PLEASE BE AWARE !After taking a loan and purchasing the vehicle , the financial department SWITCHED the terms of my contract !They are not explaining why or they are telling you - they didn't calculate the payment or your payment is getting low,but as a matter of fact they switched the terms, the rate, the months of payments. You pay more than you supposed to.They are dishonest and lie to you.You have to pay attention when you sign every paper!Don't believe them!Very bad experience

Very bad customer experience. I found a car on the web for 10,954 and below the price was an offer to click for the sales price. I click and NO SALES PRICE PROVIDED. It then directs me to peovide name email etc so i asume mabe thell provide it via email. NO SALES PRICE PROVIDED via email. I then get a call from a very nice lady Raven and i ask about the price and she tried but Still no price provided via phone. Im told you must come in for a price, so i make an offer of 10000 cash out the door since they would not provide there sales price. I come in and again ask can tgey do ot forr my price. I get the run around and talk about there process. Just give me a price. Finally a salws manager comes out and says they cant do it for 10000. ok fine no problem. Through the whole process they STILL DID NOT GIVE ME THERE SALES PRICE!!!!!!

After my 65 year old mother-in-law traveled 4 hours to purchase a car that we called about beforehand, we got there and the car was not working. So that the trip was not wasted, she decided to look at another car. After deciding on that car and sitting in the dealership for 6 hours we were finally out of there with a 2010 Altima. After having the car for a month, my mother-in-law received a letter in the mail saying that her loan was declined. We've been calling for 3 days trying to get Sales and Finance on the phone to help us resolve this situation but we keep getting sent to voicemail boxes that are full and no one will return our calls. My mother-in-law who is 65 years old is very afraid that she is going to lose her car and very upset but no one at Gwinnett Place Nissan seems to care enough to give us a call back. This has been a very horrible experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are very unprofessional with bad business practices and do not value their customers. It's all about the sale and once you're out of the door you can forget about customer service at that point.

Before I was even out of my car, I was being insulted. Even the receptionist was rude. There is absolutely no reason to subject yourself to this place. I was lied to on the phone before arriving, lied to directly when I got there. If you still decide to risk this place, you deserve what you get.

From the time I entered the parking and from the time I left the experience was perfect .... My sales person Joe Yusuf was very friendly, professional, and wasn't pushy. He listened to what I had to say wnd what I needed without cutting me off ... I didn't even plan on buying a car last Friday but everything went so smoothly and I left with a 2016 Nissan Sentra which was greatly needed ... This purchase will change my life and I am thankful... The rest of the staff and manager was great as well !!!

We had such an amazing experience buying our car in Nissan Gwinnet place. Everything Start when looking for a specific car in a specific color, we live in Florida, so we were unsuccessfully looking this car for a while , couple of days later in a friendly talk Mr.Salvador Perez who works in the service center told me to check their online inventory, saying they usually have really good deals and nice cars there so maybe I could find what we were looking. And we did!, so he encouraged us to consider to travel from florida to there, so he put us in contact with Mr. Art Marbury who was incredible helpfull and kind. He gave us a incredible deal for the car considering we was already needing to pay fly tickets to there and then, drive all the way back, he also took care of all the tax,tag and title paperwork so we don't have to worry about dealing with extra paperwork and fees for buying the car out of state. He left everything ready for our arrival!. By the time we got there everything was set! we saw the car, we loved it, it was used but looks like brand new! all the paperworks ready to sign, we couldn't ask for more!. Mr Marbury couldn't be there to close the sale but he left Mr. John Lopez in charge who was very nice since the moment we walked in into the dealer, he showed us the car, gave us a ride to try the car, explained every single thing we didn't know about the car, with a lot of patience and kindness. We found a little scratch that worried us a little bit but Mr Jhon took care of it and got it fixed!, in the meanwhile, knowing we were visiting and without transportation, he provided transportation to us so we could go out and take lunch while they finish all the details. I cant say with words, how happy we are with our new car, and how gratefull we are with Gwinneth Place Nissan for giving us the best experience ever buying a car, it worth the travel and we would do it again. We want to say also thanks to Mrs.Tamara who took care of a misunderstood we had with the tag agency down here in Florida. She is very professional..PD: You guys together are such an great team!

Went in for service on my girlfriends 2013 Maxima and the service department went above and beyond to accommodate her. So much so that I decided to get a 2016 Maxima for myself. We were paired with Ronnie Vaughn in sales who was referred to us from the Service department. He went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure the process was smooth. He made sure that every feature and color request was accommodated and the 1st time in my life I got the EXACT car I wanted without compromise. Definitely can't wait to get a new Pathfinder in the next few months and will be seeing Ronnie for that as well.

Needed to purchase a used vehicle quick, as my Pearl finally gave up the ghost. Was looking at a Nissan Murano at another dealership and was having a not so good experience. My daughter found this one, my son in law called on it and negotiated with Jeremy on it. By the time I got there, all of my paperwork was completed. All I did was test drive, sign my name a few times and Jeremy handed me the keys. Couldn't have been easier! Jeremy was perfect! Called several times that week to check how things were going. Highly recommended!

Saw A Nissan pathfinder online for 21214 after filling paperwork they told me it was 10k more that what they had online I was browsing online for a Nissan pathfinder saw one in their website for 21k. I call to see if it still available. the girl (Ashley) told me that it was. I told her I was going to be there later that afternoon.. after 10 min she call me back and tell me that I can even get it cheaper than that. so I say ok I will be there in the next hour. got there sales guy shows me the SUV i told him we liked it and he took me to his desk to do paperwork.. he tell me to fill out the credit app. i told him i was trading in a Altima 2014 with 33k miles. he takes he paper to the back office to the sales manager and comes back and ask me how much i saw the suv for. i told him 21214 and showed the web on my phone even his desk computer had 21214. he brings a paper that says 31k but tells that is ok that they going to honor the 21214. So he scratched the 31k and change it for a 21214 added the taxes dealers fees etc.. also tells me they are giving me 9500 for my car.. i said ok.. and he makes me and my wife put initials on the paper agreeing to the numbers. so after waiting for about 15 min he comes back with another guy telling me that the price on the internet was wrong and that they was not going to sell it for 21214. and i told him that that is false advertising because they had it posted on the web for that price and i called to verify and they called me back to confirm just to get me to the door.. then he tells me to wait. we wait for another 20 min. Sales manager Ronni bring another paper with the price at 22k and now giving me 4500 for my car...My wife tells him that how 20 minutes ago we were offered 9500 for the car an now 4500. that they just trying to make up numbers for the false advertising.. then after he try to play us for stupid he goes away and comes back and i tell him i take the suv for the 22k but no trading and he tells me no... i tell him i would like to see the store manager ans they get a guy Name Hussein. I explain the situation and what he tells me is that how I'm going to believe a girl that only make 10 dollars per hour.(Ashley). well next day me and my wife discover that both credit been it with hard inquiries.. We signed the credit app base on the first numbers wee agree to. no for the one they came back with..

I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan to hoping to buy a car. My credit isn't the best so I thought I could only get a used car. I was introduced to Gerson Berrio, Sales Consultant, who sat down with me and went over my credit situation with me. He told me they would help me get into a new car! Gerson and his team at Nissan got me into a new Nissan Versa with payments I could live with. I can't thank him enough for spending so much time with me and working so hard to get me my new car! I will be going back to Gwinnett Place Nissan when I'm ready for my next car.

Had oil change there. It was cold that day, Jeff told me their car wash is frozen, so can't give me a car wash but will give me a rain check. While I was waiting for my car, other customers were having their car washed. I asked to check the tire pressure light. He didn't give me the rain check for car wash, didn't check tire pressure light, as it was still on. Instead he tried to sell me the tires and my tires are still in decent shape. I'm very unhappy with their services particularly with Jeff.

We visited Gwinnett Place Nissan in Duluth, GA to test drive a Rogue for our almost 16 year old daughter. We had no intention of buying new; we wanted to try out the car to see if we liked it,and then see if they had a used Rogue on the lot. My husband has been looking at the Maxima from afar for about six months; I told him that he should look at it while we were there! Our sales associate, Carl, and the manager, Darrow, did an excellent job of pursuing the best deal for us - and we ended up buying BOTH cars! We were very impressed with the time and patience they had for us, and at their tenacity for pursuing the very best deal. We were thrilled to be able to get a NEW Rogue along with the Maxima!

Chris Dendy was my Gwinnett Place Service Manager on Dec 18, 2015 regarding my extensive auto-repair requirements and I would like to take this opportunity to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation for his courteousness, tenacity and devotion representing your organization, ascertaining and resolving my Nissans repetitive emissions issue(s). I dont have many occasions to acknowledge and commend exemplary customer courtesy and services, consequently, I felt compelled to share this recognition with his immediate and upper management echelons of authority. Mr. Dendy convinced me that Gwinnett Nissan will go the extra-mile to maintain the integrity of their classic and legendary customer service. Upon failing my emissions testing (twice) and spending close to $1000.00 at other repair facilities (over a period of over 3 months), I was planning to trade my Nissan for a Toyota or Honda, however, due to the commendable customer attention from Mr. Dendy and the Nissan Service Department, I have reconsidered switching to Toyota or Honda and concluded that Nissan will continue to (indefinitely) occupy my garage! Thank you for repairing my vehicle correctly and the First Time! With Professional Appreciation & Very Best of Regards, JCR

I bought my new SUV a while back, the sales rep Joe Hammer was nice and very helpful, Semir was terrific on the financing part. Everything went well except the after situaton that happens. I gave the sales rep two active email addresses for the survey to be sent on either one. He in turn opened a personal email address and password under my name for the survey to be sent, when i questioned that " he said, usually he goes in and do the survey himself". I gave him two email addresses, why should he use my personal information to open email address without my consent?

Renee and Brandon at Gwinnett Place Nissan created an extraordinary experience in my purchase of a 2015 Cayenne Red Nissan Altima They are genuine individuals that made our family comfortable and welcome. They also walked us through the process and answered any and all of my questions.

Craige at Gwinnett Place Nissan was great to work with - he worked with me to get a fair deal, didn't waste my time, and was knowledgeable about the 2015 Pathfinder I purchased. I had visited a dealership in Snellville that was much closer to my home, but they had limited inventory and didn't seem too interested in working with me.

You get what you pay for, This is no Firestone, Brakes 'R' Us Facility or the like. This is the real deal, qualified, trained, certified technicians who know their business. All work is guaranteed, no fuss, no muss and it is gratifying to talk to a Service Rep who cares, rather than some Desk Clerk who really doesn't care. They will get my business for as long as I have my Nissan Truck and my 370Z.

From the moment I walked in until I found my car, Brandon, really worked to make sure that I got everything I wanted and that I was completely satisfied. The entire staff was friendly and very respectful of my time. They worked to get me what I wanted without keeping me all day. I didn't feel pressured into getting anything either, I would definitely go back when I'm ready for another new Nissan.

My salesperson ("Jaime Isaza") was very knowledgeable & took the time to explain the features of the car - he also took the time to explain the difference between each line - for instance the Altima S vs the Altima SL. He also had some great facts about Nissan that I was not aware of and gave me an awesome deal!

All the salespeople were helpful and made sure I was taken care of even when the first salesman was busy. The additional staff were courteous and not pushy. I dealt with the salesman and not the sales manager, Great News. Each were friendly and courteous. They allowed the vehicle to sell itself and just answered questions as needed. I will return in the future.

I brought a car from here a couple of weeks ago and despite the bad rating's this place has I thought I would give it a try due to it being close to where I live. I was impressed how when I pulled up the salesman was outside but did not bum rush me as soon as I got out the car. Introduced his self and was very well pleasant to talk to. I went in wanting a certain car at a certain price but due to my credit that was not happening. Joe explained everything in a very professional way. I ended up with a nice 2013 Altima. It was nice to have bad credit and someone not only help me but not make me feel bad about myself and not taking care of My credit. Need more like Joe Harmer. Thanks buddy!!

Couldn't even sit in a car without giving them my full information and speaking with a manager. A car on the lot was unlocked and when I opened the rear hatch to look inside the salesperson closed it and said I would first have to come inside. Couldn't even sit in it. We're considering several cars and aren't ready to be "contacted" by 6 different car dealers. The car id for my wife and is her decision. I simply wanted to sit in it to see if I fit comfortably, but they wouldn't let me. Luckily there are other dealers out there. Salesperson was nice enough, not his fault just a stupid company policy.

Had a 2:30 pm so called "VIP" appointment to test drive a used Leaf. Got to the dealer and our sales person, the so called expert, told us sorry was in a meeting not ready for you then passed us off to an unsuspecting, unprepared sales man. After 20 mins was taken outside to see the car only to find out ironically it was just "sold". When we asked why we were not told in the previous 20 mins, we received attitude and were told by manager "I didn't know because I have been in a meeting. We can't hold it for you. It is first come first serve." At that point I should have known what we were in store for. We agreed to drive another Leaf and but they couldn't find the keys. After 10 mins the keys were located and we went for a what they called test drive - they would only let us go about 3 blocks. When we returned we asked the price of the car. We already knew because we had looked it up online while waiting for them to find the keys but the sales person refused to answer. We asked a total of 10 times how much the car was before he disappeared for 15 mins to find out. Once back the price was considerable lower than the advertised price. We asked to take a moment to discuss. As my husband and i were talking about the numbers a young man stormed into the cube, ripped the paper out of my hands and told us he was the "finance" guy and there is a typo on that. Then he proceeded to say "you came to see so and so car right let me look up the price" and he started searching the internet for the price. How could he know there was a typo on the quote price if he didn't even know the price??? Bait and switch. My husband asked why they were reluctant to tell us the price, that we had asked numerous times within the last hour and a half to which he replied "Have you ever bought a car?" in a condescending tone. Needless to say we got ready to leave. As we were gathering our stuff the GM comes over and says "so I hear you have a problem with our price. We are very competitive for the market." I told him the issue was not his price. I came in ready to buy a car in this price range. My issue was with his staff and due to the way I was treated I would not be purchasing from them. There are plenty of other dealers in Atlanta and I would be going elsewhere. This place just sees dollar signs and really doesn't care about the customer. If you want to be ripped off, talked down to and given the run around, by all means please visit Gwinnett Place Nissan. Wish I could give it negative stars.

