My best friend needs a car and contacted me because she was feeling pressured and bullied by the salesman at this dealership. She asked me if I would come over and help her decide what she was going to do. She was told that because her credit was poor she could only get one specific car which was overpriced and way over the budget she had told Mike Fulvimar (the salesman) she had to work with. Not only that, but this particular model has been riddled with problems from the beginning of it's sales as a new car and she absolutely cannot be stuck with any car that right out of the gate has engine, electrical, and computer issues. In fact there are over 100 technical service bulletins issued on that particular model and it is only 1 year old. I myself am about ready to buy a new car and so on my way to the dealership to meet her I thought that I might look at a car as well while I was there. Imagine my shock when I arrived to find my friend already sitting in front of an insurance person feeling too intimidated to tell the salesman she was not buying the car. The salesman was draped over the top of the insurance rep's cubicle and heard her tell the insurance person that she did not believe that the car being pushed on her was the only car on the lot that she could finance. Mike rolled his eyes condescendingly, sighed and said in a stern voice, "I TOLD you that it is the ONLY car on the lot you can get." his demeanor became even more forceful and he said, "Look I am just trying to help you" as if to say that she was ungrateful for his efforts. At this point I intervened and told him that she was NOT buying the car. I was upset to see that he was continuing to bully her right in front of me and acting so demeaning towards her. It was clear at that point that he was not going to help her look for any other car and so any ideas I had to even look at a vehicle went right out the window immediately. I would never work with any salesman who treated me that way. I got snappy with him that she was absolutely not buying that car that it had too many problems and he proceeded to belittle me and my knowledge of automobiles!! Then he tried to become forceful and intimidating with me!! Going so far as to start to walk away and literally turn back to argue with me. He said "You can leave we are closing anyway" To which I replied, "Well she is not buying this car" He said things like, "Who are you" "Are you the customer" "Are you the one signing the contract?" "Let's go over there and you can sign the paperwork for her right now" "Oh so you are taking away my deal" He became angrier and angrier as his attempts to bully me like he had my friend failed. I got very upset and was shaking with anger at that point and we ended up practically yelling at each other right there in the showroom. I could not have been more angry or embarrassed at the same time. I am absolutely certain that if we were men he would NEVER have spoken to either of us in his demeaning condescending forceful manner.I do not have credit issues personally but if I did I would not want to be treated in this manner. If this is an example of how people with credit issues are treated then it is disgusting! This encounter was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership in over 30 years of buying cars and at that particular moment I wasn't even a customer yet! AAnyone buying a vehicle should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their credit standing. To literally push a car down someone's throat, that they continually tell you they do not want then further intimidate them into going along with it, is deplorable. This man had no problem behaving in this manner in front of other customers, other staff members and to his potential sale and myself a potential new customer which leads me to believe that this probably is not an isolated incident.Not only am I never going to buy a car from this dealership I wanted to share my experience with other women out there who may be looking for a car and with anyone who might have credit problems. If you don't want to be bullied or verbally abused I suggest you stay away and especially stay away from Mike Fulvimar.

I had an excellent experience at Haasz. I found out about the dealership through US News & World report. The US News & World report website gave me the 3 best prices for Chrysler Pacifica's in the area. I also had been to other dealerships in the area prior to that so I was aware of the prices. Michael Lynch was fantastic. He was very nice and friendly as soon as I walked in. He gave me the best price for the Pacifica out of all the dealerships I've been to. He also gave me a great price for my trade in. He was very knowledgeable. They did not have the model and color I wanted so he was able to get me the exact car I wanted from another dealership with no extra charges. Brennan Scott helped with the paper work and was very nice. Eric McCauley was the Allstate insurance rep. at the dealership. He gave me a much better price compared to Geico. He was very knowledgeable as well. Mary Scott did the financing paperwork and was great. Everybody at the dealership was nice and super friendly. I highly recommend Haasz.

After searching for a truck online at many sites, I decided to make the drive to Haasz. Living over 2 hours away, I was leary of having my time wasted. I received a no hassle test drive and no pressure from the salesman to buy which is what I like. After going back and forth on a price, we agreed on a price that worked for me. It turned out to be the easiest car buying experience ever. Bonus, was having an AllState office on site. They had my new insurance card printed as I signed my paperwork. It was well worth the 2 hour drive.

So this is my 2nd time buying a car from Haasz Automall, about 2 years ago i bought my first Jeep from Mike Lynch, had an excellent time with everyone then, and have been back for service several calls (working with Justin Gallina) who i am very happy with as a service advisor. He has been so helpful over the past 2 years, and this dealership is so nice that i decided to call up Mike again when i was looking for a new truck. I have to say that i really enjoy working out the deal on the new Ram with Mike. He was very respectful and informational about what the truck had option wise, and what my needs were. We worked out a deal on the new truck, and i drove my old truck to the dealership to see what my trade would be worth. This is where i dealt with Andy Huzvar, Sales manager i think. Andy was very nice, and after looking at my trade worked with me on the price to finish the deal. Now i did my financing with my bank, BUT after talking with Greg Baxter in financing where i was signing papers he told me he could have gotten me a lower rate! not only was that great news, but now i knew how much Greg and this whole staff were working as a team to make sure i was taken care of on all ends. End of day i have to say that i will 100% be a customer for life. i have not ever had such a good experience with a dealership. Mike Lynch and the rest of the team at Haasz earn a 5star rating in my book, so if they have a car/truck your interested give them a call and see if they can help you out the same way they did for me. I arrived at the dealership interested in a Jeep. I had a general idea of what I was looking for, but didn't know what would fit my style. Linda went over a couple different options, listened to all of my needs then we viewed a Jeep Cherokee. The only thing the vehicle did not have was a tow hitch, which was necessary for me. She assured me that we can always add a hitch to it and it could all be done right at Haasz. We sat on the price for a day before letting Linda know we would take the Jeep. When we arrived at Haasz to sign the paperwork, Mary had it already prepared and we were in and out of finance in about 15 minutes. Nikki went over the car with me before we left the lot and covered all the features I would need to know, as well as helping me setup Uconnect. Because we needed to add the hitch on, we had to wait a few days so all the parts could come in. I picked up the car on 8/15 and I received a call from service informing me they were in already on 8/17. I'm taking the car in tomorrow to get the hitch installed.Overall my experience was amazing.

