We were impressed at how he even showed us the tire's with a card. Since this is a special truck that isn't being made anymore with our's friends and Omar we decided to drive and purchase the car. We paid cash and traveled with two small dogs for 6 hours to buy the truck, of course if we had found it to not be our standard we wouldn't buy it. We pulled into the dealership tired thirsty and dogs in same shape was met with our truck with a sign "Welcome Poolson's, then Melvin came out with bottled water! Omar and Melvin even took care of our dogs! The truck was beautiful and our experience the same!!!

I'd done my research of three very similar cars (different makes) and this was my final test drive. So pleased with the way this car drives as well as its overall value. Finn was easy going, pleasant, and immediately honed in on the decision-making factors that were important to me. He accomplished this in a natural way that did not at all feel like the sleazy car-buying experiences of years ago (not a Ford). He readily gave us time to talk privately and was please to let us test drive another car of the same model. pressured. Ru in finance was efficient and well-informed. The facilities earned 4 stars out of 5 only because I felt like the vehicles could have been better displayed for the buyers. They would not work with me at all. Unless I had more money and a co-signer. Which I had neither. I walked into Ford and met Geo...a Godsent! He said he would work with me, as everyone else that I have talked to at other places. But Geo kept his word and really worked to get me into something. I drove off the lot in a brand new car!! My first brand new one. All my other cars have been used and abused before I got them. My experience at Gwinnett Place Ford Lincoln was absolutely AMAZING!!! I'm used to going to dealerships and they make it obvious they want a sale and try to put you in every car except the one you came for. I called for the car i wanted and it was already ready when i got there. Melvin kept it straight to the point and realistic so there were no disappointments. I was in and out in no time. He was working with other customers and still got me out of there quick than some places dealing only with you. Would definitely recommend. The only thing i didnt like is i had pre approved letter but yet they still added hard inquiries to my credit report after i made it clear not to and only to still end up with the bank that preapproved me

Very nice Dealership with wonderful employees. Our Sales Man was Robert and if you need to purchase a vehicle you need to talk to him. We only had one bad thing and that was the window tint. We asked for the two front roll downs and a strip and the roll downs had dirt behind the tint and they forgot the strip. When it was addressed there was no problem. Would buy from them again.

I worked with Bob in search of a Ford Mustang Convertible he had the perfect car at a below average price with very low miles. In the middle of our deal I had to go out of town for two weeks and when I got back the car was sold. Bob keep me updated on the car status the entire time. Gwinnett Place Ford (GPF) has a large inventory of cars and trucks and was able to accommodate me with exactly the Explorer I wanted. I had researched and made a couple of calls. Frankie was my sales person and was very personable and had all of my paperwork ready when I arrived. Financing was a breeze, since I applied in advance. Jose was very helpful in this area. I recently purchased a Certified 2015 Ford Flex and wanted to comment on my buying experience. Overall i'd rate it 5 stars with an exception. We had two sales reps through the process, first Finn Missa then later a guy named "Herb". Basically, we were a walk up customer that Finn greeted and started the buying process with. We knew what specific car we were interested in so we test drove that car having a great experience. We like it so much we decided to continue with the buying process. It was this time that a pre-scheduled appointment showed up for Finn and he had to get another sales rep (Herb) to step in for him. (This is normal in the car salesmen world) Herb was the polar opposite of Finn. Where Finn was happy, full of energy, accommodating, and extremely customer-centric...Herb lacked energy and spunk, had a negative attitude, used very high-pressure sales tactics, and made my wife feel uncomfortable. In fact that we almost walked away from what was an incredible deal on the car to pay more somewhere else just to not deal with Herb again. If anyone from the dealership reads this, Herb is not a guy you want representing your brand.Ultimately we took the car home for the weekend to ensure we were making the right decision (and get away from Herb) and came back Monday to buy the car. We asked to deal with Finn throughout the rest of the buying process and had a wonderful buying experience. Finn set us up with "Rue" in finance who did an incredible job as well. We couldn't be happier with the both of them, and oh yea, the cars pretty nice as well! :)I would recommend that dealership to anyone with the condition that they deal with Finn Missa only. That guy "gets it".