Let me tell you how inappropriate and ignorant their service dept rep is.I had an appointment today around 2:30. So, my husband took my car to the dealer. Obviously, their alignment machine was broken, yet no one called us to notify. (So? We wasted about an hour of commute back and forth)I called around 4 pm to ask when it would be fixed to reschedule. Kyle Mack( service rep) answered my call and said he doesn't know. So I expressed my disappointment for not calling me to tell me that they can't work on my car.He said Gwinnett Nissan gets more than 20 cars per day for alignment and he can't call every single individual to let them know. (Really? Why do you have my phone number on the record then? What's the purpose?)So I asked, is there any way I can have them to call me back to reschedule when they find out by when the machine will be up and running.Kyle replied he has no time to do such thing and dealer is very busy and they NEVER call to ask when the customer would want it to reschedule. He also said just keep calling every day till find out when.(GREAT!! So he is the only busy one? What am I doing everyday? I work too as much as he is)He kept repeating how many cars they have to take care of every day.I said I didn't call to hear what they do every day. Then he replied I am not understanding what he is saying. When I asked him to transfer me to Michael Taylor, without saying "plz hold" he just cut me off while I was asking. If this is how Gwinnett Nissan is training their service reps, you guys have long way to go and need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Recently traded my 2012 sentra for 2015 altima, promised myself never would i buy from this dealership again, as to previous promblems i had with my 2012,and 2010 sentras ,being lied to previously about my 2010 being certified, which wasnt, , now my 2015 altima , when i purchased it said i wanted same warranty i had on my 2012 sentra, my policy on my 2012 cost me 1200,when i was given the price on my 2015 altima was told it would be 2400, now almost double, i moaned , he groaned nothing came of it, til i needed to use it, heres where the trickery comes in to play,my 2012 had platinum PLUS, my 2015 just platinum,so my dings ,dents, tires ,towing and other things are no longer covered, great i paid double and got less, when i had 3k miles on the car, i had gotten a nail in the tire,on my sentra this was covered, so assumed it was also covered on my altima, which wasnt since the finace manager only had given me platium coverage,,reallly,,,,when i signed contract only saw silver bronze and platinum, didnt think they would sneek a platinum plus, anyhoot,,to repair the nail in tire they wanted to charged me 90 bucks to fix, ,,,,,90 bucks,,,,,, hope you gonna put a new tire on there ,,nope that was only for a patch,,,,,, wound up going to discount tire and they did it for free,, now i can live with , but today went in for oil change and tire rotate, and was told i need to replace my brake fluid since it was contaminated also needed a new cabin filter and engine air filter, car has 14,000 miles are you kidding me, this place does not give a crap about there customers , or they wouldnt try to screw you no matter how loyal you are,if i need all that at 14k im scared to go in again , whats next new engine, oh no thats under warranty,,,,, there are many other reasons to stay away from this place, which i intend on doing, i will say there is one bright spot in my dealings at this place, Renee Colvard, she is awesome, also im so upside down from trading my cars in at this dealship, when u want to trade in go elsewhere, they will give u close to nothing,i had 9,000.00 negative equity when trading my 2012 senta, also kept my cars in mint coindition, they resold both my cars before the ink was dry on my new contract,,,, and they have the nerve to screw me on my maintenance package, this place is why dealarships have a bad reputation,,,,,,

Was looking for a new car and visited this delearship. I couldn't complete the deal because I didn't have one of the document they needed. The sales person didn't have courtesy to even offer other options what they have or any sign to earn business. Amidst of our conversation, a lady comes into the office where we were sitting and starts talking without introducing herself. As we walked out of the office, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction and that lady asks the sales guy to go talk to another set of people who weren't even seated nor attended. Finally a gentleman walks and says he is the manger and tries to ask is the issue about money negotiation. After I explained what happened, he said the rules come in from corporate and they couldn't do anything. I didn't ask them change rules for me but treat customers properly. I personally don't recommend this dealership for anyone.

I recently purchased my 2nd Nissan vehicle. My most recent purchase was 2014 Xterra - After stopping by today, I was told only 1 key was available and was sent to service department where I could purchase a 2nd key for a Ridiculous price. Secondly, my wife gets in the car as we are driving off, realized only 1/4 of tank of gas in the car. I have never purchased a car when full tank of gas was not provided. Now this is what tops it all off, I have left 2 messages with the GM - TOM and yet to receive a returned phone call. After 4th attempt, I was able to get Cayce one of the Sales Mangers to pick up. He certainly had an attitude and seemed to be unwilling to help me at all! Atlanta has plenty of other dealerships to buy from and someone needs to revisit customer service and how to deal with customers.

On March 17th 2015 I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan Duluth GA, for an appointment with Clay Taylor (Salesman). I met him around 4 PM. He seemed like a nice guy and showed us a few SUV's we were looking for. We liked the Nissan Pathfinder S model. I asked for a Red color, leather seat and Rear view camera. Also, I wanted to trade in My 2008 Chevy Uplander (110K). Then they ran my credit and told me I am approved tier1 finance. At that time Sam (one of the Floor Managers) joined us with Clay. He looked at my Trade in Vehicle and appraised it, and offered me $4000.00. I asked for $5000.00. He agreed and we made a deal. Then they asked for a $500.00 deposit and had asked to fill up a credit card authorization form. The Final price will be $25,500.00 (out the door) after trade as per agreement. And he wanted me to take SUV that day. But, I had asked for RED color. Sam said he can give me Red if I bought the SUV Today. I agreed. Then we signed papers and made a deal. Management and I signed the deal and I got a copy of the deal with Clay's permission. Then Clay said he will call me when the SUV is ready. Next day Clay called me and told me that the car will be here on Friday, and on Friday Clay called me again and told me that I can pick up the SUV on Saturday. So after the last Call from Clay, my dad and I went to pick up the SUV on Saturday, March 21st 2015 around 12:15 PM. We were greeted nicely by Clay and Sam, and test drove the SUV. But, at that time the car didn't have leather seats and rear view camera installed. They said it will be done during the weekday. That was fine, and then they started processing the paper work and running my credit again and took the keys of my trade in Van. After about an hour one of the Owner loyalty Managers Mr. Brant came and told me that they are not going to offer me 5K in exchange of my vehicle. He was unacceptably rude to us. He said the VAN has 180K millage. I am not sure he checked the Mileage of my Van. My VAN has only 110 K, which I told SAM on the very 1st day of the Appraisal.I felt so embarrassed in front of my family and kids. Its like harassment to me that you guys called me to pick up the SUV and then turned down the deal. I walked out of the dealership. I just wanted to inform you all they deceive customers and waste valuable time. I am never going back to that dealership any more after all of this valuable time of mine wasted and the rude salesmen I encountered. Next day I bought an SUV from Atlanta Toyota and the deal was awesome. Buying process was so smooth. I got what I except for my trade in vehicle.

They have the worst customer service. My daughter came in to get a tired fixed and not only did they take forever but they took advantage by charging her an insane amount. They said they will give me rental due to long process of ZakTech. However, every time i went to drop the car, they made a big issue about giving me a rental car. And today they did not even give me a rental and asked me to wait for 3 hours. When i wannted to cancel the ZakTech, they said it can not be canceled. I feel cheated and lied. Also, people who supposed to help did not want to take responsibility and can not find anyone accountable for this issue. Therefore, not happy with service and the way they treated me.

I had always been a loyal Mazda customer and thought that it was ironic that Bryan had just started at the dealership after working for Mazda for 2 years! I wanted my wife to look at the Mazda6, but Bryan was able to tell me all of the advantages of the Altima over the Mazda. I brought my wife back 2 days ago to look at both cars. When I arrived at the dealership, Bryan Nelson was so courteous and knowledgeable that we were a little cought off guard. We expected the high pressure sales tactics that we have had in the past. Bryan listened to what we wanted and needed in our new car to help pick out the BEST car. We knew where we stood on the lease payment BEFORE we even went to pick out the color. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Gwinnett Place Nissan on November 17, 2014. On November 19 we noticed that the car would sputter when you tried to accelerate after placing your foot on the gas. We then took it back to Gwinnett Place Nissan on November 20 and were told that it needed a new transmission! We had just purchased this car less than a week before that. Before I purchased it I asked if there was anything wrong with the car. I asked why the car wasn't certified pre-owned and they stated, just because they did not want to spend the money to certify it. I paid the extra money, which was $1,995.00 for them to certify the SUV. I then paid an additional $1000 for a warranty on all electrical, motor, any other issues. They certified the car and told me nothing was wrong with it. I already had a bad feeling when I was at the car dealership for hours while the certified the SUV. I asked, is there something wrong with the Pathfinder multiple times. Mr. Johnson, the salesman assured me that there was nothing wrong with the Pathfinder, only that it the computers at Nissan were messing up. Every time I would ask if it was taking so long because something was wrong with the car they would tell me, no, the computers were messing up, there's nothing wrong with the car. This was a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder with only 24,000 miles on it. And less than a week after purchasing it as a certified pre-owned car, it needed a new transmission. We left it there that Friday and was told it would be ready the following Wednesday. Then we were told it would be ready on Friday. Then after calling on Friday because I had not received a call from Nissan all day, we were told the car SHOULD be ready tomorrow, which is Saturday. I have reported this to Nissan's corporate office because although there are no lemon laws in Georgia, they have to divulge to you if anything is wrong with a car, that's the law. And if they don't tell you that something major is wrong with the car that is in fact wrong with it, they have committed auto fraud. I will be following up with this because I feel that they purposely sold us a bad Pathfinder and lied about it when I asked them repeatedly on the day of purchase if there was anything wrong with the car. They claimed that the transmission problems did not show up on the inspection done to certify the car. How is that possible that something major like a transmission problem does not show up when you certify a car? Especially when you had my car for hours looking at it. Not only would I never buy a car from Gwinnett Place Nissan because I feel like they sell bad cars, I may never buy another Nissan period!

We were lied to. It sucks. And now there is nothing we can do. Starting tomorrow my wife and I can't drive our truck because Gwinnett Place Nissan? is the only car dealer is the US where you can negotiate an "out the door price" to include tax, title and registration, sign the papers and end up with no title or registration. On top of that, a month and 30+ phone calls later, we're STILL waiting on that extra key and remote...not holding our breath. So to all of our friends in the Atlanta area, I would HIGHLY discourage doing any business with Gwinnett Place Nissan.

Sent inquiry from Cars.com, took them over a week to get back to me. I had my financing ready and I was ready to cut a check. They had some turnover then someone called me with a ton of incorrect facts about the truck I was interested in. Waste of my time - I'm not going to argue with someone over the model year of a truck when I've already done the research. They have aggressive prices - they could sell more trucks if they called you back.

This dealership was not on my list to visit, however I had filled out something online and was contacted by Mr. Nathan Bell. He was very professional and his only wish was to help with my request. I called Mr. Bell and could only visit on a certain day, this happened to be his day off and he asked what time was convenient and made it a point to be there. He was not pushy and just wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered. When we finally made the deal he could not have been more helpful. I would truly recommend this salesman as he made the experience enjoyable,Two issues I had with this dealership were out of Mr. Bell hands One was the sales manager who was very pushy and did not seem to trust my word. Had it not been for Mr. Bell I would have probably not closed the deal.Second was the extreme wait to complete the paper work. I thought that this day seemed especially slow but took over two hours to complete the deal. Once I reached the finance office, they tried to sell all of the add ons, I really thought that they tried to help me make all of the right decisions, and even helped with an extended warranty package. The fact that Mr. Bell was such a true professional and his follow through was the best I have seen I do recommend this dealership. Knowing that there is always rough spots in a negotiation process it was helpful with Mr. Bell in the picture.

I'm an out-of-state car buyer and working with Arthur Marbury was a complete pleasure. I coordinated my purchase completely via phone, fax and internet. His responsiveness, thoroughness and professionalism made a difficult situation, much easier. He presented me with the best deal, with his 1st response (other dealers had much higher pricing and more stringent terms). Arthur Marbury is a seasoned professional and I'd definitely buy another automobile through him and his dealership.