Just wanted to write a review for any future car buyers looking for a dealership. I highly recommend Haasz. It was a nice, smooth process which I was so happy about. Dante, my salesman, came to me with an open mind and a willingness to help. He took an interest in my family and our daily activities right away which I was very impressed with, so that he could make sure I would be put in the right car for my family and I. I told him what I had in mind and my budget, which he respected and went to work. I never felt scammed or tricked throughout the process like I have at other dealers in the past. All the employees were very kind and even funny. I ended up walking out with a smile on my face and a new set of keys which felt great. My family and I plan to enjoy our suv to the fullest. Thanks to Dante and all of Haasz!

Randy was our salesman at the Dalton location. He was very accommodating and worked very hard to get the deal done. He never lost that appropriate behavior - even when my husband was ready to walk away. We were both very impressed with his professional yet friendly attitude.I would've given the buying process 5 stars, but we did have to wait quite a long time to sign the paperwork that was supposed to be all done. The dealership was very busy that night though - which is a good thing. The sales office was pretty cramped and dirty, but we were still made to feel welcome and offered something to drink while we were waiting.

We got such a great quote that our local dealer told us we should take it because he couldn't match it, so we drove 2 hours from Pennsylvania to Haasz Automall. Gino was a great sales person who was very easy to work with and even entertained us with magic tricks! He also stayed way beyond closing time to help us learn about our car before we drove back to Pennsylvania. I wrote a review 10/08/2015 about the Jeep I purchased with Josh. It was a great experience, he was fantastic, no BS. Well we went back in March to get my husband a Jeep we saw and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I was married to a car dealer - I know the tricks - and there we were again with the same old BS and lies. Today my husband went to get his oil changed (John told us he'd get free oil changes) and they told him no, it would be $36. Really? Why would ANYONE drive that far when promised a free oil change? Ridiculous. John promised we'd get low financing and promised certain payments - NOPE didn't happen. In FACT I HAD TO GO TO MY BANK and get a quote for the rate I wanted and the haggle with finance to get that rate (honestly looking back I should have gone with my bank). These are the reasons people hate car dealers. I would have bought from Josh again (well except he's gone now), but John - NO Thank you! We will not be going back to HAASZ for cars or service. It's just not worth my time or money... and it's too bad because we have 2 teenage daughters that will need cars soon.

This place is fantastic. The moment you set foot on the lot, you see cars being sold left and right. They have a great stock and seriously I can not understate the prices they have. I drove over an hour for the prices as they beat my best OTD price by 2500! Let me get to the real stuff. The man, the myth, the legend in my eyes, Jordan Wilt. Jordan is not unlike another Jordan or Wilt. Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain! If you have the opportunity to pick anyone, please trust me and pick Jordan. I drove all the way From New Castle, PA to this dealership to look at a 2012 Jeep Liberty. I noticed in the pics the back hatch window looked hinky. The auto check said it was a clean vehicle, no accidents. But when I got their and looked at it I noticed the back hatch wasn't closing flush and it was rubbing in the jam. WHen looking in the game I also found broken glass in the jam that was clear glass. I was also right about it being in a accident. The back window had tinted glass when it should of been clear glass cause all the other back windows were clear glass. Talked to the used car Lady manager. She was not a very nice lady. I'd say she was rude and she didn't know the vehicle. I told her about the back window. She said it was factory tinted glass. I told her it was in a accident, she said it wasn't cause it had a clean auto check. I showed her the glass in the jam and the rub marks. I then told her to run my truck threw the vehicle check and it will also say it's clean, but guess what, it's been in two accidents. So your auto check means NOTHING! Then she told me she new the history of the vehicle cause it was local. I said that's AMAZING cause the dealership got it at the car action and it was from Buffalo, NY! She just looked at me. She said the vehicle was worth every penny of the asking price AND THEY WAS ONLY GOING TO MAKE $200 OFF OF IT (now that's funny, I laughed when she told me that) THey probably got it at the auction for around 13K or 14K. Guess what? two months have gone by and it is still at the dealership. they droped the price $200 on it also. Thought she said they was only going to make $200 off of it! BUYER BEWARE! before buying any vehicle at any dealerships, take it to a mechanic first if you don't know what to look for!

I traded in a fairly new vehicle because I needed a bigger one. I knew I was going to have some negative equity and I was afraid I was going to not be able to get into the vehicle I wanted to. Not only was I able to get into the vehicle I wanted to but they were able to keep my payment close to what I wanted and threw in a few extra things without making the payment noticeably higher. Recently, my car blew a seal in the engine and was losing oil. My mechanic said it would not be wort the money to fix. Frustrated and worried about not having transportation, I returned home to search the internet. I made contact with Haasz Automall in Ravenna, Ohio and received a call back to advise me that I had been approved for a car purchase. Now, my credit is not great, to say the least, but in desperation, I drove to Haasz to see if and what they could do for me. I met Mike Teter upon entering and he assured me, he would make his best effort to get me a car. I didnt have much to put down, about $400 plus $100 they gave me for my car (wasnt even worth that). It was a long day, submitting all that was required by the bank, but I drove away in a vehicle that only had 26000 miles, including a factory warranty, the same day. Now, I did have to return about 10 days later to finalize the purchase, bringing more documents for the bank. I would refer anyone to visit Mike Teter at Haasz Automall to purchase a vehicle anytime.

The main reason I came to this dealership was because of their large inventory. They had the car I was looking for and many different options on their big plot of land. Jordan Witt was my salesman. I walked in to the dealership and he immediately greeted me and asked how he could be of assistance. When it came down to buying the car, he helped as much as he could with getting me my brand new vehicle at an affordable price. He made it know that I had different options.