While browsing the lot because my 2014 Focus was being serviced I meet Finn Misa. Finn is someone that is easy going & easy to wok with. By asking the right question s & listening instead of throwing me a pitch; Finn saw an opportunity to help me out of the current situation I was in. Finn really gets it--just tell him what you need & he'll get it done without the BS!!!!! Needless to say, I think the entire purchase took a lot less tim e than i have experience at other dealerships in my lifetime. Also, I might add that my wife & three young children were there with me in the showroom. When it came time for my wife to sign paperwork, we started to get nervous because the kids were ready to be somewhere else , like a playground. We had the pleasure of meeting Chad! A family man himself he totally nailed it. We felt like we were with a family member, he made us feel no pressure about my 3-yr old son acting like a robot while trying to conduct business. My point is GO buy your next NEW or Used vehicle from Gwinnett Place Ford & ask for Finn Misa (his new car managers are great as well!!) even if you have to bring the kids. Overall, my experience with Gwinnett Place Ford was not the best, but not the worst I've ever had either. My salesman, Bob Gutierrez, was very friendly and made a good effort to work with me throughout my car buying experience. I was; however, unimpressed with the lack of communication and effort amongst their staff. I don't like to have my time wasted and prefer to be upfront from the get-go, but a lot of my time was wasted with this dealership. After two trips and a exhausting purchase process, I finally got the car I was after all along. To my surprise, there were still a few issues that needed to be resolved before I would be satisfied. During my test drive, we both heard an air leak near the windshield and Bob said it would be taken care of before purchase. He also said a new set of tires would be put on the car. I got the car and the air leak was still there, not to mention a mix-up on the tires. This led me to come back again for the tires and the air leak fix. Service advised they couldn't hear any air leak, so Bob and I took it for another drive and heard it right away. This is because service never even checked on it! I had to come back a third time for the air leak issue, which was fixed by one of their specialists. Needless to say, a lot of time wasted due to their inability to fix the issues right the first time. I was left slightly dissatisfied overall and probably wouldn't be excited to purchase another vehicle from them. My best advise it to check the numbers twice and stay on top of this dealership, or they will end up getting one over on you.

I wasnt planning on buy a car that day. My objective was to go and compare cars and see what my options are. I wanted to have 5 or 6 cars to choose from, so that when Im ready I can go in and put down on an offer and stick with my plan. I personally hate going to the dealership and dealing with cars salesman. To keep a long story short, I end up buy the car I like and had a very pleasant experience doing so. No hassle, haggles, disappoint and regrets. I personally think its a win-win situation. I went to this dealership to have my care serviced, and I left the owner of a new car. Melvin Shorter asked me if I was interested in a new car and I was direct with him that I was not interested in a new car. I Melvin what I currently drove and that I never purchase new cars. I told him I was not interested. Well Melvin Shorter came back just as the Service Manager came to review with me the problems with my car, and Melvin Shorter waited patiently as I spoke with the Service Manager. Then he took me to the type of car that I wanted and I went for a test drive and that was the end of that story. Now, Melvin was not a pressure salesman, and I still walked away with a newer car. So I found the truck I wanted online on and requested some more information on the vehicle. Within 2 min I got an automated text saying someone will be in touch shortly. Well, a total of 15 min later I had a sales guy call me he and gave me some #'s. The #'s were low enough to get me to go an hour away to check the dealer out. As soon as i got out of my vehicle I was pounced by salesmen. I asked for the salesman that called me first who was Frank Mercardante. I was expecting a slick salesman to do the switch and bate trick but he wasn't like that at all. Frank was not your typical salesman. A straight forward seemenigly honest man that was personable. I got the same vibe from the dealership at Ford too. Anyway we went back and forth on numbers until something that worked for me and boom. We had a deal! Frank was the man from the start to the finish. Also,a shout out to my man, Jose the finance guy, for working some magic with my APR making sure to look out for the customer too and not just the business. Great experience with all the staff at Ford. Two thumbs up!

We went in about 12:30 and by 3:00 we was leaving with new vehicle. Why we were test driving. Steve was already working the numbers. In all my years of buying vehicles it has never been this quick. It usually takes all day. Not only that they took the time to show me how vehicle works. Usually thank give you the handbook and send you on your way. My husband and I was really impressed. This is the 3rd time I've been to this dealership and I always walk out happy. If there is ever a problem with the car I have, the entire team is upfront and willing to work with me. I have had two Focus's and both have had problem which is not the dealerships fault. They have been completely understanding and explained why I am having this issue and have worked with me to get me out of my current focus. I highly recommend going to this dealership for your Ford needs, just don't get a Focus!

Bought a used Ford F-150 from this dealer. Truck was serviced and some repairs were done to it as part of routine maintenance by dealer. Process was fast, short and straight to the point. Salesman L.T. Lied outright. After paying and taking delivery ((2 hours wait wven though I was paying cash), I was surprised that there was only 1 key. L.T. walked to get approval and said yes he would have another key made for me at no charge. Later he denied it.I went to the tag office to get my tag and found out that the dealership did not have emssions done on the vehicle and the letter they provided to me was 3 years old said my vehicle year did not need emissions.