During the last week of April 2014 I called Gwinnett Place Nissan to arrange for someone to look at my daughters car for trade in and purchase of a new 2014 Altima. I spoke with Omar Talford who said he would have the used car appraiser there and ready when she arrived within the hour and would also return an email with questions I sent him to determine the dealerships best offer on a new Altima. When she arrived she was quickly diverted by Calvin McGinnis to attempt to make a high pressure sales pitch. My daughter called me and notified me that she was not able to speak with Omar Talford and the appraisal had not begun so I asked her to kindly tell them she was only there to get the appraisal to compare to other dealers before making the new Altima purchase. Calvin McGinnis became loud and disruptive after being asked to refer to Omar Talford (who appeared to have printed out my email with questions and left it with Calvin McGinnis ( I could hear Calvin McGinnis in the background on the call), he became irate and said "I'm not going to play that game" (referring to answering the questions regarding MSRP, Invoice and below invoice sales price bid in my email that I required from all dealers before making the purchase) and abruptly left the room.I called and emailed the dealership the next day and several days after to get an apology from Calvin McGinnis and have him call my daughter, but it never came. On April 30th, 2014 my daughter purchased her new 2014 Nissan Altima from Nalley Nissan who provided the best price (22.34% below MSRP with $1,000 NMAC cash, $1,000 Nissan cash and $600 Nissan College Grad Program with 90 day deferred payment in addition to the discount from the dealership) and kindest customer service of the 8 Nissan dealerships that we worked with. The broken system of new car buying in the United States isn't changing no matter what most dealerships say and Gwinnett Place Nissan has the mentality that they won't negotiate with intelligent buyers who have done their research and are not going to pay MSRP or accept high pressure sales tactics. Choose wisely and be aware that many dealerships will hire companies to place positive ratings online to keep their ratings artificially high so read each review carefully. I am not affiliated with Nalley Nissan and don't live in the Atlanta area and have no bias or partiality to any dealership. Hopefully the current model of franchised car sales will be converted to direct sales from manufacturers in the near future with set prices like any other retail business.

I had been looking for a very particular Jeep Grand Cherokee for several months. Through autotrader.com, I saw the perfect vehicle at Gwinnett Place Nissan. No selling was involved since I already knew what I wanted. All that was left was the dreaded negotiation for the allowance on my trade and the purchase price of the Jeep.Over the phone it was set up that I'd be working with Charlan. Shortly after arrival Saturday at the dealership, Charlan greeted me and asked me to wait a short while as he was with a customer. He wound up handing me off to Nathan Bell which was actually a good thing as Nathan was very knowledgeable about Jeeps. We couldn't hammer out a deal so his manager got involved. Eventually, we agreed on numbers after the manager checked *his* manager. I feel I got a very good deal on the Jeep but not so much on my trade. That's why I knocked off a point for Price. I'll be afraid to look at what they'll be listing my trade for!Nathan was friendly, patient, and very helpful. He gave up part of his Sunday to make sure I was completely satisfied rather than have Charlan finalize things. Charlan did get involved in getting the Jeep to Service for a final cleaning of some minor smudges and removal of various decals. Both were on hand as I pulled away in my new Jeep.Overall, a great experience and GPN gets a recommendation as well as either Charlan or Nathan.Regards,MRD

I went back 3x trying to resolve my issue and I have been told so many things. The first time was because my intake assembly had not been put back together, it was missing parts.I took it back and the section was found and put together. I went to my my mechanic to have amy catalytic convertor replace he told me my valve covers are leaking,I took it back a second time. when I took it back it was held for 1 day, I never received all call to return or anything, I popped up to see what was going on. I see Kerry from the parking lot, he leave when he seen me not sure why, I waited for a few then he came back. He told me now that the problem was coming from some where else and that I needed to pay an aditianal 2600 to fix my problem. The job was not done right, now I have oil leaks on my drive way that I never had. I know my vehicle and I know I didn't have this major problem when I took it in. I took my car in to fix my license plate light and then I came out paying a 1700 bill for something I was told that was needed because it was really bad. I was assured by Kerry that this repair will fix my issue. Now I have a bigger issue. I went back the third time and I just got the run around and was told now its a new problem and nothing can be done. I am a technician., when you diagnose a issue you figure out what's wrong with what ever your working with and then advise, you dont find other stuff to blame when the client comes back. This is a $1700 lesson that I dont think no one should go through. I was told this will fix what ever leak I had coming from the engine and now I see a leak something that I didn't see before. In the last year that I have had my car I haven't had to add every week oil to keep it from drying out. I will never recommended anyone or take my car to your location. I wish I wasn't going through this issue, I really should had said no when I was presented with the service issue. I was told by one of your service guys that they trust their certified tech before my mechanic. now on my end the certified tech didn't put a simple intake system back together. The funny part about of everything is Kerry offered me a 10% discount if I do the $2600 job. I am complaining about the first job and he comes to me with this. you should have him on the sales floor. I am not a happy customer, I went in for service and came out with a head ache.

The salesman was top drawer. He was friendly and not at all pushy. He gave us a good deal on our Leaf better than other dealers. I hate the "grind" from salesman who used to be door to door Kirby Vacuum cleaner sales persons. His approach made us feel comfortable and we felt at ease choosing what was best for us. Just as a note: We have driven the Leaf for two days and it performs better than our gas car. Our hill is over 13% grade. It is so steep that my son in laws van skidded backward when towing a small boat. The Nissan Leaf chugs right up the hill like a mountain goat. If you drive very carefully the 75 mile range can be increased. (I typically get 2 trees. Ask the sales person) I wasn't aware that there are so many charging stations and I have applied for a net card. So far there has been no need to find a charging station as the range is more than adequate for shopping or church.

In 2006, I was 19 years old and was looking into buying my first car. Art is the best salesperson I have ever encounter. He's honest and trustworthy and keeps his relationship going with all his customers even after you drive your vehicle off the lot. I signed on the 27th an agreement with financing through Nissan through Gwinnett place Nissan 8 hours to supposedly finalizing our deal (went in about 12 noon and left when they were closing about 9pm) I was happy once all was said and done except the note seemed a little high. I decided to go back the next day in the morning and see if I could extend the term another year to lower the payment a bit. I went in and the finance person told me it would not be a problem at all took about an hour and I was on my way with the new 5 year and lower payment agreement. Once I returned to Tennessee I started getting a lot of random calls from different Georgia area codes and ignored them because they left no message. On November 18, almost 3 weeks later I go to the Tennessee tag office to get my tags and the tag office says they have not received anything from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I immediately call Gwinnet Place Nissan to find out what's going on. After numerous conversations I was told "come back to Georgia or we can send you a new agreement to save you money. I told every person I spoke to that I sat in the dealer for 8 hours for the deal I signed for which was a 5 year agreement. I also told them I didn't want them to send me anything because I didn't agree to a different deal I wanted the one I signed for. Gwinnett place Nissan Finance Manager Chris Kim told me then he could not honor the deal i signed with Gwinnett Place Nissan and that I would not be able to get my plates. He told me if I did not sign he would just process the first agreement for the 4 year term (note on this agreement was 100.00 more than what I thought I was spending monthly). I ended up hanging up on him because he wasn't at all interested in how inconvenient this was for me after investing 40,000 into the company he works for his only response was I don't see what the big deal is in changing the deal if we are going to send you money, however he would not answer for what happened to the second deal I signed on the October the 28th. The conversation I had with Chris Kim was on Monday the 18th where he said he would just finance the deal for the first agreement we signed. Wednesday evening I still have no account with Nissan so I drove to Gwinnett place Nissan with the intention on giving their car back with no financing, temporary tag expiring on the 26 November and no way to get a tag I was left with little options. Once I got to Gwinnett Place Nissan I had a look around my old car was nowhere to be found (I'm assuming they sold it) which left me with even less options. How do you knowingly sell a trade in knowing that you're not going to honor an agreement you entered into with a customer. The salesperson came to greet me when I pulled up and was friendly. I met with the finance manager Chris Kim and he asked why I was there. I asked him you tell me, I spoke with him earlier that week and on Wednesday 20th I still had no financing. He said that I did verbally and that he and several others had tried to call me. I told him I have heard I had financing before which obviously was not true so why would you expect me to take you for your word. I said ill just call Nissan and turned out I did have financing (apparently they just sent the paperwork over that day). So back to Tennessee I go. Go by the tag office and guess what... they still have not received the documents to process my tags from the dealer. I call the dealer again the person in charge of the tags there Tamara Collins says she has nothing to do with extending a tag and that I would have to go through the Tennessee tag office for an extension. For the life of me I can't understand for the life of me why anyone would conduct business in this way until I did a little research of my own. I have written letters of my experience to the Federal Trade Commission, military of which am a current member and the Better Business Bureau, in doing so I have found 24 complaints against this business in the last 3 years and some of them sound really familiar to mine (look it up). I would urge anyone looking at Nissan to buy one... but ensure that you do not look in the direction of Gwinnett Place Nissan!!! Their attitude towards customers is horrible, attention to detail nonexistent, knowledge of their craft missing in action and their integrity ranks in the negatives!!! As a service member I can't believe this dealer would have me riding around without proper tags after I have done everything I was supposed to that would ensure I am street legal and able to get on base. I have gotten nothing but runaround and my time wasted what a horrible new car buying experience this has turned out to be when it's supposed to a happy time. How many people these days are buying new to stimulate these businesses. I hate even having to call them to do their jobs and quite frankly have given up on doing it! I would urge anyone friend or foe not to shop there!!!

I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. On top of the service director, Jimmy Clarke being a xxxxx, most if not all of the service advisors are either clueless or extremely rude. You WILL wait forever and a day regardless of if you have an appointment. Their communication is extremely poor. The prices are outrageous, they will slap you with hidden "shop charges and disposal fees." At which those can sometime reach over $50 of your bill. I was very displeased with this facility and will not be returning.

We can buy a car anywhere... But there is a key factor that made the difference for me, customer service. Customer service cannot be bought; this team was willing to work with me, while educating me about various things about each model. As I told the sales team, I can spend my money with any dealership and the customer service here made the difference. It's rare now days to trust you are getting a good deal and I feel confident that I did. Thank you.

I had a 4 year old bankruptcy so with a high credit score but no major purchase's like a car or house it was hard to get me approved at firstand I almost gave up a few times but keeping my faith and prayers to god it all worked out greatand I got the black altima I wanted and my credit will be where it needs to be. And a big thanks to my finance guy Semir who was quick and very nice to me and Mike L. who was on stand by when my car was given to me and details about the car was explained to me he was really nice and helpful too....Thanks so much to all of you at Gwinnett Place NIssan in Duluth

Bad experience with our salesperson and finance manager. Was deceived about condition of vehicle and after coming to an agreement over the phone regarding price, the price went up after going in to buy. We then had many mechanical issues with it following purchase. After many complaints, the GM finally came to a resolution with us. Overall, we would not recommend buying here.

This is a follow up to the review I previously wrote. I had called to see if a car was still available, was told it was, drove for quite a while that same day, and was told when I arrived that the car had been sold 2 days prior to my phone call! I am glad to say that after my review, I WAS compensated for my gas! I had received a nice response from Julie, a phone call from the salesman (not the one who told me the car was there, but the one left trying to fix it that night), and then a check came in the mail! Thank you, Gwinnett!!

Don't just call to see if a vehicle is still available! Make sure whomever you're talking to actually goes and puts a hand on it. I called around 1:00 pm to see if a vehicle was still available, gave him all vehicle details and the stock number, and explained that I would be coming from middle Tennessee. (A recent accident and totaled vehicle prompted me to look around for the best vehicle and deal as a replacement.) After a few moments on hold, the representative I spoke to told me that yes, the vehicle was still there. He set up an appt. for later that night. I even received a follow-up call from a representative confirming the appt. After a four hour drive, I was told that the vehicle had been sold two days earlier! The gentleman helping us was not the one I spoke to on the phone but was very apologetic. They tried to "compensate" me by offering me a good deal on another car, but I think I should have been compensated for my gas and time. Filling up my tank for my return trip home would have been a nice gesture. I understand accidents happen, but they should be more careful in the first place and take care of the customer if something like this happens in the future.

We were looking for a 2012 Murano and were referred to Gwinnett Place Nissan by a friend of ours based on the great experiences he has had there. Wow! What an experience! The people at Gwinnett Place Nissan are outstanding! Those that we worked with, Dave Metcalf, Renee Colvard, Chris Kim and Noe Ponce have their customer service on point! Dave quickly found us the vehicle with the options we wanted and is very well versed in all things Nissan. Once Renee was added to the mix, things became even smoother. Together with Chris Kim, they managed to get us into the car we wanted at just the right price. Noe did all of the financial paperwork with us and he is good! Going over everything was just a smooth process. The team even stayed well after the dealership closed to finish everything up. We truly appreciate that and couldn't be happier in our 2012 Nissan Murano. If you are looking for an exceptional car buying experience, this is the place to go. The team we worked with are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring a great customer experience. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are sure they will for you too!Thank you again Dave, Renee, Chris and Noe!~Joseph and Carson

Before I get into the meat of this complaint, I would like to say that Renee Colvard was very nice to work with. She tried to make things right for me. I can't say the same for everyone else that I worked with. I really didn't want to use names, but, this format will not allow it. I bought a used 2009 Nissan Maxima from the dealership in early December 2012. First of all, the total time spent that day at the dealership was over 7 hours. The test drive and haggling over price/trade-in/apr only took maybe 2 hours. I signed all the paperwork accepting the extended warranty and paint protection...rookie mistake. Well they needed to fill the tank with gas, so to save on time, I drove the maxima to the gas station following the sales lady in my trade-in. As she was filling up the car, I did one last walk around the car to make sure everything look ok. Well it wasn't. I noticed that the driver's side front corner of the bumper was not seated properly. In other words, the whole corner was sticking out from the rest of the body, completely unsecured. I pointed it out to her and we proceeded back to the dealership. The manager came out and looked at it. He actually asked me if I had hit something! Ok, I can understand, it could happen, but it didn't. They took it back into the maintenance bay, and 30 minutes later I was on my way home. Well about a week and a half later, it came loose AGAIN. Called the dealership and told them about the problem and that I would be there the next day. Now the dealership is on the north side of Atlanta, and I live on the south. 57 miles to be exact. So I take the car up there. They fix the bumper and I am on my way again. I get home, and guess what...bumper is hanging out again. So this time I email the manager and sales person. At this point I am very angry. $22,000 car, and they can't secure a bumper. They offer to send it to the body shop, give me a rental, and reimburse me for the gas I had used. When I got my car back, yes the bumper was finally fixed. Did they reimburse me for gas or even fill the tank...NO. Completely piss poor service and customer care. I went in today to cancel the extended warranty and paint care. Was told a particular person would be with me in a "couple minutes". What does a "couple minutes" mean to you? Technically it means 1-2 right? I can accept 5-10. After 30 minutes I found the person that originally helped me as I walked in, I asked who I was waiting to see and if he would ask how long I can expect to wait. 30 minutes later, still hadn't been given an answer or even seen the guy again. For all I know, he disappeared all together, never to be seen again. Also, toward the end of this mess, I asked if they could give me an owner's manual for the car, seeing as it did not come with one. I was told they could order me one for $30. REALLY, AFTER ALL THE CRAP I HAD TO PUT UP WITH, YOU COULDN'T JUST GIVE ME ONE??? So after my ranting, NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Just read the other post. Clearly there is something wrong with this place. So, I have made it my personal duty to inform all consumers in the Atlanta area. Whatever avenue I have to use, I will.