Such a positive, hassle free experience. Jordan went the extra mile to give me top dollar for my trade in and finding the right new car. When the car came in there were a fee stratches on it. But that wasnt a problem either. They scheduled to have the car worked on without any problems. As long as Jordan is there this is where I'll be buying my future cars.

After the deal was done Justin Bracken spoke with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase and all aspects of my experience. I got a great price on my trade-in, a great new car at a great price, and the high level of service I received was just icing on the cake. I called and got in for service for my 2015 Town and Country right away. I was met by Mike Purk service advisor who took excellent care of me. The mechanic Wade did a excellent job servicing and updating my vehicle. The parts people helped out with parts, they were very nice folks also. I could not of asked for better service and honesty. Mr. Pellegrene was our guide making sure the vehicles we intended to test drive were ready to go, then helping us explore options when I decided that we might want to go with a newer vehicle. He and His manager put together a reasonable lease package for the vehicle and Im very pleased. The car is beautiful solid, comfortable and has all the technical features I really wanted. I came to Ravenna looking for a new car for the family and was a little nervous, considering I know how difficult it can be to buy a car. However this dealership made it a smooth anxiety free process! I was approached by salesman Dante Pellegrene and he couldn't be any sweeter. I did not feel scammed or pressured into buying anything I did not want to. I told him my ideas and he guided my accordingly. I was so impressed with his maturity and work. Even though I might have had to wait a little bit while some numbers were being calculated in finance or wherever, he talked to me and apologized profusely for my time waiting which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Dante and this dealership in general. Very nice staff that made me feel comfortable through the process. I left with a new car and feeling completely satisfied! December 2013 We bought a 2007 Town and Country. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be an additional 10 year or 100,000. We bought the warranty as my husband was concerned with the heated seats, entertainment system, all the power seats and doors. The lady that sold us the warranty assured us that the vehicle would be completely covers for the additional 10 years or an additional 100,000 miles which ever comes first. No problems with warranty and the staff was great and very nice until December 2015 when the tail gate quit working and I take it in to be fixed at first there was no problems Kim in service had pulled up the warranty info and on the paper it says warranty begin miles 61965 end miles 161965. after awhile Kim comes back and says that the warranty is expired and there was a typo that the vehicle is only covered to 100,000 miles. This makes no sense as the paper work says differently so we leave and I call to speak with owners and finally get a call back from Andy Haasz who seems to really want to make things right but with the New Year holiday he would look into the problems and call me back on Monday January 4, 2016 he offered to either get the warranty to cover for the remaining time or get me traded out to a new vehicle with the same payments. I am still waiting for that call from Andy it is now January 7, 2016 I have called and left Andy a message to please call me. Haasz is going to fix my tailgate but this vehicle still needs to be covered for the remaining time or we need to be traded in for a new vehicle.

I found a car online sent an email inquiry at 1140am before dealer opened on a sunday and got 2 emails around 1210pm. They opened at noon! I got 2 personal calls asking if I was interested and when I would like to come up and see the vehicle. Alex was prompt and courteous! Our salesman Mike F was the bomb! I knew of Haasz Automall because my brother was best friends with one of the salesman. Once I knew I wanted a Jeep, I got a hold of him right away. When I got in there everything was quick and easy. They didn't have the jeep I wanted in their lot, so they went ahead and got me the one I wanted within two days of me going in. Everything went quick and easy. Jordan went over the vehicle with me and showed me all I needed to know. These guys will do anything for you and make sure it fits your budget. Recommend it to anyone out there looking for a Jeep/Dodge/Ram/Chrysler.

We had been looking for a new vehicle for several weeks and found one that interested us at Haasz Automall. I submitted an online inquiry to them, which was answered in a timely manner and also during the time specified as convenient to call. Several other dealerships either took several days to answer, or called in the middle of my work day, which they were asked not to do. I had several questions regarding the vehicle we were interested in and Alex was always very helpful, either via a phone call to her, or an email sent. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted immediately by Dante and he was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. The Jeep Cherokee was priced very well compared to others we had looked at. We purchased the Jeep and we couldn't be happier with it. I just got back from a trip to Wisconsin and the 1400 mile round trip only cost me $49 in gas! The trip tracker feature said I averaged 31.5 MPG which makes us love this car even more. I have already recommended the dealership to a co-worker. When the need for another vehicle purchase is needed, we will go back the Haasz.

I NEVER write reviews on anything, but I felt it was necessary. Willie and Chris in the Collision center worked on my car after I had the unfortunate accident of hitting a deer. I cannot express how they went over and above to help me out on fixing my car, keeping posted on my repairs and just all around caring attitude. I never met either one of these gentlemen before but felt like and was treated like they were a friend of mine. If you have the need for any car repairs of if you hit a deer or any other accident and are able to choose where you take your vehicle I would HIGHLY recommend using Haasz Auto Collision center and ask for Willie or Chris. You will be thankful you did. And yes I am a real person and no employee of Haasz, I am just a very please customer and will return if I ever have the need. First off I'm not a big fan of dealerships but, the sales people at Haasz went beyond the call of duty to get me the vehicle I wanted. They lost the vehicle first by no fault of theirs and stepped up and got me an even better truck and a fantastic deal! This review may sound cliche but, it's not. Andy and Jordan went the extra 100 miles for me and I noticed. Greg, the finance guy was extremely helpful in getting the payment I needed. I will send all my friends and family there. I would recommend them always. Thank you for restoring my faith in the human condition and compassion! there was no pressure sales, only positive input to help my situation. Linda was awesome on the instruction of the technology in the vehicle as well and Justin in service had my parts on the truck in less than 2 days and I'm sure Andy expedited the parts order.

