I have heard good great things from H. M. Brown & Associates so I decided to check it out. I met with Brandon Jenson who was amazing from start to finish. I was able to get out of my lease and into something else for close to nothing. I highly recommend buying your next car from him. H. M. Brown. It’s not your normal dealership where you talk to a sales person, then finance and the never ending game of waiting. Here it’s one person from start to finish. I will definitely be buying a car here again!

Jesse was really great. My brother had recommended that I go through him since I was looking for a safe AWD car to tackle the mountains with. I told him I was on a tight budget and he helped find me find my new Subaru Outback, which I now love. Within a few weeks, he was able to find a high bid on my old car, and get the ball moving so I had a new car shortly. He is super nice and friendly and very easy to communicate with. Need a car? I worked with HM Brown broker Jesse Blum. This was without a doubt the best car buying/shopping experience we have ever had. Jesse lined up different makes and models to test drive at his office so we could test the cars on the same day without going to several dealerships.Once a decision was made, option selection was simple and straight forward. Most paperwork could be handled via email.The final paperwork was a snap compared to the hours spent at other dealerships. Jesse even brought the car to me and took our trade in with him. I would never even consider any other broker for my next purchase.

10/27/2015THIS is how you buy a new vehicle! Bert Rankin was our associate and he made it SO easy and painless...we just told him what we wanted and he did the rest, down to every last detail! He is a super nice person, very honest, and highly communicative. I can't imagine ever walking into a dealership or searching online again. Our new vehicle is exactly what we wanted, at the price to which we agreed(no tricks, no upsell) and I can't say enough about how much we trust Bert. Plus, did I mention he handles ALL the details?? Call Bert...you will be glad you did and you will have ZERO buyer's remorse...how nice is that on such a big purchase and one that you have to look at every day?? Brendon Jensen has been great to work with, I got a car I love. i started looking at cars last Spring but decided to keep on going with my old 14 year old VW. About a month ago my VW was going to take more service work and cost than would be appropriate to spend on a car with so many miles and age so i called Brandon and started looking again at cars. Jesse Blum at H&M Brown helped us find a great car. He listened to what we were looking for, had three cars ready for us to test-drive, and then worked with us on financing. When two repairs became necessary (on the malfunctioning sunroof installed by a third party and a loose panel under the hood related to the same installation), Jesse went to bat for us with the installer and the cost of our repairs was covered 100%. The customer service Jesse provided to us at the time of the sale and in the following months has been exceptional. I'd recommend this dealer and this sales professional to anyone looking for a car in the Denver Metro area.

Jesse Blum was fantastic! He talked to me for a long time on the phone about what I needed. He brought in a few cars for me to test drive. I ended up going with the Infiniti QX80, and I love it! Jesse walked me through the different financing options and turned around the paperwork really quickly. I had my new car in about a week. It took us a little while, but we finally got a vehicle that works for me! I have/had no credit when i was trying to get the car of my dreams, but they continued to help me look for vehicles that were similar but a little be less pricey. It was extremely helpful and saved me time when i could tell them what i was looking for and what i was interested in. Took a few weeks for me, but we also looked and tried extremely hard for 3 different vehicles, but once we found the vehicle i have now, it took maybe 3 days tops to actually find it, get approved and sign for it!

Brandon Jensen really helped make our buying process super easy. He and I had a conversation that we might want to buy a minivan at some point in the future. Six months or so later Brandon had remembered that conversation and he sent me an email with the exact minivan we had discussed and for a great price. Not only did he find our car, but he was super flexible to work with my wife and I and our crazy schedules to set up test drives and to sign the paperwork. To say that I had an amazing experience with HM Brown would be an understatement. I will never, EVER, go to a dealer again. I looked up auto brokers on Yelp and picked out the name Jesse Blum because I saw his name listed in a review and decided to shoot him an email. He was simply fantastic.Regular email/phone communication never kept me guessing on what the status of my search for a vehicle was. Paperwork was signed in 10 minutes at the HM office and I was on my way. Not quite sure what else to say except, if you're looking for a new car, you'll be astounded if you do it through Jesse and HM Brown!