Seems to be an excellent culture at this Nissan and it shows in how well they treat their customers. I was dreading car shopping but was pleasantly surprised to be dealing with an extremely knowledgeable associate, Nita. She was very open, honest and able to answer are seemingly endless questions on two different vehicles on the lot. And she was quite patient, which is also a plus. My only complaint is that it took nearly six hours from arriving to complete the sales process. But I do love my new Nissan so it was well worth the wait.

I just love Gwinnett Place Nissan, Renee was great (the best, really) as well as the Finance person Lewis Carr. I traded in my vehicle for a brand new one and can honestly say i've never had service as good as with Gwinnett Place Nissan. Renee who I can't say enough about, took a real interest in my needs and i didn't feel like I was just a dollar sign for her but that she was genuine in her desire to put me in the right vehicle at the right price. I've been visiting the dealership for 3 years and Renee was patient and truly advised me on the best way to handle my trade in, and when the time was right she made it happen. Mr Lewis Carr so professional truly tried to give me best deal he could. The best thing as that Lewis had clear communication and a great attitude. Lewis was knowledgable and able to address all of my questions and concerns. Renee & Lewis are a great representation of what professionalism and true service are all about. I went to test drive a 2010 pre-certified Rogue and trade in a 2006 Sentra. During the test drive I told my salesman, Michael Green that the smell was unacceptable. It smells like pepper spray or mace. He assured me it would be taken care of. At 10:15 pm I finally get to see the car I just bought, after it was "cleaned up and taken care of" and all paperwork has been completed. The smell is still there and I tell Michael this is still unacceptable. His remark to me was to use fabreeze. I stated that is not an acceptable answer and due to the time of night, I would be back to address it. I take the car back two days later to leave it for the issue to be taken care of. The detail person only works 2 days a week and Saturday is not one of those days. I request a loaner car and was denied because it is a Saturday. The service manager gets involved and agreed to help bail out the sales team by offering me a loaner car on Monday after work. They keep the car for 48hrs, change the cabin filter and deodorize the car. It still smells. The service representative calls me to see what I think. I tell him the issue has not been resolved. He tells me he will check with his manager to see what else they can do. Its been 10 days and I still have not heard from them. The ceiling and front seats need to be replaced as I believe the scent is in the fabric. Shame on me for being too tired to deal with the issue and cancel the sale that night. I have tried steam cleaning, vinegar, fabric conditioner sheets, and it still smells. I believe this sale is unethical and goes against what I know the Nissan brand is trying to represent.

This is a update to my last review of this dealership. I wrote how the loan person had messed up my loan paperwork by not giving me the things I asked for and putting things on the loan that I did not ask for plus the door lock issue that came with the used vehicle I purchased. The General Manager Lee Crumpton contacted me and I went in and spoke to him as well as his Service Manager Paul Samuelson. After going over my loan paperwork and explaining what transpired during my vehicle purchase, Mr. Crumpton was more than happy to help fix the issues I experienced. The Service Manager Paul Samuelson was very nice and went out of his way to correct the lock problem with the vehicle as well as some other work I had asked them to do. Mr. Crumpton fixed the issues I had with my loan and was able to give me the correct warrantee. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer. I would recommend Gwinnett Place Nissan to any one looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They are very customer service oriented. This is a very pleasant environment as I noticed most of the employees at Gwinnett Place Nissan are friendly and wear a smile on their face as I was sitting waiting to pick up my vehicle. You will be pleased after your visit at Gwinnett Place Nissan and if you did have a problem, the General Manager Lee Crumpton, is very gracious with his willingness to correct any issues.

As an "old girl" and after many years of waiting, I finally decided it was time to buy a new car. With my daughter and "super" son-in-law, off we went. We had researched and I finally decided on looking at three different cars. Our first stop was Gwinnett Place Nissan. Even though not normally my nature, I asked my son-in-law to be my spokesman. We were promptly greeted by Melissa Lusk and Mike Morris. Melissa was our primary salesperson. She was absolutely perfect, answering all our questions with her quiet, but efficient demeanor, made me feel relaxed and peaceful. After awhile, Mike Morris enters and asists with all additonal questions and negotiations. He was such a fine and knowlegeable young man. I knew after an hour or so I did not need to go to the other dealers. I had found what I wanted and could afford. Not only was Melissa and Mike attractive young people, but smart and kind. HOW REFRESHING! I love my Nissan Versa Hatchback and will be sending an email to each of my grandchildren, whom I love dearly and each has a car. It will read: "Eat your heart out." And, if they are nice, I will give them direction to GWINNET PLACE NISSAN.

I purchased a new Frontier from Gwinnett Place Nissan in 2010 and had a great experience. I suggested my cowork go to them when he was looking at getting a new car. He bought a decked out 2011 Rouge. This weekend we took my Mother-in-Law to Gwinnett Place Nissan so she could look at a Versa. She had it in her mind to get a Ford Focus or Fiesta based on what she had read and the fact that Ford is a US company that did not receive bailout money. Melissa was so wonderful to work with that my Mother-in-Law told us that she did not want to go to Ford after all. She purchased the Versa with Melissa's help and she is very pleased with the deal, the car and Gwinnett Place Nissan. Gwinnett Place Nissan is lucky to have Melissa. We will be back.

Mr. Crumpton,I came into Gwinnett Place Nissan a week before Christmas looking for a new vehicle. Over the past couple of years I had a hard time trying to get out of my current vehicle because I was ( up-side-down). Going in, I really doubted they would be able to help. However to my surprise I was put into a Brand New 2012 Altima. My overall experience was great! Quinton Butler is one of the nicest salesmen I had the pleasure to work with. Quinton went out of his way to help me and he went above and beyond my expectations and it has been greatly appreciated! I loved my experience so much that I took my good friend in 2 weeks later and she too left with a brand new vehicle. Also I would like to add, Lewis Carr (Manager) and Shawn Phillips( Finance)were awesome as well. Everyone made me feel right at home there. I've never met a group of guys like them that made a car buying trip such an enjoyable journey! I am happy that I made the trip over to Gwinnett Place Nissan.

Just want to say that Angelika Colvard made me feel very at ease in making the right decision to trade in my previous vehicle for a newer one. I wasn't pressured and she made it very comfortable in helping me to make the right choice and also with the extra encouragement coming from Mike Morris who is just a down to earth guy, really showed gratitude and honesty which just makes a difference. Yes, at anytime I hear someone wanting to buy a Nissan, I am going to surely send them to Gwinnett Place Nissan. And last but not least, Mr. Joe MacFarland. He has been the best financing person I have dealt with in my life. He is such an awesome person and he really helped me save a nice piece of change on my monthly payments. I just want to say thank you in helping me look forward to a brighter future and I will see you in 15 months for that new Maxima I want! You guys "ROCK".

My husband and I were looking to purchase a 2012 Nissan Murano. We went to Gwinnett Place Nissan and were given VIP treatment from Mike Morris. He gave us at least two hours or more of his uninterrupted time and attention to listen to our questions and concerns in what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He went way above and beyond any car salesperson that we dealt with in our many years of purchasing vehicles. His statement holds true..."It is our stated policy that we treat each guest as if they were an honored guest in our home. Every Guest, Every Time, No Exceptions."His statement does hold true and you will not be bored in the car looking and/or buying process while with him. He does keep it lively. I am very thankful for General Manager, Lee Crump ton, to put Mike in our care in considering and purchasing our new 2012 Murano for Gwinnett Place Nissan. The finance office dealt with us in the same manner.Thank you Mike and Gwinnett Place Nissan!I love my new 2012 Nissan Murano.Robin Harp

Mike Morris offered 'over and above' excellent customer service. He was friendly and patient with my questions pertaining to information relating to the vehicle. I did not feel pressure from him to purchase the car and he was very helpful and respectful. I am very pleased with this experience and would visit this dealership again for future cars.

Our experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan was "TRULY EXCELLENT"!! I answered another survey on yesterday about our experience there in purchasing our 2012 Nissan Altima, which by the way "rides like we're riding on air"!!!! Accidently, I had forgotten our sales person's name and I put on my survey his name was Andrew, but actually his name is "KEITH PERKINS"....please correct that if possible on my survey. I want to give credit, where "credit" is due!!! Our finance experience was excellent also. Shawn was very personable, kind and patient. A few times errors were made on our paperwork, and he quickly but accurately made the corrections and reprinted everything we needed. For example, we traded in a vehicle, but when he put the VIN# in the system, it came up as a different "model" of the "make" of the vehicle. I spotted the mistake and Shawn immediately corrected it. Also, our previous vehicle was registered "only" in my name, but because we have now registered our new vehicle in both my name and my husband's, Shawn thought that the previous vehicle was registered that way, also. We saw that error, and he "immediately" remedied that error too!! We're all human and mistakes are made, but it takes a "very humble" person to recognize the mistakes and correct them immediately.....which Shawn "DID"!!! Overall, our experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan was the "BEST" that we have experienced in a long, long time when purchasing another vehicle. From our first contact via phone with Manish (sales rep), to meeting Steve (internet manager), working with Rob and Keith (sales reps). and working out the finance part of the deal with Shawn. Even all of the followup via email has been "GREAT", making sure that we are "COMPLETELY SATISFIED"......"HAS BEEN WONDERFUL"!!!! My only regret is that I wished we would have come to Gwinnett Place Nissan "FIRST" before going to the other dealership (a "RAW" deal was delivered there!!!) I've already told several friends and family members of our experiences in both places and "MOST DEF".....they feel that GWINNETT PLACE NISSAN "WINS OUT".....Hands Down!!!

We've been customers at Gwinnett Place Nissan for more than 12 years, and until this past weekend, couldnt tell you why. Now we know - it's their "can do" attitude. We stopped in this past weekend to check out our options for turning in a leased vehicle (our 4th with Gwinnett Place Nissan). We test drove a Murano that was loaded; loved it, but just couldn't live with the monthly payments. We were willing to "settle" for a slightly used one, but Mike Morris would not hear of it! He knows that there's always more than one solution to any problem, and he found a creative way to get us into a brand new Murano with a payment that fit our budget. Mike went the extra mile to make sure we had the options we wanted on the type of vehicle that we wanted. He never asked if we would consider a less expensive model or made us feel that we were asking for the impossible. Weve always appreciated this dealerships outstanding customer service, but this experience went beyond customer service. Our sales person, Mike, and Brandi in Customer Service could not have done any more to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We left with our new Murano, feeling like it was a WIN/WIN for us and the dealer. Chances are, well be back in 3 years to see Mike and the guys at Gwinnett Place to get another new Nissan!

Mr. Lee CrumptonGeneral ManagerGwinnett Place Nissan Mr. Crumpton,It is my pleasure to write you about my recent experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan. My wife and I purchased a beautiful Nissan Murano LE on Tuesday, November 8th. Rob Lowman went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were 100% satisfied with our car buying experience. Robs attentive, responsive and professional attitude was evident from the beginning of the sales presentation to the final delivery of the vehicle. He helped locate the exact vehicle we wanted, listened to our concerns, and answered all of our questions. Rob also suggested I consider your financing versus my personal credit union and saved me 1.55%. He is honest, sincere and delivers exactly what he promises. Mr. Lowman is an asset to Gwinnett Place Nissan. Id like to also mention the great service we received from Paul Miller, Shawn (Finance), Joe (Finance), and Jerry Booker. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Gwinnett Place Nissan. We are very pleased with your organization and will recommend GPN without hesitation. My sincere thanks and warmest regards,Ronald & Rita Sorber

When I arrived at Gwinnett Place Nissan, I was skeptical about purchasing a car because of past experiences with dealerships that we not great. So I had my guard up waiting for someone to give me the run around. Mary introduced me to Michael Green who was very friendly and asked me what type of car I was looking at and listened to my concerns about purchasing a vehicle. He assured me that Gwinnett Place Nissan is all about customer satisfation. Michael and Chris the sales director, went above and beyond my car buying experience. I traded-in my vehicle that had me at a high interest rate and upside down on a 2012 Nissan Altima with a low interest rate. The interest rate was so low that I thought it was a mistake so I kept asking was it correct. The rate was correct and it left me speechless. This is my first Nissan and I'm glad I made the switch. Thank you Nissan Family for making my car buying experience out of this world.