The atmosphere of Haasz is way better than any other dealership I visited before I purchased my Jeep. Jordan was welcoming, friendly, patient, helpful, and down to earth. After being at numerous dealerships looking for a vehicle for my wife and having nothing but headaches and rude salesmen we decided to check out Haasz. We were looking around their car lot when we were approached by a young salesman. All I could think of in my head was "Here we go again". The salesmen introduced himself as Brennen and asked if he could help us find anything. So we told him what we were looking for and that's where my experience at dealerships changed. Not only was Brennan helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable he spent hours with us trying to find the right vehicle at the price we were looking for. After 4 hours of looking and finding my wife's vehicle we went home with her new ride. The experience was great. After looking for two months we went to haasz auto mall in ravenna and a young man named Brennan Scott helped us out. We first went to progressive on Hills and Dales in Canton, and had terrible service. We already knew what we wanted and saw that Haasz had a great selection to choose from. Brennan and the Managers on staff we truly helpful and worked with us to get what we want. They broke down the numbers and answered any questions we had. Everyone at Haasz was great. Friendly and not pushy. My last car was from a dealer that has commercials about "no haggle" and yet I had to argue with them for 3 hours about the price that was posted in an ad... it was exhausting. No wonder people hate buying cars. This place was completely different. You walk in - everyone says hi and asks if you need help... that's it ... no one followed me around waiting to pounce, no one tried to sell me or drag information out of me. It was a nice change of pace. I found the car I wanted on their website, went in and asked about it. No pressure sales, just "Here are the keys, go ahead and try it out". I came back from the test drive and told them about a vibration and clunk (this is a used car), they took it back and fixed it the next day... also fixed the A/C and two lights that were out. I took it to my car repair place and had it checked out, they found one thing that needed attention and I went back to Haasz... it has a 3 month warranty and they fixed it. Nothing major but for them to make sure I was happy was just such a NICE change! Not only will I be doing my repairs here now, but my husband's Jeep lease is up in a while and we are definitely going to be buying his next car from Josh at Haasz. If you have had the same bad sales experiences I've had in the past, you will LOVE this breath of fresh air. I was in and out in about an hour. Their sales team is fun and easy going, no lies and no BS. Their repair staff is amazing. This place really has it right!

After dealing with several other dealerships, it was so refreshing to deal with our salesman Dante Pellegrene. He is a very professional, honest and respectful young man. He didn't try to pressure us at all, listened when we told him exactly what we wanted, and was so helpful in getting us the best deal possible on our brand new Jeep! It was so nice to have a pleasant car buying experience instead of feeling like someone is trying to take advantage of you and not really caring about what you want. Also got to see a few amazing magic tricks as well!Also, working with Greg Baxter, Finance Director, was a very fast, simple and stressfree experience as well. Did not feel pressured into buying anything that we didn't need.We left there (in record time I might add) feeling completely satisfied with our purchase. That's a great feeling. I would recommend Haasz Automall to all of my friends and family, (and actually have already told 2 people only one day later) to go and see Dante if they want a stress-free car buying experience. Our experience at Haasz was the best. Gino Gordon was a very knowledgeable and pleasant salesman who did not make us feel like we were being pressured at all. Gino spent quite some time with us going over the Jeep and showing us all the features of the car we were leasing. This was our second Jeep that we have had and compared to the first dealership that we bought our Jeep in"96"it was so hassle free. I would recommend Haasz to all family and friends which I have actually done. I have to give Vino and Haasz a big thumbs up an AAA+ rating. We will enjoy driving our Jeep for at least the next three years unless we decide a change in the type of Jeep we sent next. Thanks Haasz and Gino, Lulu!

I would not recommend Haasz Automall to anyone. We waited around for a week and got absolutely nothing done and then once they showed us a car, it was sticky and had writing on the ceiling. Not impressed at all!

I went into the dealership thinking, "there's no way they'll get me into a car with my past credit history". The plan was for me to at least try so that I could start repairing my credit. I'll admit, I was a bit nervous. But, I was in good hands and left the dealership that very day in a new car. I couldn't believe it! I received above and beyond good service and Dante worked his tail off to get me in a car and Dave made sure it was "the right one" for me. I will gladly return to Haasz in the future when I'm looking to get in a new vehicle.

From the second that I stepped foot onto the dealership property Josh was helpful and informative without being pushy. He answered my questions, covered all my options, and reviewed some great incentives available. The sales manager Andy was also great. He kept in contact and made sure I was updated on the search for the Jeep that I wanted. Within just a few days they located the perfect Jeep and had it at the dealership for me to pick up, with a full tank of gas and a fresh detail. We were able to trade in our car and he was able to keep our payments where we wanted them! Geno has experience and a way with people which makes him an amazing salesman. Had my car in the Haasz collision center they did a great job on the body work and were very nice will do business with again but think who detailed it afterwards could've did a better job on the inside had sand dust all over the door panels and the dash vents looked like just did a quick dust with rag and called it a day

Worst sales department I have ever experienced. When I see a manager yell foul language at a employee in front of customers that tells me the quality of dealership. I got told one monthly price by manager and than the salesman comes out with a higher price. We stood around like seem forever because there didn't seem to be enough salespersons. I will probably never return or recommend this dealership to anyone.

And both times I have went they have been very nice, patient, and very helpful to finding and assistanting me to get the prefect car for me. made an appointment with bob b. on the phone and was assured theat the cars i was interested in were there and available to drive. arrived on time and weere met by a man whose name was ,i think, ron .he had no idea of the appointment but after finding out what we were interested in and who made our appointment , deferred us to rick mccoy, who first asked if i had credit problems (i actually have very high credit) and then drove us down to see several jeeps. none were automatic as they said they were listed via the internet and he refused to let us test drive anyway to see if we liked the ride stating ," it has no gas". he did not want to sell that day, because we'd asked to see other vehicles and he basically said, you don't want them, they have too many miles, or won't fit your son- without letting him even see or try them. we left, miffed and disappointed. after a lunch, we revived and had a great experience down the road at another dealer, who we would have loved to have bought from if they'd had what we were after. its less then a week later, and we've found our jeep, which we paid for fully. would only think rick could have gotten a sale or at least a future customer had he treated us better.too bad.i did receive a call shortly after posting this review from justin ...?, i forgot his last name, in management. he spoke with me about the problems we'd had and he assured me he'd make efforts to look into them further so the experience didn't repeat on someone else. he was attentive and offered a 50 dollar gift card (turned out to be a check) as compensation for our poor experience and also, he wished i would note his dealership's efforts to make things right in this review. it is so noted.

On July 1st, my father and I went to a different dealership in the Akron, OH area. We did not get a very good vibe from the sales manager that we were dealing with, so we left without a purchase. On our way home, we decided to visit Haasz to just look around. When we got there, we were received by Mike Fulvimar. He was the complete opposite of the other gentleman that we had dealt with earlier at the other dealership. He was very inviting and pleasant to work with. We didn't get the usual car saleman behavior where we had to go back and forth to haggle over prices. It was a great change of pace and Mike made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone! This was my first brand new car, and he was so happy for me that he gave me a hug and wished me well when I left. I am very busy, I do not have a lot of time to shop, especially for a car. It seems that typically it takes at least a whole day or more when you want to purchase a car. I did my research before calling the dealership to test drive a specific vehicle. They had what I wanted. When I came in they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. If you want to buy a Jeep..just ask for David Krusinski. He is up to speed on all of the things he sells. I am sure that anyone will like him. Watch out for Greg Baxter in finance though..he is a bit cheesy..Nicole Kaltenbach is one of the nicest people i have talked to. Everyone had a good sense of hummer back in the wash bay I love them all. David is the man though..any guy who has pictures of his wife and children in his office has me liking him....we need more of that in this country. David should be promoted cos I am a hard person to please.I have 2 more guys in my "Unit" that want to buy an Auto. Take a guess who I am sending them to........and if you buy a car, truck or anything in Ohio without talking to Nicole...you will regret it.

I have been to too many dealerships with almost no credit/low credit from my student loans, no cosigner, iv only been at my job for 8 months, and I'm only 21. I was looking to get a little car that was good on gas and of course was reliable since I drive 45 minutes to get to work 5 days a week. This review is to correct a survey that I completed after my last service with Haasz. I recently had my car get routine work done(oil change/tire rotation). The service department there is good. I have never had a problem with getting any work done. Tom Lawson was my tech. He was polite, courteous and prompt. He added my coupon after he did my write-up without complaint. I didn't mean for the review to reflect negatively on him or his service. If I had known the survey was solely on his performance, I would have done it differently. I had no problems with this visit, Tom, or the service provided.

There is no privacy here. Everyone can hear the "deal" being made, the financing available, credit information, etc. I was there on a Saturday and it looked as if most of the young people I encountered had just rolled out of bed. The sales person who eventually handled my sale was very friendly and helpful and did want to help me make good out of my not so good situation. I feel she did what she could for me. If it wasn't for her I would not have any "positive" feedback.

Haasz in dalton oh told me I was approved for the vehicle I picked and bugged me for days saying it over and over again and told me to go to Ravenna and get my car well log story short drove all that way for them to tell me no and try to put me cars I didn't like and was all messed up on the inside then woudnt work with me on anything else!!! Complete waist of my time. They say whatever they can to just get you in their office!!!!!! Will be letting everyone know about my horrible experience

Mike was extremely patient with us, as we looked at and test drove several models. We were not 100% sure if we were buying and what we were buying! What I loved most about Haasz was that when I went in and told them my credit sisuation they worked with me and found answers!! I told them I HAD NO DOWN PAYMENT MONEY and not once did they push me for a down payment. I have bought cars in the past and they will do everything possible to squeeze a down payment out of you if you don't have good credit but not at HAASZ!! I came in with crappy credit and an awful trade and left with my dream. Jordan- worked so hard to get me the car that I wanted, everything I asked he had an answer for me. Jordan carried himself in a friendly and approachable manner and made me smile and laugh during what is normally a stressful sisuation. I was blown away with his knowledge of vehicles. Greg- did amazing at financing me..... He got our payments almost $100.00 less than we expected and the best part?! Got us major surprise rebates!! When we were leaving, we were givin more contacts..... This was just incase we had any questions, issues and to make sure that we were completely satisfied. I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is awesome! They are working all the "kinks" out of my car and I could not be more happier with them! I love my Nitro! They seemed to find a car that fit me! Since the last time it was in the "shop" - it is running better than it ever has! Only 1 last thing to repair- which is my airbag sensor! They are taking care of this next week! I went back and forth over which dealership to go to when I was looking for a new car. I went to several different dealerships- but none of them offered me the personal "touch" that I was looking for! Haasz made it work for me- and did not make me feel like I was just another number!So- with everything said- I have been very upset in the past over my Nitro- but I always knew it would be a great car! I started by dealing with Helene Miller at the Haasz Collision Center, who was very helpful. From there I dealt with Chris Tepus and Willie Jones who were exceptional to deal with in getting my vehicle fixed. Next I was contacted by Christy Cosma who insisted I look at trading my vehicle in on a new car. I then met Brennan Scott and Linda Sousa, who were both very professional and persistent in getting me to switch from GM to Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep. I have owned 27 vehicles in the past 30 years (including 17 NEW vehicles from General Motors), and never owned a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep. After meeting with Brennan Scott several times, he not only talked me into buying a NEW 2015 Dodge Journey for myself, but also a 2013 Dodge Avenger for my 19 year old son. This was made possible by working with Mary Scott and Andy Huzvar to get me the best financing rates and good trade-in values on my used vehicles. It had been awhile since purchasing a vehicle. I went through TrueCar . Searched the website for Haasz in Ravenna. Found Jeeps I wanted to look at. I test drove 2 Jeeps with different interior options, engines etc. per suggestion of my sales person Brad Grega. He initially asked me what I was looking for and had a total picture of what I would like and what I could afford. And I got more on my trade than I ever expected.Brad was awesome! Very knowledgeable and so courteous. I never felt rushed nor pressured, in making a decision. I will never use HAASZ again. This purchase has been one pain after another. Starting with the sale that took longer then required the problems continued. I am still dealing with the finance issues. They ran our credit way to many times for having excellent credit scores. In addition we received notice that our car we traded in was not paid off. Over a two week period of leaving messages with no returned phone calls from Haasz I finally got a hold of the right person who stated the vehicle was paid off but because they were late paying off the vehicle there is still a balance. I have called again and I am still waiting for a response and a resolution.