The salesman we had at Gwinnett Place Nissan, Michael Green, was the most courteous, non-pushy car salesman I have ever met. My husband and I stopped by the dealership after 7pm to just look and Michael was so accomodating. He stayed until after 10pm answering our questions and said that they were open until the last customer left - he never rushed us. We did come back the next day and bought the Nissan Rogue, which we have been extremely pleased with, and Michael's sales manager was very honest about their best price. We didn't have to go back and forth with prices, like we have done in the past at other dealerships. Their price was even better than the best price we found on the Internet. Michael has followed up with us to see if everything is all right with our car and he was just so pleasant to work with.

Micheal answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and concisely as we went along. The finance department also took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood everything before I signed anything. I decided to go to Gwinnett Place Nissan after Rick Case only because my mother-law insisted we go and I am glad we did. Then the finance department Adam was a total jerk, my husband told him we would just return the car. Adam was angry we had better financing thru our own bank. Carl the salesman told me it would take a couple of hours to install DVD turned into leaving my car for 3 days. Then when installed the incorrect stuff, Carl would not return my calls. Overall HORRIBLE experience & would never purchase from them again, no matter how good the deal was. Not worth the headaches. Then, she went on and explained the accessories that were available. When I told her I was not interested in the colors they had at the dealership, she ask me what I wanted and immediately found the vehicle I wanted, what else could I do, I bought it! In comparison to other dealerships Angelika has so much more knowledge about what she is selling and understands the need in customer service to the point this made the sell very easy. I was looking for a new dealership to service my car after having a bad experience at the Decatur location, so I brought it here. I had a door panel replaced, and they were looking into an ignition problem. They gave my car back to me, stating that the needed to order a part, so I would need to come back. I get in my car, and there is a HUGE crack in the dashboard. I was incredibly dismayed that no one confessed when they gave the car back, and left me to find it and bring it up myself as if I could have missed it. But what if I hadnt seen it? That spoke poorly to their integrity that they would damage it and not apologize or offer to fix it until I brought it up. Then when the service manager Mr. Booker was brought over, he calls his service guy via phone, who of course doesnt remember that happening, then espouses the virtues of his tech guy, but they will go ahead and take care of it for me. When something like this happens, and NO ONE informed me of the damage up front, leaving me to discover it, why would you think that I even want to hear about how honest your guy is? And to say that at any point as many as 4 different people could have been in my car, and they could have done it these are still your employees why would that make me feel any better? **Update: The Service Director, John Rose, called me to make this situation right. His Assistant Megan also called me. They were understanding of my anger and concern over the situation, and gave me a rental while they repaired my dashboard. Although I was upset that the situation happened, and had to get to this point, I am pleased that they attempted to make amends. I got my car back, with my dashboard back in one piece. They detailed my car thoroughly, to the point that it looked almost better than the day I bought it. Mr. Rose seems to be a very sincere guy, genuinely concerned about the reputation of his shop, and I appreciate that. I feel confident in saying that, should anything go wrong, he will do his best to correct the situation.

I wish there was more incentives for new car buyers. The incentives were good but not great. It would be greatly appreciated if customers with sub par credit be give more options.

The quality of customer service and product knowledge was outstanding. I went into this dealership to trade in my car with a fair idea of what my options were but still somewhat unsure of what I was going to do. I received such excellent service, and felt that I was getting all of the valuable information I needed to make the right decision about my next car purchase. I received the attention that I needed, was brought water while I waited (briefly) and left with a new 2011 Nissan Rogue that I absolutely love. They worked with me on all of my options, and I left a very happy customer. Chris Nguyen was incredible in his knowledge of the product and was so very nice and patient while I figured out exactly which car I was going to purchase. Brandon Barron, the sales manager, was able to assist me in all of my financing options, and allowed me to understand whether a purchase or lease was the best option for me. Thank you Gwinnett Place Nissan... you've produced another happy and very loyal customer!

Working with Noe buying our Nissan Maxima was a great experience! He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Even though we had just started our car search and had no idea what we were looking for, Noe listened to what features we were looking for and spent alot of time with us narrowing down the best choices. He is a very patient man! He made the whole process fun and I would love to work with him again.Regarding financing, I have mixed reviews. While Reggie was very cordial and professional, we felt very pressured into buying an insurance we didn't need. We told him several times that we did not want to buy the insurance and he wouldn't take no for an answer. He even said he would lower our interest rate if we bought the insurance so our "payment would stay the same." Last time I checked, the interest rate should be dictated by your credit score, not what options you buy from the dealership. Shady dealings! We will be canceling the insurance within the 30 day window. I would recommend that you secure your own financing before purchasing here so you know what rate you qualify for and you have another option lined up if things go awry.I am giving my experience a 5 star rating because working with Noe was so, so great and I can't bear to give him anything less!

Noe is a great guy to deal with. He works with you to only show you the cars that make sense for you, and works with you to make sure you understand everything, and even checked in with me a few days later to make sure I didnt have any questions about the car. Noe is a great person to deal with when you are buying a car.

We recently bought a used minivan here and had a great experience. Our salesperson Tracey was very friendly and sincere. She did a great job selling us on the van and on the dealership. We had to negotiate a little, but got what we wanted on the 2nd attempt. Joe in finance was great and hurried to meet our time constraints. We ended up with some minor problems with our pre-owned minivan the next day, but were taken care of. Tracey responded to our calls and helped us each step of the way getting our minor problem fixed at no cost to us. I will recommend Tracey Ayers and Gwinnett Place Nissan to everyone.

This was my second purchase from Gwinnett Place Nissan and from Mike Morris. I returned to this dealership because of the great service I had when I purchased my first Nissan in 2008. They made both purchases very easy for me and I will recommend the dealership to friends. I will also be a return customer for my next future purchase.

Our old Honda really need to be replaced because it has problem here and there. So, we went to Gwinnett Place Nissan in that my wife always wanted to buy a Nissan Altima. One of the sales representative come out and greeted us when we were looking in the lot. Then he introduced us some of the features and price related information. Since we asked about financing(we told him our current working info), he explained and said "I can assure you that you will get a very low APR". So after a test drive, we decided to buy this Altima 2.5.We went in to fill out some paper work, while they're pulling our credit score, my wife went out to pick a phone call. (I have to mention a piece of blank paper, he used it as scratch to put down different financing options to explain) During the time my wife was out, his manager came and ask him out, a couple of minutes later he came back and ask me to sign my name on the very piece of paper I mentioned. But this time, buried inside of the scratches, I can see clearly there are something new: "I will buy the Nissan Altima 2011 2.5". He keep asking me to sign and I finally didn't.When my wife came back, his manager said is out, and he congratulate us because we have excellent credit score and we can have low APR. Next step is to go their financing department. That finance guy seems know what he's doing and the bad thing about him is he kept so hard selling us extended warranty(which we finally paid for it and later cancelled about a month later).I have to say we come from another country and didn't know too much about the credit system in the U.S. The finance guy told us although we have excellent credit score, however, the credit amount is not that good. So we can't enjoy a very low APR, the best we can have is 5.9%, which is not "low" according to him. I think here, the manager and the sales representative are associating "excellent credit score" with "low APR" and made us confused(I don't know if they did that on purpose).Anyway, we finally purchased the car and they said the radio will be installed in a couple of days. Then four days later, the sales guy told us the radio is ready. But when we get in there, he said the radio was sold by someone else. He apologized and promised us he will get it installed on the following Saturday. However, when we came in on Saturday, we directly went to the service department, they said there is no such order of a new radio and asked us to wait in the lobby. After a while, a customer manager came out and told us it is not available and asked us to come back a later time. We argued with her about our situation, and I was very angry about what happened. I went to the sales guy's cubicle and ask him to follow me, he was very surprised when he heard what happened.(he face made me to feel that it seems to me like:oh, i forgot to put in the order)He didn't say anything for now, didn't apologize or anything. Instead he went to the service department with the customer manager TOGETHER. Five minutes later, the customer manager came back alone, but I saw that guy going back in from another door very sneakily. I was so mad at him and yield his name and wave him to come to us, when I yield him name, I can see he paused and made a quick shivering. He must had done something wrong to make himself feel guilty. He then apologized and explained to us what happened.I know it is the customer manager's job to explain to us what has happened. However as a sales representative from whom customer buy their cars, I think at least he should come to us by his own, and not trying to avoid us sneakily. They decided to take a radio out from another car and put in ours, which we agreed. However, when the work has finished, we find out the indicator on the air-bag and passenger seat wouldn't go off. We had no choice but leave the car in the dealership overnight. Finally they got everything repaired, it was the engineer forgot to put the cable back when he installed our radio. It is worth mentioning their customer manager Brandon who is a very nice lady. She was always carefully listening to our complains, and make her effort to try to make us feel better. She is the most efficient and qualified personnel I seen in this dealership. The only thing good we can rate about this dealership is about her work. That's the very car buying experience I had with Gwinnett Place Nissan. I'm not saying how bad this dealership is, but as a reference, new customers should be very careful with this dealership. Beware of what they promised and don't sign anything unless you examine them very carefully!

I highly, highly recommend doing business with Mike Morris at Gwinnett Place Nissan. Mike is a great salesman with terrific people skills. Mike is serious but will joke with you to make the car buying experience more bearable. I requested a quote online from GPN and Mike responded to me immediately. I did not call him back but decided to visit the local Nissan dealership near my house later that day. What a big mistake and waste of time!!! The following morning, Mike called and wanted me to come to GPN. I was direct with Mike and told him not to waste my time if we cannot make a deal. Fast forward, the deal was made and I walked away a happy customer with a brand new Maxima with 11 miles on it. If you don't like the b.s. and want to deal with a straight forward person, Mike is the guy for you.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. I was satisfied with the friendliness and attentiveness of the car salesman (Mike)and the finance rep (George), these gentlemen were GREAT!!! The experience was pleasant up to the point of establishing the vehicle sale price and determining how the vehicle would be financed. I came into the location knowing my credit rating for potential internal financing and I had in my possession a check from another lender in hand. It was my hope that my preparation would eliminate the length of time in which it would take to seal the deal. To my surprise, arriving at the dealership, testing driving the vehicle of my choice, and sealing the deal required 5 hours. The 1st 45 minutes was spent locating a vehicle and the remaining time was spent on the HAGGLE. I was literally in my old vehicle about to drive off of the lot when one of the few negotiators came out to the parking lot to speak a language that I could understand. 5 hours translated into not only can you have this vehicle with nothing down, your payments wont be the originally quoted $200 more than you have budgeted but it will be where you need them to be and your credit is good enough that you qualify for Nissans 1.9% interest rate. Now is that any way to treat a qualified customer? Ill let you answer that question. It was infuriating to know that I could have been in and out, but not only did the dealership close while I was there, I ended up leaving 2+ hours after they closed (The cleaning crew had come in for crying out loud). I passed 2 Nissan dealerships and drove over 35 minutes to this location in particular because of the large selection of vehicles, but if I have to choose between a large variety and customer service, Ill choose a smaller dealership with better service any day. Needless to say, despite the salesmans service, I will NOT purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will NOT recommend anyone else to purchase a vehicle from this dealership since the only thing I would be able to guarantee them is a pleasant sales rep and a cold bottle water. My vehicle on the other hand rides great, I am happy with my choice and I will recommend the brand to others. I am enjoying every minute of the new car smell.

I'd like to pass along my commendation to your sales staff in particular Chris Nguyen, new car sales manager Chris Kim, the Business manager George Figueroa and Financial advisor Christian Egizio they are one of best customer service individuals that Ive ever met in my life. Thank you for all your professionalism, the teamwork and unity really shows. You make my son and I feel like friends and family. "By the way Christian Egizio, thank you for helping Doug getting prepared for his road test, you really went the extra mile with all the help and support with my son, Doug now has his license. You are awesome!" I work for AT&T and we deal with customer service quite a bit. Our salesman Chris Nguyen spent hours with my son over the past week looking at ways to try to make a deal happen; this type of service is extraordinary! Douglas is very pleased with the Nissan Sentra this is his first car and his mom is happy with the treatment received and the price paid. Please encourage your staff to treat all of your customers the way that my son and I were treated! Chris Nguyen is very cordial, honest, humanistic and authentic. He is just a great individual and I want to say that I typically don't take the time to write these kinds of things however, I think when someone is really exceptional you should really let them know how wonderful they are. "Thank you for employing a great Sales man. I expect to see Chris Nguyen in high places someday...Hes a great asset to your company. I look forward working with you in the future". You can be assured that my son and I will continuo referring our friends and associates to you when they need an automobile. Again thank you for all your help.I love Nissan this is the fourth vehicle I bought from Gwinnett Place Nissan and the second purchase in just a week with Chirs Nguyen, I think you guys make things so easy and the service work is great."We would rate the dealership 100% for Overall Experience. We were extremely happy with Gwinnet Place Nissan and our salesman, Mr. Noe Ponce. Mr. Ponce is an exceptional salesman; he is professional and very knowlegeable aboutthe cars that he is selling. We never felt rushed; he spent time getting to know us and our car needs. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the process. Before I test drove the Altima, Noe gave us a thorough presentation of the car and its features. I love my new car, and I feel that we negoitated a fair price. Noe was genuinely nice and funny too; it was a a very good car buying experience! The business manager, Mr. George Figueroa, was also a pleasure to work with us. He helped us with the financing; he was very friendly and made the process easy. Great customer relations!! They made us feel special. We will recommend Noe and the dealership to everyone we know!