I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I received a telephone call from Andy Huzvar. Over the course of several conversations and emails, he provided me with all of the information I requested. The next telephone call I received was from Tyler Kline, General Manager who asked me what he needed to do to address my concerns. I shared with him my proposed resolution. Much to my surprise he suggested a resolution that I never thought was possible. He followed through on his proposed resolution surpassing my expectations. In a day where slogans such as "the customer is always right"; "the customer is number one"; and "guaranteed customer satisfaction" have become cliche, it is refreshing to find a business that truly embodies these philosophies. I was truly impressed by the prompt resolution to my concerns by Mr. Kline and his team that I dealt with on my return trip to the dealership. Those individuals are Rick McCoy and Mary Scott. I've always been happy with the service department here, but today when I brought my car in for an oil change Rich in service was extremely rude. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked eventhough him and another employee were at the desk. Once I did get waited on Rich argued with me about my free oil change that I was entitled to due to my lease contract. Rich definitely needs to learn some customer service skills.

I best car buying experience of my life at Haasz Automall. From my first phone call with Maureen Dora who was very pleasant to talk to and she eased me into the dealership. I bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger. I love the car. I was recently divorced and of course my credit is messed up. Not a big deal. However the salesman was friendly enough until the next day. I went to pick up my car I had to wait 4 hours to get into the finance office. The salesman left me sit there. He went off and was on his cell phone the whole entire time. He never once offered me a cup of coffee or spoke to me the rest of the time. When I did go into the finance office the F&I person forced and I mean forced me into the extended warranty. He was very rude. I asked for a second key for my car, I never received it. I was also supposed to get a small hole in my seat repaired. I never did even when bringing it up later in the service department. I have requested time and time again for synthetic oil and they argue with me on it. They always say that they top off fluids but never do. They have told me that I have to bring my vehicle there for maintenance, otherwise my car will not be covered under warranty. They want to charge well over 600 dollars for routine things. After talking to other people I have found that I do not have to take my car there. It is just a money making scheme on their behalf. They take advantage of people. Especially the ones that need a little extra help. I have been taken advantage of by this dealership. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately I was two hours away from home when I was in an accident. My Jeep was towed to Haasz Collision Repair. At first I was worried because I knew nothing about them and they were so far away. I have now found a new home for any needed repair work and maybe even my next new vehicle purchase. They are the most honest, thorough group of people I have ever worked with. Not only did they fix all the repairs needed fromy accident but also found other things that needed to be done, sending me proof with pics, and fixing the needed repairs at a very reasonable price. I recently leased a 2015 Willys Jeep Wrangler from Haas Automall and was very pleased with my experience. I didn't have to spend long hours debating over price and was able to return and pick up my new vehicle and sign the paperwork for the evening without any wait. My time is valuable and I appreciate the how simple the entire process was. When I left the dealership with my new Jeep it was missing its floor mats and the sales manager even came back up at 9:00 at night to make sure that I could pick up my missing mats. Yes Haas is farther away from my home then several other closer dealers but I feel that it was worth the 45 minute drive. I was in a panic over the Thanksgiving weekend when I heard from my insurance company that my Town and Country was irreparable after an accident and I needed to start looking for a car. I was able to get a hold of Kevin and explain what I was looking for and the price constraints I had. He passed the information over to Mike Lynch who called me within the hour with a few options. I was able to look at them on the website where I could view virtually every inch of the cars, both inside and out, and from there I was able to determine which car I wanted. I called Mike and made an appointment to see the car Monday morning. He had the car ready and waiting when I got there and I was in and out in about a half hour. We made arrangement to pick the car up on Wednesday, Again it took me about a half hour as all of the paperwork was completed and ready for me to sign! I would have no problem working with Mike Teter again. He listened. He was relaxed. Never pushy...just laid out the deal and answered our questions. I found Haasz Automall online and read these same reviews about them. everything sounding good so i had to check them out. was looking for a used Jeep commander, which they had in stock. so i made the trip out there and met Mike Lynch my sales man. He was very friendly and professional. after driving the Jeep and deciding that i wanted it. Mike made it easy for the both of us to make a deal. I never had any presser from anyone. the finance department also deserves a 5 star, sense they tried very had to get a great rate on my loan! I will definitely Go back to Haasz when i am ready to get another car. and be giving Mike a call. I have purchased a couple vehicles from different dealerships in the past. My experience at Haasz was the best I have had! Mike Fulvimar was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn't pushy and was easy to work with. They were able to order my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock exactly to my specifications. They didn't try to push me to add anything but worked with getting what I wanted. The Jeep was even delivered early and they kept me up-to-date while I was waiting. I will definitely be back when I'm looking for my next vehicle!

Went in for an oil change,tire rotation and replacement of rocker panel. These guys were right on it and even had the replacement rocker panel in stock. While there I inquired about activating the Daytime Running Lights on my 2012 Challenger. After some research Ken Ruffner made it happen. These guys are always courteous and willing to listen to any concerns or requests you have.

Just purchased a 2015 Cherokee Latitude from Ron Perie on September 28, 2014. We had tried to purchase a similar vehicle at a Jeep dealership in Painesville, but we were told that our expectations for price and trade-in were unrealistic. Yet, Ron managed to do so within the first 30 minutes. We drove 40 minutes to get to Haasz, but it was certainly worth it. We felt no pressure and there simply was no haggling. After going to two other dealerships, we were dreading another wasted day of being told to settle for a different color since they did not have the blue that I wanted or pay more than we expected for another model. Ron got us the exact vehicle and color we wanted at a far better price than anything in the Cleveland area. I will definitely recommend Ron and the Haasz dealership to everyone I know.