I knew what I wanted when I drove from S. C. to purchase. I just wasn't so sure how to get it for what I was willing to pay. I think both the dealership staff and I felt like we made a fair deal. Most importantly, Mike Morris, my sales person, was outstanding. He went way beyond the call of duty to meet my desires in a Maxima. Not only that, he provided me with a loaner car while my new Maxima was being "updated." AND he located my remote control that I left in the loaner. He shipped it to me the following day - all with the sound of happiness in his voice. He is driven and caring, customer-focused and a "man of his word." Moreover, the staff kept my trade-in carefully parked in order to protect the live biddies I had with me! I was going to throw in a chick with the trade-in to help lower the cost but no one seemed to REALLY want one. Oh well. Gwinnett Place Nissan is THE dealership to "deal" with! Ask for MIKE!

Nissan is a good car but this dealerships customer service is terrible. First the salesman asked me if I had financing and with what bank. I told him the name of my Credit Union and he said we work with them all the time, hundreds of loans. The finance manager later had never heard of my Bank. LIES! The finance people kept us waiting for over an hour and then once in their office to sign the papers they tried to add all kinds of extras to the bottom line including a service plan which they said would only add $20 a month to the payment. I told him lets get to the bottom line I will look at the options later but he insisted in describing in detail all the ad-ons I had already said I didn't want. LIES AGAIN! It added over $1500 to the price of the vehicle! It took me getting verbally angry to get to the bottom line and sign the papers. I had to actually say, "The price you originally quoted me is what I want to pay or I'm out of here." Over all customer service sucks! Typical sleezy car dealers trying to rip you off for every extra dime they can get!

Gwinnett Place Nissan will allow you to take home a car, drive it for a week. Then call you back and tell you that they want $500 to $1000 more down plus your interest rate will increase by 2.5%. Then when you tell them that you will just return the car b/c you don't have any more money to put down, they want to work out a deal with you. And then have the nerve to say that the dealership can lower your interest rate by 2% and they have reserve money so you wont need to put anything else down, if you will just work out the deal with them! So basically, you called me after the 3 day resend period to tell me the interest rate was going up and you wanted more money down so you could get more money! And when I told you no, you then tell me what liars and cheaters you really are and that I can keep the car! NOT!!!! Here is your car back and you get NONE of my money! DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH GWINNETT PLACE NISSAN OR GWINNETT FORD!

Mike Morris is a sales man who studies the art of selling he is pushy. Would I recommend them yes but with reservation. Go there if you like to negotiate otherwise you will not get a good price. I went on a Sat. it was packed. Mike was busy, I was sent to Levi an associate under Mike; he thought Levi could handle me, after he couldn't give me the deal I wanted I left. I received calls from Mike, Levi, Jason, and someone else everyday !!!! Eventually I returned Thurs. received a good price even though in the end I paid $200.00 for Nitrogen in my tires..Nitrogen in tires is about 5 to 10 dollars a tire !!!! Mike is good at what he does just be carefull. I talk a lot of Junk when buying a car and he put up with just about all of it. I would not care what car dealership he works for because of his knowledge of the car's, and they way he makes you feel as a customer I would most likely buy where ever he sale's. He just makes you feel like you are a part of a family not just another dealership trying to get your hard earn money. He made me and my husband LOVE OUR NISSAN 2011 ATLIMA even more. We are the type of people that try to do our best with shopping around checking prices, talking with the best sale persons etc. NOE REALLY KNOW HIS STUFF. HE TRULY DESERVE'S TO WEAR HIS "NISSAN BELT" it really should have lights and trim in stones lol. He knows "EVERYTHING" about the cars and makes SURE YOU DO TOO. He took the time to explain even the small things about the car that I had no clue it does. If he keeps this up I can see him being a manager of sales in no time. While Noe Ponce was a great non pressure salesman, the issue was with management. We agreed on a price through the internet and phone. Once I got to the dealership, the price went up by $600.00. I was told it was a mis qoute. If you can't trust someone with a price that they have told you, what else would be dishonest? Working with Noe Ponce was a great experience. I took my wife in to look at cars on a Sunday afternoon knowing that she was dreading even the thought of the car buying process. We have owned the vehicle a little over a month now, and she still loves everything about it. Noe took the time to listen to her, and listen to what she wanted, not what he wanted to sell her. I am of the mindset that people buy from someone that they know, they like, and they feel they can trust. I found these qualities in Noe. All in all it was a positive experience, and I would definitely do business with Noe again in the future.

We recently visited Gwinnett Place Nissan to look at the new 2011 Nissan Juke for our daughter. From the time we entered the showroom to to the time we ended up purchasing this vehcile, our salesman, Mike Morris was the epitome of professionalism. He did a great job of showing us the vehicle, taking us for a test drive and explaining the various models and options availabel on each. Through the negotiation process , which i might add lasted for 8 days, he was steadfast in representing us and in the end, was key to us getting the deal we were looking for. Mike is great guy and I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there looking to buy a new Nissan. Just a great buying experience!! 5 Star rating all the way!

The buying experience was excellent. Mr Souza went at length to explain clearly everything about the different alternatives I had concerning the different models, new versus used cars and all else. The sales persons were very helpfull, courtegeus, but not pushy, I really enjoyed the buying experience.

Noe Ponce was an awesome person to work with! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Noe was efficient with time and he made me feel at ease, as this was my first time buying a car. I will recommend Noe and Gwinnett Place Nissan to everyone I know in the market for a new car.

Mr. Noe Ponce, the sales person I dealt with was the epitome of courteous, not pushy or brassy, the complete opposite of the expected stereotype "Used Car Salesman". He was extremely knowlegeable regarding the product and the functions and went the extra mile with the front office to expedite the Tag paperwork to ensure I could obtain the Vehicle Tag prior to my re-mobilization to Afghanistan. This was important to me as I did not want to leave this chore with my wife. Mr. Ponce also made numerous feedback courtesy calls to ensure I was was enjoying my purchase with the offer extended every time to sit one on one with me and go "Hands On" over the various advanced features that came with the vehicle e.g., the Nav System, the Bluetooth Hansdfree Cell Phone Set Up,and other functions on the vehicle. On the flip side, the "financial / sign the dotted line" process could have been completed at a slower pace, my experience was that is was "frenetic, a get the customer to sign the dotted line before he slips away" kind of situation designed to keep the customer slightly "off balance" during this critical time in the Selling Process. The overall experience with the Salesperson Mr. Noe Ponce was 5/5, the final close out with Finance was 3/5, efficient and professional, but lacking the ability to keep the initial "Feel Good" ambience from the encounter with the Salesperson going through the whole process.

I did not want to spend alot of time just waiting around the showroom while the whole car buying process took place. With the assistance of Mike Mooris I was able to only spend the amount of time that I felt was needed in the showroom. Mike handled everything and called only when he needed additional information or to tell me when to come by to complete the process and drive away with my new car. Kudos to Mike Mooris for a job well done.

I was looking for to lease a mid-sized pick up truck and was considering Toyota Tacoma. I visited the Gwinnett Nissan dealership and was introduced to Mike Morris by Alex Hoang. The sales cycle lasted a week and Mike provided me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision. Mike was thorough but not pushy following up mid-week to see where I was in the decision making process. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new our used vehicle. I was impressed that the dealership was open on Sunday to accommodate my busy work schedule.

The purchase of this new 2011 Nissan Titan was probably one of the most favorable automobile purchasing experiences I have ever had! After speaking with a service advisor who I had initially made contact with, I was quickly introduced to Internet Manager Ron Sitz who provided me with all of the information about the Nissan Titan that I was looking to know in addition to providing a test drive. Due to it getting close to closing time and still wanting to review their purchase price offer, Ron Sitz offered me to take the vehicle home overnight, however I declined his generous offer as every time I have done that in the past, I ended up purchasing the vehicle the next day! The following next 2 days, Ron and I continued discussing the vehicle and suggested I return to the dealership to finalize our negotiations. I did just that and after working through the numbers, Ron was successful in us reaching agreement on the price of the truck. While Ron worked to move the vehicle I was purchasing to the detail department, he introduced me to a member of his internet sales team, Mike Morris, to complete the sales papework and to answer any additional questions. Throughout the entire time I worked with Mike, his professionalism, demeanor and sense of humor complimented the experience I had begun with Ron. Both of these men add significant value to Gwinnett Place Nissan and I look forward to purchasing vehicles in the future from them both!

Searching for a new vehicle is a less than fun experience but I felt extremely comfortable at Gwinnett Place Nissan. They showed me exactly what I asked for and did not push me into anything I didn't want. I asked for the best price they could offer and assured them if they gave me their best deal I would be back. They were confident and I was back. The buying experience was wonderful. They even brought a car in from another dealership so that I could have the color of my choice. The car was on the lot in 6 hours and I had my vehicle the same day! I LOVE my Nissan Rogue and would not have purchased it from anywhere else. Brandon (the manager) and Demond (salesman) were so respectful, so ask for them when you go! I will surely be back for my next vehicle!

Gwinnett Place Nissan was very helpful keeping us updated by emails and calling with what vehicles were available and in stock at the dealership with the options we wanted on the vehicle. We worked out a deal with the new 2011 Rogue we wanted and drove it home that day. I am very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience.

Although the experience of negotiating a "DEAL" is grueling for both parties, I must say that I enjoyed my experience with Gwinnett Place Nissan. I feel that I had a relationship with Noe Ponce before I even met him face to face. He listened to my needs, called me a few times to review my wants and needs (and I never felt that he was agonizingly aggressive, which felt good). Then, he persuaded me that he knew what he could deliver. And, deliver is what he did! While I was negotiating with Noe, I felt very comfortable that he supported my point, just as often as he supported his Dealer's point. Noe is the "Ultimate Negotiator". He convinced me of what I needed to hear, and I think he also convinced the Dealer of what they needed to hear. I am forever grateful to Noe for this.I also enjoyed my experience with Christian Egizio(?). We spoke #'s very well together. Christian was very patient with me and explained everything I asked. I'm so glad he drew diagrams. That really helped me to make a proper decision. And, even though, Christian, as well as Noe, are "Agents" for the Dealer, I truly felt that both Christian and Noe had my interest at hand too.My first experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan was unforgettable, and I will definitely tell my friends. You can count on this customer coming back for future purchases, as long as Noe and Christian are there!!Thanks!Selene

They had very bad service. I took my truck back to them three times for and abs light issue and they did not find or try to find out why my abs light stayed on. They wanted to charge me $2000.00 for general maintenance such as spark plugs and air filters. I took my truck to another dealership in Decatur, GA and not only did they find out what was wrong but thet also provided me with a rental. I only had to pay a $50 deductible for the warranty.

Be careful. Do not take your car to service in Gwinnett Place Nissan, they will try to rip you off. They will give you a false list of items that need to be repaired. Very dishonest and unprofessional people that ethic is the last thing in their menu. I took my car to Gwinnett Place Nissan (GPN) for an oil change. After an hour or so a service man approached me with papers contains list of items (over 20 items) he said need to be fixed or replaced for the amount of $4050 . I was astonished since none of the items in the list need to be repaired or replaced. Interesting enough, I took my car a month before this service to other Nissan mechanic that indicated that the car is in a perfect condition. Some of the items in the list which according to GPN need to be replaced like exhaust system, drive belts, spark plugs, spark plug wires, coolant, transmission oil etc were all new. Basically, Gwinnett Place Nissan was trying to rip me off. They also tried to sabotage the car by leaving the oil seal open. When I spoke with the service person about it, he said that they did not perform any test or inspection but just follow the manufacture recommendation to what need to be replaced and repair when a car reaches to certain miles. From my experience I concluded that GPN acts like street crooks; they mislead their clients in order to make a quick profit. Also they are very rude.

The sales staff is helpful, but the finance department is absolutely horrible. Basil was kind and pleasant in the dealership, but when we left for some reason he refused to send our paperwork to the bank that had approved us for a loan. The issue is still not resolved. No one answers their phone and it takes days to get a call back. Really poor service and more trouble than it is worth. Pay a little more and go somewhere that wants your business.

this dealership is reverting back to a bad dealership. got an equote on a sentra from Michael Reed, no mention of rebates listed in the email...went to get the car...guess what...car was sent to another dealer?? And no longer on the lot...?!? I guess the left hand doesn't quite know what the right hand is doing....My wife successfully haggled the price more ( including a dealership loyalty discount)..still no mention of rebates.GPN wanted us to fill out the paperwork while they "searched" for another sentra.Asked about the financing..we were shocked when we found out the equote was off the table if we wanted the financing specials...Michael Reed stated that he had mentioned the rebates during a conversation with my wife.....He must've been talking to himself. No mention of rebates took place..Mike is mistating a truth...(it's called lying)We've purchased 2 new vehicles in the last 10 months from here. Why the shoddy service now???There a many nissan dealerships around atlanta...we will be shopping elsewhere. Thanks Michael

I called the dealer before I went and I very clearly told Quincey Jones (salesperson) that I wanted a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe. That is the only car we talked about. I sent 4 hours at this dealership and worked out disqusted and without a car. I went in pre-approved with my loan, all I was suppose to do is was fill out any additional paper work, give them my down payment and pick out my car. Mr. Jones knew the type of car loan that I had before I drove to the dealership, he told me that the dealership accepted those type of loans. He knew the amount of the loan and the cash down payment I had. After sitting around waiting for him to come from the back room that he kept disappearing to he told me that I needed to put more money down in order to get the car I wanted. Then he tried to sale me a used vehicle for $15,000.00. Mind you he was going to take entire amount of my pre-approved loan for that used car. He said I would have to give them $12,000.00 in cash plus my pre-approved loan of $21,780.00 for the Altima I wanted. The Altima I wanted had and Zag pricing of $23,000.00. I told him he was crazy! I left his dealership and I went to a Mitsbushi dealer and brought a brand new Eclipse 2011 with no hassle and no headaches, and no $12,000.00 down. These people will try to steal your money and waste your time. Stay away.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about my experience at Gwinnett Place Nissan. My husband and I live in Cumming and really wanted to stay close to home to shop for our purchase. We were looking for a Nissan Murano. We started at Regal Nissan off Holcomb Bridge and had a HORRIBLE experience with there! I started shopping online and that's where I first had contact with Mike - I told him just what I was looking for - a Nissan Murano SL gentley used with a tan leather interior. He was not pushy at all - and told me that he would let me know if he found something....he contacted me 5 days later to let me know that a Murano had just come in and he thought I would be interested. He was again, not pushy. 3 days later I went out for the test drive and told him prior that it was just to look and we probably wouldn't be going home with it. There were a couple of things in the interior I wanted fixed and the price needed to come down - Mike was very straight with us and told us what he thought the dealer would do - honesty... is something you do not get often in a car salesman...especially the lack of pushiness. Needless to say - Mike did all he could do to make the deal and we left with the car that night. We are going back next week to get the parts exchanged inside...I could not be happier. I couldn't begin to explain how many dealerships we looked at before going to Gwinnett Place Nissan - at least 20 - but, in the future, it will be the first place we stop! If you go in, ask for Mike Morris...I promise you will not be disappointed!