I have purchased several vehicles from Haasz over the years. They've always been good to me. They don't pressure you to make a sale, and in fact they have always put in the extra effort to meet me at my terms. The management, sales, and finance work very hard to make the buyer happy (and I don't make it easy on them). They provide that "hometown" feel when I walk in the door and they recognize me. If they don't have the exact vehicle I'm looking for on the lot, they'll locate it for me. We iron out the details, and they have it brought it. They don't play games that are normally associated with car/truck sales. No bait and switch, no special sale on only one advertised car to get you in the door, no high pressure garbage like telling you there is someone else looking to buy the exact car you're looking at, etc. Haasz knows how to get repeat customers. Treat them like people who are about to make a big commitment on a car/truck, not like a potential commission. It's pretty obvious to say I'd buy from them again, because I've already done it multiple times. Enough times that the salesperson I used to use has moved on. On my most recent purchase we talked with Christy Cosma, who continued to provide me the same service and attitude I expect to get when I go to Haasz. Well done, yet again, Haasz Automall.

I was just in on the 22nd and was able to purchase a Brand New Dodge Dart.I am so impressed with this car. We needed a 2014 model because of the Chrysler Incentives and Rebates to negate my balance on my trade.We pulled it off and I drove home a very happy man in a brand new car.I came in with my old 2004 Caddy that had seen its better days a few years ago.It was time for a new car for the family. I had a problem with the panorama roof on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it Haasz because No. 1 I bought it there, No. 2 I purchased an extended warranty there and No. 3 the dealership close tp my house can't even seem to get a simple tire rotation right. I have to say my total experience with the service department was excellent! Bob and Mike were concerned about my problems and I feel went out of his way to make things right. I'm very happy with the end result and my Jeep feels brand new again. When I bought my Jeep......Haasz was the ONLY dealership that was willing to take the time to try and find the vehicle I was looking for. Linda spend over 2 weeks and kept in constant contact with me. The other dealerships in my area only wanted to push their inventory on me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or service their vehicle.

I have been looking for a used late model Dodge Durango for a month or two, and when I saw the ideal car at Haasz I took a couple of test drives, then my wife and I sat down with Tom Quails to make a deal. We spent an hour and a half talking about the deal ( trading in my old car and agreeing on the price of the new car) and during the whole time Tom was not pushy nor was he difficult to talk to negotiate with. In the end we reach a deal we are happy with. Greg Baxter then worked with our bank to finalize the financing, and allowed my wife and I to stop back the next day to sign the papers. Very convenient.

Great experience at Haasz. They are a small dealership with big dealership mojo. We Googled the area looking for a truck with the right options and they had everything but the color I was looking for. We went in to look at it and John met us at the door and after a few questions he told us that he is persistent and he would find the truck that I wanted. Worked with John for a few hours and we had the deal locked up.....oh, he did sell me the truck that they had on the lot. How did that happen when it was the wrong color? Because he put together a package that I couldn't refuse. I found him to very very upfront and honest and would highly recommend him to anyone. When I picked up the truck there was an issue with the clear coat that was aftermark and they took care of it. They had a loner for me to take while the issue was being resolved. Some issues cannot be controlled by the dealership, but dealing with and resolving those problems can be. He did a great job making sure that the final product was what I paid for. The exact quote was, "You paid $42.000 for this truck and that's what you should get." Again, small dealership that treats you as a valued customer. Give Haasz a chance next time and ask for John. He'll be the persistent one looking for the best deal for you.....can't miss him.

The reason I'm going with 4 out of 5 and not a 5 out of 5 is because our expierence was a two day event. We stopped in the Haasz automall on a Sunday and first met Rod. Was a very nice guy, but to me didn't know a lot off hand about what deals and inventory they had. We gave him our price we wanted to have for a payment, and he showed us a 2014 Jeep Compass. My wife and Rod took a test drive and she loved the car. Only problem was he couldn't come close to the price we wanted to pay. After about an hour of him trying to push us to buy the car, we left upset and without a car. The next day I went back to meet with Rod again, but this time he wasn't there, so I met with Tim Shepherd. What an awesome guy! I brought in a ad from our local paper that had a deal that suited us and our price. Tim showed me the car and allowed me to drive it to our home to show my wife! When my wife and I returned Tim was very timley with our paperwork and we were off in our brand new Jeep Cherokee! Thank you Tim for making our expierence with Haasz better than it started out!! The body shop manager Chris Tepus and his associate William Jones made this the best experience hands down I've had at any body shop. Went to Haasz originally looking to buy a Wrangler. After more research I opted for a used Challenger. It was a long process more so because I'm very picky as one should be making a big investment. Mike Fulvimar was very patient and treated me like family. He is an awesome guy, no pressure like some sales people out there. He understood my situation and made sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. In shirt, ask for Mike... You won't go wrong! My only beef is that the dealership is in dire need of renovation and a little more attention to detail with the used cars they bring in. Not expecting new but could be cleaned and gone over to look like new.

Took my used 2012 Challenger that I just purchased from Haasz a couple weeks ago in for brake issues. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors with no issues and also gave me a free oil change/tire rotation when it comes due because I had been in the waiting room for about 4 hours. Ken was very apologetic and genuinely seemed to care about my time. I just scheduled another appt for this Saturday to have an HVAC and engine noise issues looked at. So far I like the service dept, just hoping to get this Challenger's issues fixed before the bumper to bumper warranty runs out which is very soon.

After being assured time and time again, for months, by several different people that they get could me financed for a newer vehicle w/ everything I wanted and a decent note, I drove all of the way out to the dealership only to still have the vehicle that they offered to buy from me and hear no call stating ya or nay! When I arrived to the dealership I was told that the people that had been emailing, calling, and texting me were actually from their "call center." Therefore, these were people who did NOT exist AND the vehicle that I drove 45+ miles to look at was NO longer available! WHY was I not made aware of this before I took this drive?!?!? Because the site had not been updated in days AND the "call center people" were not actually on the lots to know this! Once the new sales girl tried to sell me a small car when that is not what I darn near drove out of town to look at I decided I had enough but they assured me yet again that they can get me into a newer vehicle than what I was looking for. This was of course after they attempted to sell me a SUV w/ almost 100k miles, again, NOT what I drove all of the way out of my way to see! This was by far the worst experience I have had at an auto dealership! Complete waste of time and gas!