MIke Morris did a great job for me. I was interested in a car model that he did not happen to have in stock. However, he did not try to push something pon mr that they already had. He listened to what I wanted. We came to agreement on pricing by phone and e-mail. He actually drove across state lines to pick up the car that I wanted. Friendly and honest guy. No surprises when we closed the deal. Also, brought the car in for some rattling around the sunroof a couple of weeks later. They fixed it perfect. Would recommend this dealership, Mike Morris for sales, and good experience with service so far.

To all the customers who bought a vehicle from GPN. This is real my personal experience. First, NEVER let them to drive your car because they will BURN your gas FAST. One day, I dropped off my car and went to work. My gas was 3/4 left when I dropped it off. Ok...they brought the car back where I work which only 15 mins away from GPN. Guess what happened, the gas was less than half left. WTF...FREE GAS WHY NOT and they turned on my ac all the WAY to MAX...Sir, GAS are $3 a gallon now. Second, they don't try their best to fix the problems. They said they fixed the scratches on the bumper but it still looks like sh*t; Here is the most important, PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CAUTION ON YOUR PAPERWORKS, they will charge you extra $300 for a 3 yrs stupid carwash service fee without TELLING you. BEWARE WITH THAT...Finally, of course they don't like to see this message, but I just want to let you all know..Shop around before you make your move to GPN, they are kind of OVER PRICING TOO...Good Luck to you all

I do not look forward to having to deal with car salesman, because of past experiences. What a nice supprise I found at GPN, Weis Naderi, the salesman that I delt with, could not have been nicer. He was a pleasure to work with, and went out of his way to get me the best deal that he could. I had done lots of research on the car that I wanted. I have had a Maxima for the last 9 years. It has been a great car and I wanted another. I found a real beauty at GPN. Weis was not at all pushy, neither was Sladjana Tahirovic, the Finance Manager that I dealt with. Such a pleasant lady. When I could not find the title to the car that I was trading in. I called Weis to explain this situation. Thinking that I would have to drive all the way to the state title office in south Atlanta. Instead of that GPN handeled the whole thing for me. This, to me, is great customer service. This was an exception experience for me. Thank you GPN

My initial contact with this dealer was on the internet. I went to an instant chat from a car listing. The person I dealt with was Mike Morris, listed as Internet Sales Manager. I got information about the car in the listing and arranged to meet him at the dealership. When I arrived, Mike was not there, and I was delivered to Ronnie (sorry, I don't remember his last name). Ronnie was very helpful and friendly and showed us the car. We put together a deal that required the Dealer to follow up with a key fob for the car. Their pricing was very good for the car we bought. Just as we took delivery of the car, Mike Morris arrived. He checked that all had gone well, and told me to follow up with him. After a couple of weeks, I had not received the key fob and contacted Mike Morris. He stated that they were having problems getting one (it is for a GM car, not a Nissan). I told him that I could get one, and I would have to get it to a GM dealer to have it programmed, anyway. Since this dealer is 75 miles from my home, he spoke with the Used Car Manager and got it approved to reimburse me for my expenses of acquiring and programming the remote. Once I did this, I tried to contact Mike both by email and phone, with no response. I contacted the Used Car Manager, to whom I emailed the receipts, and a check was sent to me promptly. I feel that overall I got a good deal on the car and was treated well. Everyone was friendly, and they honored their "We Owe" agreement.

I wanted to write a review of my experience with buying a Nissan from Gwinnett Place Nissan. I did extensive research on the truck that I wanted to buy and called every dealership within 75 miles of Atlanta. The reason why I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan was because of the service I had, especially with Mike Morris. On the phone he was pleasant and able to tell me exactly the information that I needed. Out of all the dealerships, he was the only person that I spoke to that did not put pressure on me to come in and buy a truck. After all my research I reached out to him to look at the trucks I was interested in. He was able to give me the exact truck I wanted with the exact requirements I had, he did not try to add extra costs and gave me the best price out of every dealership for my 2009 Nissan Frontier. I was even able to trade my old truck in which other dealerships wouldn't even take. I am in the sales business and know when people are "selling" you, but Mike took the time to listen to what we wanted when buying a truck, found out what our needs were and what we were looking to pay. He made it happen without the sales pressure. I bought the truck in April 2009 and since then Mike's follow up has been impressive with checking on us and seeing if we need anything for our truck. I have sent several other folks to him to buy a car and will continue to recommend him.

I am happy to say that I am pleased with my experience at Gwinnett Nissan!!! I was greeted and welcomed into the dealership in a timely manner. I was escorted in and was offered to have a seat while waiting on my representative. I was so pleased with my experience that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This was my third Nissan dealership that I would be coming in contact with and I was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and they were willing to help me. The representative name Noe who I had been working with over the phone by setting up an appointment was unavailable at the time, so I was introduce to the salesman name Mike Morris, which is his floor partner. He was very excited about the cars and willing to help me find what I was looking for. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Im a female. I was by myself on the lot so therefore I was calling my parents and boyfriend to make sure I was not being scammed!!!!! Mike took his time, explained and answered any questions that I had. I test drove three vehicles until I found the car that I was in love with. He pulled up the car fax for me and did not pressure me to make any decisions. There was a time that I was stress with myself because it takes me a long time to make a decision especially when its a couple of years commitment. I felt like he was very honest with me and he took the time to make sure that this was a decision that I was comfortable with. He went to his manager several times in order to get the best deal that I was looking for. I was so pleased because he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it an experience to remember. I would also like to add that Sladjana Tahirovic the finance manager was also great. She explained so much to me and has kept in contact to make sure that I understand the documents that I signed. I have had my car for three days now, and I have received callbacks from Mike, Noe, and Sladjana which is extraordinary customer service. They all have done follow-ups, which says a lot about a dealership that is providing great service. I would recommend this dealership on top of all the other dealerships that I have come in contact with. This dealership is not the closest one to my house, it is actually 45 minutes from my home, but great customer service is what I was looking for along with the perfect vehicle for me. I would like to say job well done to Mike Morris and team members at Gwinnett Nissan!!

I went to this dealership and the salesman Carl Whipple was so rude and arrogant. I asked for several cars to look at and he acted as though he didnt want to even take the time to show us. My wife and I explained to him that we wasnt quite sure what we wanted and wanted to way our options. He simply told us to leave "his dealership and stop wasting his time" and to come back when we were serious and ready to buy. We have never been treated so badly at a dealership. While we were there, he got into it with another salesman and had to be called into the manager's office. If this it the type of people they employee I encourage all paying carbuyers to stay away from Gwinnett Place Nissan and take your business elsewhere. We did and purchased a Honda Accord and love it and was treated with the respect that we deserved.

They LIE LIE LIE!I got there and I was CLEAR how much I would spend ONLY. The waisted almost 2 hours talking about the great cars they have, showing me several cars, and I repeted how much I would spend ONLY. They showed me a car, made me to test drive believing the car was between my money range. Afer all that time wasted they come with a offer of $20.000 before tax for a Altima 2007 with 51.000 mil. ARE THEY CRAZY?? OR UNRESPECTFUL? MADE US WAIST 2 HOURS FOR IT?Latter when they saw how badly they screw up they came with an idea to push a brand new car with very low rate AND WAIST MORE OUR TIME.WILL NEVER STEP THERE AGAIN!!!THEY DON'T HAVE A PRICE LIST FOR EACH CAR, THEY CREATE A PRICE BASED ON HOW YOU LOOKS.

I went in for warranty work (motor mount had broken) on Nissan Murano. They only replaced the motor mount, none of the attaching equipment that also broke due to the motor mount breaking. They also did not replace all of the retaining buttons from covers. When I went back with pictures to ask them about this they argued with me. The service person told me that I did not tell him to fix the other stuff (I asked him who was the mechanic not me). I did not know the rest of the stuff was broken until I got home lying down on the floor to proof their work. After going back forth for 45 min: they finally decided to get the service manager and he said fix the car.

Went to this dealership and requested for a test-drive. They got all my information and pulled the car I wanted outside. However, after the stupid salesman, who cant really speak English, talked with the manager. They decided I am not intended to buy that car so that they didn't let me to test drive it. Therefore, I went to Honda and drove out a 09 Civic with 100% satisfaction. Thanks Nissan, I got a more powerful Honda Civic!GP Nissan intends to jerk customers around! SO beware buyers!BTW, I found that the nitrogen for tires cost $400 and the document fees is $1000. Never see those in my car searching progress. That is absolutely a rip-off!

went in to buy a pathfinder. They gave me a carfax report about the car that was not the right one. then they played it off as the rest of it was not in the computer yet and tryed to pull a fast one with my. Next as i am making a deal on the purchase of this car the other sales man was trying to say someone else wants the car and i have to write it NOW/ He has to show it, etc. Then i said so show it to them and there was no customers to be found. I will never go back there and I am so so so glad I did not get the car there. They are dishonest and not a very good dealership. They all work together on being dishonest. THEN the best is when we tried to do the contract. They try to charge you a extra fee for destination and tires the air is 300 extra.also 1000. extra for getting the car to the lot. something new called RIP OFF , I MEAN DESTINATION FEE. IMAGINE! I did not ask for this car it was sitting there in the lot. they want me to pay destination fee for getting it there from the AUCTION. they brought it from the auction why should i pay for that and tire air Imagine. Give me a break! Crooks and wasted my time!!! Dont buy there BEWARE I am going to report them to the Nissan Industy for a shady dealership!HOpe this helps all you honest people trying to just buy a car or truck. Dont go. go to another dealer...Go to another dealer. the experience was draining...

They lied, lied, lied. Don't think you have a deal when finally agree on a price and just go back to sign the paperwork. After I continually turned down repeated sales pitches to buy extended warranties and service plans, Christian in the Finance Department at Gwinnett Place Nissan told me, "Look. You have to buy something. The only way we agreed to the deal was thinking you would buy one of the service plans on the tail end." He indicated that if I didn't purchase one of the add-ons, the deal was off. I ended up purchasing a service plan which he said cost $1,650, but in reviewing the paperwork later, I realized, he had charged me $3,600 total in extra fees beyond the "agreed upon" purchase price.Gwinnett Place Nissan advertised the vehicle on the internet as a Nissan certified pre-owned vehicle for a certain price, but when we got there, they said that it would cost extra to get the certification, which included an 84 month, 100,000 mile warranty (which is what we ended up paying $1,650 for, in addition to the $2,000 in otherwise undisclosed add-on fees). They also said they made a "mistake" in listing the vehicle on the internet (and on the lot for $1,000 more), as it was "supposed" to be listed for $4,000 more than the internet price and $3,000 more than the price as listed on the lot.Great place. Will NEVER go back.

We were researching a Nissan Pathfinder and found ourselves at GPN, where we were met by a friendly sales lady. She immediately took us on a test drive of a vehicle which we fell in love with. We went back to the dealership and began negotiating with her. She got to a point where she had to go get her manager, who came over and introduced himself. They both said they would be back shortly but it was obvious that the manager had called a meeting of all staff in the middle of our deal. The staff meeting lasted 30 mins before the manager came back to discuss the vehicle with us further. He pulled out an invoice and showed us what he supposedly paid for the vehicle, and proceeded to ask what WE thought he deserved in profit!! We told him the price we were looking for and he turned into a jerk. The poor sales lady was horrified that he was so rude to us and immediately lost our business. We were fully expecting a negotiation, not an attitude. He pushed us out the door and stood up to shake our hand, saying there was nothing he could do for us. He let us walk out with no further discussion. He lost our business instantly. So, here's the question...so many people on this review page have nothing good to say about the dealership. How do they stay in business??

After finalizing car for 19500 with leather seats, they gave me the price and kept me in dark that price they are offering is without leather. it was clearly written in what I wanted on paper. When my wife asked when we are coming for leather seat installed, they said What? As if he was totally unaware of my needs. Only thing I specified was leather and nothing else. How can smartest guy in dealership forget such an important thing. I went to so many other dealership. They are the worst in Atlanta in my opinion. They are trying to cheat.

The service department is awful. Any time estimate they have ever given me has been off by at least twofold. Simple oil changes left me waiting more than 90 minutes. They tried to tell me repairs that were clearly covered by the warranty were not and that i would have to pay for them myself. They also sold me a car as brand new. When I went to sell the car, it was inspected and they uncovered that the car had a panel replaced because it was damaged. I never had an accident in that car, and I was NEVER told about any damage/replacement by the dealer.

i was told that the 2005 Nissan Altima i was interested in was available and i fixed up an appointment for a Saturday. I rented a vehicle and drove 110 miles to GPN and was excited to test ride the car. When i met the sales personnel (July Zavala) with whom i had talked on phone just two days prior to making the visit, i was told that the car had already been sold. All my time, effort and money was at loss because of unprofessional and mean tactics used by the dealership to get customers to visit them. I would highly recommend customers against such dealers who have no value for the words they promise. Gwinnett Place Nissan was a pathetic and horrendous experience and suck big time.

I went in for an oil change because I received a coupon from the headquarters office where you purchase then get reimbursed. It was an awful experience. No coffee. The service guy tried to tell me that there was a lot wrong with my car but I just did 90% of what he said in the last 6 months. I also asked him to show me where he mentioned I needed work and he said he would when he brought the car around. 20 mins later, he never showed up and I had to find my car because they left it in the parking lot with the key in it!!! I could have just left and not paid, but because I don't want to get to their level, I paid and left. I won't come back unless it is for another free oil change and if they leave my car again with the key in it, I will leave.

I Purchased my vehicle back on February of this year and I really didn't have a problem with the sales portion. I was satisfied with my monthly payment because it was the car that i wanted for a ling time- 2004 G35 coupe. Well I drove off the lot with it and took the vehicle to Infiniti of Gwinnett where I had it inspected. For a car that was supposed to be certified pre-owned I was told that my oil hadn't been changed in months, The medal threads on my tired were showing, the clutch and flywheel were bad and would have to be replaced soon, my breaks were bad, and the rotors have to be replaced soon.Well I tried numerous times to talk to Nissan of Gwinnett to see if they would fix the issues and they told me that there was nothing they could do. I had already purchased the vehicle. Later I found out that the reason my car was "certified pre-owned" was because the car belonged to one of the managers that works there so no real inspection had been done. Plus when they gave me my free tank of gas i went with the sales rep to the Gas station and even though my car says "Super Unleaded Plus" They stilled filled it up with regular. I asked how come she doesn't fill it with what it says and she said that they fill all the cars there with regular. Which can cause future problems with the engine. I was so blind because it was the car that i wanted for a while that I didn't take my time and had it inspected before I signed the paper. Well for future buyers I don't recommend this dealership.

First I would like to say that all the people I dealt with were friendly and nice. My complaint primarilty concerns the lack of professionalism that was displayed. I had gone to this dealership three times in two days to look at cars and try to come to a decision on which car I wanted. I finally found a car that had just come in from auction and was exactly what I had been looking for. With Rick Day I went over the car and was satisfied it was what I wanted. I made an uncommitted verbal offer and Rick without referencing any documentation said he could not sell the car for what I was offering ( see other reports relating to over priced cars). He then said to call Warren Carty, the salesman I had been dealing with before. I called Warren at 7 PM that evening, gave him the stock # and said I was ready to discuss buying the car. Warren said he was with a customer and would call me back in 10-15 minutes or have Chad or another manager contact me. I waited 24 hours then called his manager Rick Day and told him what had happened. I want to emphasis that at no time was anyone rude or impolite. Rich did apologise and asked what he could do, but restated that the price on the car was not negotiable even though I had not staed what I was prepared to do. Again, this seems to substantiate the reports of others of over priced cars. I was told that this dealer works on " low price and volumn". I can not agree less. To conclude I found the same car; year, model and mileage at another dealer. They were asking $2000 less that Gwinnett Place Nissan. Finally bought the car from the other dealer. Whether or not I could have worked a deal with Gwinnett Place Nissan will never be known because they never called me back. If this is the type of attention and respect you get when trying to buy a car here - what kind of treatment and service could you expect after you have bought your car? Nice, friendly, glad handing and smiling -yes. Professional - NO!

I should have read this site before driving from S Dekalb County all the way to this dealership. I found a used vehicle, 2000 model F150 truck on at least 2 internet sites that was available at GP. The photos of the truck should have given me a clue of what was up. The exterior pics were very slightly out of focus and barely noticeable to the untrained eye. I called and talked to used car salesman who told me about the truck, how clean it was, how good looking it was, low miles, bla bla. The photos made the exterior look unblemished. When I arrived to see the truck, a salesman was upon me before I stepped completely outside of my vehicle. It made me feel as I was being attacked by a bird of prey. The truck was pulled up to the curb and I immediately saw the condition of the exterior...several deep scratches and paint chips all around. The driver side seat had a rip in the fabric that will get worse with time. The interior was dirty as it was not even vacuumed before being stickered. The truck had "only 97,000 miles" on the odometer and they kept pushing the low miles as a selling point. Big deal since the truck was obviously heavily used and a bit beat up. The manager offered a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. I am finding out after reading posts here that warranty was possible lip service to close the deal. I mentioned the truck was equipped no upgrades, no power package, cruise control, map lights, remote access, after market audio that badly mismatches with interior and poorly installed, and tacky purple tinted windows! The carfax report showed a rear end damage in accident. GP played that off and said most vehicles are involved in fender benders. I asked a deduction for the previous wrecked condition, was denied. I explained I want to think about the deal and continue looking at other trucks I found, the manager went into high pressure sales mode. He told me that several people looked at the truck earlier in the day and someone will be looking at it tomorrow. This implied that the truck may be sold at any minute and I would lose out on a wonderful deal. I mentioned the lack of power package and his response "I can have a power package installed for you, let me check how much it will cost you." If it was not original when truck was built, I am not interested in any after market accessories like power windows and locks as they are complicated electrical components that will fail if not installed correctly, and may not be warranted. The manager seemed irritated that he could not close a deal with me on the spot and would not take no for an answer. He then immediately knocked 1000 off the sticker on the spot in attempt to sweeten the deal. But with the junk fees, it still put the total price back up to over the sticker that I was not willing to pay. I did not bite, I repeated again for the umpteenth time I want to cont to look and make comparisons. He followed me out the door, traded phone numbers, and was still trying to close this deal. The next day I found a 2002 model F150 fully loaded, very clean with perfect exterior/interior with 120K, the dealer made me an offer with a drive out price of $1 more than the sticker price of the junk truck GP was trying to push on me. Well the GP salesman called me later that day to follow up on his deal. When I explained that I just purchased a newer model truck, fully loaded for total price the same as his sticker on his stripped truck, the next words out of his mouth was his truck had 23,000 lower miles and would have been a better deal for me!I barely pay attention to TV commercials, but I recently saw an ad for Gwinnett Place Nissan and the announcer was one who YELLS AND SCREAMS AT YOU. These ads are typical of the independent, lemon lot, fly by night used car dealerships and not an alleged major new car dealership. Do not buy a vehicle anyone who YELL AND SCREAM on their TV ads as these dealers are usually rip off artists.

I purchased a toyota Sequoia. At the closing of the deal I was advised/ offeredan extended warranty and other items. within a week i was told the bank wouldn't finance me for 600.00 per month but they'd do 450 per month which i could do if i removed the extended warranty. Iw as advised to speak to the sales manager to see if the price of the truck could be lowered so that I could afford the truck with the warranty. upon going back i was informed that the price wasn't flexible, my trade in had been sold and I could go out and purchase and extended warranty out right with what i was saving in payments and other fees. I was very distrubed by this becuase I purchased a 5 year old vechile with 80,000+ miles on it and the best security they could offer me what the price of my parts at cost ( what they pay for them). That was when i decided i would contact the BBB and lodge a complaint for unfair business practices. I have also had to wait for a referal check to eb cut becuase prior to the rewriting of my deal i refered another customer to go and do business wiht this dealership and as of this point in time we have almost doubled the dealine for recieving the check.

I have had a Nissan and used dealer service for 13 years (mostly Regal in Roswell). GP sold me my 45K service 5K early and upsold me some items that were covered on 30K service, saying that the other dealer didn't do the items (I had the receipt). Maybe they were telling the truth, but I don't think so. The car wasn't ready, but they did not call me. I finally called them right before closing, but it was too late for them to arrange a rental car. This cost me a few hours of inconvenience. When I complained about the 'stranding' the service manager was rude to me. Surprisingly in front of the other customers. He gave me a business card with 'free oil change' scribbled on it. I will not be using it. After checking the internet, I found the service manager's name in several very negative postings. He had the nerve to ask me several times if I was going to give him good ratings when the survey comes from Nissan in the mail!! In the future, I will drive the extra mileage to go to Regal Nissan in Roswell for service.

Umm why cant I chose a negative number or word to rate this place? Like -5 or something like incompetent. This place should be reported to the BBB. They have a few nice people that work there but they rotate out employees every 1 or 2 weeks. So if you go there one day its a good chance the saleperson you talked to won't be there the next time. Also like others have said, you pull in the parkinglot and boom, about 10 salespeople standing outside attack you. They dont even let you get one foot out your car. They talk to you through your glass until you get out your car. I have no idea how this place stays in business with those type of tactics. Moving on, They have a large selection of cars and trucks which is good. The problem is that every single car there is grossly overpriced. I call that place Price Gouging Central. A few of their cars are marked at msrp at around 24-25 grand. Now after they work out the numbers they come back to you with 27 or 28 grand. Does that make any sense?? Msrp 24-25 and they offer you 27-28??? (NO leather, xm radio, navigation etc.)Now onto the manager.... The manager that dealt with me was brainless, senseless, cocky and a 100% unreasonable sack of bones. On their website it says there the #1 volume store in georgia.... right. The 2007 models are out/ coming out and they have a full lot of 2006 cars. Why? because this place is rip off central. I didnt buy my car from this rat hole because it's a scam to get you for every dollar you have and I highly recommend that you dont either. So I give this place A -5 rating. Im also thinking about calling nissan direct and sending in a complaint. If that doesnt work then maybe I'll try the BBB, Boy do I have an in-depth story to tell them.

at first it seemed as if i was being attacked by hungry zombies as we pulled up, all the salespeople standing out front just waiting for someone to pull in, when we did we were cordially greeted by a nice gentleman, he didnt push us he didnt rush anything we took our time and he found us the titan that we wanted fortunately they had a f150 and a dodge ram on the lot to compare it to, we we sold on the titan, since they had such a large selection we didnt have to travel to find what we wanted, we were so happy with the truck, granted their service dept and managers were a bit pushy but our salesperson was really what all car business' need i would recommend him to anyone loking for a nissan

This is another high pressure dealership in Gwinnett County. I was looking to trade my Mustang for a G35 or a Nissan Maxima. I first went to the Infiniti dealer and then took to G35 to Nissan to do a side by side comparison with the Maxima. I was sold on the Maxima, but still wasn't sure and needed more time to think before I made the deal. These guys weren't willing to give me time to think at all and would not let me leave the dealership. I finally got the car. I got ripped off on the price, but that is a whole other story. My main issue occured when I went in finance to finalize the deal. This was my first (and only) lease and was unsure about Gap insurance. The first person told me Gap insurance was included on all their leases. I accepted the offer. Because I didn't have my checkbook with me they told me to bring it back the next day so I could pay them. When I went back in the next day I worked with a guy named TJ. I also asked him about the GAP insurance and he told me it was NOT included in the lease. And proceeded to sell me what I thought was GAP insurance. It turned out it was Theft Guard. I called TJ back and he told me a lie saying that GAP insurance was included with Theft Guard. I finally called Nissan themeslves and they told me that GAP insurance is inluded with the lease payments and I did not need to pay for anything seperate. I went back to Nissan to get my money back, and TJ no longer worked for them. I finally got my money back for the Theft Guard because my windows were never etched with the VIN number. I ended up hating the car and after about 14 months in the lease, I sold the Maxima to a private party and finally got out of the bad lease with me only having to pay the negative equity. I haven't been back to Gwinnett Place Nissan since. Like Gwinnett Place Ford they employ crooks and liars. Stay away from them at all costs. The only good thing I can say about them is that they have a pretty good service department, but then again I only had the car long enough for two routine services

I went by to look at a truck in which I liked & I told them I would be back tomorrow to get the truck get it cleaned up. Dennis said it wouldn't be a problem to get it cleaned when I showed up the next day. I told him I had to be somewhere by 6pm. The next day I show up and the truck is not clean but they started on it. I had to have them quit so I could be at my appointment which I was fifteen minutes late because of the empty promises of it is almost done. Dennis told me to bring it back on Sunday and he would have it cleaned and fill my truck up with gas because I drove off the car lot on fumes. I show up on Sunday Dennis was with a customer so I dealt with Mike (who I had been talking to for a couple of weeks on the internet), Mike sent the truck in back to be cleaned and the guy who was detailing refused to clean it because he was mad that I rushed the detailing on Tuesday and none of the men in new or used sales departments made him clean it. I was not giving my tank of gas. They had the attitude that they did not need to do anything for me because I had already bought the truck. The customer service was terrible, this is just the short story it was worse than this. I do not suggest for any one to buy from them, you will not be treated properly and they will lie to you.

What’s more, Gwinnett Place Nissan of Duluth has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Gwinnett Place Nissan. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Gwinnett Place Nissan is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