THE SALESMAN LIES TO YOU SO THAT YOU BUY A CAR. WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET FREE OIL CHANGES. WHICH WE DIDN'T. THE KEY PAD ON THE DOORS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PROGRAMMED FOR US, BUT THE MECHANICS DON'T KNOW HOW.WHEN WE GOT OUR OIL CHANGE THERE THE TECHNICHAN GOT IN AND DROVE OUR CAR AWAY. WE WERE WORRIED THAT WE WOULD NEVER SEE IT AGAIN. THEN WE FIND OUT THAT THEY DON'T WORK ON FORDS.I DON;T KNOW WHY THEY MADE US GET EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN WE DIDN'T WANT IT. BECAUSE THEY DON'T TOUCH FORDS OR KNOW HOW TO WORK N THEM OR ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION IS WHY DID THEY SELL US A FORD?

My daughter and I came into the dealership today looking to maybe get out of my 2011 Jeep and into a new 2014 Dodge Avenger. Geno is our salesman. He was friendly from the start and made our wait very enjoyable. Although they didn't have the dark blue one I had seen on the internet and had my heart set on they did have the black one that I had also seen on their website and really liked as well and took it for a test drive. After the a test drive he went right to work on trying to get me a good deal and a payment that I will be happy with. The approval was fast but the payment wasn't what I needed so he went back to work on it trying to get a better payment for me. It was taking a while and that is the one thing I dislike about shopping for car. When I told this to Geno he said he had everything he needed and he would continue to work on it and give me a call when he got me a better deal. I fully expect to hear from him in the morning to tell me he got me the payment I need and I can go pick up my car. I bought my last car from Haaz and have had all my service done by Haaz and they have always done right by me. Even though I don't have my new Avenger at the moment I know he will make it work and get me into that car. I highly recommend going in and seeing Geno for your new vehicle purchase....

My words for this dealership are endless! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! From the moment I stepped foot out of my car, I knew I was walking into a welcoming but non over bearing place! Geno (of which I had no idea even worked there) asked if I was being helped, I had said yes and that I was looking for Brittany, he assisted me in the building and took me over to his desk and got the process started right away, I like that because I am not a first second or third time car buyer, I know the process. I was immediately welcomed with open arms, everyone in that dealer ship treated me as if I was the owner, it was like they laid out the red carpet for me. It was so laid back and relaxed, they offered me a meal, while they took care of everything! I walked around and high fived two of the employees lol! Finance director Greg is quite amazing at what he does, will go to extreme lengths to get you approved, and at the same time, treats you like a family member and not a customer. I felt like I was at a family get together, not a CAR DEALERSHIP!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE! JOB WELL DONE HASSZ AUTOMALL OF RAVENNA!!!!

Came in to Haasz the other day and was immediatly greeted by Mike Teter. Right off the bat I knew Mike had my best interest in mind. I didn't have much hope that I was going to be able to get approved for a car loan because everywhere else I went to I was told my credit was not good enough to get a car loan. Mike worked with me and did everything he could to get me in a car. I felt bad because of how hard mike was working and I figured it would be the same outcome of every other dealership I went to, but finally mike came back to me and told me that he got me approved!! Couldn't say enough good things about my experience at Haasz Automall. I went in expecting a fight and a bunch of haggling when purchasing my new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X but to my surprise it was the exact opposite. I had the WORST customer service experience ever with this dealership. I went with the mind set after being assured not by one but three different employees including a finance manager they could help me get in a car. I let it be known please do not have me drive 40 minutes to only have my time & gas wasted, Before I came in the finance manager called me stating if they could not get me financed they had a buy here pay here lot and would do everything they could for me. Needless to say that was NOT their tune when I got there. The salesman was rude offering no alternative once I said I was not willing to have a payment that was too high. I was in the dealership all of 20 minutes and his response when I repeated my previous conversation with his co workers was sorry you were told that with a nasty smirk on his face. To add insult to injury the Manager was even more rude trying to place blame on me as if I did not give them enough information. I will never recommend thus dealership to anyone. I thank them for the less then quality customer service I left there and now I'm driving a new Saturn.

My wife and I purchased a new Jeep our salesman was Tom Qualls. He made use feel relaxed not pressured. We have been to many car dealers in our area. I wont mention names but we drive passed (5) of those dealers who we had been to. We leave 50 plus miles from Haasz and the drive was well worth it. The fiance specialist went out of her way by stay over well past closing time and even offered to have us follow her to the highway so we would not get lost. I would recommend this dealer as well the staff to anyone looking for a new car.

After weeks of research, and visiting many other Ram dealerships in the Akron/Canton area. I was referred to Haasz Automall by a friend. It couldn't have worked out any better! I was treated like a friend from the moment I stepped out of my old truck. My sales associate (Geno) was fantastic...he really has a great personality, and none of that fake salesman persona. After walking the lot & not seeing exactly what I wanted, Geno took me back inside to browse the inventory of some other dealerships, hoping to find what I wanted (I was being very picky, and couldn't find the trim package with certain features anywhere in the tri-state area). With no luck in that search, Geno said that If I would be willing to wait a few months, that I could custom order a new Ram...BEST THING EVER!!! It took about 8 weeks (I was told 6-12) Absolutely Perfect! I'm so glad the staff was so patient and willing to work with me to get exactly what I wanted, and not force some lot vehicle on me. Haasz has a customer for life! ....Thanks to Geno, Justin, & Greg for easing the pain!

When it became evident our Jeep would have to be ordered and custom made by Chrysler, the ordering was handled professionally and timely. I was so happy for her and in need a car myself. In the past all of my cars came from buy here pay here dealers. I was so tired of paying way too much money for older model cars with high miles on them that ranged from 90,000 to 130,000. Rich Fernandez at Haasz Auto Mall put me into a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I was nervous because I thought my credit score was to low but Rich Fernandez looked at my spouse and I and says "Do you like red". I have always wanted a hot red car and thanks to Rich Fernandez I have finally got one of my dreams. My car is great on gas and looks like a sports car I love my new dodge. Thanks Rich Fernandez for taking me of a 2005 Buick lacrosse with 120,000 miles and getting me into a 2013 with 46,000 miles and to top it off Candy Apple Red.
